Research of the Operational Mechanism of the Fresh Food E-commerce Supply Chain and “Agricultural and Supermarket Docking” Mode in China

As an emerging field of e-commerce in China, fresh food e-commerce is still in the development period. In order to facilitate an in-depth study, this paper summarizes the operational mechanism and the characteristics of the fresh food e-commerce supply chain, and proposes suggestions about fresh food e-commerce operation and development. One of the challenges in the implementation of “agricultural and supermarket docking” mode is that fresh agricultural products circulation is not fluent. Public information service platform enables the enterprise information resources sharing within the scope of supply chain. It uses information technology tools to integrate the involved enterprise's information resources in supply chain with Internet advantages. In the logistics business, under the premise of sharing of information, retail supermarkets and third party cold chain logistics services company combine business situation and adjust the logistics business process. In the process of circulation of agricultural products, it works together in the process of transportation and distribution of agricultural products based on the public information service platform in both orders and waybill operation independently. Its systematic operation includes cold chain transportation and cold storage resource, reducing their operating cost, improving the benefit of enterprises and improving the service level. Through the application of Internet technology, it can solve the traditional information service platform of the quality of agricultural products and transportation problems.

Research and Design on Information Service and Management Platform based on Work Integrated Learning Mode

Online Marketing Strategy and Service Quality Evaluation System: An E-commerce Perspective

Electronic commerce is an important industry in modern service industry; it has changed the way of production and consumption patterns. In this paper, we have constructed the evaluation system of e-commerce service quality. In the empirical section, we identified five indicators in the evaluation system as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. At the same time, using the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the evaluation index system of service quality, and then analyze the weight of each index. The result shows that evaluation system will effectively promote the enterprise to control the customer's perception and needs, so as to continuously improve the service quality and competitiveness of enterprises. According to China's e-commerce research center, the latest release of the 2014 annual China e-commerce market data monitoring report shows that in 2014, China's e- commerce market transactions amounted to 13.4 trillion RMB, an increase of 31.4%. Among them, B2B e-commerce market transactions amounted to 10 RMB, an increase of 21.9%. Online retail market transactions amounted to 2.82 trillion RMB, an increase of 49.7%. 2014 e-commerce market segments of the industry structure, B2B e-commerce still account for a dominant position, overall accounted for slightly reduced to 74.6%. In addition, online shopping accounted for a small margin of improvement, from the previous year's 17.6% to 21%. 2014 by the economic downturn in China's economic growth, economic growth slowed down, and B2B e-commerce market growth rate corresponding decline, the overall proportion of the relative reduction. With the continuous expansion of the scale of e-commerce, the government to vigorously promote the development of electricity suppliers, e-commerce for courier and other downstream industries has a strong role in driving, thus derived from a substantial increase in the employment market. Research on Travelers' Purchase Situations Influenced by Social Media Marketing

The new social media, just like WeChat, has developed rapidly. It has deeply influenced the traditional purchase situations. What is the mechanism of how the social media influenced the travelers？Based on the social media’s marketing characteristics, the paper put forward that the social media’s marketing methods which include platforms of application, activities marketing and topic marketing have influenced the travelers’ perceived value and purchase decision. With research on the users of public information service platform from Spring Airlines, we have made some questionnaires which include the platforms of application, activities marketing, topic marketing, perceive value and purchase decision. The data’s reliability and validity were tested, and then we deal with these data by the confirmatory factor analysis. Consequently, the influence model was proved and improved. The final conclusion of this article is that the platforms of application, activities marketing and topic marketing influence traveler’s perceived value, thus affect their purchase decision, which means the social media, influenced the tourists’ purchase decision by creating perceived value. It provides a new sales channel for airlines.

E-Navigation 전략 이행 계획 대응을 위한 Shore 기반 해상정보 서비스 플랫폼 구현

최근 해양안전에 대한 높은 관심과 ICT 기술의 비약적인 발전에 힘입어 선박에 다양한 디지털 장비들을 도입하는 전자항법체계인 e-Navigation이 크게 주목받고 있다. e-Navigation은 해양안전뿐만 아니라, 해양정보 서비스에서 새로운 ICT 패러다임을 제시하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-Navigation과 관련하여 IHO에서 제시하는 새로운 범용 수로데이터모델 S-100을 기반으로 표준화된 전자해도 및 해상정보의 융합 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 Shore 기반의 해상정보 서비스 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 Shore 기반 해상정보 서비스 플랫폼은 기본적으로 전자해도와 날씨, 조류, AIS 정보 등의 센서정보, 그리고 육상지도 정보와의 융합 처리 및 웹 기반 서비스가 가능하다. 또한, 이러한 플랫폼의 웹 서비스는 스마트 폰 또는 웹 패드의 모바일 단말기에서 간단한 WebApp 또는 App을 이용하여 전자해도 및 다양한 해상정보 서비스의 활용을 가능하게 할 수 있다. 끝으로, 제안된 플랫폼은 기존의 S-57 전자해도와 더불어 S-101 표준을 지원할 수 있으며, 웹 서비스 과정에서의 표준과 관련해서는 ISO 19100 시리즈 및 OGC의 공간정보 웹 서비스 표준을 지원한다. Recently, there has been much interest in the e-Navigation that applies a variety of digital devices to shipboard thanks to the high interest to maritime safety and the rapid development of ICT technologies. The e-Navigation proposes a new ICT paradigm in maritime information service and maritime safety. This study proposes the shore-based maritime information service platform that enables the converged services of various kinds of maritime data and the standard ENC based on IHO S-100. The proposed maritime information service platform enables the harmonized integration, presentation and web services of ENC, sensed data such as AIS, ocean weather and currents, and geospatial data. Also, the platform enables the mobile maritime information service through WebApp or App software operating in mobile devices of smart phone or web pad. Finally, the proposed platform accommodates the standard ENC of the existing S-57 and the new S-101, and the standard web services of WMS and WMTS of ISO 19100 and OGC.

A Study of the Application of Big Data in a Rural Comprehensive Information Service

Big data has attracted extensive interest due to its potential tremendous social and scientific value. Researchers are also trying to extract potential value from agriculture big data. This paper presents a study of information services based on big data from the perspective of a rural comprehensive information service. First, we introduce the background of the rural comprehensive information service, and then we present in detail the National Rural Comprehensive Information Service Platform (NRCISP), which is supported by the national science and technology support program. Next, we discuss big data in the NRCISP according to data characteristics, data sources, and data processing. Finally, we discuss a service model and services based on big data in the NRCISP.

Study on Architecture and Implementation of Port Logistics Information Service Platform Based on Cloud Computing

The Architecture of Multi-Layer Collaboration Information Service System for Electricity Trading in China

With the advancement of electricity deregulation in China, the market entities’ demands for getting high quality information service from power exchange center are growing. Power exchange center needs to establish a comprehensive, efficient and interactive information service platform. In view of the current situation, this paper classifies the large amount of information in electricity market, and analyses the information demands and acquisition channels of market entities. This paper puts forward the architecture of multi-layer collaboration information service system for electricity trading in China. The architecture has a clearly hierarchy and reflects the crucial junctures of information processing. It has the important guiding significance to the power exchange center to provide quality information services for the market entities.

Cyber-physical geographical information service-enabled control of diverse in-situ sensors.

Realization of open online control of diverse in-situ sensors is a challenge. This paper proposes a Cyber-Physical Geographical Information Service-enabled method for control of diverse in-situ sensors, based on location-based instant sensing of sensors, which provides closed-loop feedbacks. The method adopts the concepts and technologies of newly developed cyber-physical systems (CPSs) to combine control with sensing, communication, and computation, takes advantage of geographical information service such as services provided by the Tianditu which is a basic geographic information service platform in China and Sensor Web services to establish geo-sensor applications, and builds well-designed human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to support online and open interactions between human beings and physical sensors through cyberspace. The method was tested with experiments carried out in two geographically distributed scientific experimental fields, Baoxie Sensor Web Experimental Field in Wuhan city and Yemaomian Landslide Monitoring Station in Three Gorges, with three typical sensors chosen as representatives using the prototype system Geospatial Sensor Web Common Service Platform. The results show that the proposed method is an open, online, closed-loop means of control.

在线灾情地图实时发布系统的设计与实现

实时准确的灾情信息是灾害管理部门救灾减灾的关键，完善的灾情信息发布展示是公众日常生活的实际需求。本文基于天地图平台提供的详细地理信息服务，设计并实现了基于空间位置服务的在线灾情地图实时发布系统，该系统实现了灾情的实时发布、空间定位、灾情标绘、信息查询以及统计分析等核心功能，其成功运行为自然灾害的应急处置提供了辅助支持工具，为公众及时了解灾情信息提供了良好的平台，同时拓宽了测绘成果服务的领域。 The real-time and accurate disaster information is the key to relieve and reduce disasters for the department of disaster management. And releasing the disaster information perfectly is necessary for the public in the daily life. Based on the Map World, which provides detailed geographical in-formation service platform, the paper designed and implemented the real-time release system of online disaster map. The system realized the release of disaster information, spatial orientation, disaster plot, information query, statistics and analysis and so on, and all of these are based on spatial location services. The operation of the system provides auxiliary support tools for the dis-posal of the disaster emergency. Not only does it provide a platform for the public, but also it broadens the field of surveying and mapping results service.

Big data resource service platform for the internet financial industry

It is now the era of big data. Massive volumes of complex and dynamic data exist in a variety of industries, including internet finance. This paper briefly describes the current big data situation and its significance, discusses the big data resource service platform architecture that includes three levels: data resource identification and access, data resources storage and analysis, and network information service platform, and then introduces some work undertaken by our project team on big data analysis research and application of trusted transactions for internet finance.

Mobile IMS Integration of the Internet of Things in Ecosystem

A high-quality ecosystem plan may signify a milestone in the development of smart living. The Internet of Things (IoT) is the key to establishing a high quality ecosystem. This study developed an IP Multimedia Subsystem IoT architecture for ecosystem applications. The proposed traffic grouping mechanism will group dynamically attach request signaling by agent-based operations to reduce network congestion possibility and to enhance system Service Level Agreement. The Electronic Product Code Information Services platform is implemented and evaluated in a field trial. Performance analyses of the proposed architecture confirm that it can achieve a high-quality ecosystem in terms of CPU utilization and platform performance optimization.

Remote Dynamic Monitoring System in Groundwater Engineering

In recent years, the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in the development of society plays a very important role. From the view of groundwater monitoring system, there are still a lot of problems, such as obsolete monitoring equipment, imperfect monitoring system. To solve these problems, by conducting studies of groundwater dynamic data acquisition and transfer of technology, research and development suited to China's national conditions groundwater monitoring series of instruments. Development of multi-level and multi-source remote management software base on network, build a set of groundwater dynamic data acquisition, storage, transmission, management, and remote control of the information service platform. It has been applied in a number of major projects for the construction and operation of the groundwater monitoring network in China to provide reliable monitoring equipment and management service software.

This paper proposes a service-oriented architecture of smart healthcare information service platform with three main services based on concept of cloud computing. In addition to ensuring traditional hospital management and IT-based clinical treatment, this smart healthcare platform also support abundant medical services, such as remote healthcare, chronic illness management, and rural healthcare centers. Rural healthcare centers can largely benefit from cloud based models in terms of cost reduction and resource utilization. It will not only reduce the development cost but improve the maintainability and adoption of evolving technologies.

Construction of E-Business Information Service Platform of International Trade

With the rapid development of international trade,many companies begin to use the electronic mode in trade, orders ,negotiation, contracts, customs clearance, logistics and other business.Information technology could improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.However, for the complexity of international trade business, it is necessary to communicate with many business-oriented management and government departments. This paper discusses the cloud certification service platform constructed with the interconnection based on PKI,multi-level authentication and single window service mode and other technologies. With popularity of Internet technology in international trade, the demand of electronic commerce information services keeps expanding, and the platform of electronic commerce information services has become key factor in the international trade information management in China to optimize the operation mode of international trade, increase trade opportunities and improve the international competitiveness under global economy integration and information society development .In this paper, the content and characteristics of electronic commerce information service are firstly analyzed ,combined with current situation of information management in international trade and enterprises' Internet infrastructure construction in China, it is proposed to construct an single-window platform, including the national common interface of data exchange, the common data exchange service platform for import and export enterprises, banking, logistics companies and government, and industry cooperative operation platform related to domestic and international trade activities.

IoT-Based Configurable Information Service Platform for Product Lifecycle Management

Internet of Things (IoT) software is required not only to dispose of huge volumes of real-time and heterogeneous data, but also to support different complex applications for business purposes. Using an ontology approach, a Configurable Information Service Platform is proposed for the development of IoT-based application. Based on an abstract information model, information encapsulating, composing, discomposing, transferring, tracing, and interacting in Product Lifecycle Management could be carried out. Combining ontology and representational state transfer (REST)-ful service, the platform provides an information support base both for data integration and intelligent interaction. A case study is given to verify the platform. It is shown that the platform provides a promising way to realize IoT application in semantic level.
