This study aims to analyze and find out The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction on Employees of PT. Mandiri Utama Finance, Makassar City. The data in this study was obtained from a questionnaire that had been distributed to PT. Mandiri Utama Finance, Makassar City. This study uses two types of data sources, namely primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance of Makassar City and secondary data were obtained from reports, documents, and other literature related to this research. The analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study show that leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.
