Analisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Spiritual, Sosial dan Fasilitas Pembelajaran Terhadap Tingkat Pemahaman Akuntansi

This study aims to analyze the influence of intellectual, emotional, spiritual, social and learning facilities on the level of accounting understanding. While respondents in this study were accounting students of the seventh semester of the Faculty of Economics at Slamet Riyadi University, total 84 students. The results of the study 1)) obtained the value of Sig (0.043) <0.05 means that emotional intelligence influences the understanding of accounting, 2) The calculation results obtained Sig (0.565)> 0.05 which means there is no influence of spiritual intelligence on the level of accounting understanding , 3) The calculation results obtained Sig (0.224)> 0.05 means there is no influence of social intelligence on the level of understanding of accounting and, 4) The calculation results obtained Sig (0.048) <0.05 this means there is an influence of learning facilities on level of understanding of accounting.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual, Social and Accounting Understanding Level

The portrait of spiritual intelligence and aggressiveness of university students

Aggression is interpreted as a behavior that aims to hurt others physically and verbally. This study used quantitative approach through correlational method to find out the influence of spiritual intelligence (SQ) to the aggressiveness in university students. Students’ aggressiveness was measured using adapted aggression questionnaire, while SQ was measured using the adapted spiritual intelligence scale. The sample technique used proportional random sampling technique and data analysis used regression test through SPSS 22. The findings of the research suggest that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students’ aggressiveness. The research results point out that SQ among the students encourages God spot activation. God spot leads students to show ideal behavior and find peaceful solution for every problem. God spot makes students crave on the transcendence; as the consequence, the deep love, peaceful, unity of existence arise in students’ mind and behavior. The peaceful behavior significantly decreases students’ aggressiveness

PENGARUH KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONALTERHADAPORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIORMELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

This study examined the effect of spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and OCB on Non-PNS Leading Sector Assistant III East Lombok Regency employees. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of spiritual intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on OCB, determine the significance of the influence of spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, and find out the mediating role of the variable job satisfaction. The population of this study were all Non-PNS employees who served in the Leading Sector Assistant III of East Lombok Regency as many as 98 respondents. This study uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with smartPLS applications. The results showed that spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on OCB, while spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment did not significantly influence OCB. For the mediating effect of job satisfaction, there is a full mediation role in the significant influence of organizational commitment on OCB, whereas the influence of spiritual intelligence on OCB has not found a significant mediating effect of the variable job satisfaction.Keywords:Spiritual Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, OCB.

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Spiritual (SQ) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (EQ) Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Dakwah Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence together on the learning motivation of students in Da'wah and Communication Management of the Islamic State University of Raden Fatah Palembang, and (2) the influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence partially towards the learning motivation of students of Da'wah and Communication Management of Da'wah Fatah Islamic University in Palembang. In this study the sample was 138 people. The research design used was multiple regression models. The variables used are three variables, namely the independent variable in the form of Spiritual Intelligence (X1), and Emotional Intelligence (X2), and the dependent variable, namely Learning Motivation (Y). The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence together on the learning motivation of students of Da'wah and Communication Management of the Islamic State University of Raden Fatah Palembang, and (2) there was influence positive and significant spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence partially towards the learning motivation of students in Da'wah and Communication Management of the Faculty of Da'wah and Raden Fatah's Islamic University Palembang. The Influence Of Spiritual Intelligence on the Organizational Commitments of Santri Executive Board (BES) Of PPJA

This study aims to determine the level of spiritual intelligence, the level of organizational commitment and to determine whether there is influence of spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment to the management of the Islamic Boarding School Boarding School BES Alimussirry. Using the SPSS 23 system and the research t-test technique, the results showed that the level of spiritual intelligence of the BES PPJA management resulted in 42.30% in the high category, 57.70% in the moderate category and 0% in the low category. The percentage for all member respondents is 80.30%, so the management's spiritual intelligence is included in the medium category. While the level of BES PPJA Management Organizational Commitment resulted in 50% in the high category, 50% in the medium category and 0% in the low category category. The percentage for all respondents is 49.73%, so the organizational commitment of the PPJA BES is in the moderate category. so there is an influence or relationship between spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment BES PPJA with the percentage influence of spiritual intelligence of 5% and the remaining 95% due to other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract : This research aims to find (1) influence of Spiritual Intelligence, Self Concept, and Social Support simultaneously to the Employee Anxious in Retirement at Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang, dan (2) Influence of Spiritual Intelligence, Self Concept, and Social Support partially to the Employee Anxious in Retirement at Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang. Sample in this research as much 107 persons. Method used in this research is multiple regression model. There are four variables. Those are independent variables which Spiritual Intelligence, Self Concept and Social Support, and also dependent variables is Anxious in Retirement. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. According to the research result, find: (1) There is a negative and significant effect Spiritual Intelligence, Self Concept, and Social Support simultaneously to the Employee Anxious in Retirement at Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang, and (2) There is a negative and significant effect Spiritual Intelligence Self Concept, and Social Support partially to the Employee Anxious in Retirement at Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang. Pengaruh Profesionalisme, Time Budget Pressure, Dan Kecerdasan Spritual Terhadap Kualitas Audit Kantor Akuntan Publik Di Makassar

This study aims to test 1) Effect of Professionalism on Audit Quality, 2) Effect of Time Budget Pressure on Audit Quality, 3) Influence of Spiritual Intelligence on Audit Quality. This research was conducted at public accounting firm in Makassar, where auditor as sample in research. Sampling using census technique, with respondent sample 55. The type of data used in this study is the primary data. Data collection methods using kusioner. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS for windows 16.00 software. The result of the research shows that Professionalism has positive and insignificant effect on audit quality, Time Budget Pressure has positive and significant effect on audit quality, Spiritual Intelligence has positive and significant impact on audit quality

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Kecerdasan Spiritual Pada Kepuasan Kerja Yang Berdampak Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Madu Baru Bantul, Yogyakarta

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. The Influence of Spiritual Intelligence,Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Study To Islamic Bank in Makassar City

The aims of this study are to find out and to analys: (1) the influence of spiritual intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior; (2) the influence of leadership on organizational citizenship behavior; (3) the influence of organizationan culture on organizational citizenship behaviorThe population included all employees of Islamic Bank in Makassar City. There were 178 samples determined by using Slovin formula. The samples were selected in two stages: proportional and purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using path analysis with the AMOS 21 program. The results show that: spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior; leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior; organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior.

Preventing Compassion Fatigue Amongst Pastors: The Influence of Spiritual Intelligence and Intrinsic Motivation

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether spiritual intelligence and intrinsic motivation can act as antecedents to compassion fatigue. This study will prove useful to pastors who wish to lower the levels of burnout and secondary traumatic stress that stem from their work in ministry. The study reviews a sample of 273 South African pastors across four denominations and demonstrates partial support for relationships between spiritual intelligence and intrinsic motivation with not only compassion fatigue, but also its factors of burnout and secondary traumatic stress. The two factors of compassion fatigue do, however, both relate positively to critical existential thinking and negatively with personal meaning production, therefore suggesting that different elements of spiritual intelligence play varying roles in reducing or aggravating compassion fatigue. Burnout can be reduced through increased intrinsic motivation to work in the ministry, and so this study provides recommendations to assist pastors in overcoming compassion fatigue.

PENGARUH PENDAPATAN DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP PERSEPSI ETIS MAHASISWA DENGAN LOVE OF MONEY SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

This study aimed to analyze the influence of income, gender on love of money. and the influence of spiritual intelligence, sex, love of money on ethical perception of students. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Accounting Department, State University of Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used in this research is proportional random sampling. The number of samples used were 146 respondents. Data analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the income of the love of money. There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence of students to the ethical perception of students. and there is significant influence between the love of money against the ethical perception of students
