The article examines the concept of social objective factors that shape the social culture of internal affairs police officers in modern Russian society. The influence of this group of factors on the professional activities of employees is analyzed, highlighting the features of their manifestations and providing a description of the peculiarities of social communication among employees under the influence of objective factors. A stratification model of modern Russian society is formulated, reflecting the interaction of internal affairs police officers in modern conditions. General characteristics of the normosphere, criminosphere, and marginosphere is provided, along with an identification of the conditions for their formation and the distinctive features of social communication between employees and representatives of each of these spheres. The article pays particular attention to the professional activities of internal affairs employees (police) of the Russian Federation in the field of migration within the context of contemporary realities.

Comfortable living in urban environments: implications for agricultural development and sustainable societies

The article analyzes the genesis of the phenomenon of comfort of living in the urban environment, the influence of objective factors and subjective needs on determining the level of comfort of residents, including in the context of the relationship with agriculture. An objective assessment is carried out on the basis of calculations of indicators of the quality of the urban environment, the provision of the population with the necessary set of services. Assessment of the quality of urban environment, as an objective indicator, demonstrates the effectiveness of public and municipal officials. For the current urban methodology to assess the quality of urban environment, the author proposed ten additional evaluation indicators. The concept of comfort is determined not only by economic welfare, but also by other indicators. Further research shows that no less significant for a full-fledged assessment of comfort is the consideration of subjective preferences of citizens. However, taking into account different historical and cultural traditions, national preferences, natural and climatic conditions and ecological situation, as well, it is difficult to quantitatively calculate a universal level of comfort. Accumulating previous studies, taking into account modern realities, the author offers an interpretation of the concept of “comfort of living”. Developing Layard’s theory, the author has developed a “Dial” of comfort of living, which takes into account the indicators “housing”, “environment” and “digital culture”. To calculate a quantitative assessment of the level of comfort of living, it is advised to use a combined method, taking into account both objectively established factors and subjective preferences of residents, as well. Thus, the issue of assessing the level of comfort of living should be further studied, taking into account the factors of housing, environment, digital communication tools and, possibly, new, emerging over time, factors of influence.

Environmental legislation of Kyrgyzstan problems and solutions

In the field of systematization of legislation, special attention is paid to environmental regulations. Since the emergence of independent branches of law, the scope of legal regulation gives rise to the legislator to streamline certain relations through systematization of legislation. In modern conditions of legal reality, the volume of regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental legislation is huge. Timely response of the legislator makes it possible to timely use the regulatory body, convenience, saving labor resources and streamlining social relations. As well as resolving internal and external conflicts of norms in the field of environmental legislation. The purpose of the study is to determine the main problems of systematization of environmental legislation and ways to solve them, the most important task of legal science in the national legislation of Kyrgyzstan. Determination of general trends in the development of environmental legislation in Kyrgyzstan in modern conditions in the national legal system. Designation of the most optimal directions and methods of legal regulation of environmental relations. During the research process, materials from theorists in the field of environmental legislation, regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic, and international treaties were used. The research used general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, inductive and deductive methods, as well as particular scientific methods - systemic, systemstructural, formal logical, grammatical methods of cognition. Based on the analysis of the development of legislation in the field of regulation of relations, the main development trends and the influence of objective factors in the regulation process are identified, the main problems of systematization and ways to solve them in law-making and law enforcement activities are identified. The scientific novelty of the study lies for the first time on the basis of an integrated approach, the current state of the array of environmental legislation. The problems of systematization and ways to solve them in national legislation are identified.

Analysis on influencing factors on loneliness in the elderly aged 60 and above in China

Objective: To analyze the influential factors of loneliness in the elderly aged ≥60 years in China. Methods: Data used in this study were obtained from participants aged ≥60 years from the China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey, with a sample size of 7 593. Loneliness was measured with loneliness scale, and the influence of subjective and objective factors on loneliness and their interaction were analyzed with stepwise linear regression model and simple slope test. SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis. PROCESS 3.3 macro program was used for simple slope test. Results: A total of 8 926 participants were included. Among the objective factors, the elderly with poor family network have a higher level of loneliness (P<0.05), and community provision of elderly care services could reduce the loneliness of the elderly (P<0.05). Elderly people with subjective aging age ≤60 years old and poor social adaptation and emotional perception have higher levels of loneliness (all P<0.05). Subjective aging age plays a negative regulatory role in the impact of community elderly care services on loneliness (P<0.05), Social adaptation and emotional perception play a negative regulatory role in the impact of family network on loneliness (P<0.05). Conclusions: Elderly people aged ≥60 years of feeling of loneliness was affected by both subjective and objective factors and subjective factors play an important regulatory role in the influence of objective factors on elderly people's feeling of loneliness in China. Therefore, while creating a good aging environment to provide strong external support for the elderly, the subjective initiative of the elderly should also be fully mobilized, to alleviate the loneliness of the elderly from these two aspects.

Вплив об’єктивних і суб’єктивних факторів на народжуваність у періоди невизначеності

The article examines a complex of objective and subjective factors that determine fertility on a macro and micro level, as well as the specificity of their relationships during periods of uncertainty. The purpose of this study is to identify objective and subjective factors of fertility, analyze the relationships between them, and the characteristics of their influence under conditions of socio-economic and military-political uncertainty in Ukraine. To accomplish this, a range of methods were employed, including systematization and generalization, critical evaluation of scientific progress in the relevant field, categorization, conceptual modeling of factors affecting demographic processes (reproductive behavior and fertility), structural-logical analysis, comparative analysis and others. The novelty of the work lies in identifying the nature of the influence of objective and subjective factors, their interrelationships and role in the determination of fertility on a macro and micro level in conditions of uncertainty. Objective and subjective factors are interrelated and, depending on the context and level of fertility determination (macro or micro level), their significance and the nature of influence differ. The specificity of the relationship between objective and subjective factors of fertility is reflected in the “transition” of ones into others at various levels. The influence of objective factors on fertility is mostly mediated and occurs through subjective perception by individuals of any particular objective factors and circumstances. Subjective perceptions at the micro level are characterized by variability and may not coincide with the nature of changes in objective factors. In conditions of uncertainty and social upheavals (such as economic crisis, pandemic, war, etc.), discrepancies increase, and the influence of the subjective in fertility determination increases and takes on special characteristics. One manifestation of this is the increased role of expectations for the future (narratives of the future) in reproductive decision-making. Positive narratives about the future, reinforced by the implementation of measures to improve the quality of life for the population in a free democratic space, could become a driving force for increasing birth rate in Ukraine, parti - cularly for strengthening the compensatory effect in its dynamics after the war.

Influence of Objective Factors on House Prices

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, many people will try to buy houses. But when it comes to buying a house, people will also pay attention to some objective factors such as the size of the house and supporting facilities. This paper uses the statistical analysis software SPSS linear regression analysis, factor analysis, comparative analysis and other methods to analyze the impact of objective factors on house prices, through data analysis, the fitting degree also reached about 0.88. In the experimental results, it is found that taxi distance, market distance, hospital distance, carpet area, built up area, parking type, city type, rainfall have a significant impact on house prices. Because in real life, These objective factors will be considered when people choose to buy a house.

The phenomenon of postcolonialism in the context of modern ukrainian realities

Researchers define the situation in the political, socio-economic, cultural spheres of modern Ukraine as caused by post-colonial factors. Their origin lies in Ukraine's almost four-hundred-year dependence on Russia. The essentially colonial dependence on the ideological level was presented as "friendship between peoples". However, in practice this was embodied in the model of relations between the metropolis (Russia) and the colony (Ukraine). The peculiarities of colonial policy became the desire to denationalize Ukrainians, to instill an inferiority complex, to deprive them of the right to their own language, culture, elite, to national dignity, to force them to assimilate into the titular majority, etc. The purpose of these actions of the imperial power was to ensure the existence of the empire as a pole of power to counter Western European-North American influences. Under the influence of objective factors, the empire is collapsing. However, these processes are accompanied, on the one hand, by acts of resistance on the part of the metropolis: from military actions to secret sabotage. On the other hand, the consequences of the colonial past are manifested in the realities of life in Ukraine - a country fighting for its own freedom and independence - at the level of blurred self-identification of the population and an unstable value system, in disputes about language, religious affiliation, cultural codes, etc. Overcoming post-colonial consequences is an important challenge for our country on the way to victory over the enemy and European integration. This is not possible without the liberation of consciousness from post-imperial manipulative practices and the formation of national identity, humanistic values, national-cultural-centric education of the population.

Research on Navigation Safety Evaluation of Coastal Waters Based on Dynamic Irregular Grid

Despite being a minor probability event, marine accidents can cause serious consequences such as casualties, environmental damage, and even massive economic losses. As an important part of the marine traffic safety system, the evaluation of navigation safety in coastal waters is of great significance to ensure the safety of ship navigation. In order to objectively evaluate the safety of navigation, this paper proposes an irregular grid division method that combines influencing factors including seabed topography, ship traffic flow, electronic charts, and marine meteorology. In this work, the navigable boundary was extracted by spatial analysis algorithms of the slope calculation. Based on the alpha-shape algorithm and the Voronoi diagram, the constrained Delaunay triangulation was used to extract the inner and outer boundaries of the ship′s navigation area, and the time-varying factors of marine hydrology and meteorology were integrated to form a dynamic irregular grid. The navigation safety evaluation indicators in coastal waters were divided into five risk levels, namely lower, low, medium, high, and higher. Then, the entropy weight theory was used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index. Finally, a safety evaluation model was constructed to evaluate the risk of navigation safety in coastal waters. Herein, taking the coastal waters of Lianyungang Port as a demonstration area, this paper divided the dynamic irregular grid and conducted the navigation safety analysis and evaluation based on the grid. The experimental results show that our method fully considers the influence of objective factors and the uncertainty of safety evaluation indicators and has favorable adaptability to the evaluation of navigation safety in coastal waters.

Late Antiquity: The Regional Specific Nature of Intellectual Tradition

The primary purpose of the study is to investigate the specifics of the intellectual tradition prevailing in some regions of the Late Antique world. For the purpose of a comprehensive review of the problem, the authors focus on well-known intellectuals of the 5th–6th centuries, representing Gaul (Ausonius, Sidonius, Ennodius et al.), Alexandria (John Philoponus, Hypatia, Sinesius of Cyrene et al.), Africa (Fulgentius, Priscian, Corippus), Isauria (Candidus Isaurus). Despite the fact that, under the influence of objective factors (Christianization, barbarians), the intellectual tradition changed from its ancient model to the medieval one, it fulfilled its most important task - to preserve the best from the treasury of ancient thought and adapt the ancient heritage to a changing world. In conclusion, the outcomes of the study demonstrate various examples of intellectual tradition and the fortunes of “people of written culture” (literati).

THE QUINTENZENCE OF UNDERSTANDING «THE RIGHT TO JUDICIAL PROTECTION»

The article is devoted to the disclosure of certain issues concerning the understanding of the legal nature of the "right to judicial protection" as an important component of the right of individuals to protection of their rights, freedoms and interests through the prism of today's challenges. It is determined that the right to judicial protection is a complex legal phenomenon and includes certain elements. Emphasis is placed on the structural components of the "right to judicial protection". The allocation of individual components of the right to judicial protection allows to analyze the state of implementation of the right to judicial protection, to forecast its development and to determine the direction of such transformation. The concept of "right to judicial protection" can be defined as a set of legal possibilities of each person for effective restoration of rights, within the limits and in the manner prescribed by law and provided by an independent and impartial court, by a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time. Decisions and guarantees for the exercise of the right to judicial protection. The right to judicial protection is ensured by constitutional guarantees of the administration of justice by courts established on the basis of the Constitution of Ukraine and in the manner prescribed by law. Studies of the legal nature of the right to judicial protection are of great importance both for the development of the theory of law and for the formation of effective practice. A promising vector of further research is the improvement of national legislation and its harmonization with international standards of observance of the individual's right to judicial protection. It is emphasized that in the period of rapid transformation of society in the field of rights of persons to judicial protection, there is a significant increase in the number of persons wishing to exercise their right to judicial protection, and this leads to adjustment to new challenges of relevant justice structures. between all participants in judicial protection. Determination of investment accuracy and formation of information supply of geoecological monitoring of use of land

The object of research is the technology of determining the investment attractiveness and the formation of information support for geoecological monitoring of land use. One of the biggest problems in modern approaches to determining the investment attractiveness and geoecological state of land use is the complexity of existing approaches and the lack of information support.Methods are developed to assess the investment attractiveness and geoecological status of land use. These methods make it possible to develop measures for a comprehensive increase in investment attractiveness and determine the geoecological state of the land for the development of methodological recommendations for improving the efficiency of land use. The proposed approaches are of an analytical nature and are based on the method of analyzing hierarchies, the results of correlation regression analysis. Unlike the existing ones, they allowed to form a system environment for the quantitative assessment of the geoecological state and land use.During the research, spatial, multifactorial, rating and economic approaches were used. It is revealed that these approaches do not have a clear sequence and do not fully determine the current aspects of land use.According to the developed methods, an integrated approach is proposed to assess the investment attractiveness and geoecological state of land use. It is based on the results of mathematical modeling and makes it possible to obtain an integrated assessment of the geoecological state of land use.As a result, these developments will provide land assessment and decision-making by stakeholders at the local, regional and national levels. An integrated criterion has been developed that will allow to increase the level of land use and ensure their comprehensive assessment. The proposed recommendations will make it possible to clearly and reasonably influence the level of land use, and to resolve it in a timely manner. In comparison with the known approaches, the developed has a complex character and is based on successive stages of analytical calculations. This ensures the accuracy of the assessment and excludes the influence of objective factors in determining the investment attractiveness and geoecological status of land use.

Research on operational model of PUBG

This paper mainly studies operational model of the famous Computer Games - PlayerUnkown’s BattleGrounds (PUBG), be aimed at human beings in the game or human beings regarded as intelligent robots, including the influence of objective factors and subjective factors on the game results, linear programming model is established for the various factors and the game results, using Excel software, realized in different situations the relationship between various factors and the result of game problem solving and plotting table. To solve the problem 1, the paper find out the trend of the safety area and the random coverage circle of the safety area through statistical data and analyze the data, and then push it to the parachute jumping time and the parachute jumping place. To solve the problem 2, the paper build a game model based on the analysis of the distance between two sides, the judgement of the azimuth and the random running and attacking each other caused by the psychological state of the bullet avoidance, and then, according to experience, how to perform micro manipulation to improve the hit rate. To solve the problem 3, the paper make KDA as a measure of bureau of the game in the best performing team and the best individual (MVP) of the key indicators, through the calculation of KDA for the game and the individual scores and rankings, distribution to determine the winners of the prize gaming contest.

Analysis on motion compensation for a horizontal stable platform

Research being done on a stable platform is to isolate moving carrier’s motion, which can keep attached equipment stable and reduce the influence of the moving carrier. Motion compensation is analysed for a horizontal stable platform by means of coordination transformation and the parallel mechanism’s direct and inverse kinematics solution. The platform has only three rotational degrees of freedom (DOFs) in three directions, which is composed of a 2-DOF spherical mechanism and a motor on it in series. When the carrier’s orientation has changed, the 2-DOF spherical parallel mechanism can keep the platform horizontal by utilising the motors’ drive. Firstly, the platform’s kinematics are analysed and the transformation matrix of the 2-DOF parallel platform, independent of motion carrier is derived. Then by the method of coordination transformation the analytical resolution of motors’ compensation is obtained, which is for keeping the parallel platform horizontal when the motion carrier’s orientation changed, the result is verified by the numerical method and experimental process. Because of the influence of objective factors, the experimental results are approximately in agreement with the theoretical results, but there are numerical deviation and time lags. Finally, when the parallel mechanism is used for stable platform, some of the research work that should be solved is discussed. The research of this paper provides a theoretical basis for the application of a stable platform, and lays the foundation of the experiment.

Globalization of education: the experience of retrospective complex analysis

The author has presented the complex analysis of processes of globalization of education, the most active proceeding in the modern world on wide theoretical material in the article. It is noted by results of research, that it is possible to allocate two general directions within which education is globalizing directly – transformation of structure of education under the influence of objective factors of the globalizing world and formation of competences as platform of innovative educational universals on which new global education will be constructed according to their adherents.

Cultural Organization and Quality of Nursing Work Life on Nurses Performance and Job Satisfaction in Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya

Introduction: Efforts to improve the quality of hospital services should be along with the efforts to improve the quality of nursing services. Quality of service is influenced by the organizational culture. The main objective of this study was to explain the effect of organizational culture and quality of nurses work life (QNWL) on nurses performance and job satisfaction in Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya.Methods: This study used explanatory survey research design with cross sectional approach. The study population was all Civil Servants nurses working at Surgical Wards, Dr. Soetomo Hospital. The study sample comprised 95 nurses selected with cluster sampling. Data were analyzed using partial least square.Results: The results showed that there was influence of objective factors on organizational culture. Individual factors had no influence on QNWL. Social and environmental factors affected QNWL. Operational factors influenced QNWL. Administrative factors affected QNWL. Organizational culture influenced QNWL. QNWL affected nurses performance. QNWL significantly affected nurses job satisfaction. Nurses job satisfaction affected nurses performance.Discussion: Strong organizational culture, which can create good quality of work life for nurses, can improve the performance and job satisfaction of nurses in Dr. Soetomo Hospital. Further studies needs to be done to analyze the effect of empowerment and job involvement on the quality of nurses work life.
