This research are to perform for knowing the influence of fundamental factors and systematic risk to the stock price on the listed companies in LQ45 Indeks 2011-2015. Variable used in this research are return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), price earning ratio (PER), earning per share (EPS), net profit margin (NPM), price to book value (PBV) and Beta as a measure of systematic risk to the stock price. The sample of this research as many as 15 listed companies in LQ45 indeks, where the method used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the test t partially, F test simultaneously with the level of significanse of 5%. The result of this research show that there are simultaneous significant influence between the are return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), price earning ratio (PER), earning per share (EPS), net profit margin (NPM), price to book value (PBV) and Beta againts the stock price on the listed companies in LQ45 Indeks 2011-2015. Partially debt to equity ratio (DER), price earning ratio (PER), earning per share (EPS), and price to book value (PBV) have a significant effect to stock price, while return on asset (ROA), net profit margin (NPM), and Beta have not significant effect partially. The magnitud of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0,979232. This means that 97,9232% dependent variable is the stock price can be explained by the seven independent variables while the rest of 2,0768% stock price is explained by variables or other factors outside the model.
