Analisis Kelayakan Klusterisasi Industri Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu (HHBK) di Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan (KPH) Hulu Sungai

This study aims to determine the potential for cluster analysis of Non-Timber Forest Products (HHBK) in the Upstream River and Non-Timber Forest Products (HHBK) KPHs, which are most suitable for industrial development in the FMU. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data in a Long Term Management Plan (RPHJP) Upstream Forest Management Unit (KPH) document and interviews. The data analysis technique used is a feasibility study to find out what non-timber forest products will be most suitable for industrial development in the FMU Hulu Sungai. The results showed that the FMU Hulu Sungai had potential Non-Timber Forest Products (HHBK), namely Aren, Bamboo, and Candlenut. The use of the feasibility study method to get the priority scale which is the most feasible to be built by industry. Analysis of the Clusterization of Non-Timber Forest Products Industry (HHBK) in the Hulu Sungai FMU can be used as a reference for the industry office and Forest Management Units (KPH) to see whether or not an industry should be built in the FMU Hulu Sungai

This study aims to optimize training registration in the Medan City Industry Service through an android-based application. The benefits of this research are to save people's time and energy and reduce the workload of the Medan City Industry Office staff, because registration is done online through RED APPEL. The application is designed using Java programming on Android Studio, MySQL system management database on XAMPP software. The results of the research are training registration, taking training materials through APPEL MERAH (Medan Berkah Training Application) without having to come to the Medan City Industry Office. This application is very important among people who want to take part in training at the Medan City Industry Office because it can be accessed via their respective Smartphones.

Increasing the capacity of souvenir producers in Dumai City through legal socialization

Riau Province's Dumai City is a popular tourist destination. Since the opening of the Permai (Pekanbaru-Dumai) toll road connecting Pekanbaru City and Dumai City in less than two hours, Dumai has grown in popularity among travelers. The impact of the short journey, one of which is increased mobility among those who travel to Dumai City. Dumai City's souvenir businesses have benefited as a result of this. As a consequence, familiarity with existing provisions is required, particularly in relation to consumer rights to consume food. Several consumer protections provisions have been issued by the government, including Law No. 8 of 1999 and BPOM Regulation No. 31 of 2018. As a result, the purpose of this program is to inform MSME actors about relevant legal provisions. In the field of law, counseling or socialization is used as a method. The socialization was done in collaboration with the City of Dumai's Office of Industry, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises. Souvenir makers gain legal knowledge as a result of this socialization, and they are expected to be able to apply that knowledge in their products.

Market Orientation, Learning Orientation and Innovation Performance: The Mediation of Knowledge Management

Internationalization of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) contributes as a driver of the economy. It is important for SMEs to produce innovation performance. The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between market orientation (MO), learning orientation (LO), and knowledge management (KM) on innovation performance. The research method is a cross-sectional research design. The population include export-oriented manufacturing SMEs, registered with the Bali Province Industry and Trade Office (2019). A total of 94 senior SME managers participated in the survey. Partial least square (PLS) based structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis. Finding, KM plays a mediating role in the relationship between MO and LO on innovation performance. Managers’ policies in the practice of strategic orientation and knowledge management strengthen innovation performance.

ANALISIS PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA LULUSAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN PADA LAPANGAN KERJA DI PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the employment of vocational school graduates in Southeast Sulawesi Province by field of expertise and employment. The object of this research is vocational high school graduates in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data were obtained from BPS Southeast Sulawesi, Education Office of Southeast Sulawesi, Special Job Exchange of Southeast Sulawesi Province and the Office of Manpower and Industry of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysisThe results of this study indicate that the areas of expertise in Technology and Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Business and Management, Tourism, and Arts and Creative Industries are areas of expertise that are mostly absorbed in the employment sector, namely the trade sector, each with 4.56% Technology and Engineering, 7.98 % Information and Communication Engineering, 9.63% Business and Management, 7.63% Tourism, and 6.8% Industrial and Creative Arts. For the field of expertise, Energy and Mining is mostly absorbed in the mining sector, which is 15.72%. The areas of expertise in Health and Social Workers are mostly absorbed in the service sector, namely 4.71%. The fields of expertise in Agribusiness and Agrotechnology and the areas of expertise in Maritime were most absorbed in the Agriculture sector, with 5.18% and 14.35% respectively. On the other hand, the employment of SMK graduates in Southeast Sulawesi Province is employment with a percentage of 0% Keywords: SMK graduates; Areas of expertise; Jobs.

Model Logika Fuzzy Tsukamoto Dalam Perancangan Sistem Informasi Sebaran Industri Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Bondowoso

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the global economic crisis did not affect the existence of Small and Medium Industries and even experienced relatively stable growth. Small and Medium Industries in the manufacturing sector were able to realize an investment value of up to IDR 72.3 trillion in the third quarter of 2020. In the context of creating competitive Small and Medium Industries, strengthening the national industrial structure, alleviating poverty, expanding job opportunities, and producing industrial goods and/or services for export purposes, the strategic role of Small and Medium Industries needs to be increased through the digitization of Small and Medium Industries. This study uses Fuzzy Tsukamoto's logic calculations in making the membership function of the distribution area of ​​Small and Medium Industries in Bondowoso Regency. From the Fuzzy Logic model obtained, an information system design for the distribution of Small and Medium Industries can be made in the form of context diagrams and interface designs. From this design, it will be easier for the Bondowoso Regency Cooperatives and Industry Office to develop a web and mobile-based application in the context of the process of digitizing Small and Medium Industries. The existence of this information system will provide benefits for the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade as well as Small and Medium Industry players in Bondowoso Regency, not only being able to visualize the distribution of Small and Medium Industries but also being able to provide an overview of Small and Medium Industry parameter data that can be used as decision makers. decisions for existing stakeholders.

The Promotion Implementation of the Culture and Tourism Department of Indonesia on the Open Pit Nam Salu Geosit Tourism Object

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the promotion of the Department of Culture and Tourism of East Belitung Regency at the Open Pit Nam Salu Geosit tourist attraction. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, using descriptive methods, data collection techniques using literature review, and field studies consisting of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that various promotions had been carried out. Other promotional activities include sales promotions by launching tour package events in collaboration with the Communication and Informatics Office, Education Office, Industry and Trade Cooperative Office in charge of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in East Belitung Regency, as well as local and national media. The promotion was carried out because the target public of the Open Pit Nam Salu Geosit tourist attraction varied from social, economic, and age backgrounds. The promotion's impact and usefulness are that more and more people know about the Open Pit Nam Salu Geosit tourist attraction, so they are interested in visiting it, making tourist attraction more popular. Research advice is to pay attention to places that sell billboards. For example, by placing them in the middle of the city that the public easily sees them.

Good Governance In Structure Belantik Raya People's Market In Siak District

The guidance carried out by the Department of Trade and Industry of Siak Regency on the Belantik Market which is included in the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) People's Market is one of the government's efforts to realize good governance. This study aims to determine and analyze the application of good governance in the arrangement of the Belantik Raya People's Market in Siak Regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis technique using triangulation technique. The results of this study explain that the implementation of good governance in the arrangement of the Belantik Raya People's Market in Siak Regency has been running for 2 (two) years in accordance with the rules that apply as an SNI Market. If it is associated with the theory of good governance, according to Sedarmayanti, the indicators are: Accountability, Transparency, Openness, Legal Certainty/Rule of Law that the application of the Belantik Raya People's SNI in Siak Regency not only benefits traders, but also benefits consumers. This is because SNI Pasar Rakyat emphasizes the factors of cleanliness, health, safety and comfort. The market manager is currently monitoring all the requirements that must be met by Belantik Raya Market as an SNI People's Market which is under the auspices of the Siak Regency Trade and Industry Office. it must be improved as a whole, this is of course the need for coordination and communication between traders and the government, because to maintain this SNI is the cooperation of all of us in Siak Regency.

The Relationship Between the Marketing Mix and the Volume of Furniture Sales in Kendari City

This research aims to determine the marketing mix used by furniture industry owners in marketing furniture in Kendari City and determine the relationship between the marketing mix and the volume of furniture sales in Kendari City. The population in this study is all furniture industries in Kendari City that are officially registered with the Kendari City Labor and Industrial Office, with 23 furniture industries. Based on field search results, the number of furniture industries found in the field only amounted to seven furniture industries, so the determination of samples in this study using census methods by taking seven furniture industries as research samples. Variables in the study were respondents' identities (age, education level, and experience of effort), marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process), and sales volume. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and Spearman correlation analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix used by furniture industry owners in marketing furniture products in Kendari City had not been applied to the maximum, namely on promotional components, people, and physical evidence. The relationship between the marketing mix and furniture sales volume shows a significant and robust relationship, especially in product components, prices, places, people, and processes. The promotional component and physical evidence showed a weak relationship with furniture sales volume.

Study of domestic wastewater in oil and gas field: A case study in the Cangkring river, Tuban, East Java

Mudi Field, Tuban is an oil and gas producing area in East Java. Pad B Mudi Field is an office area for the oil and gas industry. The oil and gas industrial office area in Pad B Mudi Field produces domestic wastewater, which is channeled into the Cangkring River. Domestic wastewater flows directly into rivers. This study aims to determine the water quality of the Cangkring River region, which is mixed with domestic wastewater from Pad B Mudi Field. Samples of river water were taken at 3 points along with the river flow. Sample evaluation included physical, chemical, and biological characteristics. Sample test results were adjusted according to domestic wastewater quality standards and water quality standards. Parameters tested include temperature, TSS, pH, BOD5, COD, ammonia (NH3), phosphate (PO4 3-), chromium, oils and fats, and total coliforms. The highest values of the three samples for each parameter were temperature of 20.8 °C, TSS of 13 mg/L, pH of 7.8, BOD5 of 6.53 mg/L, COD of 17.38 mg/L, ammonia (NH3) of 6.13 mg/L, phosphate (PO4 3-) of 1.15 mg/L, chromium of 0.01 mg/L, oils and fats of 1.6 mg/L, and total coliform of 2400/100 mL. The values of the three points of the Cangkring River water test results met all the parameters of the domestic wastewater quality standards. In testing water quality standards, Cangkring River water met all parameters of class 4 water quality standards, namely water quality that can be used to irrigate agriculture. So it can be concluded that the condition of the Cangkring River water is safe for the community but is not suitable for drinking water, recreational infrastructure, and aquaculture.

The Influence of Participatory Budgeting to Budgetary Slack in Local Government at Majene Regency

<p><em>This study aims to describe the relationship between participatory budgeting or participatory budgeting for budgetary slack. The population in this study were Echelon III and IV officials within the scope of the Regional Government of Majene Regency. Sampling technique is Convenience Sampling. The samples in this study were the Regional Financial and Asset Agency, the Culture and Tourism Agency, the Public Library, Archives and Documentation Service, the Cooperative, Industry and Trade Office, and the Regional Development Planning Agency with a total of 70 officials. This research was conducted with a simple regression analysis method. The results showed that Participatory Budgeting had a positive effect on Budgetary Slack. The coefficient of participatory budgeting is 11.4% with a significance level of 0.004 (<0.05).</em></p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Participative Budgeting, Budgetary Slack</p>

The Effect of Entrepreneurial Motivation on the Business Growth of Indigenous Enterprises in Gunungkidul District

Entrepreneurial motivation is divided into three factors, namely mixed motivation, opportunity motivation, and necessity motivation. Business actors in developing countries tend to have mixed motivation. Entrepreneurial motivation affects the growth of a number of businesses in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, particularly in Gunungkidul District. This study has three objectives: to define the entrepreneurial motivation using Exploratory Factorial Analysis, to determine the level of entrepreneurial motivation, and to test the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on business growth of indigenous enterprises in Gunungkidul District using simple linear regression. This study applies a quantitative approach with a mixed data collection method. Quantitative data are collected using a questionnaire, while qualitative data are collected through in-depth interviews with indigenous enterprises and the Office of Industry and Trade. This study employs purposive sampling with the following criterion: entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized industries (known as Industri Kecil Menengah) in the field of craft and fashion business. The results of this study illustrate that entrepreneurial motivation in Gunungkidul District is mixed motivation. Even though entrepreneurial motivation is low, it has an effect on business growth.

GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM MAPPING OF KEROSENE BUSINESSES IN JAYAPURA

The role of BBM is very important in people's lives. Fuel is a basic need for rural and urban communities, both as household needs and as business needs. The existence of kerosene in Jayapura is quite evenly distributed. From the results of survey conducted by the OFFICE OF INDUSTRY, COOPERATIVE TRADE AND SMEs that every year the use of LPG as fuel for cooking is still very low, while the use of kerosene from year to year is widely used by local community, it causes more kerosene bussiness but people have difficulty getting information about the location to get the kerosene, therefore we need a system that can help find the location, namely geographic information system that can provide information about fuel oil base points. This system is in symbols form for making the system using QGIS with the PIECES analysis method, the design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) method and the development method using waterfall method. This research produces a system that can be expected to make it easier for the public to know the distribution of kerosene in Jayapura

ANALISIS PEMUNGUTAN RETRIBUSI PASAR GUNA MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIFITAS PENDAPATAN DAERAH KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN

The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of collecting market levies in order to increase the effectiveness of those applied to the Pamekasan Regency Industry and Trade Office and Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2012 concerning Market Levies. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. This type of data uses quantitative data. The data source uses secondary data. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques in the form of local revenue reports and the stages of data analysis used by identifying market retribution collection activities, effectiveness analysis, growth analysis and trend analysis. The results showed that the activity of collecting retribution at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pamekasan Regency was in accordance with the Regional Decree of Pamekasan Regency Number 13 of 2012 concerning Market Retribution, so that the researchers considered that the activities of collecting Market Retribution at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pamekasan Regency had been effective. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness analysis of the industrial office, it has been effective. The growth of market retribution revenue has decreased significantly every year. Meanwhile, the average percentage growth for 3 years shows that every year the Department of Industry and Trade has not been maximized for collecting market levies so that the growth rate has not been met.

Effect of Work Experiance and Work Environment On Job Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work environment on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of the Office of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province. Data collection in this research uses primary data obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire). The selection of the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that; Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction. And Work Experience and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction at the Office of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province.

Prakiraan Beban Puncak Pada Transformator GITET 150 kV Kesugihan Cilacap Menggunakan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Multilayer Feedforward Dengan Algoritma Backpropagation

The increasing population and the growth of the industrial world, offices, hotels, and modern markets must be directly proportional to Indonesia's availability of electrical energy. The availability of sufficient electrical energy can affect the quality of life of the people and foster investor confidence in our country. Studies on the prediction (estimation) of peak electrical loads in electricity in Indonesia can be carried out using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method. The estimation of electricity load for the next 5 years is strongly influenced by several parameters, including population growth and peak load data of 150 kV GITET, Kesugihan Cilacap. This study took population data and peak load data at GITET 150 KV Kesugihan Cilacap in the past 5 years. The data used in this study were actual data, starting from 2015 to 2019. To display the results of the estimated electrical load on the 150 kV GITET transformer, the authors used the artificial neural network method. The peak electrical loads estimation results using artificial neural networks for electricity loads in the next 5 years, to wit from 2020 - 2024. The estimated peak load in Lomanis District is20.0311 MW, 24.443 MW, 19.9707 MW, 19.9705 MW and 19, 9705 MW. In Gombong District, the estimated peak load is 57,398 MW, 57,472 MW, 57,476 MW, 57,474 MW, and 57,479 MW.

Android Based Application of Bussines License at Department Of Industry and Trade In Jayapura City

Android Based Application of Bussines License at Department Of Industry and Trade In Jayapura City was built with the aim of making it easier for applicants to apply for SIUP online using cellphones and to improve public services at the Jayapura City Industry and Trade Office. The processing of a Trade Business Permit (SIUP) which has been done manually, which is submitted directly to the Jayapura City Office of Industry and Trade, can be done by accessing it via an Android phone. The research methods used are 1) Data collection methods are carried out through literature studies, interviews and documentation, 2) application development methods with communication stages, planning quickly, designing quickly, modeling and designing quickly, forming prototypes, software to users and feedback. Programming language used is PHP MYSQL and AppGeyser. The results of the design are in the form of an application that can process input data: applicant's personal data, company data, submission data, admin data, data confirmation, SIUP upload and the resulting output is SIUP data print, SIUP application number report.

The Capacity of Idano Gana'a Village-Owned Enterprises in Increasing Community Participation in Dahana Tabaloho Village, Gunungsitoli District

This study aims to determine the capacity of Idano Gana'a Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in increasing community participation in Dahana Tabaloho Village, Gunungsitoli District. BUMDes aims to improve the welfare of rural communities. The capacity of BUMDes in terms of human resources, capital and infrastructure can increase community participation so that the objectives of BUMDes can be achieved. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by conducting observations, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The informants in this study included the Director of BUMDes, Treasurer of BUMDes, Head of BUMDes Business Unit, Village Head, Head of BPD, Camat, Head of Village Community Empowerment Service, Head of Trade and Industry Office, BUMDes Employees and Dahana Tabaloho Village Community. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results obtained in this study show that the capacity of BUMDes Idano Gana'a plays an important role in increasing community participation in Dahana Tabaloho Village. Human resources managing BUMDes operations, capital and infrastructure for BUMDes are able to increase community participation both in participating in decision making, implementing activities, monitoring and evaluating and utilizing development results. ANALISIS MANAJEMEN BISNIS SYARIAH TERHADAP PROGRAM PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN BOGOR DALAM MELINDUNGI UMKM AKIBAT MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract
 
 This research is in the background due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, the Indonesian Government issued a policy of Locdown (area quarantine) and PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) Bogor Regency, one of the regions that followed the policies of the Government. Because of that the community should remain silent at home. The result is a decrease in the income of MSMEs. Data on SMEs affected by Covid-19 were 1,120 SMEs in Bogor Regency. Therefore, the Bogor Regency Government through the Bogor Regency Trade and Industry Service and the Bogor Regency Small and Medium Business Cooperative Office need to issue a program to protect MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation with the Bogor Regency Trade and Industry Office and the Bogor Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Office. The efforts of DISPERDAGIN and the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) by way of direct surveys, and data on MSMEs affected by Covid-19. From this data, the Agency makes a program in accordance with the complaints of MSMEs. The program plan will be implemented in 2021 because the Bogor Regency Government program has been ratified before the pandemic begins, therefore technically the program will be implemented starting in 2021.
