Keputusan Konsumen Menggunakan Maskapai Penerbangan di Indonesia

The main problem of the research is the lack of security system and the low level of trust that could affect the decision to use an airline. The purpose of the study is to analyze the security, safety and trust variables directly on passengers’ decision to use Garuda Indonesia airline. This study used a multiple linear regression approach with validity, reliability, t-test, F-test and hypothesis testing. The research sample was 80 respondents taken from Garuda Indonesia flight service users in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The key findings of this study are the safety and trust variables directly have a positive effect on the passengers’ decision, while the safety variable does not have a positive effect on the passengers’ decision to use Garuda Indonesia airline.

Pengaruh Perceived Value, Service Quality dan Brand Image Terhadap Minat Beli Tiket Pesawat pada PT Garuda Indonesia

This research was conducted to determine the influence of perceived value, service quality and brand image on the interest in buying air tickets at PT Garuda Indonesia. The population in this study is all customers who purchase Garuda Indonesia flight tickets in the city of Palembang in 2024. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that perceived value, service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Perceived value, it is expected for PT Garuda Indonesia to be able to accelerate the duration of the process of refunding funds to consumers. Service quality, it is hoped that PT Garuda Indonesia will provide information to consumers if there is a change in information. Brand image, it is hoped that PT Garuda Indonesia can consider conducting events such as exhibitions which also need to be carried out in several cities in Indonesia.

The Impact of Halal and Hygiene Certification on Consumption Levels with Trust as an Intervening Variable

This research aimed to assess the impact of halal certification and hygiene on the consumption levels and trust of users of Garuda Indonesia and Aerofood ACS flight services. The study utilized multiple linear regression analysis, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 96 Garuda Indonesia flight service users. The findings revealed that while halal certification did not significantly affect the level of consumer consumption of Aerofood ACS, it did have a significant impact on consumer trust. In contrast, hygiene was found to significantly influence both consumption levels and consumer trust. These results suggest that halal certification alone does not drive consumer consumption of Aerofood ACS products. Instead, hygiene plays a critical role in both enhancing consumption and building trust. Consequently, Aerofood ACS should focus on maintaining and improving product hygiene to better meet consumer expectations and increase consumption.

The Effect of Community Traditions on Flight Safety at Perum LPPNPI, Semarang Branch, was a descriptive qualitative research study that usedprimary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained through interviews with the Semarang Branch of Air Traffic Control (ATC), while the secondary data was gathered through a literature review. The secondary data sources included Law No. 1 of 2009, Ministerial Regulation (PM) No. 40 of 2018, and relevant journals about this research. A systematic literature review was conducted at Indonesia Flight Polytechnic in Curug using a descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research is a research method based on post-positivist philosophy, typically used to investigate objective and natural conditions where the researcher acts as a key instrument. This research aimed to determine whether community traditions that were not in accordance with regulations affected flight safety at Perum LPPNPI, Semarang Branch.

Study in Indonesia Pilot Academy, Why not? : A Website Representation of Critical Discourse Analysis

Indonesia Pilot Academy utilizes language as an impactful tool to affect people’s perceptions. An electronic website is becoming increasingly vital for academy and candidate cadets by employing language as information and representation. The portrayal of Indonesia Pilot Academy represents the use of linguistic representation on the website and the contribution of this to understanding the overlapping factors that reinforce academic practices within the Indonesia flight-social structure. There are unanswered questions related to the study comparing and analyzing the diverse discourses used to represent Indonesia flight academy on its website regarding social constructs (e.g., gender and race). Then, the study aims to determine website language represented as academic quality, product, and social construct. The data was taken from the website of the academy. To that end, critical discourse analysis (CDA) is utilized to describe, analyze, and interpret the textual and visual representations of the Indonesia Pilot Academy website at the local, institutional, and societal levels. What is surprising is that the academy should encourage global political involvement with promotional discourse and visual images. This finding has important implications for fostering international promotional discourse and pictures to emphasize prestige and uniqueness.

Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa Penerbangan PT Garuda Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of Garuda Indonesia's flight services. The research method is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study uses three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results The level of competence of employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia is very good, because before becoming an employee, you must take the training that has been provided from various sub-variables such as education level, number of years of work experience, so that the quality of service provided by PT Garuda Indonesia through employees to passengers is very satisfactory. The quality of PT Garuda Indonesia's flight services provided to passengers is very satisfying, from the waiting room facilities and equipment from ticket reservations, check-in, boarding passes to take-off and take-off processes, very concerned about passenger comfort and safety, PT Garuda Indonesia's organizational culture through hospitality Indonesian hospitality is applied in an icon that indulges the senses. Garuda Indonesia Experience is a new service concept that presents the best aspects of Indonesia to passengers.

The Effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-Wom) and Brand Image on Repurchase Intention Moderated by Brand Trust in the Garuda Indonesia Airline

Repurchase intention is a commitment of a customer formed as a consumer purchases a product or service. Many factors influencing repurchase intention, including the E-Word of Mouth (E_WOM), brand image and brand trust. E-WOM is an effective tool for building brand awareness, creating hype in the market, influencing purchasing decision and developing brand loyalty. Brand image is a description of association of consumer beliefs in a particular brand. Brand Trust is a customer's desire to rely on a brand at any cost. The present study is a survey using an associative quantitative approach aimed at determiniong the effect of E-WOM and brand image on repurchase intention moderated by brand trust. The population of the study included all customers of Garuda Indonesia airline who have used the airline in the past year, especially the Garuda Indonesia Medan, which amounted to 36,000 during 2019. The sampling method used a sample formula with certain criteria so that were 100 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used path analysis. The results of the the study showm that E-WOM has a significant effect on Brand Trust. Brand Image has a significant influence on Brand Trust. Brand Trust has a significant positive effect on the Repurchase Intention variable. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on variable Repurchase Intention. Brand Image has a significant effect on the Repurchase Intention variable through Brand Trust. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on variable Repurchase Intention through Brand Trust. Brand Image has a significant effect on the Repurchase Intention. In other words, Brand Trust is proven to moderate the influence of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention. It is recommended that Garuda Indonesia Airlines provide consistent, fast and quality service so that it gets positive reviews from customers which will increase Repurchase Intention of Garuda Indonesia flight tickets. Pengaruh Persepsi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Persepsi Nilai Terhadap Kepuasan Serta Dampaknya Pada Loyalitas Pelanggan Maskapai Penerbangan

This study aims to determine : The effect of perception of service quality on customer satisfaction, The effect of customer value perception on customer satisfaction, and And the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study uses the independent variable (service quality perception, customer value perception), and the dependent variable (customer satisfaction and customer loyalty). The sample method used in this study is the roscoe method and the Analysis Tool used in this study is AMOS version 23. With the number of 200 respondents selected are people who have used Batik Air Indonesia's flight services in the city of Bogor. Based on the research, it can be concluded that there are three hypotheses that have positive and significant influence, namely: The first hypothesis is the perception of service quality and customer satisfaction has an influence and significant with the results of the t-test of 4.039 greater than t-table. The second hypothesis is the perception of customer value on customer satisfaction has an influence with a negative t-test that is equal to -1.529 smaller than t-table. The third hypothesis is customer satisfaction Customer loyalty has a positive and significant impact with the t-test result of 4.039 greater than t-table.

Analysis of Boeing Aircraft’s Fuel Consumption B737-800 NG for Yogyakarta-Singapore-Jakarta Route

AbstractIn one trip, the flight route can be seen in terms of weight, cargo, and the price of fuel needed as a very important aspect. Fuel prices that are high enough can have an impact on operational costs that were incurred by an airline. The purpose of this study was to avoid re-fueling at the re-fueling stations that cost more than the original station. This study used the fuel tankering method, and also focused on the Garuda Indonesia flight B737-800 NG airline with Jogyakarta-Singapore-Jakarta route and alternative airports at Pekanbaru and Surabaya. From the results of the data that was obtained and the analysis the result of this study was by refueling using the fuel tankering method was more profitable than normal way of re-fueling. However, there were aspects that need to be considered in the route using this method including temperature, altitude, flight distance and fuel prices that were differrent at each airport.Keywords: Route, Fuel Price, fuel tankering method.

Preventing Capital Flight to Reach Lucrative Investment In Indonesia

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic and non-macroeconomic determinants of capital flight. Research design, data and methodology: With five determinants, this survey was conducted by Eviews 10, and the ordinary least squares (OLS) as a statistical method was applied for examining the research hypothesis. The five determinants are a budget deficit, economic growth, inflation rate, the exchange rate, and sovereign rating. The capital flight measurement uses the World Bank residual approach. The data derive from the Central Bank of Indonesia, BPS-Statistics Indonesia, OECD, and Moody’s Investor Service. Results: The result considers that economic growth, the exchange rate, and the sovereign rating will decrease capital flight. In addition, the budget deficit and the inflation rate will increase capital flight. The sovereign rating decreases capital flight bigger than the other determinants. In addition, the exchange rate is statistically significant. Conclusions: The most influential problem of capital flight in Indonesia is because of non-macroeconomics factor political issue, corruption, bad regulation, and others. That’s why the investment climate in Indonesia is still not secure. We propose that the regime would have to amend the business rule for reducing capital, raising the investment climate, and demonstrating the creative industry.

TANGGUNGJAWAB MASKAPAI PENERBANGAN LION AIR TERHADAP HILANGNYA BAGASI TERCATAT DALAM PERPSKETIF UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 1 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG PENERBANGAN JO PERMENHUB NOMOR 77 TAHUN 2011 (STUDI KASUS PUTUSAN NOMOR 6/PDT.G.S/ 2018/PN.DPS)

Enjoying trips using the air transport fleet is one of the modes of transportation that is quite in demand because of the short travel time. However, problems sometimes arise because passenger luggage is lost or damaged during the trip resulting in passenger losses. As happened in the case of a Lion Air passenger suit for loss of baggage containing passenger luggage. The judge in his decision stipulated compensation that according to the victim was not commensurate with the total value of the loss so that the problem arose as to how the responsibilities of Lion Air flights as a carrier for the loss of belongings of passengers in baggage were recorded according to Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning flights? How to settle compensation for checked baggage lost during flight in Indonesia? This research uses normative legal research. Based on the results of the study, Lion air is responsible for the loss of luggage belonging to passengers in the checked baggage based on the provisions of Permenhub No.77 of 2011 Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a and based on the judge's decision that grants some of the plaintiff's demands that adopt a limited liability model (presumption of liability) and provide sanctions requiring compensation with a number determined by Permenhub No. 77. Settlement used in this case the plaintiff uses litigation settlement and in this case the settlement of compensation still refers to the judge's decision.

The Prospect of Turboprop Commercial Flight in Indonesia

The transportation between remote cities and different islands in Indonesia needs to be served by aviation. One possibility to connect cities with short distance is by using small aircraft, such as the turboprop aircraft. However, the feasibility of such aircraft should be examined due to its huge investment and profitability. This study tries to determine the route network of turboprop aircraft in Indonesia using Ryerson and Ge’s approach (2014) by examining spatial trends for short-haul aviation and on the regional jet routes. The possibility of turboprop flight on the regional jet routes could be assessed by a distance-based and fuel-time trade-off with three scenarios of fuel price. To validate the potential network of turboprop aircraft, binary logit model predict the probability that a route is fit served by a turboprop. This study shows that more than half of the current regional jet routes in Indonesia can be operated by turboprop aircraft. However, the route which farther than its range capability should be operated with regional jet.

Consumer behavior could lead us to predict the changing and understanding of people (customers) needs and wants nowadays. This paper analyzes the issues of consumer behavior that exist in the company and aims to advocate alternative solutions related to its division as part of the supply chain. Evaluation of quality with risk assessment using Kano model and FMEA in Indonesia airline services

Competition in the airline industry has increased this triggers the development of low cost carrier. One airline that has felt the impact of this increased competition is the airline Garuda Indonesia, which previously controlled the airline market share in Indonesia before the emergence of low cost carrier. Garuda Indonesia airline as a market leader still need to improve their services because the satisfaction of some customers is not as high as Garuda Indonesia expected. Based on preliminary studies conducted, there are still customers who feel not satisfied with the services provided by the Garuda Indonesia airline. To maintain the number of customers and increase the number of customers using Garuda Indonesia flight services, Garuda Indonesia airlines must evaluate the quality of service and improve the quality of services provided. This study aims to evaluate the quality of service on airlines using the Kano model and perform quality risk calculations on airline service using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method. By using KANO Model and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), there are 8 service attributes that need to be improved by Garuda Indonesia Airlines. The service attributes include the ease of check-in and waiting time, the time of departure and the arrival of the aircraft, the suitability of the number and the flight schedule, the flight safety, safety standard, the ticket price compared to the competitors, the suitability of the ticket price with the services provided, compensation in case of loss or damage to the luggage and the quality of the dish / snack served during the flight. These attributes need to be upgraded by Garuda Indonesia airlines to increase customer satisfaction so customers will reuse.

Empirical Study of Capital Flight in Indonesia 2009-2017 Period

The phenomenon of capital flight is triggered by two biggest financial scandals, Panama Papers, and Paradise Papers. The impacts of this phenomenon can erode the tax base and contribute to the distribution of income from developing countries to developed countries. Therefore, the purpose of this study is learning of Indonesia's capital flight and analyzing more deeply the causes of capital flight for the Indonesian economy in the period 2009 until 2017. The data used in this research is secondary data from BI, BPS, and OECD. The independent variables are the budget deficit ratio, economic growth, inflation, exchange rate growth, and dummy sovereign rating. The measurement of capital flight in this research uses residual approach, while the estimation techniques use Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Empirical results of this research conclude that the amount of capital flight in Indonesia increased quite rapidly since the first quarter of 2009 until the second quarter of 2011 compared to next periods. Furthermore, macroeconomic factors used as independent variables are not strong enough to explain capital flight in Indonesia.

PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN RUTE DOMESTIK GARUDA INDONESIA DI KOTA AMBON

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia flight service on domestic route in Ambon City. Data are collected using questionnaires distributed to 135 customers who use Garuda Indonesia flight to and from Ambon. The data collected was further processed and calculated using SPSS 21 and then analyzed using regression analysis. The result shows that service quality’s factors have positive and significant influence to Garuda Indonesia customer satisfaction on domestic flight route to and from Ambon. Furthermore, the results of this study recommend that in an effort to improve customer satisfaction, the management of Garuda Indonesia can continue to improve quality services continuously in the future.

DETERMINANT FACTORS OF CONSUMER PREFERENCES IN INDONESIA AIRLINES INDUSTRY

Research objectives was to find determinant that determines the preferences of consumers in using flight services in Indonesia and knowing factors priority preferences of consumers in using the flight in Indonesia. Research methodology used the quantitative method and technical data analysis using factor analysis .The size of the population of 91 million passengers with a target population was commercial airlines passengers in Indonesia. The total sample using Slovin formulas on the level of confidence 95 % as many as 400 respondents. The sample collection technique using nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, observation, and an interview. The result showed that determinant of consumer’s preferences in using flight services in Indonesia can be grouped in three factors there were arranged based on priority of attributes as follows: (a) tariff consisting of a tariff as attribute, (b) services consisting of attributes such as on-time departure and arrival, safety, reservation and chek-in convenience, airline' crews, flight patterns, cabin services, baggage services, and airplanes, and (c) image of airlines composed of airline image as attribute.

THE PROTECTION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS FOR AVIATION SAFETY AND SECURITY IN INDONESIA AND MALAYSIA

Indonesia and Malaysia have a good potency for cooperation in aviation industry. It can be seen in the establishing two aviation companies namely PT. Indonesia Air Asia and Malindo which both are low-cost carrier. These aviation industries are categorized as low-cost carrier, however safety and security are absolute factors because these are rights for consumers. This article will describe further about safety and security standard; protecting the rights for consumers in connection with safety aviation in Indonesia and Malaysia from the Consumer Protection Law and the Aviation Law. As a result of the research shows that safety standard passenger for air transportation in airport covers information and safety facility in the shape of availability of the emergency safety tools (fires, accidents and natural disasters); information, area and health facility; and healthcare workers. Moreover, safety standards for passenger in an aircraft include information and safety facility in the shape of availability information and the emergency safety tools for passenger in an aircraft. The protection for consumer rights for safety flight in Indonesia as follows: aviation industry has obligation to fulfill minimum standard of safety and security; consumers must be safety from false information which raises concern; aircraft operation which endanger of the passenger; and consumer protection in operating the electronic device which endanger flight. On the other hand, the law of consumer rights in Malaysia relating to aviation are ruled under the Aviation Law as a result of the Warsaw Convention 1929. In conclusion, the verdict of consumer rights related to security aviation begins when the passenger enter to an aircraft, in the aircraft, and by the time they get off the plane.

PENGARUH HARGA DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN TIKET MASKAPAI CITILINK OLEH WISATAWAN NUSANTARA DI BANDARA NGURAH RAI, BALI

Citilink airlines is one of LCC ( Low Cost Carrier ) flight in Indonesia, under management of Garuda Indonesia and established in 2001. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of prices and brand images partial and simultaneous with domestic tourits decision to purchase the ticket and the location of this research at Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. The sample technique used is purposive sampling and techniques of the collected sample were used with accidental sampling. The number of respondents used in this research are 150 of respondents. Analysis data used was validity test, reliability, assumption classical test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of koefisien determination, and Likert scale The results of research is that the price of ( x1 ) has positive effects and significant of decision of ( y ) as Citilink ticket, with a significance value af 0,000 which is less than ? = 0.05 and tcount of 4,805 is larger than ttable 1,655. Brand images variables ( x2 ) has some positive effects and significant of the decision of the purchase of ( y ) Citilink ticket, with a significance value at 0,000 which is less than ? = 0.05 and tcount of 6,750 is larger than ttable 1,655. Variable of prices ( x1 ) and brand images ( x2 ) has some positive effects and significant of the decision of the purchase of ( y ) Citilink ticket, with a significance value 0,000 which is less than ? = 0.05 and fcount of 115,605 larger than ftable 3,06.
