This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of Brighton Real Estate Spazio Surabaya employees. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Brighton Real Estate Spazio Surabaya. Determination of the sample in the study used non-probability sampling through saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 50 employees of Brighton Real Estate Spazio Surabaya. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS analysis tools through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and correlation and determination coefficients. The results of this research show that (1) Work Environment variables influence employee performance with a sig. < 0.05. By creating a good relationship between employees and leaders, good coordination will result in improving employee performance. (2) The work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance with a sig value. > 0.05. This means that employees can still maintain their performance even if they arrive late and leave early. (3) The work motivation variable influences employee performance with a sig value. < 0.05. By providing motivation, employees will be encouraged to try as hard as possible to give their best to the work assigned to them. (4) Work environment, work discipline and work motivation jointly influence employee performance and have an influence of 59.70%.
