Abstract
This research discusses the importance of managing human resource careers in an organizational environment. Career is a key factor in improving employee performance, achieving organizational goals, and maintaining employee satisfaction. This study used various references related to human resource management, including several related studies conducted by Wahjono, Sentot Imam, and colleagues. Research methodology involves literature analysis and case studies with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of effective career management practices
