Relationship Between Compliance With Health Protocols Against ANC Visits In Pregnant Women In The Pandemic Period Of Covid-19

Background: The Covid 19 pandemic situation has hurt many sectors, including in the health sector, especially in maternal and infant health services. On the other hand, during Antenatal Care, pregnant women are afraid to come to health facilities because they are so scared of contracting them not to have their pregnancy checked. It can endanger the pregnancy of the mother or the fetus during pregnancy because it cannot detect the dangerous signs of pregnancy early.Objectives: The study aims to analyze the relationship between the protocols for implementing health protocols on ANC visits to pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the PMB area of Mojokerto Regency in 2020.Research Methods: This research method is to use an analytical design using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used accident sampling, a total of 60 pregnant women.Results: The results of the study using Chi-Square analysis showed that there was no relationship between educational variables and ANC visits (ρ-value = 0.087> 0.05); there was a relationship between work variables and ANC visits (ρ-value = 0.001 <0.05), and there was no relationship. The adherence variable applied the Health Protocol with ANC visits (ρ-value = 0.457> 0.05).Conclusion: This study concludes that there is no relationship between compliance with implementing the Health Protocol with ANC visits to pregnant women during the Covid 19 period.

Implementation of Object Detection With You Only Look Once Algorithm in Limited Face-To-Face Times in Pandemic

Covid-19 has hit many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The rapid and deadly spread of Covid-19 reached Indonesia in early 2020. This pandemic of course had a detrimental impact on the Indonesian people in terms of health, economy, education and others. The Indonesian government certainly does not remain silent, the government is aggressively making efforts to break the Covid-19 chain in various ways, one of the efforts made is to continuously inform about the health protocols recommended by the government to prevent transmission. The Indonesian Ministry of Health (in Mardhia et al., 2020) Efforts that can be made in the prevention phase by each individual include: Wearing a mask, Wearing gloves, Using hand sanitizer/disinfectant, Washing hands with soap, Avoiding touching the face, Avoid shaking hands, Avoid gatherings or long queues, Avoid touching objects/object surfaces in public areas, Avoid taking public transportation, Maintain a distance of at least two meters from other people when outside the house, and If you show symptoms of illness, immediately notify the people around. Even though they have been informed about the prevention of Covid-19, the public tends to be negligent in implementing health protocols, one of which is the application of Social Distancing. Therefore, this study will create a distance detector using the YOLOv3 algorithm as one of the detection objects for the implementation of community activity restrictions

Transformation of Rucah Fish Processing Into Nuggets in Setapuk Besar Village Singkawang City

Fish nugget is a type of fishery product processing that has a long shelf life at cold or frozen temperatures. The presentation is more practical, tastes more savory and is liked by children and adolescents, so it can be used to meet the nutritional needs of the family. The implementation of this PKM activity aims to provide training to the people of Setapuk Besar, Singkawang City, in processing trash fish fisheries waste into nuggets, with the addition of Eucheuma cottonii pulp as a partial substitute for wheat flour. This activity is carried out offline while still paying attention to and strictly implementing health protocols such as wearing masks and using hand sanitizers. The activity was attended by 20 participants consisting of members of the Setapuk Besar Village Family Welfare Development (PKK) divided into 3 working groups. This PKM activity was carried out using the lecture method followed by a demonstration of making nuggets. Monitoring and evaluation of the activities carried out during the activity showed the ability of the 3 groups of PKK mothers to process trash fish waste into frozen food nuggets based on variations in the concentration of 0, 25 and 50 g E. cottoni pulp. The results of the nugget-making activity for PKK women in Setapuk Besar village, showed that the addition of 0.25 g of E. cottoni pulp provided a better consistency of the dough and texture of processed nuggets, as well as a more savory taste.

VIRUS DESTROYER GAME FOR EDUKATING HEALTH PROTOCOL AND LEARNING MEDIA OF VIRUS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the spread of the Corona Virus that causes Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The Covid-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of life, one of which is the world of education. The government's stay at home policy changes learning to online-based distance learning. So that students cannot be separated from the use of smartphones. Therefore, learning media is needed for education on health protocols and interesting virus-based material on smartphones. The purpose of this study is to provide media that interesting to the public for the prevention of COVID-19 and to provide learning media about Viruses in Biology subjects. This research is developmental research, with research stages covering game development, game algorithms, and game testing. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the Guttman Scale and Likert Scale. The results showed that the Virus Destroyer Game received a positive response from respondents with a percentage of 83.9% and included a very feasible virus learning media according to the validation results with a percentage of 90.83%. The conclusion of this research is that, the Virus Destroyer Game which was developed, received a positive response as an educational media for preventing COVID-19 and also feasible to be a viral KD learning media. The implication of this research is that students better understand the importance of implementing health protocols to break the spread of Covid-19 in a fun way.

IMPLEMENTASI EKONOMI KERAKYATAN BERBASIS EKONOMI DIGITAL UNTUK MEMBANGKITKAN UMKM PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the public to implement health protocols to reduce the number of COVID-19 spreads. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has forced MSME actors to be able to survive with this condition. Many MSME actors who cannot survive in this condition have gone out of business. However, some MSMEs have more ideas that can be used as solutions to overcome problems during a pandemic. This solution is expected to make MSME actors able to rise during the pandemic. MSMEs that act as the foundation of the people's economy can create a digital-based economy in their application. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is concluded that the role of MSMEs as a people's economy can be the mainstay of the community in a pandemic condition. The Role of Religious Leaders as Opinion Leaders in Government Communications Related to COVID-19

Covid 19, it is undeniable that it has had a bad impact on people's lives, both in the health aspect, as well as in the political, economic, social, etc. This made the government then issue several handling policies, including: Implementing restrictions on community activities, implementing health protocols, including various rules in the order of religious life, one of which is an appeal to carry out worship at home. So that people can immediately know and obey these rules, of course we need an appropriate communication strategy by paying attention to the role of an opinion leader. Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province, which is the location of this research, is an area that has regulations on religion. Therefore, a religious figure can be said to be an opinion leader who has a strategic position, especially in communicating government policies related to Covid 19 on religious issues. This is in line with the two-step model of communication flow, both in the pattern of face-to-face communication and mass communication, which introduced the concept of opinion leader. This research method is descriptive qualitative with the aim of providing an overview of the role of religious leaders in government communication. Through the interview process with the Chairperson of the Indonesian Ulema Council and the Young Dai of Bulukumba Regency, it is known that religious leaders have a role in government communication in Bulukumba Regency, through direct da'wah or using digital media. Furthermore, of course the results of this research are expected to be an input for the government, in considering and determining opinion leaders on other issues.

Management of the Leadership of Female Principals in Optimizing Teacher Performance During the Covid-19 Pandemic

The unfinished pandemic of COVID-19 has changed the course of the education process. One of the key to the success of a educational institution today is the management and policies implemented by the principal as a leader. The purpose of this study is to find out the Management of Female Principal Leadership in Optimizing Teacher Performance During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is a field research with descriptive-qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. This research was conducted at PAUD Wadas Kelir with the subject of the research, namely the Principal of PAUD Wadas Kelir. The results of this study show that: First, Head of PAUD Wadas Kelir Purwokerto developed a teacher performance optimization policy program during the covid-19 pandemic, in the form of the obligation to implement health protocols in the school environment, learning activities conducted from home and a combination of online-offline learning, as well as policies in learning innovations during the pandemic. Second, the headmaster's leadership style in optimizing the performance of PAUD Wadas Kelir Purwokerto teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic applies a democratic, consultative, and transformational leadership style. Third, the obstacles experienced by the head of PAUD Wadas Kelir include the lack of ability of teachers in operating technology as a learning medium, the lack of teacher ideas in presenting fun learning activities, and the background of the teachers' educational qualifications that are not appropriate.

Influence of social media exposure on knowledge and behaviour of COVID-19 preventive measure: a cross sectional study

<div align="center"><p>A lot of misinformation about COVID-19 on social media possibly hinder the practice of healthy behaviors that are essential to protect individuals. This situation is exacerbated by the lack of health literacy in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the influence of social media information exposure on the knowledge and behavior of Indonesians in compliance with COVID-19 protocols. An online survey of 909 people was conducted from July 2 to August 10, 2020. The data collected were knowledge and behavior of preventing COVID-19, while independent variables were socio-demographic characteristics and exposure to social media information. Inclusion criteria were defined as follows: minimum age of 18 years and domiciled in the country during the data collection period. The analysis used for the data collected were univariate and multivariate. The result showed that gender, age, marital status, and social media presence significantly affect a person's knowledge about COVID-19 with a p-value less than 0.05. Enforcement behavior of health and healthy living protocols is significantly influenced by the respondent’s gender, marital status, education level, the island of residence, and exposure to online information. The frequency of exposure to information affects people's knowledge and behavior to implement health protocols and healthy living in the COVID-19 era, and it is further influenced by socio-demographic characteristics.</p></div>

Implementation of Jogo Tonggo: Living Hadits in RW V Kedungwuluh Environment, West Purwokerto as A Prophetic Solution in The Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic

Based on Circular Number 1 of 2020, the Governor of Central Java Province instructed all Regents and Mayors throughout Central Java to form the Jogo Tonggo movement. This policy aims to invite all elements of society to work together to prevent and contain the spread of Covid-19. This is in line with the prophetic solution in responding to the pandemic contained in the Prophet's hadith. Namely, solutions based on prophecy in the form of humanization (amar ma'rūf), liberation (nahī munkar), and transcendence (tu'minūna billāh). The application of these three prophetic values ​​has positive implications for the life of hadith in the midst of society. This study aims to discuss the living hadith phenomenon of the Jogo Tonggo movement in RW V, Kedungwuluh Village, West Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. This research is doctrinal normative using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach. The results showed that the Jogo Tonggo policy had been implemented well. In their daily practice, local residents have been educated to implement health protocols in a disciplined manner so that the spread of Covid-19 can be minimized.

CHSE Rafting Guide Implementation Analysis in the New Normal Era on Payung Rafting Tourism Object

Introduction: The development of the tourism sector in Indonesia is so fast, but since the COVID-19 pandemic, tourist visits have decreased. In the new normal era, there is a change in behavior to continue to carry out activities by implementing health protocols. Several tourist attractions began operating with the implementation of health protocols. The government issued guidelines for the implementation of Cleanliness, Health, and Safety Environmental Sustainability (CHSE). CHSE rafting tour is guided to meet the needs of tourists for clean, healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly tourism products and services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Payung Rafting Managers try to implement health protocols to the maximum. This study was conducted to determine the extent to which Payung Rafting managers apply the CHSE Guidelines.
 Methods: This research is quantitative study with cross sectional design. Analysis of the fulfillment of the CHSE rafting guidelines at the Payung Rafting tourist attraction was carried out, using the CHSE rafting instrument released by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This activity has been carried out on August 9, 2021.
 Results: The results showed that Payung Rafting was able to meet 69% of the CHSE guidelines, while based on the results of the Pearson Chi-Square test, a value of 0.119 was obtained with a significance value of 0.730 (p> 0.05).
 Conclusion: This study statistically shows there is no difference between the CHSE guidelines and implementation in Payung Rafting, but descriptive analysis shows that Payung Rafting can apply 69% of the CHSE guidelines.

Pemberdayaan Ibu Balita dan Kader Kesehatan dalam Inovasi Tumbuh Kembang Anak dengan “Gempita Coting” Mencegah dan Menangani Covid-19 serta Stunting

In Pacalan Village in 2021 there are 14 stunted children, 11 are short, 3 are very short due to lack of nutritional intake and stimulation, improper parenting style, inadequate health at home. In addition, there are also quite complex problems in handling children related to the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity is a PPDS community service program (Healthy Village Development Program). This program is related to the role of universities in providing education and community assistance through Interproffesional Collaborations (IPC) and Interproffesional Educations (IPE). The aim of the activity is to create a healthy village through good habits for children, starting from educational play media, food consumed, and daily habits that support health. These activities were introduced as the GEMPITA COTING program (Playing Movement and Implementing Health Protocols in the Prevention of Covid-19 and Stunting). Forms of community service in the form of training and assistance regarding the implementation of the 5M health protocol for village communities, the use of media for playing board games for children, clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS), little doctors and trauma healing. This community service method involves 6 professions namely Nurse, Midwife, Environmental Health, Public Health, Psychology and Nutrition. The program targets are elementary school children, Covid working groups, sanitation, and health cadres. The results of community service are evaluated through monitoring evaluation and followed up by conveying the sustainability of the programs to the Head of Pacalan Village, Plaosan Health Center and the Magetan Health Office.

Pendidikan Kesehatan Tentang Pencegahan Penularan Covid-19 Bagi Siswa Sekolah Dasar

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government set various policies to prevent transmission. The use of masks, practicing a clean and healthy lifestyle, and limiting distance and even Large-Scale Social Restrictions are the efforts that have been set. However, many violations are still being committed, including school children who have had face-to-face meetings (PTM) at school. Disobedience to implementing health protocols can be caused by a lack of knowledge. This health education activity is about preventing the spread of Covid-19. Activities are carried out offline when students do PTM at Bojong 01 Elementary School, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency, totaling 44 students. The results of this activity showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge about preventing the transmission of Covid-19 by 5.45% from previous knowledge so that it became 88.18%. Good knowledge about preventing the transmission of Covid-19 can be a strengthening basis for the formation of a healthy lifestyle. In conclusion, students' knowledge about preventing the transmission of Covid-19 increased after being given health education. Suggestions, the next study is an effort to increase students' positive attitudes so that they can form good behavior in preventing the transmission of Covid-19.

SOSIALISASI INGAT PESAN IBU 3 M DI PANTAI RINDU ALAM KABUPATEN TANAH BUMBU

Compliance with implementing health protocols continues to decrease in the Pandemic era that is not over. Data on COVID-19 sufferers as of July 2021 shows a significant increase from the previous day in both active cases and death cases. The distribution of close contact rates increases significantly. This allows COVID- 19 transmission to improve a massive in a few months. This service activity is to increase public knowledge about the disease, the prevention of Covid-19 diseases and the distribution of masks aimed at helping the community increase compliance to participate in preventing COVID-19 transmission actively. The socialization method remembers the message of this 3 M mother with the distribution of leaflets and masks accompanied by education to visitors. Before and after education, visitors are given a pre-post test sheet to measure visitors understanding. The pre- test average knowledge/ ability of participants was 49.9%, and at the end of the session, there was an increase indicated by the post-test result of 58.32%. This shows that the material delivered through leaflets can be understood by the public well

Literasi Kesehatan Dalam Pencegahan Covid-19 (Studi Kasus Unilak)

The aims of this study to determine the level of health literacy of lecturers and employees at Lancang Kuning University, one of the steps in preventing covid-19, in addition to studying the behavior in implementing health protocols for awareness of the importance of preventing covid-19. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 420 respondents and a sample of 80 respondents. This study instrument use a questionnaire that has been tested for validity with a total of 30 questions with a Cronbach alpha result of 0.926, there are 3 indicators in this study, namely functional health literacy, interactive health literacy and critical health literacy. The results of this study from those 3 indicators, functional health literacy by 72%, interactive health literacy 76% and critical health literacy 77% overall the level of health literacy of Lancang Kuning University lecturers and employees is 76% in the 76%-100% range. which is included in the very good category. This means that the health literacy of Lancang Kuning University lecturers and employees is very good. Vaccination efforts are carried out by the government to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 transmission, reduce morbidity and death rates and achieve herd immunity. The problem in the field is that people who have been vaccinated have begun to neglect the implementation of health protocols. Limited study explored compliance to implement COVID-19 health protocols post vaccination. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of compliance with the implementation of the COVID-19 preventive health protocol in the post-vaccination community in the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) work area of Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Payangan. Methods: the research method was descriptive research. The research sample were 268 people who had met the criteria of completed vaccinated, be able to use Whatsapp and aged 20-70 years old with the Simple Random Sampling sample technique. Data was collected with questionnaires, namely questionnaires to identify the characteristics of respondents and questionnaires to assess community compliance with implementing COVID-19 prevention health protocols and analysed by statistical test. Results: the results were obtained from 268 respondents, most of the people were obedient in using masks (83.2%), obediently washing hands (93.3%), obedient in maintaining distance (60.4%) and obedient in maintaining health (83, 2%). Conclusion: compliance in maintaining distance is the lowest compliance, the number of traditional and cultural activities in the community, economic demands and fulfilment of needs causes people to gather. It is very important to increase public supervision in implementing Health protocols and providing facilities and facilities.

If this transportation is carried out using mass transportation or public transportation, then during the Covid-19 pandemic it will make it easier for the virus to spread if these public transport users do not comply with health protocols. Socialization regarding the use of mass transportation in the new normal era has been carried out in various locations and levels of society. In general, people still do not understand about this new normal era, so many do not comply with health protocols. This social service activity aims to provide insight to the community, especially groups of young high school students in using mass transportation in the new normal era. It is hoped that the teenagers can increase their awaraness of implementing health protocols so that they can reduce the spread of the virus that causes the Covid-19 pandemic.

By providing knowledge and increasing awareness and motivation of cadres to assist pregnant women, activities for pregnant women can be carried out during a pandemic by implementing health protocols.

Cara Pandang Masyarakat Kota Cilacap Terhadap Kesadaran Menjalankan Protokol Kesehatan Di Era Pascapandemi Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on daily activities, including social interactions in society. Public awareness of health protocols in social interactions during the Covid-19 pandemic focuses on changing activities or behavior with the main goal of not contracting or transmitting the corona virus by adapting activities in the community through the application of health protocols. In the Central Java region, especially Cilacap Regency, the amount of public awareness of health protocols in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic is still relatively low. This study aims to determine the perspective of the people of Cilacap on the awareness of implementing Health protocols in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The research was conducted by collecting data through interviews and documentation. The sample in this study is the people of Cilacap city who meet the criteria. After obtaining the data, the validity of the data was tested by triangulation. Meanwhile, for data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. From the research results obtained, the community already has enough knowledge about the importance of implementing Health protocols. In carrying out a health protocol, the people of the city of Cilacap are the most obedient in the use of masks. However, in terms of reducing mobility, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds, this is still quite difficult to do because it is contrary to activities that are workers and require interaction with other people. The results of this study can be used as an effort to increase public awareness of the importance of health protocols in social interaction.

PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN TENTANG PROTOKOL KESEHATAN KAMPUS SEHAT DAN AMAN DARI PENYEBARAN COVID 19 MELALUI MEDIA VIDEO DAN BUKU PANDUAN DI STIKES SUAKA INSAN BANJARMASIN

The era of the COVID-19 pandemic requires every educational institution to adapt in maintaining learning outcomes so that the quality of graduates remains optimal. Health education institutions try their best to use existing resources to provide educational services to students, although face-to-face learning can only be done through virtual face-to-face as well as laboratory and clinical practice. It has taken almost 2 years for the world of health education to undergo online learning, so the latest government regulation in 2022 calls for blended learning to be carried out immediately by combining lectures that are carried out face-to-face (50%) with face-to-face (50%). Educational institutions need to prepare the entire community to enter campus because it avoids the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the institutional environment. It is necessary to disseminate information by educational institutions to all students, lecturers and employees who work to pay attention to health rules and protocols. Health education on health protocols needs to be delivered in two forms of media, namely videos and guidebooks because they are very helpful in increasing knowledge that will affect attitudes in implementing health protocols on campus so that the spread of covid 19 can be avoided and campus as a place to learn and interact can be maximally functioned. by the academic community.
