AKSESIBILITAS LAYANAN PADA PROGRAM SATELIT B-11 DI TAMAN BACAAN MASYARAKAT RUMAH BACA UJUNGBERUNG (TBM-RBU)

Introduction. The B-11 Satellite Program is a Reading Material Provision Service Program at 11 points made by Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Rumah Baca Ujungberung (TBM-RBU). The 11 points of the place are, Pos Ronda, Warung Ibu Nia, Nurul Falah Mosque, Midwife Neni's Watch Room, RW Office, Karang Taruna Secretariat, Ibu Juariah's shop, Puskesmas, Posyandu and Pangkalan Ojeg. The purpose of this study is to determine the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the Satellite B-11 Program at the Ujungberung Reading House Community Reading Garden (TBM-RBU). Research Methods. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants amounted to 5 people and 1 person who is an expert in the field of TBM. Determination of Research Informants using Purposive Sampling. Data Analysis. Data analysis in the study through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Results and Discussion. The results of this study are the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation of the B-11 Satellite Service Program, which can meet the needs of the community. indirectly also supports and socializes interest and love of reading in the community through this program service. Based on the evaluation that has been carried out, the existence of the B-11 Satellite Program can reach all levels of the cigending village community with a total of 11 RW. It has helped some people who have difficulty accessing reading materials, difficulty accessing information, and lack of reading materials after this program. Conclusions and Suggestions. Cooperation and partnerships can be expanded again. In order for the B-11 Satellite program to continue to meet the target, it is necessary to increase information and socialization for the community through cooperation with RW heads so that information is more evenly distributed.

Ретроспективный анализ научных взглядов о государственно-общественном управлении образованием на материале eLibrary.ru

Introduction. Since 2000 up. to the present time, there has been an increase in scientific and applied public interest in the role of state and public education management (SPEM). This period is associated with a change in scientific, pedagogical and management ideas in SPEM, which allows for a retrospective analysis of scientific views on the problem, based on publications in the Russian scientific electronic library eLibrary.ru for the specified period. The purpose is to study and summarize scientific views on the state and public management of the education system in our country for the period 2000-2024 to determine further littlestudied directions for the development of state educational institutions. Materials and methods. Using a retrospective analysis of publications from the Russian scientific electronic library eLibrary.ru, recognizing and describing the stages of publication activity of Russian researchers on the problems of state-public education management, which are associated with the stages of development and implementation of the SPEM reform, are named. Based on a comparative analysis, the theoretical foundations of the organization of SPEM in the Russian Federation, general and specific approaches to the practical organization of SPEM at the regional and national level, and modern views on the topic were identified. Results. Systematization of information made it possible to identify the current state of knowledge of the problem, and to determine possible directions for further research of SPEM in the Russian education system. A three-stage periodization of scientific research into the SPEM model in Russia is proposed. Conclusions are drawn about the validity of the proposed periodization, and the problems of implementing state-public educational management at the present stage, little studied in the scientific literature are noted. Among the problems of implementing state education educational institutions that have been little studied in the scientific literature at the present stage, the following are noted: modern forms of management of an educational organization in the conditions of state education educational institutions, the potential of state educational institutions for the civil and patriotic education of students, features of the development of the digital educational space of school self-government in the state education educational institution system, mentoring technologies in working with schoolchildren in conditions of state and public school management.

Inventarisasi dan Pemetaan Keberagaman Tanaman Obat Keluarga di Desa Rambipuji, Kabupaten Jember: Upaya Pelestarian Pengetahuan Lokal

This study aims to map the diversity of family medicinal plants (TOGA) in Rambipuji Village, Rambipuji District, Jember Regency, East Java. TOGA is an important component in the lives of Indonesian people as an affordable and easily accessible alternative to traditional medicine. Nonetheless, in Rambipuji Village, the potential of TOGA has not been optimally utilized, and information regarding its geographical distribution is still limited. Therefore, accurate mapping is needed to support the utilization and preservation of TOGA. The research method involved three main stages: preparation, implementation, and map-making. In the preparation stage, the research team consulted with village officials to acquire permission and support. The implementation stage involved collecting coordinate point data of various medicinal plant species in the three main hamlets, namely Gudang Karang, Krajan, and Curah Ancar, utilizing the GPS Map Camera application. This data was later analyzed and imported into the QGIS application for the creation of an interactive map. The resulting map shows that there are 126 coordinate points in Gudang Karang Hamlet, 41 points in Krajan Hamlet, and 32 points in Curah Ancar Hamlet, with a total of 48 different medicinal plant species. The resulting TOGA diversity map provides a clear visual picture of the distribution of medicinal plants in Rambipuji Village, whereby it is expected to become a learning tool for the community and support the preservation and sustainable use of TOGA. This mapping is designed to improve the welfare of the community through a more targeted and coordinated utilization of medicinal plants.

What can we learn from one-to-one trials in Instructional design? A case from module development

The one-to-one trial phase within the instructional design development model has frequently been neglected in prior research. This stage should provide much in-depth insight considering its nature, which is in-depth face-to-face data collection between designers and participants. In this study, we aim to analyze a particular instance of module development during the one-to-one trial phase. This study is part of the media development stage with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) at the implementation stage. We used quantitative data collection through scoring and qualitative data through interviews with six participants involved in the one-to-one trial. The findings revealed that students provided critical feedback on two aspects of the module, particularly its design appeal and suitability for independent learning, aligning with an average participant score of 3 on a 1-5 scale. These results provide an overview that one-to-one as a foundation and initiation for a broader trial plays an essential role in providing a starting point for an implementation where quantitative and qualitative data provide holistic insight.

Perkembangan Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Pendidikan Budi Pekerti di SMA

The development of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Character Education curriculum in Senior High Schools (SMA) is crucial amidst increasingly complex social dynamics. This research aims to analyze the curriculum development process of PAI and Character Education, focusing on the implementation of character-based learning methods. The research employs a qualitative approach through literature review to explore relevant theories and concepts. The research design centers on identifying curriculum development principles, including the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The findings reveal that effective curriculum development involves intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities, with the primary goal of shaping students with strong moral character and a deep understanding of religion. A holistic curriculum that is relevant to students' needs can strengthen their moral character and mitigate the negative influences from external environments. The implications of this research highlight the importance of collaboration between schools, parents, and the community in developing a PAI curriculum that can address contemporary challenges and prepare young generations to face modern life with integrity.

Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Arena Futsal dan Alarm Permainan dengan Menggunakan Laravel Berbasis Web di Kota Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo

The advancement of information technology has transformed the management of futsal businesses, simplifying processes such as court reservations, schedule management, payments, and providing automated notifications to users through a game alarm feature. This system also includes an automatic reporting feature that generates accurate and real-time rental summaries. This study aims to design and implement a web-based futsal rental information system using the Laravel framework, featuring a game alarm to enhance management efficiency. The system is designed to address limitations in futsal rental management and time scheduling, as well as simplify the reporting process, which is currently done manually. The system development follows the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The results show that the implementation of this web-based system significantly improves the efficiency of futsal court management in Kraksaan City, particularly in managing game time, rental reporting, and real-time financial management. The game alarm feature effectively reduces time conflicts between users, while the automatic reporting feature helps business owners track revenue and rental trends easily. The implementation of this system is expected to improve service quality and provide a better user experience, while assisting business owners in managing their operations more efficiently.

TECHNOLOGY OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROJECT IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE BACHELORS IN PHYSICS AT A PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

In the article, the author considers an educational project in physics as a unique activity of participants (teachers, students from different groups, courses) in the field of physical research, which has a set deadline and ensures the achievement of the planned result, which is a unique educational product. The technology of the educational project is interpreted as a pedagogical technology of resource-based learning of future bachelors in physics, which is a set of methods and techniques for organizing the didactic process and the educational and research interaction of all project participants to achieve the result within the specified time period. The stages of implementation of the technology of the educational project in the process of professional training of future bachelors in physics at the pedagogical university are defined: the stage of strategic planning, the stage of modelling, the stage of project implementation, the stage of presentation and reflection. The article provides a detailed description of the project, which involves the creation of videos for demonstration to students of a professional college, defines its stages, hypothesis, composition of participants, basis and terms of implementation, predicted result and results of reflection. It is noted that during the organization and implementation of educational projects in physics, the teacher performs the role of a tutor, which consists in determining the goals and content of project learning, in helping students to search information, in project planning, in the development of a structural and descriptive model of a physics project, in coordinating the process of work on the project. The teacher should guide the process of students’ educational and research interaction, support and encourage them to continuously progress in the work on the project, helping, but never doing the work instead of them.

Development of E-Earning Learning Media Based on the Kahoot Application in Geography Subjects

Learning media is a very important component of learning resources in the learning process. This research aims to develop e-learning media based on the Kahoot application in geography subjects regarding rural and urban spatial interactions. This research uses the ADDIE development research method which consists of five stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage, the development stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The research results showed that the media expert validation score was 85%, the material expert validation score was 83%, the teacher validation score was 85%, and the average student response score was 97.81%. The scores resulting from validation by experts and the student response scores show that the Kahoot-based Elearning learning media in the geography subject on topic of Village and City Spatial Interaction is categorized as very valid and suitable for use in the learning process.

The use of digital storytelling in the teaching of reading at a rural primary school

The myriad challenges confronting schools have stimulated proposals to adopt digital storytelling as both an innovative teaching strategy and learning resource. Due to inadequacy in reading skills of our school learners, language teachers have acceded to a proposal to use digital storytelling as a vehicle for curriculum delivery. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the perceptions of the rural primary school teachers regarding the use of digital storytelling in the teaching of reading. To do so, the researcher employed a three-cyclical process of qualitative action research which involved pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation stages. To gather data from five language teachers, interviews were used during pre-implementation phase, observations were conducted during the implementation phase, and document analysis and interviews were employed during the post-implementation phase. Results show that the teachers’ readiness levels in terms of technological skills, beliefs and attitude improved after attending the Digital Storytelling Workshop. The notable end-product of the Digital Storytelling Workshop was three digital stories that teachers developed by teachers. In sum, teachers demonstrated an adequate degree of readiness to adopt digital storytelling after the post-implementation phase. The positive outcomes of this action research study suggest that digital storytelling should be used as an innovative strategy to teach reading.

Research on the Two-Pillar Solution and Its Implication

With the rapid development of economic globalization and digitalization, new business models are activating the world economy while exacerbating the remaining problems of base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS). In the face of intensifying international tax avoidance, The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has announced its Two-pillar solution to the international community, proposing a global minimum tax regime, which is effectively a coordination of global anti-tax avoidance measures. At present, Pillar 2 has come into effect, and Pillar 1 has also been opened for signature, marking the implementation stage of the two-pillar solution. In this paper, the two-pillar solution is the main research object. Firstly, from the perspective of large-scale tax avoidance by multinational corporations, this paper systematically analyzes the historical background of the introduction of the two-pillar solution of the OECD. After a detailed analysis of the provisions of the two-pillar solution, the existing institutional deficiencies and obstacles to its implementation are proposed. Finally, in response to the issues raised, practical recommendations are made that the elements of the two-pillar solution should aim to achieve general equity, balance the interests of developing countries and be in harmony with existing international tax policies. The governments should also optimize the structure of tax incentives.

Feasibility of Digital Flipbooks as Physics Teaching Media in Terms of Reproduction

Various media that utilize technology in implementing teaching materials make the teaching-learning process more innovative and increase students' curiosity. This study aims to develop a digital flipbook for studying physics in reproduction and to validate the developed flipbook. This study applied the research and development (R&D) design using the 4-D model which consists of define, design, develop, and disseminates. This study is only up to the validation stage and revision of the validation results. The validation subjects in this study are 16 people. The result shows that the developed media is valid, totalling 97.51%. It is expected that the digital flipbook of physics in reproduction can be further developed in further research, namely in the implementation stage, to test how effective it is in the science learning process.

Multilevel perspective for the diffusion of e-democracy implementation: A systematic literature review

Information and communication technology has been identified as a viable means of addressing the societal issue of disconnection among e-democracy participants. Apart from the ongoing normative debate concerning the potential of information and communication technology to facilitate e-democratic processes, much research has been dedicated to examining the broad spectrum of specific e-democracy tools that have been multi-disciplinary and fragmented in recent years. Remarkably, however, the potential of technology diffusion and its impact on implementing e-democracy in cyberspace has not yet received adequate attention. The key issue for the sustainability of e-democracy is technology accessibility, which is also a central factor in technology diffusion. This systematic literature review seeks to structure and systematise the literature on the different phases of e-democracy implementation technology diffusion (adoption, implementation, and institutionalisation) and levels of analysis (macro, meso, and micro) with the aims of, firstly, mapping the current field of e-democracy technology diffusion research and, secondly, providing a unique study for use in future research. The analysis indicated that researchers have primarily focused on the adoption and implementation stages, as well as the external information and communication technology environment at the macro level and the organisational level at the meso level within public administrations. In general, this review highlights major gaps in the current literature and proposes viable avenues for further research.

Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Berpikir Kritis pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di Kelas III MIN 3 Simalungun

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of critical thinking-based Learner Worksheets (LKPD) in Civics subjects in Class III MIN 3 Simalungun. The background is that the Learner Worksheet used at MIN 3 Simalungun is an instant version of the publisher provided by the school not the result of the preparation carried out by the teacher himself. And printed with black ink on opaque paper. LKPDs found in schools are not yet based on critical thinking. Indicators of critical thinking have not been included in the LKPD, so it does not train students' critical thinking skills. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) study. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Researchers only limit it to the development stage. Researchers modify the development model as needed, because in terms of the formulation of the problem it is only limited to whether or not the LKPD will be developed. So, for this reason, researchers do not carry out the implementation and evaluation stages. Based on the results obtained after being validated by validators from 3 teams of experts, namely from material experts, a percentage of 94% was obtained which was declared very feasible. The assessment of the media expert showed a percentage of 88%, also declared very feasible. In addition, the assessment of linguists obtained a percentage of 86% and was declared very feasible. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF METHODS AND MODELS FOR ESTIMATING SIZE AND EFFORT IN DESIGNING MOBILE APPLICATIONS

Mobile applications have long become an integral part of everyday life and have gained popularity among ordinary users, small companies, and large enterprises. However, this is a completely separate area of software. We can say that this is a whole separate ecosystem. Creating functional software for this ecosystem comes with new requirements, constraints, and characteristics that were not used in previous software metrics evaluation methods such as desktop programs or web applications. Mobile applications have new features, limitations and capabilities that are different from other software. Estimating the size and effort helps the software development team approximate the costs needed to more successfully develop a software product such as a mobile application. An early estimate of size and effort is necessary to identify resources that can help in the early stages of implementation a software project within budget and on time. The reliability of the assessment is also of great importance. Low reliability can lead to overestimation or underestimation, which can have bad consequences for any software development company, especially mobile applications. However, the suitability of methods and models for measuring size and efforts that are used for traditional software (PC applications and web applications) do not always provide sufficient reliability for mobile applications.The main goal of this article is to analyze the usage of various methods and models for estimating size and effort the development of mobile applications, including for the Android OS at the initial stages of their design. There is a brief description of the main and widespread methods and models that are used to estimate the size and effort, such as: Lines of Code (LOC), Function Points (FP), COCOMO and COCOMO 2, COSMIC, FiSMA, application of regression analysis for construction of mathematical models. The methods and models proposed by various authors are directly analyzed.

Use of information technologies in lean management: the case of Gazi University Research Center in Turkey

Purpose Sustainability and accessibility of education are the main purposes of educational institutions. Higher education institutions (HEIs) have been addressing these concerns through their distance education departments for years. Especially during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, HEIs encountered challenges related to productivity, escalating costs and decreasing user satisfaction with distance education. This study proposes the integration of new and suitable information technologies (ITs) into the steps of lean management (LM) implementation. It suggests that this approach will be highly effective and beneficial, providing solutions to the problems above in higher education (HE) field. The study aims to highlight the effectiveness and benefits of incorporating new and suitable ITs into the application stages of LM principles. Sample applications in HE will be provided to enhance understanding. Design/methodology/approach A model is introduced for researching new ITs and incorporating appropriate ones in the application steps of LM. This model has been applied and analyzed in two case studies at Gazi University for a more comprehensive understanding. Findings When examining periodic surveys and usage statistics from case studies, it becomes evident that implementing LM with the support of ITs reduces waste and enhances the quality of existing work. The success observed in the case studies was notably influenced by managers’ proficiency in business processes, experience in ITs, managerial skills and support from senior management. Practical implications This case study provides a roadmap and step-by-step implementation of LM with IT support for HEIs. The implementation process and results will also be guiding for other sectors. Originality/value There is a notable absence of significant studies on integrating ITs, which have become crucial in today’s context in the stages of LM implementation. This study is envisioned as a pioneering endeavor to address this gap in the literature. Notably, challenges exist in applying LM principles outside production sectors, and limited research has been conducted. This study aims to pave the way for further research in diverse fields by conducting a comprehensive case study in the realm of HE.

Development of Project Based Learning E-Module on Salt Hydrolysis Material to Improve Student Learning Outcomes

The conventional printed modules used in schools have not been able to make students active and understand chemical concepts. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an interactive multimedia-based e-module grounded in Project Based Learning (PjBL), equipped with videos, images, and interactions to engage students and facilitate easier comprehension of chemical materials. The iam of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of class XI Science Muhammadiyah 1 High School Pontianak. The method used in this research is development (research and development) employing the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The research findings indicate very high criteria with an average validity coefficient of 0.93 for each aspect of media, materials, and language. The practicality analysis, based on the response questionnaires from the small group trial and the main field trial, showed practicality values of 71% and 74%, respectively, both with practical criteria. It can be concluded that the project based learning e-module developed is feasible to be used as an effective and practical learning tool for XI Science students and chemistry teachers in high schools.

CNC Learning Innovation: Improving Students' Self-Efficacy and Creativity through Peer-PBL

The demand for increasingly diverse product designs and specifications in the manufacturing industry requires CNC machine operators to have high technical skills and strong self-efficacy and creativity. High self-efficacy allows operators to be more confident in applying their technical skills, while creativity helps them solve problems and challenges during the production process. This study aims to improve students' self-efficacy and creativity by applying the Peer-Project Based Learning (Peer-PjBL) model, which combines aspects of project-based learning with peer-to-peer learning. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), which consists of two implementation cycles. Each cycle involves planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 20 students who took the CNC Machining Technology course at Yogyakarta State University. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measured self-efficacy and student creativity indicators and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that applying the Peer-PjBL method significantly increased students' self-efficacy and creativity in each research cycle. This improvement can be seen in students' ability to face new challenges independently, as well as their ability to generate diverse creative ideas in solving problems. This research makes an important contribution to the development of learning methods in vocational education by emphasizing the improvement of technical abilities and non-technical skills, such as self-efficacy and creativity, which are needed in the modern world of work.

Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in realizing quality education at Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putri Junior High School

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still several schools that have not been fully able to show efforts in realizing the SDGs goal 4, namely quality education. This study aims to describe and analyze the steps taken in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of the implementation of SDGs in realizing quality education at Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School. In addition, this study also identifies the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of SDGs to achieve quality education at the school. This study uses a qualitative approach and case study method with observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putri has implemented the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) in realizing quality education with the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and the Daarut Tauhid Islamic Boarding School Curriculum which focuses on character education in the form of good and strong character (BAKU). The BAKU character consists of six character assessments, namely sincerity, honesty, tawadhu, courage, discipline, and resilience. The pesantren curriculum has 4 curriculum pillars, namely: ma'rifatullah, entrepreneurship, leadership, and environmental insight.

Development of Sustainable Lifestyle Project E-Module As Strengthening Environmental Awareness of Elementary School Students

Objective: to test the feasibility of the sustainable lifestyle project e-module in strengthening the attitude of caring for the environment of grade 2 elementary school students. Theoretical Framework: Indicators of environmental care attitudes, namely: environmental care, reduction of plastic use, waste management according to type, reduction of carbon emissions and energy saving. Methods: The research was conducted in December 2023 - June 2024 using the (R&D) method. The respondents who participated in this study were 6 validators consisting of media experts and material experts and 14 2nd grade elementary school students to respond to the e-module media at the implementation stage. The instruments used in this study are, the material expert questionnaire consists of 21 items, the media expert questionnaire consists of 29 items, and the student response questionnaire consists of 19 items. The research instruments used have gone through validation. Results and Discussion: The aspect of material suitability with the applicable curriculum was 79%; the aspect of project flow activities was 88.33%; the language aspect was 86.66%; the aspect of material suitability with the indicator of environmental care attitude was 95.33%; and the aspect of suitability with the characteristics of elementary school students was 88.33%. The average results and criteria for the validation of e-module materials were obtained with an average validity score of 82.86% which means valid. Research Implications: this sustainable lifestyle project e-module is in accordance with the scope of the material with the applicable curriculum, the project flow activities are appropriate, the use of language, materials are in accordance with the indicators of environmental care attitudes, and in accordance with the characteristics of students in elementary schools that are interesting and encourage students to innovate and create. Originality/Value: Based on the expert validation of the sustainable lifestyle project e-module developed in this study, it was declared feasible to form an attitude of caring for the environment of grade 2 elementary school students.

The long and winding road: A team idea implementation model

Creative teams are expected to produce novel and useful outcomes in each stage of the idea journey. However, during the stage of idea implementation, where ideas are transformed into tangible outputs, creative teams encounter the tension between creativity and restriction. In other words, they need to remain flexible and open to new initiatives to increase the creativity of the outputs, while they need to follow the blueprint drawn by the ideas that are to be implemented. To explore how teams deal with such tensions in the idea implementation stage, we conducted a case study using The Beatles' Get Back project in 1969. To uncover the nonlinear, dynamic and interactive process underlying the implementation stage of team creativity, we analysed the documentaries and books about the project and the band. This led to a process model of team idea implementation. This model includes screening, initiating, trialling and evaluating stages, illuminating the iterative process within which team members implement ideas. This research provides novel insights into our understanding of team creativity.
