The aim of the article is to identify new trends in project management within nonprofit organizations. The spheres of project management and emerging trends in this field within civil society organizations have been identified. It has been established that considering the current limitation of budgetary resources directed towards meeting the needs of the security and defense sector, social protection, support for the population, and gradual economic recovery, the budget structure of Ukrainian nonprofit organizations should witness an increase in support from international donors through the implementation of social projects by them. It has been proven that civil society organizations should integrate project management with organizational management at the organizational level. The purpose of project management is not only to fulfill projects within specified timelines, without exceeding the budget, and ensuring the expected level of quality but also to create value. Therefore, projects are consolidated into portfolios. In nonprofit organizations, the project context often requires establishing a connection between projects, mission, and implementing mechanisms for integrating projects towards the adopted goals and providing resources for their implementation. Analyzing project maturity in nonprofit organizations is accomplished through the creation of a maturity map, illustrating the maturity levels of individual processes and allowing the identification of gaps in the researched areas. The use of project maturity maps allows for the improvement of project management systems and, in the long term, contributes to increasing the efficiency of implemented projects and better utilization of available resources. It is argued that projects contribute to the sustainable development of organizations. Sustainable management entails planning, monitoring, and controlling the processes of project implementation and support, taking into account the environmental, social, and economic aspects of the project lifecycle, processes, results, and consequences aimed at achieving advantages, which are carried out transparently, honestly, and ethically, involving stakeholders. This involves adopting the concept of holistic project realization, considering, in addition to classical parameters (time, cost, scope), new ones: benefits, values, risks, long-term effects for stakeholders.

The impact of digital transformation of communities on the initiation and planning of social projects

The author analyzes the state of the art in the theory and practice of social project management. It is established that the digital transformation of communities creates prerequisites for improving the efficiency of the processes of initiating and planning social projects. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the prerequisites for increasing the efficiency of social project initiation and planning processes through the digital transformation of communities and, on their basis, to analyze the digital tools used to implement social development projects. The substantiated prerequisites for improving the efficiency of social project initiation and planning include 6 components, which are implemented by 9 types of digital tools. They provide quick access to information, automate management processes, increase the effectiveness of communication with the population of communities, and improve monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of social projects. An analysis of existing digital tools for the implementation of social projects for community development is carried out. It is established that they have both individual advantages and limitations for use in initiating and planning social projects. It has been proven that the use of specialized platforms for data collection and analysis helps to increase the efficiency of initiating and planning social projects. Also, the use of specialized platforms for initiating and planning social projects provides better control over resource and budget expenditures. Using the example of using open data on local initiative project competitions held in the Lviv region in 2018-2021, the article analyzes the indicators of implementation of social healthcare development projects in the Lviv region. These projects were funded from the regional budget. It was found that the results obtained are useful for project managers. Prospect for further research is the development of tools to support management decision-making on the implementation of social projects for community development using the proposed digital technologies.

Features of eating behavior of early school-age children in the context of the implementation of the school meals reform

The aim of this study is to study the peculiarities of the eating behaviour of children of primary school age, their food preferences, choice of products and attitudes towards school meals, food habits in the choice of products and attitudes towards the school canteen in the context of the implementation of the school meal reform. Materials and methods. A large-scale medical and sociological study was conducted, which included children (5,401) of primary school age (from 6 to 10 years old) and their parents (4,347 people) from various schools in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, and Donetsk regions. The questionnaires included questions about food preferences, frequency of consumption of different foods, attitudes towards school meals and factors that influence food choices. The collected data were processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics methods in Excel. Research results indicate a significant level of awareness of the importance of a healthy diet by most children, but an insufficient level of water consumption, an insufficient understanding of the importance of nutrition for maintaining health by children, high popularity of high-carbohydrate products and a low level of satisfaction of some parents with school meals. Conclusions. The conducted analytical research revealed several educational and organizational problems related to the introduction of healthy food in schools, especially within the framework of reforming school food programs. According to the Strategy for reforming the school nutrition system, compliance with the principles of healthy nutrition, ensuring high-quality, safe and healthy nutrition, and improving the taste properties of school nutrition compliance with the principles of healthy nutrition, is extremely important for the preservation of children's health and the prevention of chronic non-infectious diseases. The results of our research indicate the need for additional educational programs for children and parents, the gradual introduction of new food standards, as well as ensuring the availability of healthy food in school canteens, and the implementation of social projects that will contribute to the formation of healthy eating habits

Integration Potential of Public Diplomacy in Implementation of Social Projects by Patient NPOs in the Field of Orphan Diseases: Eurasian Experience

The subject of the article is the Eurasian experience of the integration potential of public diplomacy in the implementation of social projects by patient NPOs in the field of orphan diseases. The aim of the study is to describe and generalize the project practices of the Association for Assistance to Patients with Rett Syndrome in promoting public diplomacy in the Eurasian space. The initial data consisted of the activities and results of the social projects implementation in the countries of Eurasia (Russian Federation, Republic of Kazakhstan, Armenia, Moldova, Republic of Belarus). The methodological basis of the study was the concept of methodological pluralism, consolidating the approaches of constructivism to public diplomacy and the classical scientific school to positioning the activities of non-profit organizations. Research methods include design, description, evaluation of qualitative and quantitative results, feedback from the target audience of the project in the form of a review. During the implementation of the projects, the knowledge and skills of the parent and professional (medical, pedagogical) audience were strengthened; the geography has been expanded: 4 countries of the Eurasian space have been joined by partners from a fifth country — the Republic of Belarus, with voluntary participation. The scientific contribution consists of verifying the integration potential of NPOs in the development of public diplomacy in the project activities of domestic patient SO NPOs with friendly NPOs in Eurasia in joining forces, holding events, developing communication channels, and helping families. A model of a social resource has been created for replication in all countries of the post-Soviet space (4 countries are covered, but in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, there are children with Rett syndrome, and they all need social resources for a quality life).

Crowdfunding: Nature, essence and conditions for the realization of innovative business projects

Aim. Formation of methodological foundations of crowdfunding, determination of conditions for realization of innovative business projects.Objectives. Clarification of terminology, functions, categories, types and features of stakeholder interaction in the process of realization of crowdfunding campaign; description of the process of realization of innovative business projects with the help of crowdfunding; analysis of foreign and Russian crowdfunding platforms, legislative base to determine the conditions of successful crowdfunding campaign of innovative business project.Methods. The research applied methods of benchmarking, comparative analysis, inductive approach to the formation of the methodological basis of crowdfunding, modeling of the process of implementation of crowdfunding campaign of investment business projects.Results. The methodological foundations of crowdfunding are presented, the functions are described, including the collection of funds, advertising and PR of the product/service produced, scaling of the business, as well as categories, types and features of stakeholder interaction in the process of realization of crowdfunding campaign. The process of realization of an innovative business project on a crowdfunding platform is divided into five stages: MVP of the innovative product, financing of the innovative project, launch of the innovative business project on the crowdfunding digital platform, control over the project realization, launch of the innovative product into production. The analysis of the Russian legislative framework revealed a number of shortcomings in the regulation of investment platforms: lack of clarifications on the regulation of activities with cryptocurrency transactions, the conduct of which is legally permitted; attracting investments is available only to legal entities and private entrepreneurs, which hinders the development of startups and does not provide opportunities for fundraising for the implementation of social projects by individuals.Conclusions. A successful crowdfunding campaign of an innovative business project can be conducted if the conditions and sequence of stages of the process under consideration are met. At the same time, the revision of the legislative base in the field of regulating the activities of investment platforms is of particular importance in the development of this area of the economy.

КОРПОРАТИВНА СОЦІАЛЬНА ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ: ОСНОВНІ ЕТАПИ РОЗВИТКУ

It has been established that the process of globalization of the economy naturally leads to an increase in the number of enterprises that rely on the standards of social responsibility in their activities: human rights, environmental and economic components, social security, health care, etc. Social responsibility combines precisely those elements that ensure effective management while simultaneously complying with social obligations: implementation of social projects, protection and care of employees, ecological attitude to the environment, social partnership, production of ecological products, etc. It was found that social responsibility until the beginning of the 21st century. had about 70–80 different meanings and concepts and was identified with: socially responsible business, corporate social responsibility, charity, social responsibility of corporations, etc., which greatly complicated the understanding and interpretation of this concept. During the 20th century corporate social responsibility became part of management in the management system of enterprises, organizations, corporations and received further development in international regulatory documents. It is substantiated that the process of establishing corporate social responsibility in the world begins its countdown from the middle of the 20th century. In Ukraine, the historical aspect of formation is not long enough – about 12–15 years, but more and more enterprises, organizations and companies are involved in social activities. It is well-founded that an expert organization plays a key role in the formation and popularization of social responsibility in Ukraine. The main areas of activity of the "CSR Development" Center and its characteristics are given. It has been proven that today companies that are active in attracting financing and promoting their products on international markets expect the formation of a strategic vision in the field of ESG and the implementation of relevant projects. It has been established that corporate social responsibility, i.e. conducting such activities without harming future generations, is not a trend of one day, month or year. This is the duty and responsibility of every modern company that intends to function effectively and work for the long term.

СУЧАСНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ЗАЛУЧЕННЯ ФІНАНСУВАННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ІНІЦІАТИВ

The article discusses the development and establishment of crowdfunding as a modern technology for raising funds for the implementation of social projects and initiatives. The term "Crowdfunding" should be understood as a model of collective financing or collective cooperation of a large number of people who voluntarily pool their financial and other resources, mainly via the Internet, to support projects, organizations, other people, etc. The results of the study confirmed the conclusion that funding for social initiatives is decreasing not only in Ukraine but also abroad; the main reasons for this decrease are changing priorities in activities, financial problems of donors, etc. In the context of war, the main advantages of the crowdfunding model of fundraising, compared to traditional ones, include the following: the ability to accumulate a significant amount of resources from a large number of investors, the ability to determine the areas of expenditure more broadly, the speed of receiving funds, greater transparency of information about investment objects, accountability and responsibility of companies to the community of investors or donors, the presence of social impact, and the possibility of wider use of digital tools. Therefore, one of the current challenges is the formation and development of networks of crowdfunding platforms in Ukraine, based on the principles inherent in international platforms. The study reveals the dependence of the development of civic engagement and crowdfunding, in particular, it shows that the public manifests social initiatives through charitable and volunteer actions (targeted actions), as well as through the development of industry clusters (social enterprises), advocacy coalitions, etc. It is noted that financing through crowdfunding platforms allows accumulating not only financial assets, but also human capital in the form of a combination of skills and knowledge, developing the cultural capital of the local community; promotes social cohesion. It is emphasized that the implementation of social initiatives is more effective if the level of public trust in these projects and their actors increases.

ГРАНТИ ПРОГРАМИ SEEDS OF BRAVERY ДЛЯ ПІДТРИМКИ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНИХ СТАРТАПІВ В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ

The article examines the SEEDS OF BRAVERY Project, which is funded by the European Union through the European Innovation Council. It is emphasized that this is an initiative implemented to support Ukrainian technology startups and their integration with the EU; the main goal of the Project is to promote the development of diversity, increase the potential of deep technologies and stimulate hundreds of innovations based on Ukrainian technologies that are useful for end users in Europe, Ukraine and around the world. The possibilities of the Project for Ukrainian startups and existing large-scale companies of Ukraine that develop innovative services or products have been demonstrated, namely: to receive financial and non-financial assistance for the implementation of the project's innovative business and innovative initiative. Emphasis is placed on the fact that this is help for business startups and companies that wish to expand their operational activities in Ukraine, to achieve a positive development effect, including for the implementation of social projects. The main areas of support for the Project were demonstrated: "Business and innovative services", "Innovative entrepreneurship", "Deep Tech incubators", "Ukraine reconstruction", "Expansion and acceleration of Deep Tech". The study noted that until April 25, 2025, Ukrainian companies can apply for grant funding in the amount of up to 60,000 euros in total. Outlined main support of the UASEEDs Project as of March 2024: 1. Non-refundable grants (up to 60,000 euros); 2. Access to additional financing; 3. Women's entrepreneurship and leadership programs; 4. Support of applications of Ukrainian startups to EIC and other European funding competitions; 5. Market Discovery and Fast track programs, as well as regular DemoDays with international investors and business angels; 6. Creation and acceleration of Deep Tech business, entrepreneurial education for scientists and innovators; 7. Getting to know investors, accelerators, stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem. Summarized, as a result of the implementation of these projects, a significant impact of the startups' activities on the innovation ecosystem of Ukraine, as well as on various spheres for the recovery of Ukraine in war conditions, is expected.

INVESTMENTS IN SOCIAL BUSINESS: FUNDRAISING AND CROWDFUNDING

The article is devoted to the current conditions of development and determination of the prospects of fundraising and crowdfunding for social entrepreneurship, which are extremely important in the war and post-war period. Fundraising and crowdfunding provide social enterprises with the opportunity to obtain the necessary funding for the implementation of their initiatives, especially those that have a potential impact on the community and solving social problems, to involve the community in the process of creating and developing projects that contribute to the interest of social initiatives, when people provide financial support, they become active supporters and can contribute to the spread of the idea and goals of the enterprise. The article considered the largest and most famous crowdfunding platforms, such as: social project implementation platform Welfare.green ("Clean Planet" NGO); "BIG IDEA (Community Fund)"; Crowdfunding and self-reliance incubator for public organizations and social entrepreneurs STALI.

Knowledge management based on the dynamism of the character of students, who are members of teams implementing social projects

Education for social work requires students to perform many tasks, ensuring interdisciplinary preparation for this profession. The usefulness of social design and its didactic value should be seen in this context. Didactic projects, thanks to multi-tasking, stimulate students' activity, teach responsibility, moreover, they enable combining knowledge with action, and develop reflectiveness. The implementation of social projects requires cooperation of students in project teams. However, the efficiency of team cooperation is determined by the proper configuration of the individual characteristics of team members, in accordance with the assumptions of M. Mazur's (1999) psychocybernetic theory of character. In terms of this theory, a man with a specific dynamism of character has a better chance of effective cooperation when he cooperates with people of the same dynamism. These chances are greater because allied people have a greater sum of their powers (synergy effect), it is easier for them to take challenges together. The aim of that paper is to present the results of the conducted diagnostic research - questionnaire research, in the field of the character of students in psychocybernetic terms. In total, 19 students, who were registered for the implementation of didactic social projects, took part in the study. Based on the estimations of character parameters, the most favorable configuration of members of 3-person project teams was indicated. This procedure is part of the knowledge management process - as improving the education process in the field of dynamic, time-limited, temporary and team-implemented didactic projects, where the problem is sharing knowledge in order to achieve team effects (through a group), resulting in low effectiveness undertaken projects, low quality of results, etc. Research objective: researching the usefulness of knowledge in the field of individual, autonomous character traits of students for designing effective teams implementing didactic social projects.

Building a Safety Net: Risk Assessment and Risk Management in Social Design

To determine the events that can affect the progress of a project and its outcomes is one of the tasks of risk management. In this article, we will discuss approaches to identifying likely risks in social design and talk about respective tools made for those engaged in the practical development and implementation of social projects and programs.

СОЦИАЛЬНОЕ ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЕ КАК МЕХАНИЗМ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ СТРАТЕГИИ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ МОНОПРОФИЛЬНЫХ ГОРОДОВ

The article discusses some features of social design, which can be an integral part of the strategy of increasing the competitiveness of single-industry cities. Social design is also a factor in increasing corporate social responsibility (CSR) of large city-forming companies. In this connection, the implementation of social projects in single-industry towns has a number of features, which are manifested, first of all, in the forms of interaction of various economic entities and regional and local authorities. Ultimately, achieving a balance between the interests of all participants in this process can contribute to the creation of an effective mechanism for implementing a strategy to increase the competitiveness of single-industry towns. The paper analyzes the scientific literature, which allowed to study approaches to social design, to determine the possibilities of assessing the effectiveness of the use of social investments of large city-forming companies, to analyze methodological recommendations that take into account the basic principles of such an assessment. A step-by-step sequence of social design as a mechanism for implementing a strategy to increase the competitiveness of single-industry cities is defined. It is determined that one of the factors of the growth of competitiveness of cities is the need to increase the pace of their socio-economic development. This is especially important for territories with mono-profile specifics. In such single-industry cities, the management of large city-forming companies, together with local administrations, are forced to look for additional opportunities to improve social conditions both for the local population, a significant part of which is involved in local industries, and for attracted specialists from other cities or regions. In the conditions of fierce competition for qualified personnel, it is necessary to use the available resources and look for new mechanisms to create new competitive advantages and ensure the dynamic sustainable development of single-industry towns.

АНАЛІЗ РУХУ ГРОШОВИХ ПОТОКІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА, ЇХ ВПЛИВ НА ГОСПОДАРСЬКУ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ

In order to get out of the crisis, rebuild the economy and its further development, it is necessary to increase the level of investment of domestic enterprises. Investment cash flows, which are associated with investment in the material and technical base of the enterprise, its personnel, in the implementation of social projects, will ensure economic recovery and growth. It has been studied that the cash flows of the business entity occupy a key place in the management system, and their optimization should be aimed at increasing the efficiency of resource use and the development of the enterprise. The sources of cash receipts and the ways of their disposal in terms of types of activity (operational, financial, investment) were analyzed. It is proven that operational activity accumulates operations related to the production and sale of products (goods, works, services). Accordingly, it provides the main share of the company's income and generates the main cash flow. In the context of cash flow management, their principles are highlighted: efficiency, balance, liquidity, optimization, information reliability and credibility. The indicators of the ratio analysis of cash flows are summarized with the selection of three groups of indicators: liquidity, financial stability, cash flow. It is substantiated that balanced approaches to cash flow optimization play an important role in the formation of the financial policy of the enterprise at any stage of its development, especially during the war period. To improve the economic stability of the enterprise, parameters for balancing cash flows have been selected. Based on the principles of cash flow management, their organizational stages are highlighted: 1) completeness, reliability of cash accounting, objectivity of financial reporting indicators; 2) estimation of cash flows for previous reporting periods; 3) optimization of cash flows taking into account the peculiarities of economic activity; 4) cash flow planning in terms of types of activity: operational, financial, investment; 5) control over the movement of cash flows, detection of deviations from the planned indicators. It has been proven that the effective management of cash flows is determined by the synchronization of income and expenses, maintaining the constant solvency of the enterprise.

МОДЕЛЬ СКВОЗНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ УНИВЕРСАЛЬНЫХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ СТУДЕНТОВ В ГУМАНИТАРНОМ ЦИКЛЕ ДИСЦИПЛИН ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ПРОГРАММ ИНЖЕНЕРНЫХ НАПРАВЛЕНИЙ ПОДГОТОВКИ

The article presents a model of the end-to-end development of universal competencies, which systematizes interdisciplinary connections and involves the implementation of social projects by students of engineering areas of training in the process of studying the disciplines of the humanitarian cycle. The methodological recommendations presented in the work are based on the principles of unity of purpose, interdisciplinarity, variability, responsibility, subjectivity, as well as the use of project technology in the educational and extracurricular process. The purpose of this article is to develop methodological recommendations and describe a proven model for the development of universal competencies of students in engineering areas of training. The research methodology is the analysis and generalization of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the field of study 13.03.01 Thermal Power Engineering and Heat Engineering (Bachelor’s level), research works of foreign and Russian scientists recognized by the scientific community, and the experience of using project technology in the formation and development of universal competencies. Research results. The developed model is presented of the end-to-end development of universal competencies at the Department of Thermal Power Plants of the Siberian Federal University. The model includes the following elements: the humanitarian cycle of disciplines: Business Communications, Fundamentals of Professional Communications, Responsible Innovations. Ethics. Security, Change Management; student social projects of different levels; positions (roles) occupied by students in the implementation of projects; Student Government Body. Conclusion. The authors note that the practical implementation of the model of end-to-end development of universal competencies, which systematizes interdisciplinary communications and involves the implementation of social projects by students of engineering areas of training in the process of studying the disciplines of the humanities cycle, contributes to the systematic development of universal competencies.

Пріоритети розвитку сфери страхування: корпоративна соціальна відповідальність

Abstract. Introduction. The development of the insurance sector is related to the social needs and challenges of society and the global world. The practice of recent years proves that the field of insurance is changing the format of activity due to the expansion of the provision of personal and medical insurance services, taking into account the challenges of the pandemic. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to assess the essence and priorities of the development of the insurance sector, taking into account the practice of effective interaction between participants, increasing the level of trust and the needs of individuals and society in the protection of interests. The main task of the research is to identify opportunities and priorities in the development of insurance activities on the basis of corporate social responsibility and focusing on the trust of insurance market participants. Results. The author has researched the essence and priorities of the development of the field of insurance in view of global processes and phenomena, individual needs of the individual and obligations, health protection and risk bias. The significance of the development of corporate social responsibility in the insurance sector has been proven. The priority directions of the development of the insurance sector have been determined, taking into account international and European practices of interaction. The relevance of spreading systemic approaches to corporate social responsibility in the field of insurance is determined. It is stipulated that increasing the level of trust in insurance activity will contribute to the dynamics of the insurance market development and the socio-economic development of the state, individual regions, spheres of activity, will expand the possibilities of attracting investors and the implementation of social projects. Conclusions. The author states the need to use best practices in the field of insurance to ensure effective interaction between participants and increase the level of trust in the services of insurance companies. The priority of the value-oriented approach in the conduct of insurance activity was determined, taking into account the international practices of interaction between participants and society. The author proved that the implementation of tasks in the field of insurance can be supplemented by effective interaction between participants, which will contribute to increasing the level of trust in view of the existing trends and the need for the socioeconomic development of the state

The Center of Social Initiatives and Volunteering as an important factor in the formation of social responsibility of future specialists

The relevance of the formation of social responsibility of future specialists in the social sphere is determined by a number of factors: the importance and necessity of professional training of specialists for activities in particularly difficult conditions that have appeared before Ukraine in general and the social sphere, in particular; the complication of social work tasks, the growth of the number of clients who need social support and help, and the growth of the personal role of a social specialist in the performance of professional functions and tasks at the micro, meso, and macro levels of social practice. The expediency of using the potential of student public associations, clubs, centers of social initiatives and volunteering in terms of their influence on the formation of professionally determined personal qualities of future specialists in the social sphere is determined by the activation and diversification of their activities in modern conditions and the growth of their role in the formation of civil society. The purpose of the article is to analyze the content and forms of work of the center of social initiatives and volunteering as an important factor in the formation of social responsibility of future specialists in the social sphere and to reveal the practical scope of implementing this task at the Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. Research methods: analysis of the experience of the center of social initiatives and volunteering in order to systematize the theoretical and practical aspects of involving students in the development and implementation of social projects and volunteer activities.

Dynamics of Representations Concerning Mechanisms of Formation of Social Identity of Youth: a Review of Publications of the RSCI

The subject of the research is the phenomenon of dissipation of the social identity of young people in modern Russian society. Purpose: to compare the reflection of this phenomenon in the academic and public consciousness. Hypothesis: the dynamics and structure of the idea of the social identity of young people at the present stage of Russia's development is not the same in the academic and public consciousness. The hypothesis was tested on the example of publications included in the RSCI database. There are two categories of publications: 1) scientific journals, dissertations, 2) conference materials. The first reflects ideas about social phenomena in the minds of the academic community; the second is in the mass consciousness of the general scientific community. Search depth 11 years (2012–2021). It included the annexation of Crimea to Russia, pension reform, the C0VID-19 pandemic, and the merger of two social support funds for the population (PF and FSS). The volume of empirical data amounted to 86341 titles of publications. The views of the authors of publications on the phenomenon under study were recorded according to five search queries: “social identity of young people”, “social security”, “social protection”, “social assistance”, “social support”. The algorithm of the relationship between these topics was studied using paired correlation analysis. It was found that the peak of publications for these requests coincided with the three-year period 2016–2018. The reflection of the problem of the social identity of young people in academic publications preceded its active discussion in conference proceedings by 4–6 years. Fundamental differences are found in the ideas about the social identity of young people in the academic and public consciousness. In scientific articles and dissertations, the social identity of young people is considered as a special case of self-organization of complex social systems, in conference materials – as a separate element of a hierarchically built deterministic financial system. The results obtained are regarded by us as proof of the correctness of the null hypothesis put forward. Possible areas of application of the results of the study: youth, social and demographic policy of the state at a new stage of socio-economic reforms. The limitation for the implementation of the research results in the practice of social management may be the effect of inertial public opinion and mass consciousness, as well as the financial interests of individual lobbies currently involved in the implementation of social projects. Directions for future research – targeted monitoring of the transformation of the mass in accordance with the requirements of the modern technological revolution.

The Long Game: Growth Points and Prospects of Social Impact Bonds in Russia

Social Impact Bonds (SIB) are a form of social project implementation that brings together players from several sectors of the economy. This market is just emerging in Russia. About 200 million rubles (about $3 million) has been invested in social impact projects so far. After more than three years of SIB trials in Russia, only one project is nearing completion. However, stakeholders and professionals have had numerous discussions on the relevance, advantages and potential of the new model. We decided to ask experts about the prospects, constraints, and growth points for social impact bonds in Russia.

Public-private partnership as a business alliance for the implementation of social projects

The reconstruction of areas recognized as socially important involves the integration of private capitalinto these sectors, and this is becoming a worldwide trend. Public-private partnership (PPP) opens awide range of opportunities in healthcare, such as the introduction of innovative methods of treatment,technical equipment of polyclinics, improving the quality of medical services, technical, methodologicalmodernization of laboratory centers in education. The importance of this problem for the economy ofthe country emphasizes the relevance of the study direction. The main purpose of the article is to provideways to accelerate the development of the social orientation of country`s infrastructure through themechanisms of public-private partnerships. In practice, the definition of the application of PPP mechanismsin general allows to determine that the digital Kazakh society becomes an important tool in itscreation. These issues actualize the need to create a partnership between the state and the private sectorand the application of solid experience on them. Theoretically, this article can serve as a basis for thedevelopment of a methodology for establishing a mutual partnership between the state and the privatesector. Statistical analysis, the method of aggregate (integral) capacity, and review and analytical methodswere used in the research.The methodology of public-private partnership developed according to its modern significance willallow to determine the rational use of possibilities of private sector in solution of actual problems ofnational economy, to improve the state organization of modes of people’s use of public goods, to modernize infrastructure, to accelerate construction of model of bilateral rationality and efficiency in optimalsolution of issues of economy diversification.Key words: public-private partnerships, social projects, public-business partnerships, risks.

Competence development as a tool to ensure social projects effective management

Modern realities have many challenges for society and the economy, as the global economic crisis and Ukraine's internal economic and political problems are not conducive to development. Against the background of these challenges, the support of the whole population, the desire to improve the quality of life, in particular in socially vulnerable groups, is becoming important. Social projects in such conditions are designed to maintain social stability, improve the quality of life, and in turn require professional staff. The article examines the essence and features of social projects as a tool to improve the quality of life, ensuring the social effect of implementation, as well as the role of competence development in the context of ensuring effective management of social projects. The content of social project management in modern conditions as organization, planning, management, coordination of labor, financial and logistical resources during the project cycle, aimed at effectively achieving their goals and a certain social effect. Some principles of successful social projects are defined, which allows to increase the efficiency of their management. A certain algorithm of social project management has been formed, which includes: analysis of social sphere problems, determination of social sphere priorities, formation of social project management structure, development and implementation of social projects, achievement of results and social effect. The role of competencies, in particular managerial ones, in ensuring the effectiveness of social project management is determined. Based on the definition of the concept of «competence», the hierarchy of management staff competencies of the social project is revealed. The key competencies of the social projects management stafff, including leadership, discipline, forecasting social development, empathy, emotional intelligence, etc. are identified. Taking into account the specifics of managerial competencies, an algorithm for their development was formed to ensure the effectiveness of social project management in modern conditions, which involves certain stages from analysis of existing competencies of management staff to new competencies goals and objectives of the social project.
