Implementation of developmental potential of foreign language learning: a case study of teaching English to would-be software specialists

Personality development along with learning is one of the most important components of training within a higher education institution. The subject "Foreign language", taking into account certain conditions of its implementation, is able to contribute to the personality development of students. The paper presents the results of the implementation of the model of formation of students’ professional and moral awareness by means of the subject "Foreign (English) language" within the "Applied Mathematics and Information Science" field of study. It is emphasized that while focusing on achieving the learning goals of the subject, the teacher needs to focus on the goals of students’ personality development.

ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ В СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЛАНЦЮГАМИ ВАРТОСТІ

The article examines applied aspects of implementing the strategy of clustering the national economy based on the optimization of integrated value chains in the context of globalization challenges. The peculiarities of organizational-procedural and communicative-network support of business processes under the conditions of clustering of socio-economic systems are determined. The components of managing the processes of administration and implementation of the innovative potential of integrated production chains in the context of digital development and the format of optimization parameters were formed: intellectual capital; entrepreneurial potential; dominant technologies (level and possibilities of technology development in this area); industry localization (industry environment, market segments); information innovation infrastructure (environment of targeted integrated interaction). The evolution of the concept of integrated value chains in the context of their application in partnership activities of enterprises was considered, their mutual influence and combination, features and advantages were studied. The expediency of using the theory of digital business process management systems in business network structures and value chains is substantiated. The prospects for the use of integrated solutions are outlined, which allow creating a significant synergy of innovative network concepts, ensuring the overcoming of information asymmetry, and moving to an emergent level of business process management. Thus, the integrated value chain gradually expands from the production area to system processes in marketing, scientific and technical activities, financial support, sales process and service activities. A positive characteristic of this is the acquisition of invaluable experience in the systematic management of business processes and the implementation of innovative solutions to optimize the processes of increasing the value of enterprises in the strategic sector of the economy. Therefore, taking into account the current trends in the manifestation of innovative business processes in the digital administration system, one should possess the tools of the analog and digital management model when determining the profile of the business processes of filling the integrated value chain.

Model of Spatial and Sectoral Development of Regions on the Basis of Interregional Interaction

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of spatial and sectoral development of regions on the basis of interregional interaction. The main scientific research within the framework of the spatial approach carried out since 2000 is presented. It has been shown that the work of domestic modern scientists is focused on finding spatial and sectoral priorities for building effective models of mutually beneficial cooperation between the regions of the country. On the example of the Republic of Buryatia and the Trans-Baikal Territory (as regions with positive economic complementarity), an assessment of the localization coefficient of the type of activity and the per capita production coefficient was carried out. The main problems and threats similar to the analyzed regions are presented, including: relatively low growth rate of the average per capita gross regional product in comparison with the average Russian level; relatively low investment attractiveness and an unfavorable institutional environment; incomplete use of production facilities; and low efficiency of realization of economic potential. Spatial and sectoral priorities have been identified; a model of mutually beneficial interregional interaction between the Republic of Buryatia and the Zabaykalsky Krai was built, ensuring the growth of the economies of integrating regions. It was concluded that the territorial division of the Russian Federation into macro-regions makes it possible to consider all possible vectors of interregional interaction from the standpoint of effective implementation of the synergistic potential of their spatial and sectoral development.

Accelerating Relativistic Exact-Two-Component Density Functional Theory Calculations with Graphical Processing Units.

Numerical integration of the exchange-correlation potential is an inherently parallel problem that can be significantly accelerated by graphical processing units (GPUs). In this Letter, we present the first implementation of GPU-accelerated exchange-correlation potential in the GauXC library for relativistic, 2-component density functional theory. By benchmarking against copper, silver, and gold coinage metal clusters, we demonstrate the speed and efficiency of our implementation, achieving significant speedup compared to CPU-based calculations. One GPU card provides computational power equivalent to roughly 400 CPU cores in the context of this work. The speedup further increases for larger systems, highlighting the potential of our approach for future, more computationally demanding simulations. Our implementation supports arbitrary angular momentum basis functions, enabling the simulation of systems with heavy elements and providing substantial speedup to relativistic electronic structure calculations. This advancement paves the way for more efficient and extensive computational studies in the field of density functional theory.

Implementation of external opportunities in the agri-food sector of Belarus – achievements and prospects

A retrospective analysis of the development of exports of agri-food products of the Republic of Belarus was carried out, which made it possible to determine the foreign trade achievements of the domestic agri-food sector of the economy over the years of operation of a sovereign state. The priority goals and objectives for developing the export potential of Belarus in the agri-food sector have been identified. Country and product trends in the development of foreign trade flows in agricultural products and food are proposed, which will contribute to the effective implementation of domestic export potential and the achievement of the strategic goal of increasing export revenues to 9 billion US dollars.

Современные биоэтические проблемы в контексте основных принципов буддийской этики

The relevance of this research consists in reconsideration of the main approaches to solving bioethical problems based on the religious and ethical principles of Buddhism. The purpose of this research is to analyze Buddhist principles that can be consistently applied to a range of biomedical problems (euthanasia, biomedical experiments with animals, etc.). The subject of our research is ethics in the context of medicine, namely the relationship between Buddhism and medical practice. The research materials are based on many years of teaching the bioethics course at St. Petersburg State University of Chemistry and Pharmacy and Tyumen State Medical University, as well as on the results of research related to the development of scientific research of bioethical issues. The central question of modern bioethics about the nature and status of the moral subject in Buddhism is based on the principle of the moral dignity of all living beings: from human life to the life of animals and, perhaps, even plants. Belief in interspecific rebirth and respect for animal life are typical of Buddhist ethics. In modern ethics, Buddhism is a teleological ethics of virtue, which postulates a certain end result of life as the implementation of human potential and asserts that this goal should be realized through cultivation of certain spiritual practices, which implies the rejection of euthanasia, abortion, artificial insemination and other dvanced medical technologies.

Export as a driver of the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation

Relevance. The implementation of the export potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation is largely related to the concentration on priority supply areas, peculiar drivers of growth in the export of agroindustrial complex products. The relevance of the article is based on the identification and assessment of product drivers of export growth (exporting firms) in 2023.The purpose of the study is to analyze the export of agricultural products of the Russian Federation.Objectives. This goal was achieved by solving the following tasks: analyzing the volume of exports of products of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation within the framework of the National Project "International Cooperation and Export" and the annual minimum permissible effectiveness of export support measures in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation under the FP "Export of agro-industrial complex" in 2021-2023; evaluation of food drivers of export growth (exporting firms) in 2023 wheat, barley, corn, peas, lamb, pork milk powder.Methodology. The work used well-known methods of economic research: systemic analysis, comparison, generalization, interpretation of results and other general scientific methods. In the process of research, the systematization of statistical data, scientific publications of scientists on the topic of the presented work was carried out.Results. The analysis of the export of agricultural products of the Russian Federation was carried out and the assessment of the product drivers of export growth (exporting firms) in 2023 was given: wheat, barley, corn, peas, lamb, pork, milk powder.Conclusions. The main idea of the article is that it is exports that are the key driver of growth in the production of agricultural products of the Russian Federation. An important condition for the development of exports in our country is the opening of new markets, which is happening by 2024, access was obtained to more than 90 countries in 236 types of agricultural products. In addition, the number of enterprises certified for export is growing every year.

Evaluation of the realization of the genetic potential of cows of Jersey breed

An urgent issue in cattle breeding is the evaluation of the genetic potential of cattle. By monitoring the livestock, breeders have the opportunity to identify animals with various traits necessary in agriculture. Important traits include milk yield in cows and high levels of fat and protein content in milk. This type of animal evaluation helps to produce of young animals with increased milk productivity potential, which leads to increased profi ts in this industry. The main purpose of the research was to evaluate the implementation of the genetic potential of cows of Jersey breed housed at the enterprise LLC SKhP Novomarkovskoye in the Kantemirovsky district of the Voronezh region. During the research have been received results characterizing the milk productivity of the experimental cows. Thus, milk yield for the fi rst lactation was 6370 kg, and for the second it was 5780 kg, which was a high productivity indicator for cows of Jersey breed. The milk yield for 305 days of the fi rst lactation was 5765 kg, and in the second it was 5665 kg, which meets the international standard for assessing milk productivity. The mass fraction of fat in the milk under study was at the level of 5.63 %, which indicated a high fat content compared to other breeds of cows. Cows of Jersey breed are distinguished by the production of milk with a high fat content. The yield of milk fat in cows of Jersey breed was 324.5 kg. Milk with a high fat content usually contains more vitamins, such as A, D and E, they are fat-soluble and are better absorbed if consumed together with dairy products with a high fat content. It can be concluded on base of the data obtained that the choice of breeding animals with high genetic potential is important. At the same time, a properly selected and balanced ration for cows and housing animals under favorable conditions ensures the maximum realization of their genetic potential.

Analysis Of Calligraphy Skills of College Students Department Of Arabic Language Education Faculty Of Tarbiyah and Teacher Science North Sumatra State Islamic University

Learning calligraphy is an implementation of ability and potential and proficiency in writing Arabic. However, calligraphy writing does not only write about the art of beauty in Arabic, but there are other views, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This study aims to describe the abilities and skills of students in writing calligraphy as well as the correct rules in writing Arabic khat. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were students of the North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) Arabic language education-1 (stamp 2022), while the object of this research was in the form of material objects and objects from the results of their studies. The research focused on problems related to the level of difficulty and ease of writing Arabic khat (calligraphy). This data was obtained by means of structured interviews, namely literature studies and research documentation. Then the results of this study are: calligraphy writing in a psychomotor way, which means students' skills in writing calligraphy and calligraphy writing in a cognitive way is related to student intelligence and calligraphy writing ideas are based on affective, namely emotional, character and morals.

Performance assessment of the effective core potentials under the fermionic neural network: First and second row elements.

The rapid development of deep learning techniques has driven the emergence of a neural network-based variational Monte Carlo (VMC) method (referred to as FermiNet), which has manifested high accuracy and strong predictive power in the electronic structure calculations of atoms, molecules, and some periodic systems. Recently, the implementation of the effective core potential (ECP) scheme has further facilitated more efficient calculations in practice. However, there is still a lack of comprehensive assessments of the ECP's performance under the FermiNet. In this work, we set sail to fill this gap by conducting extensive tests on the first two row elements regarding their atomic, spectral, and molecular properties. Our major finding is that, in general, the qualities of ECPs have been correctly reflected under FermiNet. Two recently built ECP tables, namely, correlation consistent ECP (ccECP) and energy consistent correlated electron pseudopotential (eCEPP), seem to prevail in terms of overall performance. In particular, ccECP performs slightly better on spectral precision and covers more elements, while eCEPP is more systematically built from both shape and energy consistency and better treats the core polarization. On the other hand, the high accuracy of the all-electron calculations is hindered by the absence of relativistic effects as well as the numerical instabilities in some heavier elements. Finally, with further in-depth discussions, we generate possible directions for developing and improving FermiNet in the near future.

Means of the state policy of increasing and effective implementation of investment and innovation potential in the system of economic security of Ukraine

The article emphasizes the importance of increasing and effective implementation of the investment and innovation potential, which allows to form the necessary prerequisites for fully ensuring the country's economic security. The importance of state support for the processes of building up and effective realization of investment-innovation potential has been proven, where the state is required to create an attractive regulatory environment with a focus on stimulating the establishment of investment-innovation activity, its rapid and stable growth. Obstacles that discourage investment and innovation activity in the economic system of Ukraine are identified, and their overcoming should become the main task of state regulatory bodies. Based on the analysis of the latest research and publications, it was concluded that the existing system of state regulation of investment and innovation activity is aimed at solving current tasks, and the strategic issues of its development from the standpoint of ensuring economic security are not properly resolved. Emphasis is placed on increasing the significance of this direction of state policy in the system of economic security of Ukraine, when it is necessary to resist external military and hybrid aggression. The priority means of the state policy of increasing and effectively realizing the investment and innovation potential in the system of economic security of Ukraine are summarized, the implementation of which should begin as soon as possible, and at the same time, their list should be reviewed in view of the peculiarities of the regional economy, types of economic activity, etc. It was emphasized that solving the problem of the low level of investment and innovation potential of Ukraine requires updating the national economic development strategy. Assessment of the industrial potential of Russia's industrial regions: Economic security

Subject. This article discusses the issues of ensuring economic growth, rational use of production assets and labor resources. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the trends in the implementation of the industrial potential of some regions of Russia for the period 2017–2021. Methods. For the study, we used a statistical analysis. Results. The article breaks down Russian regions by level of industrial potential. Particular attention should be paid to such industrial policy instruments as an active reduction in imports, attracting domestic and foreign investment. Relevance. The results of the study can be used to design a long-term programme for the development of the real sector of the Russian economy.

Features of the influence of special strength training on performance in competitive activities in Mixed Martial Arts (example of horting)

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the specific influence of strength training in horting on the effectiveness of the implementation of the functional adaptation potential of the athletes' body and their level of technical and tactical skill in the process of competitive activity. In the process of the research, a comparative analysis of the results of the matches between the athletes of all three experimental groups identified at the stage of selection for the championship of Ukraine was carried out after three months of using experimental models of strength training classes and during the competition for the selection for the Cup of Ukraine. The results of the study showed that the number of victories of athletes of the second group at this stage of the study during qualifying matches decreased by 41.7% compared to the previous results. At that time, on the contrary, among the athletes of the third group, we observe an increase in the effectiveness of competitive activity by 62.5% compared to the number of victories recorded during qualifying matches for the championship of Ukraine before the use of the experimental model of strength training classes. In the process of analyzing the results of competitive activity recorded in at the end of the study, during qualifying matches for the Cup of Ukraine, it was found that among the athletes of the second group, compared to the magnificent indicators of the previous control, we observed the largest decrease in the number of victories by 4 times due to technical knockout. At the same time, among the athletes of this group, the indicator of the number of victories obtained due to knockout decreased by 50.0% compared to the results that were revealed during the qualifying competitions before the start of the application of the proposed experimental model of training sessions. The corresponding negative dynamics to a 3-fold decrease in the number of victories obtained in matches with athletes of the third group in the conditions of the use of suffocating techniques, we record in the participants of the second group at this stage of the study compared to the results found in previous competitions.

Physiological and biochemical features of implementation of the adaptive potential of clonally micropropagated potato plants using immunostimulants

The effect of epibrassinolide in combination with salicylic acid and methyl jasmonate on the formation of complex resistance of clonally micropropagated potato plants of the Briz variety to the potato virus Y and to moisture lack, their physiological state, the functioning of the pro-/antioxidant system, as well as on the productivity and quality of the obtained mini-tubers was studied. It was revealed that antiviral resistance under combined stress conditions is formed only in the presence of epibrassinolide that triggers a series of protective mechanisms through accumulation of hydrogen peroxide, phenolic compounds and an increase in peroxidase activity, while maintaining productivity and improving the quality of the products obtained. The use of a three-component mixture is accompanied by the largest mass and a number of potato minitubers, while its protective effect against a viral infection is not manifested.

Main results of the 20-year innovative development of the Russian regions

The key objective of the study is a retrospective statistical indicators’ analysis of innovative development of Russian regions over the past decades. As part of the search for solutions to overcome the “technological impasse” and to reduce dependence on foreign technologies and raw materials export orientation, it is advisable to rely on the implementation of the innovative potential of all regions of the country due to the limited technological and scientific capabilities of individual existing leading regions. It is necessary to accelerate the transition from the current export-raw materials model of economic development to resource-innovative, assuming harmonious development, considering the innovative potential realization of the entire country territory. To fulfill the tasks set in the study, an assessment of innovative progress in Russia on a territorial basis using mathematical and statistical methods was carried out. In the course of the work, it was found that among the regions of the country there is a high degree of difference in the level of innovative financing and, as a consequence, in the pace of innovative development. There are several main leaders on which the main scientific activity and the production of high-tech products are based. Most of the regions show a significant lag, which is primarily due to the high concentration of innovation activity in only a few key points of the country.

СИСТЕМА ПОКАЗНИКІВ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ СТАНУ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

The article defines that the assessment of the state of implementation of the innovative potential of industrial enterprises is carried out at the micro level (within the enterprise, their association, group of enterprises) and at the macro level, which involves a comprehensive assessment of the development and implementation of innovations at the local and regional levels. The authors describe in detail the most common methods of evaluating innovation potential (expert evaluation, index calculation, point evaluation method, financial indicator analysis method, percentage ratio method, graphical method, method of comparing indicators with marginal / permissible / optimal values). The method of integral assessment of innovative potential is determined to be the most acceptable for practical use in the analysis process, considering the combination of the indicators selected for assessment in it into an integral-complex one. The article developed a comprehensive system of indicators for assessing the state of implementation of the innovative potential of industrial enterprises at the micro level and provided a full description of the selected indicators by components of the available set of resources and opportunities for the implementation of innovations. The article deals with the development and implementation of a system of indicators for assessing the state of innovation potential of industrial enterprises. Innovative potential is a critically important factor for ensuring competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises in modern conditions of globalization and rapid technological progress. The main purpose of the study is to determine the key indicators that allow a comprehensive assessment of the innovative potential of industrial enterprises, taking into account various aspects of their activity. To achieve this goal, the article analyzed the existing methods of evaluating innovation potential and developed an improved system of indicators that takes into account the specifics of the industrial sector. The proposed system of indicators makes it possible to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the state of the innovative potential of industrial enterprises, to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as to develop recommendations for its improvement. This provides enterprises with the opportunity to more efficiently plan and implement innovative projects, increase their competitiveness and promote sustainable development.

Implementation of the export potential as a factor in sustainable development of the forest sector: regional aspect

At the present stage of economic development, international trade is becoming an arena for solving geopolitical problems. The implementation of the export potential in the context of the concept of sustainable development is based on a detailed analysis of trends in the export specialization of national economy priority sectors. The subject of the study is the regional forest sector. The provisions of the theory of comparative advantages served as a methodological basis. The article summarizes approaches to assessing the export potential, analyzes the commodity and geographical diversification of the Russian forest sector. The relevance of improving the analytical tools for assessing the sustainability of sectoral socio-economic systems is proved. The information basis of the study is official customs statistics. An analysis of the dynamics of exports made it possible to assess the impact of economic instruments, regulatory and managerial influences, and customspolicyon the development of the export potential of the forest sector. The index of Revealed comparative export advantage has a multiplicative character. It made it possible to obtain detailed information for the development and adjustment of strategies for territorial and sectoral development. The authorsidentified export specialization products of the forest sector of the Russian Federal Districts. An insufficient level of use of resource potential and a narrow specialization of most forested regions in products with low added value were stated.

ТОРГОВО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЕ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВО КИТАЯ С РОССИЕЙ. ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ПО РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ПОТЕНЦИАЛА ИМПОРТОЗАМЕЩЕНИЯ В ЭКОНОМИКЕ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

The article analyzes the trends in trade and economic cooperation of the People’s Republic of China in the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021 – 2025). China is the world leader in foreign trade. In 2022, the volume of trade between China and Russia in dollar terms increased by 29.3% and reached $190.8 billion, including Russian exports to China of $114.2 billion (43.4% annual growth) and Chinese imports to Russia $76.1 billion (12.8% annual growth). An analysis of the possibilities of the People’s Republic of China to realize the potential of import substitution of all types of products in the economy of the Russian Federation in the future until 2030 suggests that Russian imports from China may increase up to 2025 to 80.82 billion dollars, and up to 2030 – up to 85, 08 billion dollars, which will ensure the implementation of the commodity potential of import substitution in the Russian economy by 84.79% and 89.26%, respectively. At the same time, the accumulated foreign direct investment from China may increase up to 20 billion dollars by 2025, and up to 30 billion dollars by 2030, which will ensure the realization of the investment potential of import substitution in the Russian economy by 12.12% and 18.18% respectively.

Development and implementation of women's leadership potential in volun-teer activities

In the conditions of total social transformations and transformations in Ukraine, a situation of uncertainty and instability, external and internal challenges facing our state and its citizens, the problem of volunteering as an organized altruistic activity, in which a consolidating organizing role is played by women a leader whose personality is defined by such personal qualities as authority, the ability to organize and lead, the ability to make decisions in extreme situations and take responsibility for their results and consequences, mobility, openness, decisiveness, sociability. The article summarizes the approaches to defining the phenomena of «leadership», «volunteering», defines the functional features of the volunteer movement in Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale invasion and martial law, outlines the role and features of the development and realization of the potential of a female leader in volunteer activities.
