Analysis of Management Functions in the Development of Guidance and Counseling Service Materials

The management function in guidance and counseling must be carried out carefully, including in the development of guidance and counseling materials for students. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the management function in developing guidance and counseling materials in one of the schools in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. This research is qualitative in nature, the respondents of this research are school counselors in junior high school and vocational high schools with a case study design, data collection through semi-structured interviews and data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the application of management functions in the development of guidance and counseling materials is very important to ensure the effectiveness of guidance and counseling programs in schools. The challenges felt by respondents were limited facilities, time allocation and varying roles between teaching other subjects and guidance and counseling. The implementation of management functions cannot be separated from the support and involvement of school officials, so that in overcoming these challenges, support from school officials is considered important in providing guidance and counseling materials.

Implementation of Management Functions in the Development of Teacher Resources in Islamic Education Institutions

The research method used in this research is library research research where the reference sources used come from journals, books and so on. The results of this research show that the implementation of management functions in developing teacher resources in Islamic educational institutions is as follows: (1) planning development programs such as education and training (training) for teachers; (2) make a schedule for teacher development (training) programs on a regular basis; (3) make a budget plan for the teacher training development program; (4) determine procedures or rules for training programs that can be used as evaluation material. (6) Grouping teachers' duties and responsibilities; (7) Grouping teaching staff according to needs to carry out training. Development in educational institutions can be carried out through several programs such as training and education (diklat), workshops and holding subject teacher deliberations (MGMP) , mentoring and coaching and independent learning. Supervision is a series of actions carried out to find out the extent to which the teacher development program is running well in accordance with predetermined plans.

The Effect of Leadership and Management Training in Nursing BasedMedeline Leininger Theory Regarding the Implementation of Managerial Functions of Room Heads with Executives

This research identifies the characteristics of respondents and eval_uates the impact of training on the implementation of managerial functions at the Lukas Enembe Hospital - Central Memberamo. Findings show that the majority of respondents in the treatment group were women (70.0%) and the majority were under 30 years old or between 30-40 years old. In contrast, the control group was dominated by women (65.0%) and most were aged 30-40 years. In terms of work experience, the treatment group tended to have work experience of ≤5 years, while the control group had work experience of >5-10 years. The implementation of management functions in the treatment group showed a significant improvement after training, with a decrease in the poor and moderate categories, and an increase in the good category. Statistical analysis with Asymp.Sig value. 0.000 indicates a significant effect of training. Recommendations include the implementation of ongoing training with follow-up sessions, the use of relevant case studies, regular eval_uations, as well as the integration of Leininger's theory in the educational curriculum and collaboration between educational institutions and RSUD. Researchers are advised to choose an appropriate research design and conduct in-depth data analysis to eval_uate the impact of training in a statistically significant way.

Implementation of Management Functions in Educational Institutions at MISS Al – Khairiyah Sunggal

In the implementation of management in an education, it is needed to achieve the educational goals, this research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative research, namely, research that does not use calculations, data collection techniques are carried out in a triangulation manner, the data obtained tends to be qualitative data, the results of qualitative research are to understand meaning, understand uniqueness, construct phenomena and find hypotheses. An educational institution, or educational institution, is an organization or a group of people that for one reason or another is responsible for the education of students in accordance with the mission of the institution. The management function in the educational institution at MIS Al-Khairiyah Sunggal has all been carried out well, including the planning function where a good plan greatly affects the success of the work.

Management functions consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising that runs properly and correctly is one characteristic of a well-functioning organization. Hospitals are healthcare institutions that provide medical services and support services to patients. Good support services in the Medical Records and Health Information (MRHI) unit at the hospital require good management to manage the unit. The MRHI unit has the responsibility of creating and maintaining patient medical records. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the head of the medical support sub-sector as a manager in implementing the management functions of the MRHI unit at PKU Muhammadiyah Prambanan Hospital. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive method. The results show that the manager's role is quite good in implementing management functions. This is evidenced by the well-organized planning process by the head of the medical support sub-sector so that activities can run continuously. In terms of organization, it is still quite minimalistic but already structured because the hospital has only been established for 2 years and patient visits are still not too many. In the implementation function, the manager is able to provide good guidance to the staff, although at this stage, the staff has not fully performed their duties according to procedures. The supervision function runs very well, indicated by the service provided being directed, orderly, and in accordance with established rules. The implementation of management functions can be maintained by improving the management functions that are not yet optimal.

Human Resources (HR) play an important role in improving the quality of education in educational institutions, including Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN). So, good management is needed to achieve madrasah goals. Using a qualitative approach and combined methods, researchers describe the role of HR management, implementation of HR management, and strategies to increase the productivity of teaching and education staff. In achieving maximum results, researchers collected data through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the role of HR management in MAN 2 Malang City is very important for the institution as seen from the positive impact of its implementation. Apart from that, the implementation of human resource management at MAN 2 Malang City is carried out in the implementation of management functions, namely planning, procurement, coaching and development, promotion and transfer, dismissal, compensation and employee assessment. MAN 2 Malang City also has a strategy to increase the productivity of its human resources, including continuous training and development, providing incentives and rewards, as well as effective coaching and supervision.

Employee Development Management Practices and Their Role in Enhancing Government Institution Work Performance: A Qualitative Study

This research aims to reveal how the concept of employee development management implemented by BPMP DI Yogyakarta optimizes work performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has necessitated that all activities be conducted online, which has created some impediments to employee development, such as instability of the internet network, passive participants, and distractions in the participant environment. This qualitative study uses purposive sampling to select subjects who are knowledgeable, experienced, and understanding of the research theme. Employee development programs at BPMP DI Yogyakarta include institutional development, career development, and education and training. The program has been implemented properly and accurately through the implementation of management functions, including planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and evaluating. The role of employee development management is illustrated by the increase in the achievement of the SAKIP value of BPMP DI Yogyakarta by 7.9 points in the 2019-2021 period. Additionally, BPMP DI Yogyakarta achieved the ZI-WBK predicate in 2020. These two achievements demonstrate that the employee development management carried out by BPMP Yogyakarta is effective and has successfully optimized employee and institutional performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The study of criminological characteristics of crime and prediction of its state, as well as the development of measures to prevent crime and minimize its consequences for society allows the implementation of management functions in the activities of the prosecutor’s office, aimed at coordinating the activities of law enforcement agencies to combat crime. Within the framework of consideration of the criminological model of the activity of the prosecutor’s office, it is revealed how criminological knowledge can and should be used by prosecutors. The importance, necessity and primacy of criminological information in practical activity of prosecutor’s office on prevention of offenses and crimes is proved.

Broiler Chicken Farm is one of the business fields that is required to have good management so that maximum production results can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to find out how management functions are implemented in broiler chicken farms and to find out how production results are after the implementation of management functions in broiler chicken farms. The research location in this study was the location of the plasma farmer AS Putra 2 Cirebon in Bantarjati Village, Kertajati District, Majalengka Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques go through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The data validation technique used is source triangulation. The results of this study, namely the implementation of management functions on broiler farms at PT AS Putra 2 Cirebon consists of several scopes, namely the scope of PT AS Putra 2 Cirebon, the scope of production, the scope of broiler chicken farms, and the scope of plasma breeder cages. Each scope has implemented management functions properly including Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling. The production results after implementing the management function are very good by obtaining an average production result with a Index Performance (IP) value of 415.5.

This study aims to provide a clear and comprehensive picture to students of class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 3 Tondano about learning management which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating participatory learning based on project-based learning on pascal’s law material in physics subjects. The method used in this research is mix method with concurrent model which is a combination of two methods, especially qualitative and quantitative. The structure of this research uses qualitative methods while quantitative methods are used to assist qualitative information. The results of this study are starting from the planning stage including the syllabus and lesson plans adapted to the strategy. The next stage is organizing which result in the function and role of management components. The implementation stage is in accordance with the syntax of participatory learning. This implementation stage shows that the implementation of management functions in participatory learning based on project-based learning on pascal’s law physics material for SMA N 3 Tondano class XI IPA 2 students can shape students’ cognitive, affective and psychomotor competencies through making learning projects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating participatory learning based on project-based learning is well implemented as seen from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessment rubrics.

This article was written to find out about the implementation of the economic recovery management function in the tourist village of Babalan Lor Village, Bojong District. Hence, the information can be deciphered regarding the implementation of economic recovery carried out by the residents of the tourist village in Babalan Lor Village. The problem of this study was how the strategy was applied by the tourism village community in recovering the economy through the management function. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach as the qualitative components include observation, interviews, and literature research. The results of the study showed that the residents of tourist village carry out a management function; they are the principles of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling as a strategy in recovering the economy.

This article examines Islamic programs at the Hubbul Wathan Islamic Center Mosque in Mataram, NTB, with a focus on looking at the implementation of management functions in each program held. In this article, there are several questions that are attempted to be answered, namely, what kind of and how is the management function implemented in every Islamic program at the Great Mosque of Hubbul Wathan Islamic Center, NTB? NTB Center.? This article is the result of field research and uses a qualitative approach. Regardless, the data in this article are sourced from primary and secondary data which are processed through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the management function in every Islamic program at the Hubbul Wathan Islamic Center Islamic Center NTB Mosque has been well implemented. This matter is clearly seen in the process of implementing Islamic programs such as, among other things, planning before the study program, organizing tasks between related fields, carrying out tasks according to planning, and monitoring in the form of evaluating activities that have been carried out. Background: Some health program in the Konawe District Health centres has not reached the national target including the percentage coverage of K4 maternal health (67.04%) compared to the target (90%), and exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months has reached 65.69% compared the target of 85%. The Implementation of Social Capital in the Management of Fisheries Cooperatives (Study at the Maya Rita Sentosa Cooperative Tondonggeu Village Nambo District Kendari City)

Tondonggeu Town, Nambo Region, Kendari City is a waterfront area with bountiful potential for fisheries area. The only village in Nambo District with a Fisheries cooperative organisation known as Koperasi Maya Rita Sentosa is Tondonggeu Village. The Maya Rita Sentosa Cooperative's origins and continued existence are intriguing topics that researchers should investigate in greater depth. The goals of this study were the Maya Rita Sentosa Cooperative's implementation of management functions and the impact of social capital on management. The study was conducted between December 2021 and October 2022. The number of respondents, specifically all individuals from the helpful Maya Rita Sentosa, was 36. The research variables used are Cooperative Management (Planning, organising, directing, and supervising) and Social Capital (trust, network, social norms, and participation). Innovative personnel, consisting of innovative employees, in an organization can be involved in the implementation of management functions, thereby bringing it certain benefits in the form of more flexible problem solving, innovative proposals for current activities and non-standard solutions to emerging issues. Conclusions. The participation of innovative personnel in management gives certain advantages to the organization. Sports activities require sports facilities and infrastructure in general. This research aims to find out how the management of the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure of the Berau Regency Youth and Sports Service is based on the management function of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of management functions (1) Planning management in the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure needs in Berau Regency is carried out with proposals from the community and proposals from sports; (2) Organizing management is the responsibility of the field of sports facilities and infrastructure and establishes cooperation with stakeholders; (3) Implementation management is carried out if the proposal from the plan has been finalized and the budget has been determined; (4) Supervision management is carried out by monitoring at each stage; (5) The response of the Berau community who felt the impact of the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure in Berau Regency received good results.
