DEVELOPMENT OF THE EASTERN INDONESIA GREEN THERAPY CENTER AS AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN’S

Green therapy, commonly known as nature therapy, is a method of stimulating children with special needs using natural media. Sekolah Alam Draul Istiqamah (SADIQ), one of natural school, has the potential to be developed as a green therapy center for Eastern Indonesia: (1) it has implemented the green therapy concept; (2) has sufficient open space; (3) has sports facilities that have potential for therapy; (4) not far from Makassar Sultan Hasanuddin Airport which can be reached in approximately 10 minutes; (5) have a good safety guarantee for the green therapy program. This potential has not been used properly for the development of green therapy centers due to limitations, including: (1) limited knowledge and skills of human resources in terms of developing green therapy centers; (2) the need to prepare a good concept to become a green therapy center, starting from the type of service program, natural therapy activities in each service, therapy guides, and the stimulation media needed; (3) There is no media to introduce SADIQ as a green therapy center for the community. The solutions offered for SADIQ to be developed as a Green therapy center include: (1) Green therapy education for SADIQ human resources in the form of training, practice and workshops; (2) provision of standard facilities to support the perfection of the types of stimulation services to be provided; (3) preparing a green therapy service program starting from the name of the program to the stimulation activities that must be carried out; (4) preparation of green therapy service program guidelines; (5) outreach and offering to the public and educational practitioners; (6) assisting the implementation of service programs at the green therapy center. This series of activities proved effective in increasing the understanding and practice of green therapy among SADIQ human resources, was able to introduce SADIQ as a green therapy center in Eastern Indonesia, and brought SADIQ recognition from stakeholders, especially the Education Department. SADIQ is currently an alternative solution in providing green therapy, alternative solution of special need children stimulation through natural media.

Comprendre le changement organisationnel à travers le prisme de l’anthropologie. Cas de Madagascar

Abstract : This contribution on organizational change focuses on the role of actors in understanding change and implementing the process within the organizational system as a response to elements of both the internal and external environments. It shows that it is possible and necessary to get everyone involved in the change process, but this requires mutual understanding, as well as awareness and responsibility on the part of the various players. It also aims to deepen knowledge of human resources and the various socio-cultural dimensions present in the organization, facilitated by the anthropological approach, in order to gain an overall vision of the organization and foresee the impact that a given decision may have on it. Agile Governance Public Information Management at the Communication, Informatics, and Statistics Service of Riau Province

This study aims to analyze the implementation of agile governance in public information management at the Riau Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service (Diskominfotik). Agile governance is a governance approach that emphasizes flexibility, responsiveness, and rapid collaboration in providing public services. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with an explanatory approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies analyzed using Nvivo 14 software. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of agile governance at Diskominfotik Riau is still faced with a number of obstacles, including limited knowledge and capacity of human resources (HR) in understanding the concept and a bureaucratic structure that does not fully support flexibility. In addition, performance evaluations that are not yet based on quick wins slow down the adaptation process. Nevertheless, Diskominfotik Riau has utilized various digital platforms to provide access to public information, although improvements need to be made in terms of responsiveness and timeliness of service. Recommendations from this study include increasing training for HR, implementing a more flexible governance model, and periodic evaluations based on short-term results. The implementation of agile governance is expected to improve the quality of public services and strengthen public trust in government transparency.

Mathematical Modeling of the Global Engineering Process for Optimizing Product Quality in the Aerospace Industry

The aerospace industry faces the challenge of maintaining product excellence amidst intricate processes and demands for cost and time efficiency. Mathematical modeling emerges as a valuable tool for optimizing the engineering process and enhancing quality, with potential applications extending beyond aerospace to other sectors with high quality and safety standards. This study develops and validates a mathematical model specific to the aerospace industry, aiming to assess the impact of human resource expertise on product quality. Through a case study within an aerospace organization, an IDEF0-methodology-based mathematical model, coupled with weighted averages, was constructed to depict the comprehensive engineering process and quantify knowledge’s impact on deliverable quality. Simulation data, gathered through human resource knowledge assessments and non-conformity analyses, revealed a direct correlation between technical knowledge levels and deliverable quality, consequently impacting final product quality. The proposed model serves as a tool for estimating potential deliverable error rates and pinpointing critical areas within the process that necessitate refinement. The research underscores the significance of knowledge investment and effective knowledge management strategies in upholding quality and competitiveness across industries with stringent quality requirements.

National Education Policies and the Impact on Overall Development

This article delves into the transformative vision of India’s National Education Policy NEP 2020, highlighting its potential to reshape the educational landscape from pre - primary to university levels through the 5 - 3 - 3 - 4 curricular framework. By advocating for multidisciplinary approaches, integration with the Indian knowledge system, and emphasis on skill development, the NEP2020 aims to foster globally competitive human resources. The new horizon of India’s growth story will be achieved by the combination of her value based knowledge and enhancement of skilled human resources. The implementation of this policy, initiated in a phased manner since 2020, presents both significant challenges and solutions, such as the need for extensive infrastructure development, teacher training, and the incorporation of digital and environmental literacy. The article also discusses the policy’s impact on Assam’s education system, addressing local challenges and opportunities. With a holistic perspective, it underscores the NEP2020s potential to drive India towards educational excellence and societal transformation by 2047, urging stakeholders across the nation to contribute to its successful implementation.

Intellectual Capital and Innovation through Market Orientation in the Indonesian Film Industry

This article aims to analyze the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation through market orientation in the Indonesian film Industry as a creative economy in the new economic age based on information intensification and creativity with superior ideas, knowledge and competencies of human resources. To collect data, a questionnaire was used. Out of 65 populations of film companies, by random sampling, 56 were selected as representative samples. The Partial Least Square Structural Path-Modeling (PLS-PM) was used to test the hypotheses. The research outcomes revealed that intellectual capital, market orientation, and innovation are fairly high. Intellectual capital has a positive effect on market orientation and innovation. Market orientation mediates the effect of intellectual capital on innovation. Intellectual capital may directly affect the innovation of the Indonesian film industry and through market orientation. Human capital, structural capital, and customer capital must be strengthened to support customer orientation, competitor orientation, and internal integration of the company, so that innovations in products, processes, and strategies can be increased. This study implies that the innovation will develop more with the pertinent intellectual capital and suitable market orientation.

This study aims to identify and analyze factors affecting the development of Digital marketing in Vietnamese businesses. Through combining qualitative (in-depth interviews) and quantitative (survey) research methods, the results show that there are six main groups of factors affecting the application and effectiveness of Digital marketing, including: (1) Awareness and knowledge of Digital marketing of business leaders, (2) Human resources and professional skills, (3) Investment budget for Digital marketing, (4) Information technology infrastructure and communications, (5) Market and consumer behavior, and (6) Government policies and regulations. Among them, the factor groups of awareness and knowledge of leaders, human resources and budget are considered to have the strongest impact. Based on these results, the study proposes a number of key solutions to promote sustainable Digital marketing development for Vietnamese businesses such as enhancing awareness and skills training for leaders and employees, the first priority. budget investment, building modern technological infrastructure, and completing the legal framework for support from the Government.

Analisis Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntanbilitas Publik (Sak Etap) pada Laporan Keuangan di Koperasi Karyawan Universitas Hang Tuah Surabaya Periode 2020-2023

Financial reports are an important tool for measuring the performance and financial health of cooperatives. Good financial reports are influenced by the level of knowledge and understanding of human resources in presenting financial reports. This research aims to find out how the financial reports in Kopkar UHT are and their application to SAK ETAP. The research was carried out using direct observation of research objects, interviews with specified informants, as well as documentation in the form of photos of activities and financial report documents. The findings show that Kopkar UHT's financial reports: presents the components of a balance sheet financial report, a report on the calculation of business results, a report on changes in capital, a recapitulation of income and expenses of USP and USW, a recapitulation of cash loans and bills, a recapitulation of turnover from sales of shop units, photocopy services and canteen services . Meanwhile, according to SAK ETAP, the presentation of financial statements consists of a Balance sheet, performance calculation report, capital changes report, cash flow report, CALK. This means that Kopkar UHT only displays three financial report components. that comply with SAK ETAP

Pengaruh Pengetahuan Sumber Daya Manusia, Implementasi Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes) dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal terhadap Kualitas Penyajian Laporan Keuangan Desa

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the extent to which the quality of village financial reports can be influenced by human resource (HR) knowledge, SISKEUDES implementation and internal control systems. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data collection, namely a questionnaire. The population in this study was 160. The sampling techniques used purposive sampling, so that 100 people were used. The data analysis techniques used were data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, human resource (HR) knowledge, SISKEUDES implementation and internal control systems partially influenced the quality of village financial reports.

Pelatihan Geotagging dan Layout Peta untuk Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir

Geospatial data and technology are critical in a country's sustainable development process. Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) are essential in implementing regional government, which requires knowledge and understanding of geospatial data and technology to support better decision-making in a region. One way is through Geotagging training for ODP to increase knowledge, utilization, and competency in human resources in the geospatial field. The target of this training is the Ogan Ilir Regency OPD in South Sumatra Province. Training is held face-to-face using lecture and practice methods. Participants are given modules and receive direct guidance during the training process. The output of this training shows a significant increase in participants' understanding of geospatial data and the use of geotagging both theoretically and practically, which can be assessed from the presentation of the results of the tasks they have completed. This activity is a provision for ODP Kab. Ogan Ilir to be able to manage geospatial data and information.

STRATEGIC VIGILANCE: AN EFFECTIVE MECHANISM IN ENHANCING SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE - A STUDY OF A SAMPLE OF ALGERIAN INSTITUTIONS

Purpose: This article addresses the role of strategic vigilance in building and enhancing competitive advantage and sustainability in organizations; In order to monitor its external environment and predict future changes to strategic decision-making and achieving its objectives, the article aims to research the reality of the implementation of strategic vigilance and its role in sustaining the competitive advantage in the organization. Methodology: A comprehensive review of the literature and the analysis of studies that dealt with the subject of strategic vigilance and competitive advantage, and the analytical descriptive approach to familiarity with the subject, and the SPSS statistical program were used, by studying a sample of Algerian institutions. Results: The results indicate the need to adopt the strategic vigilance system to monitor and analyse strategic information to exploit opportunities and confront threats, and that achieving sustainable competitive advantage is an important strategic direction for organizations that seek leadership and success, which are achieved through knowledge and capabilities of human resources. Practical Implication: The study proposes several practical measures for the decision-makers in the institutions, through which it can enhance the competitive advantages of it, including the creation of an independent structure that performs the function of strategic vigilance in the organization, and the attention to the external environment of the institution by following all the transformations in it. To study it, then adapt and coexist with it, as well as the continuous encouragement of individuals to be creative and to provide the appropriate conditions that allow the establishment of continuous competitive advantages for the institution. The recommendations aim to create a suitable environment for activating the strategic vigilance system. Originality/Value: This article contributes to highlighting the growing need to adopt a strategic vigilance system that maintains an institution's position and contributes to its competitiveness, in addition to revealing the level or indicators of the practice of strategic vigilance, and guidance. The attention of decision-makers in Algerian institutions is the importance of investing in building a strategic vigilance system as ways to build sustainable competitive advantages.

Strengthening Creative Local Human Resources In The Field Of Business Models And Marketing Of Coffee Ecotourism In Sukodono Village, Malang District

Sukodono Village in Malang Regency has diverse resource potential, but faces challenges related to branding and optimizing existing potential. Thelevel of community literacy related to science and technology is still low, affecting the ability to operationalize technology to develop a sustainable coffee ecotourism business model. Making Sukodono Village a successful coffee ecotourism destination requires strategic planning to improve the competitiveness of the area. The level of knowledge and skills of local human resources is still lacking, hampering competitiveness and competence in developing sustainable business and marketing models, particularly in the utilization of digital platforms. Therefore, improving the quality of local human resources in Sukodono Village needs to be encouraged in order to apply modern business models such as the business model canvas.Assistance in community empowerment in Sukodono Village, by developing a more productive coffee ecotourism business model through a business model canvas (BMC), can be a solution to this problem. An Evaluation of Human Resource Practices on Employee Retention in State Corporations in Kenya

Organisations can achieve a competitive advantage by enhancing and expanding human resource knowledge, skills, motivation, and morale. The study aimed to determine the effect of performance management techniques on staff retention at the National Transport and Safety Authority-Kenya. The study focused on 2100 employees working in 15 of Kenya's National Transport and Safety Authority branches. A descriptive research design was used in the study, with a sample size of 336 respondents selected using a stratified random sampling technique. Findings showed that Staff retention is positively correlated with performance management. There was a strong positive correlation (association) (r = 0.725) between performance management and employee retention. The ANOVA findings determined the regression model's significance, from which an f-significant value of P<0.001 was derived, indicating that the model's likelihood (probability) of producing an incorrect prediction is less than 0.001. Management of NTSA-Kenya should appropriately handle aspects of employee relations management, such as HR initiatives, leadership styles, and shared values. They should also provide their employees with rewards in the form of cash bonuses, payments based on performance and pension schemes. Previous research on human resource practices and employee retention has mostly focused on the private sector, leaving a study gap on the effect of these policies on staff retention in Kenyan state corporations such as NTSA. The study, therefore, fills the gap in Knowledge of the performance management practice affecting staff retention.

Human resources lessons learned

Human resources may not be the most enjoyable topic for bovine veterinarians. However, human resource knowledge is important for building a cohesive team of veterinarians, veterinary techni­cians and office staff members who can work together effectively. The goal of this presentation is to share some lessons learned as a new practice owner in our clinic that can hopefully be beneficial to other practice owners, as well as to future practice owners. People management is difficult, and it is even more difficult if there is no structure, mentorship or effective communication.

MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI KANTOR KECAMATAN KANGAYAN

HR (Human Resources) development in sub-district offices refers to efforts to improve the quality, capacity and performance of employees working at the sub-district level. HR development is a strategic process that involves various activities and programs to strengthen the capabilities of individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. The aim is to improve efficiency, effectiveness and services provided to the community. Human resources are one of the most important assets for an organization/company. The role of human resources for organizations/companies is not only seen from the results of work productivity but also seen from the quality of work produced, even further, the superiority of an organization/company is also determined by the superiority of its human competitiveness, not determined by its natural resources. The stronger the knowledge of human resources, the stronger the company's competitiveness. Improving the quality of human resources, and therefore, this paper draws a conclusion, namely "Human Resource Management in the Kangayan District Office". Based on the introduction outlined above, the problem formulation that can be taken is how to manage and empower existing human resources in the Kangayan sub-district office so that it has benefits and functions even though the existing human resources are very limited, it can be achieved through the human resource development process, Human Resource Management (HRDM) is very closely related to HR in an organization or company. HRM itself has many benefits and functions and is useful in managing and empowering existing human resources who are planning to join an organization or company.

Capabilities, knowledge and skills of superior human resources through the competency of Tanjung Balai Karimun Port Employees, Riau Islands, Indonesia

The community complains about the service at the sea passenger port in Tanjungbalai Karimun because it is considered unfriendly to passengers. This port is the only entrance to The Tanjung Balai Karimun Port and was built decades ago. One complaint is the surly service. The number of respondents in this study was 300. With the Slovin formula, 172 samples were obtained. The analysis tool used the AMOS software version 24. The following results were obtained. The Capabilities’ influence on the Competence metric indicates a positive impact. A strong positive correlation exists between the Determination and Knowledge of Competence variables. In this case, the Skills vs. Competence outcome is overwhelmingly favorable. Knowledge has an excellent impact on the Superior Human Resources decision. In a highly encouraging turn of events, the Capabilities variable’s determination of the Superior Human Resources variable was found to be true—an optimistic but unimportant result from applying The Skills variable to the Superior Human Resources variable. Competence has a highly favourable effect on the Super Human Resources criterion. Competence on the job has a square correlation of 89.6%, whereas superior human resources correlate with 100.00%. The already significant factors are being kept that way, while the determination of the Skills variable on the Superior Human Resources team requires some work.

Development of an Industrial Symbiosis Framework through Digitalization in the Context of Industry 4.0

Environmental degradation and stringent business regulations require wider sustainable manufacturing practices by bringing the waste/unused resources back into mainstream production. Implementation of collaborative manufacturing – industrial symbiosis – approach is recognized as an effective strategy in the globalized industry 4.0 environment. Industry 4.0 technologies with intertwined supply chain add to the complexity but offer the possibility of breaking the geographical boundaries as the current industrial symbiosis is heavily location dependent. The paper proposes an industrial symbiosis framework based on Industry 4.0 enabling technologies and scalable to global level. A three-level framework is proposed showing the corresponding industry 4.0 technologies at each level. The proposed symbiosis framework and further development of Industry 4.0 technologies-based architecture shows the capability of using the technologies for wider collaboration and faster achievement of sustainable goals. The horizontal integration capability of industrial symbiosis is inferred from the literature. The current industrial understanding and the level of implementation maturity is comprehended from the analysis of digitalization tools and platforms discussed for industrial symbiosis. The work carries forward the industry 4.0 research and its further extension to fifth generation with human resource knowledge sharing at its core.

Pentahelix Model In Community-Based Tourism Development In Situbondo District

Community-based tourism is part of sustainable tourism development. Community-based tourism involves the community as the main actor in its management and aims to increase economic and industrial activities, preserve culture, and improve the economies of local communities. This research aims to describe the pentahelix model in community-based tourism development in Situbondo Regency, East Java. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The research data were collected from observations, interviews and documentation. The research data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that community-based tourism development in Situbondo Regency has involved collaboration among actors in the pentahelix model, namely local government, academics, industry and business, the community, and mass media. The local government acts as a regulator in formulating policies related to community-based tourism management. The community, as the manager of community-based tourism, prepares institutional planning and organization and builds cooperation with academics and businesses in developing innovation, knowledge and competence in human resources and business management. The mass media play a role in the promotion and marketing of community-based tourism. However, the cooperation between the actors in the pentahelix model has not been optimal, especially with the limited involvement of industry/business and mass media. There is a need to strengthen cooperation among actors and to strengthen the institutional capacity of the community as a manager of community-based tourism.

PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS IN HUMAN RESOURCES USING MACHINE LEARNING AND DATA MINING

Human resource management information systems (HRIS) are rapidly evolving as a result of today's technologies and global technological developments. With the digitalization of businesses, it is widely used in predictive applications in human resources (HR) and HRIS. HR and HRIS, better managing human resources data and making more accurate and reliable decisions are of critical importance for businesses. In this field, data mining and machine learning approaches are used to reveal meaningful relationships and trends between data in management decisions through predictive analysis. Both approaches are very important in the field of HR and are very effective for businesses to transform data sets into useful information. It helps businesses understand trends that can lead to more accurate and reliable business decisions by using analytical capabilities. Within the scope of this study, research was conducted on the use of the HRIS system with white-collar employees of a company in the automotive sector in Bursa. The cost, time saving and strategic impact of the human resources information system on the company and information technology infrastructure, its differences and relationships according to the department worked, age, gender and education level were investigated through statistics and data mining. Knime and SPSS Statistics programs, which are machine learning tools, were used in the research. HRIS results were evaluated and suggestions were made for future planning.

Analisis Efektivitas Program Zakat Produktif Dalam Menanggulangi Kemiskinan (Studi Kasus Di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kab. Asahan)

This study examines the issue of how to analyze the effectiveness of Baznaz's effective zakat program in Kab. Asahan in the fight against poverty. The use of zakat in the Kab. Asahan Baznaz encountered a number of obstacles. The aimof this study is to obtain an analysis of what BAZNAS should do to address the existing problems in the management of zakat production to overcome poverty through qualitative methods, especially to overcome poverty. This study uses a descriptive method with qualitative research because it is of the type of qualitative descriptive research, wherein this research describes or describes research circumstances or conditions in detail and expertise. deep. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Theresult of this study was an analysis of the effectiveness of the zakat program in reducing poverty, the absence of intensive support and the limited knowledge and management of human resources, as well as the lack of have goals in distributing zakat efficiently. While the effectiveness of zakat produced in the Kab. Asahan Baznaz does not contribute significantly or is not effective for poverty reduction.
