Abstract
Abstract : This contribution on organizational change focuses on the role of actors in understanding change and implementing the process within the organizational system as a response to elements of both the internal and external environments. It shows that it is possible and necessary to get everyone involved in the change process, but this requires mutual understanding, as well as awareness and responsibility on the part of the various players. It also aims to deepen knowledge of human resources and the various socio-cultural dimensions present in the organization, facilitated by the anthropological approach, in order to gain an overall vision of the organization and foresee the impact that a given decision may have on it.
