Coupling Gloomy Eyelets in the Nucleus of Cells and Forming Unknown Distinct Structure (UDS)

The purpose of this article is to study about the Coupling of Gloomy Eyelets inside the nucleus of cells. The Gloomy Eyelet consists of the nano distortion of space-time (with υi and τi denote volume and time) and the Latent Buoyancy force. The particular Helmholtz resonator (for υi and τi) can define for the distortion of space-time (for υi and τi) of Gloomy Eyelet. The Hamiltonian equation will be applied for the category of nucleus of cells including the numerous Gloomy Eyelets. The coupled Gloomy Eyelets can build the virtual mass. The virtual mass can be considered as the Unknown Distinct Structure (UDS) of human body organs and performs a unknown specific function. If failure occurs in one of the Unknown Distinct Structure (UDS), the conventional treatments may be less effective for ones. The UDS can be affected by the variation of gravitational, ultrasonic and radiation fields. The internal and external interactions of UDS can play a key role for human beings healthy. The Unstable and Transient conditions of Gloomy Eyelet of cell nucleus can be considered as a new approach for the study of the disturbance of cell.

Machine Learning Algorithm for Early Detection and Analysis of Brain Tumors Using MRI Images

Among the human body's organs, the brain is the most delicate and specialized. It is proven that after the heart stops then also brain death occurs within 3 to 5 minutes of death or within 3 to 5 minutes of loss of oxygen supply. A brain tumor is a life-threatening disease that can be detected at any age from an infant to an old person. Though a lot of people did research in the detection and analysis of a tumor, but then also detecting tumors at the early phase is still a much more arduous field in the biomedical study. This paper focuses on the comparative study of various existing algorithms in this field. This paper addresses the challenges and some issues in MRI brain tumor detection which are also addressed in this research.

Organ Donation and Transplantation and Their Ethics in the Light of Islamic Shariah

Purpose: Organ donation and transplantation are practices that are supported by all of the world's major religions, including Sikhism, Christianity, Hinduism, and Judaism. Recent developments in the fields of organ donation and organ transplantation have sparked a renewed sense of optimism for the treatment of critical illnesses. The jurists permitted organ transplants on the basis of certain principles, including ownership and categories of property. On the other hand, moralists strive to deny the ownership of human organs by using principles such as faith and Almighty Allah’s absolute authority. Then main objective of this research paper is on one hand to identify and emphasize arguments for and against organ donation and transplantation in the framework of scared provisions of Islam and its corresponding legal requirements and on the other hand to understand and teach the people that not only Islam allows organ donation but also encourage its followers to assist one another and make an effort to promote organ donations in society.
 Methodology: The doctrinal methodology. Explanatory and analytical research approaches are used in this work. It is worth mentioning that this research study is entirely based on library sources. Most of the sources are reputable and trustworthy textbooks, scholarly published and unpublished journal articles, law reports, and online websites related to the research area.
 Findings: According to the arguments as well as clear and explicit rulings, principles and authentic evidence from the Holy Quran, it is clear that the donation and transplantation of human body organs is permissible. The Holy religion of Islam persuades its followers to participate in charity, assist people, and donate organs to save the lives of those patients who are waiting for organ transplant.
 Recommendations: Theoretically, this work is very useful in contributing to the existing body of literature of knowledge. Practically, this work identifies the circumstances in which Muslim jurists not only allow but encourage its followers to assist one another and make an effort to promote organ donations in society in order to save people’s life. It is recommended that both the donor and the recipient of an organ must belong to the same nationality or legal jurisdiction in order to prevent the growth of an international organ trade, which would be far more difficult to regulate. Additionally, in order to protect the health of both the recipients and the donors, it is imperative that transplants from unknown sources be prohibited.

THE LABOR COSTS RATE ANALYTICAL DETERMINATION’S SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION’S PROCESSES PERFORMANCE

The article deals with the problem that design engineers faces when designing construction production technology, which is associated with the lack of tools for analyzing and substantiating design and technological solutions. The information sources analysis devoted to this problem was carried out. The existing systems of technical processes standardization advantages and disadvantages were indicated. A very large rationing experience in foreign countries was noted. It is pointed out that in construction, the most processes duration, in contrast to mechanical engineering, is measured in hours, not minute’s fractions. In addition, using time standards for labor movements of human body organs (finger and hand movements, hand movements, etc.) when standardizing construction processes is a very complicated procedure that is practically impossible to solve. It is noted that the main trace element standards’ advantage is their analytical and synthetic essence, which allows for a thorough process’ analysis, as well as for designing, justifying a rational option, improving the work method, which is the reason to use the main provisions of these methods to create a new standardization system. All microelement standards systems main disadvantages for the construction industry are the high complexity and time-consuming time standards calculations, the methodology lack for the microelements use, and the unreasonableness of the time standards systems themselves, which complicates their implementation process. The greatest difficulty in creating such databases lies in the dismembering construction processes methods into the sets of actions, therefore this research main task is, together with the new microelement rationing method, the time rationing principles and methods creation for various actions and their complexes. This article is devoted to a new approach to determining labor cost norms, which is accompanied by a determining labor cost norms example for various options for monolithic slabs structural and technological solutions for the frame buildings floor. The analytical method of microelements with time norms in whole numbers within 1-8 minutes when determining processes labor costs showed its suitability and the obtained results sufficient reliability in comparison with other norms.

Exercise therapy for sarcopenia and diabetes.

Aging is characterized by the gradual deterioration of function at the molecular, cellular, tissue, and organism levels in humans. The typical diseases caused by changes in body composition, as well as functional decline in the human body's organs due to aging include sarcopenia and metabolic disorders. The accumulation of dysfunctional aging β cells with age can cause decreased glucose tolerance and diabetes. Muscle decline has a multifactorial origin, involving lifestyle habits, disease triggers, and age-dependent biological changes. The reduced function of β cells in elderly people lowers insulin sensitivity, which affects protein synthesis and interferes with muscle synthesis. The functional decrease and aggravation of disease in elderly people with less regular exercise or physical activity causes imbalances in food intake and a continuous, vicious cycle. In contrast, resistance exercise increases the function of β cells and protein synthesis in elderly people. In this review, we discuss regular physical activities or exercises to prevent and improve health, which is sarcopenia as decreased muscle mass and metabolic disorders as diabetes in the elderly.

Profile of the intestinal microbiota of patients with cystic fibrosis: A systematic review

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a multisystem disease that can compromise several human body organs. The autosomal recessive genetic disorder is caused by different mutations in the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene, responsible for chloride ion transport across apical membranes of epithelial cells in tissues and bicarbonate secretion. In this study, we provide a systematic review of the profile of the intestinal microbiota of cystic fibrosis individuals. The review was conducted according to Preferred Items of Reports for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. PubMed/MEDLINE and Scopus databases were searched for relevant articles until Jully 2022. Eighteen studies (1304 participants) met the inclusion criteria. The quality and bias was assessed using the Methodological index for non-randomized studies (MINORS) tool, with the majority of the studies indicating medium to high quality. Results showed significant changes in the composition of the intestinal microbiota of the individuals with CF compared with healthy controls, with increased of Enterococcus, Veillonella, and Streptococcus, and decreased of Bifidobacterium, Roseburia, and Alistipes genus. The intestinal bacterial community of CF patients was marked by a reduction in its richness and diversity. The systematic review suggests a change in the intestinal microbiota of CF individuals, characterized by a reduction in microbial diversity and abundance of some bacterial markers.

Dry Fruits: Contain Chemicals to Keep Human Body Organs Healthy

Hyperglycemia, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia are known as metabolic syndrome. In presence of high levels of blood LDL particles, free radicals (ROS), macrophages, cytokines, platelets, histamine, 5HT get involved in LDL oxidation, leading to formation of atherosclerotic plaques which get deposited in endothelium of coronary arteries causing coronary artery disease (CAD). Psyllium fibers and Ficus Carica (FC) are being considered to be useful in treating hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and hyperglycemia. This study was conducted to determine hypotensive, hypolipidemic, and hypoglycemic potential of Psyllium husk and FC. Study was conducted in National hospital, Lahore, Pakistan from January to April 2020. Seventy five hyperlipidemic, hypertensive and diabetic patients were enrolled selected from the hospital with their consent. They were divided in three groups ie 25 patients in each group. Group-1 was on placebo, group-2 was on 15 grams psyllium husk to be used in three divided doses. Group-3 was on 12 grams FC to be taken in three divided doses daily for two months. Their Lipid profile, FBS, and hypertension were determined before and after two months therapy by these two agents. Two analyze data we used SPSS version 10.01.001 2015 and t test was applied to determine changes in the tested parameters. In two months therapy by psyllium husk in 24 patients TG, TC, LDL-c was reduced 21.48, 10.09, 24.17 mg/dl respectively. HDL was increased 12.38 mg/dl in this group. FBS reduction was 28.66 mg/dl, systolic BP 6.30, and diastolic BP reduced in this group 7.52 mm of mg. We then concluded that FC and PH have good enough potential to normalize lipid profile, reduce BP, and FBS in patients suffering from metabolic syndrome.

Prediction of drug-induced hepatotoxicity based on histopathological whole slide images.

Liver is an important metabolic organ in human body and is sensitive to toxic chemicals or drugs. Adverse reactions caused by drug hepatotoxicity will damage the liver and hepatotoxicity is the leading cause of removal of approved drugs from the market. Therefore, it is of great significance to identify liver toxicity as early as possible in the drug development process. In this study, we developed a predictive model for drug hepatotoxicity based on histopathological whole silde images (WSI) which are the by-product of drug experiments and have received little attention. To better represent the WSIs, we constructed a graph representation for each WSI by dividing it into small patches, taking sampled patches as nodes and calculating the correlation coefficients between node features as the edges of the graph structure. Then a WSI-level graph convolutional network (GCN) was built to effectively extract the node information of the graph and predict the toxicity. In addition, we introduced a gated attention global context vector (gaGCV) to combine the global context to make node features to contain more comprehensive information. The results validated on rat liver in vivo data from the Open TG-GATES show that the use of WSI for the prediction of toxicity is feasible and effective.

A Study on Body Fat Percentage for Physical Fitness and Prevention of Obesity: A Two Compartment Model

The minimal amount of body fat is necessary for normal physiological functions that manages body temperature, creates energy to perform all the physical activities, and protects the organs of human body. Storage body fat consists of fat accumulation in adipose tissue. Total body fat in human body is the sum of essential fat and storage fat. At present body fat percentage is considered as one of the most accurate obesity evaluation tools. To determine body fat accurately the clinicians should use the most appropriate, accurate, and accessible strategies available in the scientific research area. Accurate measurement of body fat and lean body is essential for the nutrition assessment, and an individual’s overall health and well-being. In this study some measurement processes are discussed to determine body fat percentage (BFP) properly of a person by the analysis of two compartment model: fat mass and fat free mass.

HISTO-PATHOLOGICAL SPECTRUM OF SKIN LESIONS IN TERTIARY CARE CENTRE: A THREE YEAR STUDY

Introduction: The largest sensory organ of human body is the skin, which accounts for about 15% of total body weight. It is a complex organ having multiple functions. Primarily it acts as a barrier against various harmful environmental agents (1).Skin diseases affect all age groups and are much common in developing countries. In the field of dermatology, 2000 different skin diseases are well known(2) Objectives: The objectives of the study were as follows: (1) To estimate the prevalence of various non-neoplastic and neoplastic skin lesions in our tertiary care hospital. (2) To study the age and sex-wise distribution of non-neoplastic and neoplastic skin lesions. Methods: The present study comprised a total of 102 skin biopsies of non-neoplastic lesions and neoplastic skin lesions, relevant data like age, sex, and sites of skin lesion were obtained from request forms provided to histopathology section. Specimens received were fixed in 10% formalin. Biopsy bits were submitted as whole and processed in automated tissue processor for routine paraffin embedding. Results: Out of 102 biopsies that were analyzed, most belonged to 21- 60years with slight male predominance with a total of 85 cases being Non-Neoplastic skin lesions, of which Chronic dermatitis 18 (28.5%) was the most common histopathological diagnosis, followed by Hansens disease 21(24.7%) among granulomatous skin disease, and a total of 17 cases of neoplastic skin lesions were identified of which dermatofibroma 2(11.8%) and eccrine spiradenoma 2(11.8%) were the benign variants , and Squamous cell carcinoma 3(17.6%) was the most common malignant variant. Conclusion: Histopathological evaluation of skin biopsies holds gold standard technique for diagnosing various skin lesions and their microscopic evaluation helps in assessing variegated morphological features of different types of skin lesions.

Gestational Antibioma of the Breast: A Rare Case Presentation

Breast is an important organ of the female human body. It is composed of skin, subcutaneous tissue and breast tissue. Mastitis is defined as inflammation of the breast tissue. It is painful with high fever, chills and red, tender, hot, and swollen areas of the breast. The causes are mainly inflammatory or infectious. Staphylococcus aureus is the most common bacteria involved in this condition. If left under-treated or untreated, infective mastitis can lead to breast abscess or septicemia. Management of breast abscess consists of aspiration or mini incision and drainage in combination with appropriate antibiotic therapy. An antibioma is defined as a hard edematous swelling consisting of sterile pus following treatment of an abscess with long-term antibiotics. The established treatment for antibioma is to surgically incise and drain it like an abscess under analgesics and antimicrobial therapy. Breast infection is most commonly associated with lactation with an incidence rate of 10 percent to 33 percent women. Lactational mastitis has an incidence rate of 2-3 percent of lactating women with 5-11 percent of these patients developing into an abscess. The mean age of incidence is 32 years. On the other hand, non-lactating breast abscesses has a peak incidence in the fourth decade of life. But this condition is rare during gestation with only a few reported cases in literature. We present one such rare case of gestational antibioma in second trimester.

Asymmetry of the pelvis in Polish young adults.

Symmetry is one of the criteria of correct body posture in upright position. The spatial positioning of the pelvic girdle is crucial to it. Functional and structural asymmetries within the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex can have a significant influence on the structure and functions of many human body organs and systems. The aim of the study was to present the results of inclinometer measurements of selected landmarks of the pelvic girdle in young adults aged 19-29. The analysis of occurrence of spatial pelvic asymmetry was based on the authors' original, clinical classification and the significance of the body mass and height for the analyzed asymmetries. The inclinometer measurements of the selected landmarks of the pelvic girdle were performed in a sample consisting of 300 young individuals. Then, the occurrences of the spatial asymmetry of the pelvis were analyzed based on the authors' own clinical classification using alignment symmetry of the iliac crests, the anterior superior iliac spines and the trochanters major as a criterion. All study subjects with asymmetry <1 degree were treated as those with a symmetrical pelvis. The significance of gender, body mass and height for the analyzed asymmetries was assessed. Symmetric positioning of the iliac crests was observed in only 32% of the respondents. The iliac crest depression on the left side was more frequently observed - in 41% of the respondents. This occurred more often in women (44%) than in men (38%). In the group of women, the rotated pelvis was the most often observed (39.4%) asymmetry, while for men, it was the oblique pelvis (40%). More detailed analysis by pelvic asymmetry subtypes showed their statistical differentiation between women and men (p < 0.0001). Analysis of moderate rotation of the pelvis for men, were reported slightly higher values but these differences were not statistically significant (p = 0.253). Women, in turn, showed slightly higher mean values but here too, the differences were not statistically significant (p = 0.245). Asymmetries in the pelvis area are common; they were observed in less than three-quarters of the examined population. Oblique pelvis was found in less than a quarter of women and in more than one-third men with the predominant structural asymmetries. Rotated pelvis was observed in more than one-third of women and men with dominating functional asymmetries. There were no linear correlations between the body mass and height, and the angle of asymmetries.

Emerging roles and therapeutic potentials of ferroptosis: from the perspective of 11 human body organ systems.

Since ferroptosis was first described as an iron-dependent cell death pattern in 2012, there has been increasing interest in ferroptosis research. In view of the immense potential of ferroptosis in treatment efficacy and its rapid development in recent years, it is essential to track and summarize the latest research in this field. However, few writers have been able to draw on any systematic investigation into this field based on human body organ systems. Hence, in this review, we provide a comprehensive description of the latest progress in unveiling the roles and functions, as well as the therapeutic potential of ferroptosis, in treating diseases from the aspects of 11 human body organ systems (including the nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, reproductive system, integumentary system, skeletal system, immune system, cardiovascular system, muscular system, and endocrine system) in the hope of providing references for further understanding the pathogenesis of related diseases and bringing an innovative train of thought for reformative clinical treatment.

Intestinal flora plays a role in the progression of hepatitis-cirrhosis-liver cancer.

The liver is a vital metabolism and detoxification organ of human body, which is involved in the biotransformation and metabolism of the organism. Hepatitis - cirrhosis - liver cancer are significant and common part of liver diseases. The pathogenesis of liver diseases is generally as followed: inflammation and other pathogenic factors cause persistent damage to the liver, leading to the activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) and excessive deposition of extracellular matrix. Patients with chronic hepatitis have a high risk of developing into liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and even life-threatening liver cancer, which poses a great threat to public health.As the first organ to come into contact with blood from the gut, the liver is profoundly affected by the intestinal flora and its metabolites, with leaky gut and flora imbalance being the triggers of the liver's pathological response. So far, no one has reviewed the role of intestinal flora in this process from the perspective of the progression of hepatitis-cirrhosis-liver cancer and this article reviews the evidence supporting the effect of intestinal flora in the progression of liver disease.

Cell-free Lactiplantibacillus plantarum OC01 supernatant suppresses IL-6-induced proliferation and invasion of human colorectal cancer cells: Effect on β-Catenin degradation and induction of autophagy.

Gut microbiota is considered as a complex organ of human body. The interaction between the host and microbiota is dynamic and controlled by a huge number of factors, such as lifestyle, geography, pharmaceuticals, diet, and stress. The breakdown of this relationship could change microbiota composition favoring the onset of several diseases, including cancer. Metabolites released by microbiota bacterial strains have been reported to elicit protective effects on the mucosa that could contrast cancer development and progression. Here, we tested the ability of specific probiotic strain Lactiplantibacillus plantarum OC01-derived metabolites (NCIMB 30624) to contrast the malignant features of colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. The study was performed on two cell lines, HCT116 and HT29, cultured in 2D and 3D, and focused on the hallmarks of cell proliferation and migration. Probiotic metabolites reduced cell proliferation both in 2D and 3D-spheroid cultures, the latter model mimicking the growth invivo. The bacterial metabolites also contrasted the pro-growth and pro-migratory activity of inteurleukin-6 (IL-6), an inflammatory cytokine abundantly found in the tumor microenvironment of CRC. These effects were associated with inhibition of the ERK and of the mTOR/p70S6k pathways and with the inhibition of the E-to N-Cadherin switch. In a parallel study, we found that sodium butyrate (a representative of the main probiotic metabolites) induced autophagy and β-Catenin degradation, which is consistent with the growth inhibitory activity. The present data indicate that the metabolites of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum OC01 (NCIMB 30624) elicits anti-tumor effect and support its possible inclusion as adjuvant therapy of CRC for limiting cancer growth and progression.

Evaluation of the risk of human exposure to thiamethoxam by extrapolation from a toxicokinetic experiment in rats and literature data

Previous studies suggest that exposure to thiamethoxam (TMX) may cause adverse effects to human. However, the distribution of TMX in various organs of human body and the associated risk are little-known. This study aimed to explore the distribution of TMX in human organs by extrapolation from a toxicokinetic experiment in rats and to assess the associated risk based on literature data. The rat exposure experiment was performed using 6-week female SD rats. Five groups of rats were oral-exposed to 1 mg/kg TMX (water as solvent) and executed at 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h and 24 h after treatment, respectively. The concentrations of TMX and its metabolites in rat liver, kidney, blood, brain, muscle, uterus and urine were measured in different time points using LC-MS. Data on concentrations of TMX in food, human urine and blood as well as human cell-based in vitro toxicity of TMX were collected from the literature. After oral exposure, TMX and its metabolite clothianidin (CLO) were detected in all organs of the rats. The steady-state tissue-plasma partition coefficients of TMX for liver, kidney, brain, uterus and muscle were 0.96, 1.53, 0.47, 0.60 and 1.10, respectively. Based on literature analysis, the concentration of TMX in human urine and blood for general population were 0.06–0.5 ng/mL and 0.04–0.6 ng/mL, respectively. For some people, the concentration of TMX in human urine reached 222 ng/mL. By extraplation from rat experiment, the estimated concentrations of TMX in human liver, kidney, brain, uterus and muscle for general population were 0.038–0.58, 0.061–0.92, 0.019–0.28, 0.024–0.36 and 0.044–0.66 ng/g, respectively, well below the relevant concentrations for cytotoxic endpoints (HQs ≤ 0.012); however, for some people they could be up to 253.44, 403.92, 124.08, 158.40 and 290.40 ng/g, respectively, with very high developmental toxicity (HQ = 5.4). Therefore, the risk for highly exposed people should not be neglected.

An Iterative Based Motion Correction for SPECT with Simulated Data

Purpose: Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) is one of the important imaging modality in nuclear medicine used for diagnostic imaging of different organs of human body. Patient movement during the acquisition time is a well-known cause of artifacts in reconstructed SPECT data. These motion artifacts may significantly affect the diagnostic accuracy. Therefore, the motion correction of patients in tomography images is very much essential for more accurate diagnosis and hence achieves the quality of the images. Objective: The aim of this project is to develop and evaluate a data driven approach to motion correction without necessity for motion tracking system. Methods: It has been proposed a method to iteratively estimate and compensate this motion during the reconstruction. The rigid motion was estimated view-by-view in every iteration and then used to update the system matrix. The initial reconstructed image is motion contaminated; it can be used to generate a first rough motion estimate. This motion is taken into account in a reconstruction process to generate a motion-corrected image at the first iteration. Then the motion-corrected image and the motion estimate are alternately updated to increase the likelihood, the iterations are stopped when the updated motion seems to have converged. The image update is done by applying multiple iterations of the OSEM algorithm. A final iterative reconstruction was performed with the last motion estimate. Results: The method was evaluated on simulations phantom study. From the simulations phantom data, we produced the several simulated motion induced data. Motion correction algorithms were applied with the simulated motion induced data. The quality of the reconstructed images was improved substantially after the compensation. Mean structural similarity was increased. In the simulation studies, most of the motion blurring in the reconstructed images disappeared after the compensation. Conclusions: The proposed method effectively eliminated motion-induced artifacts in SPECT scans. Since only measured raw data are needed for the motion estimation and compensation, the proposed method can be applied retrospectively to SPECT scans affected by motion. Bangladesh J. The purpose of this article is to study gloomy eyelet (GE) inside the cell nucleus by using models of warp drive hydro (WDH), swinging spring, Rankine, co-moving reference frame, and Poincare. The beat wave frequency (ω) of blood pressure on the vessel and the swinging spring frequency (Ω) of DNA coincide together on the Rankine model. In this case, it leads to appearing as a sudden pressure drop and an accelerated cavity in the medium of the warp drive hydro (WDH) model. In transient conditions, the vortex flow inside WDH can generate gloomy eyelet (GE), and the tiny distortion of nano space–time revealed inside the gloomy eyelet (GE) inside DNA and the tiny distortion of nano space–time revealed inside the co-moving reference frame (CMRF) model of the gloomy eyelet (GE). The space–time distortion can act as a hidden potential for the cell nucleus and some behaviors of gloomy eyelet can be traced by the frequency responses of human body organs. The interactions between two adjacent different mediums such as the normal cells and abnormal cells, earth’s gravitational effects can lead to changes in the distortion of space–time inside the cell nucleus. Transient bonds between particles can be expected to appear in the gloomy eyelet inside DNA. Identifying the range of changes in the frequency responses and the transient bonds inside the cell nucleus can be introduced as one of the health indicators.

Comparison of Criminal Law Related to the Trafficking of Human Body Organs in Indonesia and the Philippines

&lt;p&gt;The purpose of the research in this paper is to analyze the actions that can be taken to prevent and eradicate the sale and purchase of human organs in Indonesia and to compare the enforcement of legal provisions on the trade in human organs in Indonesia and the Philippines. This scientific article uses normative legal research or library legal research, namely research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data, and the type of research in this writing is normative juridical research, which is studied with a statutory approach, meaning that a problem will be seen from the legal aspect by reviewing the laws and regulations. The results of the study show that the law in Indonesia still needs to be completed to find solutions for people who need organs and for donors with good ethics, regulations must be made. An important conclusion from this study is in the formation of laws to tackle and take action against trafficking in organs. It's good, but comparative studies from other countries are needed to make better laws and regulations.&lt;/p&gt;

Gut Microbiome to Health and its Relationship with Chronic Diseases

In recent years, gut microbiome is thought also important to one’s nutrition and health, same as any organ in human body. How and why the gut microbiome comes and is beneficial to human body, are results of living rules of the nature. Only a microorganism that is beneficial to the human body can grow better since it allows the body to live better and be healthier, and the human body must promote its growth to benefit itself; therefore, there is an advantage for a beneficial microorganism compared with a harmful microorganism to grow in the gut, and a beneficial microorganism can sterilize a harmful one by contending for resources to live and reproduce in the gut and form a barrier that can prevent other microorganism to live by itself. Gut microbiome mainly distributes in colon and cecum, and can produce a lot of nutritional materials by fermenting the indigestible dietary residues from prior digestive organs which are important to human health, and can also help one to be immune to other harmful microorganism’s invasion due to its effects which make it win harmful microorganism to live and reproduce in the gut.
