KOMUNIKASI PEREMPUAN TENTANG HARMONISASI KELUARGA POLIGAMI

Polygamy in Indonesia is legalized in accordance with UUUP No. 1 of 1974 article 3 paragraph (2), while in Islam the Koran allows polygamy contained in the letter an Nisa paragraph 3 but in practice Polygamy causes controversy on people's attitudes in Indonesia, polygamy also has a significant impact in family communication. Women or wives have an important role in realizing polygamous household harmony. Women's communication style is determined by the feelings and quality of the relationship. It is this woman's communication style that determines the harmony of a polygamous family. The problem in this study is how women communicate about the harmonization of polygamous families and what are the barriers to women's communication in polygamous families. This study uses a constructivist paradigm with a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection by in-depth interviews, observation, the informants in this study were Muslim women in polygamous families.The results of this study indicate that communication between wives in polygamous families is influenced by feelings, closeness or intensity of meetings, and the adjustment process. Meanwhile, communication barriers in polygamous families can occur because of the husband.

Mispersepsi Kewajiban dan Hak Suami Istri di Masa Pamdemi

This paper explains the importance of avoiding misperceptions between husband and wife's rights and obligations during a pandemic. The life of husband and wife requires the fulfillment of the obligations and rights of each partner. The lack of satisfaction of each partner can trigger household disharmony to the point of causing divorce, especially the Covid-19 pandemic condition which causes life instability in several aspects. This research is a literature and conceptual study. The results of the analysis show that first; it is necessary to strengthen communication that is increasingly intense for married couples due to the negative impact of the covid-19 pandemic; second; Understanding religion is the main foundation in achieving household harmony.

Marriage of Different Islamic Community Organizations (Ormas) and Its Implications for Household Harmony: A Review of Sigmund Freud's Psychoanalysis

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><span>In this study, the author wants to answer the formulation of the problem, how the reality of the household life of couples with different religious organizations and how the implications for domestic harmony using Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic review. The object of the research is a couple who married different religious organizations in Sirau Village, Kemranjen District, Banyumas Regency. In this study, the author uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, and this research is classified as field research. In data collection techniques, the authors use interviews, observation, and documentation. From the study conducted, it can be seen that first, the reality of the married life of married couples Marriages with different religious organizations in Sirau Village, Kemranjen District, Banyumas Regency can be classified into two types, those who are able to foster household harmony and those who are unable to foster household harmony. Second, the people of Sirau Village who do marriages with different organizations have an awareness that marriage is a nature (fitrah) for humans and can bring good (Id). In the midst of this awareness, they are then faced with organizational differences that can potentially lead to household harmony (Ego). However, the couple's ego is also influenced by several factors such as sublimation or shifting the gaze to something acceptable, for example, good looks—both husband and wife; reaction of formation or opposing attitudes experienced by fantasy until such as optimism for personal maturity so that potential conflicts based on organizational differences can be minimized. Negotiations that occur at the ego level in the next phase are then realized by getting married (Superego). Third, figures from each Islamic organization (Ormas) in Sirau Village have different views regarding marriages of different organizations. Based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory, it can be seen that the NU personality structure Ego or Das Ich tends to reject based on facts on the ground who are unable to foster household harmony, while the Muhammadiyah character Ego or Das Es personality tends to accept it.</span></p>

Relevansi Keputusan Dirjen Bimas Islam Nomor DJ.II/542 Tahun 2013 tentang Kursus Pranikah terhadap Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga di Kemenag Bandar Lampung

This study was made to analyze the implementation of the Decision of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number DJ.II / 542 of 2013 concerning the Prenuptial Course at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in the City of Bandar Lampung and to determine the relevance of taking the Prenuptial Course to household harmony. This type of research uses Field Research, where researchers go directly to the field to obtain strong, objective and actual data. Researchers will go to the field to obtain authentic, accurate, detailed and in-depth data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Decree of the Director General of Guidance for the Islamic Community Number DJ.II / 542 of 2013 concerning prenuptial courses is quite effective. couples to reduce disputes in the family, divorce and conflict, so that they become provisions for realizing a peaceful, prosperous, safe, peaceful family and truly creating a sakinah mawadah warahmah family. After fulfilling the existing procedures, the bride and groom get a foundation book for the sakinah family and a certificate. However, if viewed from the level of effectiveness there are still several weaknesses, including the lack of availability of funding to cover all training needs, the seriousness of the participants is not optimal, the lack of attendance and the level of activity of participants in taking pre-marital training courses, and the continuity of pre-marital course activities that have not been optimally scheduled.

DAMPAK KAWIN PAKSA TERHADAP KEHAMONISAN RUMAH TANGGA DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM (Analisis Desa Panaan Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan)

Normal family life in marriage is the rights and needs of every human being. Therefore, it is natural that before entering domestic life both men and women use a lot of considerations in choosing and determining a partner. Not a few cases were found in the community regarding a married life that was motivated by compulsion to hold a marriage, which was then known as forced marriage. As for the study of the problems that become the main study in this discussion, they are about the occurrence of forced marriages, the view of Islamic law on forced marriages, and the impact of forced marriages in household harmony. The method in this study uses juridical and normative analysis methods or field research, in which data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data.

PERSPEKTIF MASYARAKAT DESA KEMADUH BARON NGANJUK TENTANG RELEVANSI NAFKAH SUAMI TERHADAP KEHARMONISAN RUMAH TANGGA

The issue of livelihood is crucial in building household harmony. The husband is obliged to provide for his family with ma'ruf. This can create harmony in the household that is built.The people of Kemaduh Baron Nganjuk village have various views on the relevance of husband's livelihood to household harmony. This paper is the result of field research on this matter. This analytical descriptive research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study reveal that the husband's livelihood from the perspective of the Kemaduh Baron Nganjuk village community is a gift from a husband to his wife in the form of money, to meet daily needs, which is in line with Amir Syaifuddin's opinion that the husband's income is shopping for food needs which includes basic materials such as clothing and housing. or clothing, food, and shelter. Meanwhile, their perspective on household harmony is the attitude of helping each other, pouring out their hearts (deliberations), the lack of debate in running the household with mutual understanding. This is in line with the theory of household harmony with the realization of the wishes of husband and wife, minimizing interpersonal conflicts, the realization of reciprocity between husband and wife in carrying out their respective obligations. According to the people of Kemaduh village, husband's livelihood and household harmony are interrelated because living is the husband's obligation in the household which aims to meet household needs, so not fulfilling the needs in the family can make the family less harmonious. Even so, there are different opinions from the people of Kemaduh village which state that the husband's inadequacy of living does not cause fights and the family remains harmonious.

Komunikasi Interpersonal Pasangan Suami Istri Dalam Upaya Menjaga Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga

The purpose of this study is to determine the process of interpersonal communication, interpersonal communication barriers, and the quality of interpersonal communication between husband and wife in an effort to maintain household harmony. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques used include: observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was checked using the source triangulation technique, using reference materials and member check techniques. The results of this study indicate that in general, informants have a communication process that is characterized by exchanging information, always limiting the topics they want to talk about, and revealing something they don't like from their partner for good. Communication barriers to informants consist of physical, psychological, and conflict barriers. The quality of informant communication consists of openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, honesty, and equality. However, the third and fourth informants did not have a supportive attitude aspect.

Peran Pemerintah dalam Mengatasi Cyberbullying di Media Sosial pada Anak di Usia Muda

Cyberbullying in cyberspace involves a variety of behavioral risks, including bullying and provoking hostility on the internet. This study aims to determine the involvement of children at a young age on social media as victims of cyberbullying cases, as well as the role of the government in efforts to reduce cases of victims of abuse on social media so that it will decrease. The method used in this study uses qualitative research in the form of literature review with systematic mapping study techniques using secondary data such as reports and documents related to research. The results of this study indicate that the factors of social support are very influential for children because the origin of sexual violence or sexual harassment on social media is from the closest people doing social activities with children and how the family practices good parenting, monitoring how children get along with people. another, household harmony is very influential on children.

 Every family wants harmony in the family. Awareness of the role and function of accepting circumstances and existence is a very strong foundation in running a household. In realizing a harmonious household, of course there are problems that must be resolved immediately so that family harmony is maintained and realized. The family has an important role in the success of the child, remembering that most of the time in the child's daily life with the family, the family is the first community for the child to interact. But in this digital era, many people of all ages have really changed. Changing to be fast paced, but also decreasing the harmony that has been established in the family, this can be seen by the reduced love, cooperation and sharing in the family because they are busy with their respective activities, especially when dealing with gadgets so that harmony in the family is reduced. The role of school counselors is indispensable in forming empathy for family members to achieve household harmony by using family counseling, which is used as an intervention process for problems that interfere with family harmony. Family counseling seeks to build closer bonds, individuals who are able to control emotions, and families who always have good communication in realizing family harmony.
 
 
 

The Impact of Physical and Psychological Health of Early Married Behaviors in Adolescents

Early marriage is a marriage performed by women under the age of 16. Aluh-Aluh Subdistrict obtained 69 early marriages in 2017 at the highest number in Banjar Regency. Early marriage is one of the causes of perinatal death, abortion, obstetric fistula, cervical cancer, high-risk pregnancy, stress, anxiety, and household harmony. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between early marriage with abortion, risky pregnancy, anxiety, and domestic harmony on early marriages in Aluh-Aluh Sub-District, Banjar Regency. This study used an observational analytic design with a cross sectional research design. The study population was 211 married mothers in 2017. The sampling technique in this study was using a purposive sampling with a minimum sample size of 50 people. The results showed that there was no relationship between early marriage and the incidence of abortion (p-value = 1,000) and risky pregnancy (p-value = 0.229) from a physical impact. Furthermore, early marriage also has no relationship with anxiety (p-value = 0.133) as a psychological impact. Meanwhile, domestic harmony has a homogeneous result so statistical tests cannot be carried out. The conclusion of this research is that there is no relationship between early marriage with the incidence of abortion, risky pregnancy, and anxiety in women in Aluh-Aluh Sub-District, Banjar District.

IMPLIKASI BENCANA TERHADAP KEHARMONISAN RUMAH TANGGA (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Korban Bencana Banjir di Kelurahan Kepatihan Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember)

Harmony in the household is a dream and hope for every married couple who is in a marriage relationship. This harmony must have many aspects that can affect it. Among the aspects that might affect this harmony is a tragedy that has befallen. The flood disaster has hit some areas in Jember Regency and has had several impacts on the affected residents. The purpose of this research is to find and analyze things that affect household harmony in an Islamic perspective, the phenomenon of the flood disaster in Kepatihan Jember and the implications of the flood disaster on the household harmony of flood victims in Kepatihan Subdistrict, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The results of this research are (1) In a Islamic perspektive, there are several efforts that can be made to build family harmony before and after the marriage, (2) residents of Kepatihan Jember Regency have experienced floods five times and the last disaster was the most severe by the number of residents. As many as 32 families and eight houses were affected by damage, (3) this flood disaster greatly affected the husband's ability to fulfill his obligations as head of the household, but this did not have a major negative impact on the harmony of their household.

CHARACTERISTIC OF PARENTS’S ACCEPTANCE IN GETTING CHILD DIAGNOSIS AS AUTISM

AbstractBackground: Autism is a child development disorder which usually late in case finding and intervention. It used to done in 30 month old of child. In Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Regional Hospital, it was found that the average of case finding in 48 month of child. This study aims to determine how the acceptance of parents while getting diagnosis of their child and their action to give their child autism intervention. Method: This study used a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. Data colleted by in-depth interviews with 6 informants. Data analysis used Collaizi's (1978) Nine Steps method. Results: Most informants were late in recognizing the symptoms of autism in children, but they had a positive perception of the received diagnosis. All informants have felt bad feelings due to the diagnosis received, but have had coping methods for these feelings and have given autism interventions to children. Factors that influence parental acceptance include the level of education, knowledge, age, occupation, household harmony, social support, economic conditions, ethnicity, interaction between informants and experts, the clarity of symptoms shown by the child and the presence of siblings. Conclusion: Parental acceptance is a process from refusing, getting angry, bargaining, to accepting. In the process of being accepted, parents continue to make efforts to save children

Sanksi Pidana Bagi Pelaku Poligami dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) Dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Sistem Hukum Nasional

Polygamy marriages have been going on for a long time for some people in Indonesia. The practice of polygamy is usually also motivated by several factors such as household harmony, absence of offspring, biological reasons and so on. However, with the enactment of the Criminal Code through the concordance principle which has led to legal unification hitherto, the practice of polygamy which is carried out outside the provisions of the legislation is determined to be a crime that is threatened with a criminal sanction. In its continuation, this creates a lot of controversy to Indonesian people because polygamy is basically a sharia and something that has been going on for a long time in some Indonesian people. Therefore, criminal sanctions according to Article 279 of the Criminal Code paragraph (1) and (2) to polygamy actors need to be reviewed because it is not in line with the source of material law in Indonesia, namely Pancasila and protection of human rights in practicing religion in accordance with religion and belief. . This writing is carried out through normative juridical research with qualitative research.

SOCIO-GENETIC MOTIVES OF MUI’S FATWA REGARDING COVID-19 BASED ON QURAN-HADITH

The textual understanding of the Quran and Hadith during the pandemic era has manifested an obstacle for the implementation of the advised health protocols against COVID-19. The textualists try to confront the Quran and Hadith with the social reality of health. They insisted that one should only fear of Almighty God Almighty, not the corona virus, and the congregation of the prayers should be performed at mosques. Against this backdrop, MUI released a guide to worship during the holy month of Ramadan 2020 in the midst of COVID-19. This article, subscribing to qualitative research method investigates the MUI guidance through socio-genetic motive theory. Following the thematic framework, this research found that MUI's socio-genetic motive in appropriating COVID-19 as a mercy (rahmat) is to reduce the potential for conflict, in shifting the meaning of worship to not only in the mosque is to form household harmony, and in optimizing fasting, and zakat is to foster social awareness. While the MUI's motive for basing on Hadith in ordering the use of masks is self-protection and other fellow humans, the motive for maintaining personal hygiene is social health awareness, and the motive to stay at home is not to endanger others. The Impact of Unequal Marriage on Household Harmony (Case Study in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi)

In the current era of modernization, equal is often interpreted with meaning in terms of social standing, equal in descendants, and balanced in ownership of property. Based on observations made by the author in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi, several community opinions were found that said equal was equal in social status, descent, and wealth. This is often discussed when someone is about to get married, which is a consideration given by his family, especially his parents are to see prospective son-in-law based on social status, whose offspring, and how many prospective daughters-in-law have property. This study aims to examine in depth the case of an unequal marriage and its impact on household harmony that occurred in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi. The writing of this article uses a qualitative research method using field data in Sungai Penuh City. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique that the author used in this research is to use qualitative analysis consisting of domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, and componential analysis. The results of the study show that there are two views of the Sungai Penuh City community on equal issues in marriage, namely people who are concerned with social status (descent and wealth) and idealistic community views with Islamic teachings.

DOMINASI PEREMPUAN PEBISNIS DALAM RUMAH TANGGA

Women as business people are no longer taboo and foreign for at least the past decade. The data shows an increase in the number of women as business people continues to increase from year to year no exception in the city of Pekanbaru. This research aims to find out how women's business domination in the household in Pekanbaru. The study used qualitative techniques with a phenomenological study approach and a constructivism paradigm. Some of the things that became the focus of the analysis in this study: how the dominance of women's decision-making entrepreneurs as wives in households and wife's efforts to preserve family harmony. Decision making in households is divided into three parts, namely: decision making for domestic household affairs; Decision-making in childcare affairs; and other important business decision making. The research results describe if in decision making for domestic affairs of households dominated by wives. Decision-making about parenting is a collaboration between husbands and wives. On the other hand, important decision making involving investment and business is dominated by wives. As a wife, there are several efforts to maintain household harmony including Pillow talk; Realizing the nature of sustenance; and supporting husbands form their own business.

Reduksi Perilaku Bolos Sekolah (Studi Tentang Kerja Sama Guru PAI dan IPS di MTs PAI Medan)

This study aims to analyze (1) the background of the emergence of school skipping behavior, (2) the collaboration pattern of social studies teachers and PAI in overcoming school skipping behavior, (3) the obstacles faced in overcoming these behaviors. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there are two underlying factors, namely internal factors, such as laziness in learning, dislike learning, feeling unimportant with learning, inability to participate in learning, mistakes in learning orientation. While external factors include the influence of friends, internet addiction, discomfort with teachers, loss of family control, neighborhood. The pattern of cooperation is to provide guidance, make a program of activities ' I'm ashamed to skip school', Working together in designing learning material formulations, applying cognitive moral strategies, engineering the environment and school relationships, limiting student relationships, establishing cooperation with parents, giving punishment. The obstacles faced are the lack of parental attention, lack of household harmony, the difficulty of providing awareness to the local community.

PENGARUH PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP KEHARMONISAN RUMAH TANGGA

This research aims to determine the effect of household financial management on household harmony. As for the background of this writing due to the increasing number of divorces that occur especially in sukabumi where one of the causes is economic factor. In a family there are many problems that occur these problems occur due to several factors one of which is financial factor.problems that occur due to financial can be caused by excess or lack of ability to manage finances so that expenses exceed income.in collecting data researcherused qualitative methods that emphazise the depth of data obtained by researcher with interviewing techniques using snowball sampling.the result of this research is that the ability in financial management will affect the welfare and harmony of the family.

Short Communication: Aphrodisiac plants used by Dayak Ethnic in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia

Sexual dysfunction in men might render psychological disorders and household harmony. The prevalence increases with age and other risk factors such as systemic diseases and psychological factors. A community with no exception certain ethnic groups uses plants to fulfill various needs, including to treat sexual disorders in men. This paper aims to explore medicinal plants that are often used for aphrodisiacs by Dayak ethnic in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. The method was carried out through reviewing literature, searching for various references and analyzing data of the exploration of ethnomedicine and community-based medicinal plants in Indonesia held in 2012 and 2015. Of the 9 Dayak ethnic groups surveyed, only four ethnic groups (Bawo, Taboyan, Tomum and Siang) posses an aphrodisiac formula. The plants used by ethnic Dayaks for aphrodisiacs are Eurycoma longifolia Jack., Luvunga sarmentosa (Bl.) Kurz., Rennellia elliptica Korth., Mimosa pudica L., Lepisanthes amoena (Hassk) Leenh., Fordia splendidissima (Miq.) Buijsen., Imperata cylindrica (L.) Raeusch., Ficus deltoidea Jack., Koilodepas bantamense Hassk., Eusideroxylon zwageri Teijsm. & Binn., Gnetum sp., Caryota sp. and Calamus sp.

WANITA KARIER DAN PEMBINAAN GENERASI MUDA

This article examines the effectiveness of career women in fostering young generation families. When he becomes a career woman, he considers that household harmony will not be realized especially in guiding his children especially to the people of Watansoppeng. The study found that career women in Watansoppeng played an active role in coaching young people through formal education by choosing the right school, intense communication with teachers and participation with children's social activities in school and through informal education such as sharing roles with husbands, being role models and application of discipline to family members. Increasing the role of career women in fostering the younger generation through formal and informal education in Watansoppeng through approaches to career women themselves, to husbands as heads of families, approaches to children approach to pengutan function and finally approaches through problem solving and approaches through religion and local culture.
