The training of teachers with «dual qualifications» has now become an important part of teacher training in higher professional educational institutions. With the help of the artificial intelligence assessment system, we comprehensively analyze the daily training, education and practical content of teachers of higher professional educational institutions, combined with numerous requirements for teachers of «dual qualifications» in higher professional institutions, such as dual qualities, dual abilities and dual certificates, and scientifically assess their training needs to achieve objective standards. to encourage teachers of higher professional educational institutions to clarify their career goals and career plans. The article analyzes the problems caused by the education of teachers of “dual qualifications” in higher professional institutions, and also puts forward ideas.

The education reform, against the background of new curriculum standards, has also put forward new requirements for the model of managing the education of students of higher professional educational institutions. Previously, the education of students in higher professional institutions was based on the pedagogical goal of educating “highly qualified, high-quality” talents for society. However, in the new era, society places higher demands on the personnel standards of higher professional institutions, which means that traditional student management education in higher professional institutions is no longer suitable for the current development of universities. Therefore, in order to promote the development of teaching in higher professional institutions, their internal models of student learning management must be innovatively developed.

Taking as the object of research the courses of materials and processing technologies in higher professional educational institutions, starting with the analysis of the standards of the curricula of the industrial design group and standards of professional skills in higher professional educational institutions, the article explores how to achieve the alignment of curriculum standards and standards of professional skills, striving to ensure a high level. This provides new ideas for the development of professional curriculum standards and effectively promotes curriculum reform based on work processes in higher professional institutions.

Thus, various higher professional institutions should pay attention to teaching online information technology courses to students and develop models for teaching computer networking courses strictly based on academic workload, acceptance ability, etc. students in higher professional institutions to provide more effective methods of teaching computer networking courses in higher professional institutions. This article discusses ways to improve the quality of teaching computer networks in higher professional institutions.

ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО КАЧЕСТВА СТУДЕНТОВ ВЫСШИХ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ УЧЕБНЫХ ЗАВЕДЕНИЙ

In recent years, the society has been paying more and more attention to the quality of talent training in higher professional institutions, and more and more attention is being paid to the professional qualities of students. Many companies believe that the talents trained in higher professional institutions are not bad in terms of qualifications, but they lack professional quality. Strengthening the education of students’ professional qualities requires higher professional institutions to attach great importance to this. In order to build a high-quality higher education system, we need to accurately understand its basic meaning and grasp its main characteristics, namely: what is a higher education system, what is a high-quality higher education system and what are the characteristics of a high-quality higher education system, which will be discussed in this article.

Designing a Structure of the Modular Competence-Based Curriculum and Technologies for Its Implementation into Higher Vocational Institutions

The submitted article deals with the theoretic and practically-oriented aspects of planning and implementing the modular competence-based curriculum in higher professional institutions. Particularly, the authors submit the structure of the modular competence-based curricula, develop the principles of their projecting, describe the technology of introducing the modular competence-based curriculum in higher professional institutions. The developed structure and technology can be applied in the professional institutions, further training and retraining centers in the process of core curriculum drafting, additional vocational programs and working programs as well.

Структурная организация личностной саморегуляции в соотнесении с успешностью студента в учебной деятельности

The article shows the data of the empiric research of structural organization of personal self-regulation in correlation with student’s success in educational activity. It presents understanding of selfregulation as system-organized process of internal human activity of initiation, maintenance and regulation of different forms of voluntary activity in achieving of goals accepted by a person (O. S. Konopkin, V. I. Morosanova, G. S. Prygin and others). The research is made proportionally to selected sample of 30 people (second year students of Higher Professional Institutions (17–18 years old) of the city of Saratov), differed by the level of academic achievement in educational activity (N = 60 people). The use of different methods such as multiscale questionary method of V. I. Morosanova “Style of behavior self-regulation”; method for diagnostics of educational motivation of students (A. A. Rean and V. A. Yakunin, modification of N. Tc. Badmaeva); methods of comparative and correlation analyses in complex makes it possible to detect significant differences both in the structural organization of self-regulation and in the structure of inter-functional connections of self-regulation and educational motivation. The author shows that in the sample of “successful” students goal-setting is largely connected with educational cognitive, social motives, motives of prestige; and it is less connected with the motives of creative self-regulation. In the sample of the “unsuccessful” – goal-setting is connected primarily with the motives of failure avoidance; the article marks the fact of the presence of “motivation of well-being”, that is seen in the will to receive an approval from teachers, parents and friends (effect of the “positive reinforcement”). The applied aspect of the problem being investigated can be realized in consulting practice of psychological services of educational institutions.
