Abstract
Taking as the object of research the courses of materials and processing technologies in higher professional educational institutions, starting with the analysis of the standards of the curricula of the industrial design group and standards of professional skills in higher professional educational institutions, the article explores how to achieve the alignment of curriculum standards and standards of professional skills, striving to ensure a high level. This provides new ideas for the development of professional curriculum standards and effectively promotes curriculum reform based on work processes in higher professional institutions.
