The Negotiation Support System for High-Tech Virtual Enterprise

To solve the cooperation-conflict negotiation problems among the members of High-tech Virtual Enterprise (HTVE), High-tech Virtual Enterprise Negotiation Support System (HTVE-NSS) based on RIA architecture is put forward. According to the operation characteristics of High-tech Virtual Enterprise, in this system, the structure of High-tech Virtual Enterprise Negotiation Support System is designed, which consists of the problem processing system, the model base system and remote conference system. And HTVE-NSS adopts artificial intelligence technology to design problem processing system (PPS), and uses UML-Petri net to describe the process of model. The architecture of Negotiation Conference System based on Flex and RIA is designed and Red5 Streaming media server is introduced to support conference interaction, which effectively supports the way to solve the conflict between High-Tech Virtual Enterprises by negotiating.

Group Negotiation Decision Method and its Application based on Multi-Issues Combined Programming for High-tech Virtual Enterprise

To establish a High-tech Virtual Enterprise (HTVE) is an effective method for a High-tech enterprise to quicklyrespond to market opportunity and disperse risks. However, most partners readily incline to reduce theirinnovation efforts for worrying about lose resulted from unpredictable risks. Thus, it is imperative to design apractical profits sharing mechanism to stimulate partners’ effort by timely compensating their potential loss. Aquantitative model was firstly established to examine how some factors such as risk preference, core competencyand cost etc. can comprehensively affect the effort degree of a partner. Based on this analysis, a formula tocalculate the desired profits sharing proportion of each partner are provided. Considering the changes ofuncertainties will make the original profits sharing tactics unreasonable, the paper subsequently provides amethod to monitor the conflict degree of profits sharing and tactics to modify profits sharing tactics dynamicallyaccording to the actual cost and risks assumed by partners in different stage. The dynamic profits sharingmechanism can motivate partners’ efforts more effectively than traditional mechanism can.
