Enterprises of high-tech industries of electronic, machine-building and other sectors of the economy, on the one hand, and research centers of academic, applied and educational institutions, on the other hand, make a counter search. The purpose of such a search is to identify research that is in demand by industry enterprises for conducting projects and manufacturing high-tech products, and to find the addresses of enterprises that are in demand by research institutions for marketing their scientific and innovative products. Practice shows that measures to search for targeted information are carried out for a limited time and, as a rule, at the first stages of the project. With this approach, the available information sometimes does not have time to reach its consumer on time. A similar situation is observed in the counter search – institutions, as a rule, are limited in the forces and means that are required when searching for potential consumers for the results of their research and when conducting contractual activities. For the efficiency of decision-making on the management of knowledge-intensive production projects, in particular, robotic systems, due to the timely equipping of enterprises with the information they need about the results of research, the task of building a decision-making module for intellectual support of such projects is being solved. The goal of this module is to ensure the intensification of the processes of timely delivery of information about new knowledge in the field of high-tech industries to enterprises-manufacturers of microelectronic components, devices and to enterprises-developers of robotic systems. The basic basis of the decision-making module, which has a novelty, is its architectural model, built to implement the process of automatic recognition of the address of an enterprise that is a potential consumer of the results of a new study, and the process of transmitting data about these results in accordance with the address for use in projects for the development of new electronic components and for the production of robotic systems based on them.
