Al-Takaamul Fii Ta'allumi Qawa'id Al-Lughah Al-Arabiyah Fii Ma'had Insan Qur'ani Bi Aceh Besar

Purpose- The purpose of this research is how to integrate in Qawaid Learning at Ma'had Insan Qurani Aceh Besar in learning objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, and learning evaluations. Design/Methodology/Approach- This research uses a qualitative approach by using the form of a case study. The data sources in this study were the principal, deputy head of the learning section, and Arabic language teachers specifically for qawaid lessons. The data collection techniques used by the researcher were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. While the instruments used are interview and observation guidelines, data analysis is data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display). Findings- The result of the research is that the Qur'anic people have well integrated qawaid learning both in learning objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, and learning evaluations. Research Limitation/Implications- Researcher has not revealed things related to students' understanding of qawaid learning with an integrative curriculum, therefore researchers and observers of Arabic learning can continue research on various aspects relevant to this research, such as examining the correlation of qawaid understanding with understanding of Arabic reading texts.

Analisis Pelaksanaan Asesmen Kompetensi Madrasah Indonesia (AKMI)

Student management cannot be separated from student evaluation activities. The Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI) is the latest program owned by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, where AKMI is one of the evaluation tools for students. This study aims to analyze the implementation of AKMI at the State Ibtidaiyah Madrasah in Bandar Lampung City, whether all parties involved have carried out standard operating procedures (POS) for the implementation of AKMI in 2021 in accordance with applicable regulations. This research is a qualitative research with an analytical approach to find out more about how the implementation of AKMI in Kota Bandar Lampung , namely by describing the existing facts. The research was carried out by triangulation of data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations and documentation. In this study, the researcher conducted an interview with the section head and implementer of the curriculum development in the field of madrasah education of the Ministry of Religion Kota Bandar Lampung, then with the head of the madarash, proctors, technicians, teachers, and participants of the assessment test at MIN 1, MIN 9 and MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. The results of the study showed that the AKMI test can provide a clear diagnosis of the students' abilities. Meanwhile, regarding the implementation of AKMI, the duties and responsibilities carried out by the Ministry of Religion of Bandar Lampung City and the Ibtidaiyah Negeri Madrasah whose implementation is based on the POS for the implementation of the 2021 AKMI have been implemented very well. Furthermore, the preparation of the AKMI-BK system in MIN 1, MIN 9 and MIN 10 Bandar Lampung which includes the preparation of local servers, clients, LAN networks, system installations, and application installations, ensures that the use of computers is in accordance with existing regulations. The last is about the assessment results of test takers related to their abilities in the fields of reading literacy, numeracy literacy, science literacy, and socio-cultural literacy where the results obtained show that the test takers' abilities are mostly at a very low level.

Analisis Kinerja Manajerial Pada Bank Konvensional di Kota Lubuklinggau

This research aims to find out how much influence the accounting control system, performance measurement system, reward system and decentralization on managerial performance on conventional banks in Lubuklinggau City. This research was conducted at all conventional banks in Lubuklinggau City. The population and sample in this study were managers or heads of conventional bank sections in Lubuklinggau City. The data used is primary data obtained from the results of the spread of questionnaires to managers or heads of conventional bank sections in Lubuklinggau City. The method used is multiple regression analysis. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive with the help of THE SPSS program. From the test showed that the first hypothesis that the accounting control system affects manjerial performance is evidenced by a sig value of 0.046<0.005. Testing the second hypothesis showed that the performance measurement system had an effect on managerial performance, as evidenced by a sig value of 0.004<0.05. Testing the third hypothesis showed that the reward system had an effect on managerial performance, as evidenced by a sig value of 0.011<0.05. Testing the fourth hypothesis showed that the decentralized system of performance had an effect on managerial performance, as evidenced by a sig value of 0.002<0.05.

Dual Attention Model for Citation Recommendation with Analyses on Explainability of Attention Mechanisms and Qualitative Experiments

Abstract Based on an exponentially increasing number of academic articles, discovering and citing comprehensive and appropriate resources have become non-trivial tasks. Conventional citation recommendation methods suffer from severe information losses. For example, they do not consider the section header of the paper that the author is writing and for which they need to find a citation, the relatedness between the words in the local context (the text span that describes a citation), or the importance of each word from the local context. These shortcomings make such methods insufficient for recommending adequate citations to academic manuscripts. In this study, we propose a novel embedding-based neural network called dual attention model for citation recommendation (DACR) to recommend citations during manuscript preparation. Our method adapts the embedding of three semantic pieces of information: words in the local context, structural contexts,1 and the section on which the author is working. A neural network model is designed to maximize the similarity between the embedding of the three inputs (local context words, section headers, and structural contexts) and the target citation appearing in the context. The core of the neural network model comprises self-attention and additive attention; the former aims to capture the relatedness between the contextual words and structural context, and the latter aims to learn their importance. Recommendation experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. To seek explainability on DACR, particularly the two attention mechanisms, the learned weights from them are investigated to determine how the attention mechanisms interpret “relatedness” and “importance” through the learned weights. In addition, qualitative analyses were conducted to testify that DACR could find necessary citations that were not noticed by the authors in the past due to the limitations of the keyword-based searching.

Comparing Multiple Models for Section Header Classification with Feature Evaluation.

We present on the performance evaluation of machine learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) based Section Header classification. The section headers classification task was performed as a two-pass system. The first pass detects a section header while the second pass classifies it. Recall, precision, and F1-measure metrics were reported to explore the best approach for ML based section header classification for use in downstream NLP tasks.

Implementation of Three End's Program in Improving Women's Protection

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Three End's program in increasing the protection of women as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Three End's program in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using a purposive sampling technique in determining the informants. The informants in this study were the Head of the Section for the Protection of Women's Rights and Special Protection for Children (DP3AKB), the Head of the Division of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3AKB), the Head of the Administration Section (UPTD PPA), the Personnel Manager (DP3AKB), and the Sidokepung Village Community. Techniques for collecting data are through interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the implementation of the Three End's program in improving women's protection are communication indicators consisting of the transmission dimension, which is right on target, the clarity dimension to get clear information can directly ask the local village government, the consistency dimension in complaints of violence is in the UPTD PPA. Disposition, the dimension of bureaucratic appointment is the authority of the BKD and the dimension of incentives as employee motivation at work. In this study, the researchers took a research place at DP3AKB Sidoarjo Regency.

Riko the series (murrotal edition): Surah At-Tin episode as a medium to introduce surah At-Tin to children

Background: Quran's introduction to children has evolved over time. Animation can now be a medium to learn the Quran such as "Riko the Series: Murrotal Edition” which introduces the Quran to children.
 Purpose: The aim of this research is limited to how the visualizations constructions of “Riko the Series: Murrotal Edition" in the Surah At-Tin episode introduce Surah At-Tin to the children.
 Design and Methods: This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the video of Surah At-Tin’s episode from “Riko the Series: Murrotal Edition" as the source of the data. Due to the fact, that the research study is limited to the visualization of the episode, the theories that are used as tools in analyzing the data are the theory of Semiotic Significations.
 Result: Visual significations are divided into six (6) structures, they are (1) the opening of the video; (2) the section header; (3) the opening of the surah; (4) the visualization during the recitation of the surah; (5) the second reading section; (5) the third reading section. There are two forms of visual patterns found in the video (episode), they are: (1) the visualization related to verses 1 and 2 of surah At-Tin; (2) the visualization narratives which have no specific form in relation to verses 3 until 8 of Surah At-Tin. The video applies repetition (three times) to introduce and familiarize Surah At-Tin. The solid visual signification construction serves as a medium to introduce Surah At-Tin to children.

Application of Attendance Application to the Performance of ASN in the People's Welfare Division, Regional Secretariat of Binjai City

Reform of the bureaucracy in Indonesia is assisted by many sectors, one of which is the People's Welfare Section of the regional secretariat. The People's Welfare Section of the Binjai City Secretariat is an element of the regional secretariat staff led by the Section Head, who is located under and responsible to the regional secretariat through government assistants and people's welfare. This research was conducted to see how far the influence of the application of attendance applications on the presence and performance of ASN in the Regional People's Welfare Section of Binjai City. The results showed that the application of the Attendance Application in the People's Welfare Section of the Secretariat of Binjai City was a tool used to achieve effectiveness and discipline in performance. The use of the Attendance Application in the welfare section of the regional secretariat of Binjai City has been proven to affect the performance of ASN. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that the application of the attendance application in the People's Welfare section of the Secretariat of Binjai City has problems such as the internet signal which is sometimes less stable so that ASN has difficulty taking attendance during WFO or WFH.

PELAKSANAAN TUGAS SEKSI KEAMANAN DAN KETERTIBAN RUMAH DETENSI IMIGRASI (RUDENIM) PEKANBARU

This study aims to analyze how the Security and Order Section of the Pekanbaru Immigration Detention Center is carried out. In this study, the benchmark used is to pay attention to security, service and disposition of the security and order section. The population in this study were the Head of Rudenim, Head of Security and Order Section, Head of Security Subsection, Head of Order Subsection, Commander of Immigration Guards, and Detainees. And the entire population is used as a sample where the Head of the Rudenim is a key informant and the security and order section uses a purposive sampling technique. Then for the detainees, researchers used the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique to divide the population into small groups that do not overlap but represent the entire population. Data collection conducted interviews with informants, data collection with respondents was carried out by distributing questionnaires, as well as documentation and author observations to see how the implementation of the tasks of the security and order section of the Pekanbaru Immigration Detention Center analyzed using the percentage data technique to find out how many percent of respondents answered it was carried out, quite implemented and not implemented. So based on it, it can be concluded that the research on the Implementation of the Security and Order Section of the Pekanbaru Immigration Detention Center is in the "Sufficiently Implemented" category, according to the respondents' responses.

PENERAPAN PRINSIP GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGELOLAAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU DI PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN GRESIK

The rapid development of industry, followed by an increasing population, has an impact on changes in land use. Green Open Space (RTH) is land that has an important role in an area. However, green open space in Gresik Regency has not yet reached the standard according to the regulations specified. This study aims to analyze and describe the management of green open space in the Gresik Regency government using a good environmental governance perspective with qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques carried out through interviews with various related information sources, direct field observations, literature studies and documentation in the form of photos and information. written. The research subjects involved the Head of the Gardening and Decoration Division, the Head of the Development Section for Decoration Improvement in the Gardening and Decoration Sector at the Environmental Service, 2 staff employees at the Environmental Service and 5 communities. The results of the study show that: 1) the rule of law, guided by the central and regional legal regulations, 2) participation and representation, the private sector and the community play a role in providing green open land in their environment 3) access to information, on local government websites and Instagram, 4) transparency and accountability, access to information through local government websites and accountability for the annual LKPJ, 5) decentralization, not yet strong enough but decision making is still carried out by the Regent, 6) institutions and institutions, does not have its own green open space agency but each part has carried out its duties in accordance with with its main duties and functions, 7) access to justice, complaints are made on the people's online complaint and aspiration service website as well as on the Gresik Regency public green open space which can be accessed by the public. The overall analysis is quite good but there are some aspects that are not optimal, namely decentralization. So there is a need for innovation from the Gresik Regency government.

Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the hippocampal cytoarchitecture in adult cats with regard to the pathological diagnosis of hippocampal sclerosis

Cats are known to be affected by hippocampal sclerosis, potentially causing antiseizure drug(s) resistance. In order to lay the foundation for a standardized, systematic classification and diagnosis of this pathology in cats, this prospective study aimed at evaluating normal reference values of cellular densities and the cytoarchitecture of the feline hippocampus. Three transverse sections (head, body and tail) of each left hippocampus were obtained from 17 non-epileptic cats of different brachycephalic and mesocephalic breeds and age classes (range: 3–17 years). Histological (hematoxylin and eosin, Nissl) and immunohistochemical (NeuN, GFAP) staining was performed to investigate neuron and astroglial cell populations, as well as the layer thickness of the pyramidal cell layer and granule cell layer. Significant differences in neuronal density (in CA2-CA4 and the granule cell layer) and layer thickness (in CA1-CA3 and the granule cell layer) were evidenced throughout the longitudinal hippocampal axis (p<0.05); on the other hand, the astrocyte density did not differ. Moreover, reference ranges were defined for these parameters in the pyramidal cell layer and in the granule cell layer. The findings did not differ according to breed or age. In veterinary medicine these parameters have not been evaluated in cats so far. As surgical treatment may become a therapeutic option for cats with temporal lobe epilepsy, estimating normal values of the hippocampal cytoarchitecture will help in the standardized histopathological examination of resected hippocampal specimens to reach a diagnosis of hippocampal sclerosis.

Handling Juvenile Delinquency: The Role of the Social Welfare Service in Handling Cases in Samarinda City

&lt;p&gt;The purpose of this research is to examine the prevention of juvenile delinquency by the Department of Social Welfare in handling cases in Samarinda City. This type of qualitative descriptive research focuses on the empowerment and obstacles faced by the Office of Social Welfare. This research has been carried out from October to January 2022. The primary data sources are the head of the service, the head of the rehabilitation section for children and the elderly, social workers and counseling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through reduction, display and conclusion. The validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study, adolescent empowerment will have implications in developing the mindset of youth independence so that they have the ability to work and gain experience. Barriers: on the financial aspect, human resources, shelter, the role of parents and public awareness. The practical implication is that this research can be piloted in a youth development social home in handling delinquency cases delegated from the Samarinda Class II Child Special Guidance Institute in Tenggarong.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

Implementasi Kebijakan Proses Perencanaan dan Penganggaran pada Biro Sistem Informasi, Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Universitas Sumatera Utara Medan

This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of Planning and Budgeting Process Policies at the Information Systems Bureau, Planning and Development of the University of North Sumatra Medan and to find out what factors are the obstacles / obstacles in the Implementation of the Planning and Budgeting Process Policy at the Bureau of Information Systems, Planning and Development, University of North Sumatra Medan. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, with research informants being the Head of Bureau, Head of Section, Head of Subdivision and Staff at the Bureau of Information Systems, Planning and Development, University of North Sumatra, Medan. The theory used is George C Edward III's public policy theory. The results of this study indicate that the Planning and Budgeting Process Policy Implementation at the Information Systems, Planning and Development Bureau has been implemented but has not achieved optimal results. The success of policy implementation needs to be supported by the authority and SOP for Planning and Budgeting at the Information Systems, Planning and Development Bureau at USU Medan. The factors that influence the Implementation of Planning and Budgeting Policies at the Bureau of Information Systems, Planning and Development of the University of North Sumatra are communication, disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure. Good communication distribution and good coordination between leadership and staff are needed in order to produce a good implementation, therefore it is recommended to issue a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for planning and budgeting process policies in order to provide optimal results in the planning and budgeting process.

ANALISIS KONSISTENSI TENAGA KESEHATAN PADA PENERAPAN KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP RSUP TADJUDDIN CHALID SELAMA PANDEMI COVID 19

The many risks faced by health workers during COVID-19 are the result of various factors. These include the lack of robust processes to carry out tasks safely, the lack of health logistics supplies, and inadequate protective equipment. These problems not only pose a physical and psychological danger to health workers, but also critically make them transmit the virus (Widiawati et al, 2018). Therefore, it is necessary to consistently implement Occupational Health and Health in hospitals to prevent unintended risks. The purpose of this study is to provide information related to the consistency of health workers in the application of occupational health and safety in the inpatient institution of Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative research with direct observation techniques and interviews. The informants in this study were the Head of the Hospital, the Head of the K3 Section. Head of the inpatient room. And Heads of Training, Doctors, and Nurses. Research from Tajuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar shows that there is no K3 training during this pandemic. Until now, it has only done education through the delivery of messages or templates about the use of PPE. But before the pandemic, we did regular training every year. The conclusion that the maintenance and examination are in accordance with the guidelines of the Minister of Health which says that it is carried out in accordance with real medical needs and applicable medical service standards while still preventing work accidents and wearing PPE

Sikap perilaku, norma subjektif , kendali perilaku persepsian terhadap intensi manajer dalam kecurangan di moderasi locus of control

This study aims to analyze the effect of Behavioral Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Controls on managers' intentions in committing fraudulent financial statement presentations. Specifically, this study aims to investigate the effect of managers' attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control on managers' intentions in committing fraudulent financial statement presentations, moderated by locus of control within Banks in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods. The subjects of this research are managers or heads of sections who work at Bank Bank Indonesia. Respondent samples were taken from 50 conventional and Islamic banks in the city of Semarang. The results showed that there was an influence of attitude towards behavior, perceived behavioral control, on managers' intentions in fraudulent financial statement presentations. On the other hand, the subjective norm variable has no effect on managers' intentions in fraudulent financial statement presentations. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that there was no influence of the locus of control variable on the manager's intention in fraudulent financial statement presentation. Overall, it was found that locus of control moderated the influence of behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on managers' intentions in fraudulent financial statement presentations.

Penerapan Preference Selection Index (PSI) dalam Seleksi Siswa Program Pertukaran Pelajar

This student exchange program is one of the routine programs of the Medan city government which is carried out every year, in order to improve higher quality education as well as establish international cooperative relations between cities. This student exchange program has provided many benefits in the field of education such as adding insight, exchanging information about science and technology as well as promoting the State of Indonesia, especially the city of Medan to foreign countries. With this program, of course, the Medan Mayor's Office has problems in determining decisions for students from schools to be sent, representing Indonesia to foreign countries. To overcome this, a system is needed that is able to support the decisions of the Head of the Cooperation Relations Section in determining the best students to represent the city of Medan abroad. One method that can be applied to computer-based decision support is the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method as a method in the Decision Support System (DSS) which is able to produce the best decisions from several alternatives based on existing criteria

Effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility Fund Distribution of PT. Jasa Marga in the Partnership and Community Development Program

Financing or channeling is the giving of trust. This means that the achievement given really must be believed to be able to be returned by the recipient of the financing in accordance with the time and terms that have been mutually agreed upon. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is a business commitment to act ethically, operate legally and contribute to improving the quality of life of employees and their families, local communities, and the wider community. The CSR concept involves an active and dynamic partnership between the government, companies and local communities. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as well as the Community Development Program, specifically for BUMN companies. This study aims for the author is to be able to determine the effectiveness of the Distribution of Corporate Social Responsibility Funds PT. Jasa Marga in the Partnership and Community Development Program. This study uses a qualitative method. The type of approach that the author uses is a type of qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study is the Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Devision as the person in charge of implementing the Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Devision program for the Belmera Medan branch in 2020 and recipients of the Corporate Social Responsibility program, namely partnerships and recipients of environmental development assistance. The sample in this study is the Community Social Responsibility Section Head Regional Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad and implementers. Meanwhile, the recipients of the Corporate Social Responsibility program were 10 respondents from partnerships in the trade, industry and animal husbandry sectors and 4 respondents from community development for religious, educational, and public facilities. The results of this study are the objectives to be achieved in the implementation of the partnership and community development program that have been running. In the community development program, the distribution of this assistance is very effective and efficient. However, the partnership program is still less effective and efficient due to the lack of socialization of the PKBL to the community so that there are still many people who do not know about the program and there are still many constraint factors in terms of loan repayment..

ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN E-OFFICE DALAM PELAKSANAAN E-GOVERNMENT PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI, STATISTIK DAN PERSANDIAN KOTA BEKASI

E-government is the use of information technology that can help, improve relations between the government and other stakeholders, both to the community, business circles and fellow governments. This study aims to analyze the development and implementation of e-office and what factors hinder the implementation of e-office in the Bekasi City Communication, Information, Statistics and Encryption Service. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study design because the research focuses on the development of e-office in the implementation of e-government at the Office of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encryption Bekasi City. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study included the head of the e-government development section, the head of the e-government governance section, and e-government staff. The data obtained from the results of the study were reviewed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development of e-office is running well. This can be identified through the elements of successful e-government development which include support, capacity, value. From the support element, Diskominfostandi supports the development of e-office with the instructions issued by the Mayor of Bekasi Number: 555.10/1132/Diskominfostandi.Egov regarding the Implementation of Electronic Service Manuscripts Through E-office Applications in Bekasi City. From the capacity element, the information technology infrastructure owned by Diskominfostandi is sufficient, where Diskominfostandi currently has its own server to facilitate e-office users in the Bekasi City SKPD. From the value element, it is quite easy for users to write correspondence and archive letters. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of e-office at the Bekasi City Communication, Information, Statistics and Encryption Service is that human resources are still limited because they are still looking for a replacement programmer and when the head of the service wants to do an online signature published by the Electronic Certification Center (BSrE) it is constrained by the process inadequate network and also because there are too many users.

Relationship Between Talent Management and Employee Retention in Selected Referral Hospitals in Kenya

Employee retention is a major concern in an organization since it ensures an organization has in place strategies that are meant to keep an employee in an organization for the longest period possible. This paper sought to determine the relationship between talent management and employee retention in selected referral hospitals in Kenya. It was anchored on the human capital theory. The paper adopted a descriptive research design and targeted 107 respondents comprising human resource managers, and section heads from selected referral hospitals in Kenya. Census was done since the target population was manageable. Findings indicated that talent management and employee retention were positively and significantly related. The implication is that improving talent management would significantly improve employee retention in selected referral hospitals in Kenya. The recommendations were that employee coaching and mentorship programs should be implemented in referral hospitals that do not have them since they promote employee retention. Referral hospitals should also foster active collaboration across all areas within the company, according to the findings. They should also ensure that their organization offers employees a career path.
