Analisis Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Terhadap Mata Pelajaran IPAS di SDN 060857 Medan Tembung

This research was carried out with the aim of describing the critical thinking skills of class IV students in science and technology subjects on energy and its changes. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was carried out at SDN 060857 Medan Tembung. The subjects of this research were 18 fourth grade students and after that 3 subjects were selected based on the results of the critical thinking ability test which had low, medium and high scores. The instruments used are critical thinking ability tests and interview guidelines. Data collection was carried out by means of ability tests and interviews. To check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show the ability to think critically in science subjects in class IV SDN 060857 Medan Tembung on the subject of energy and its changes resulting in an average of 67.77 which is categorized as good, this can be seen from students who meet the critical thinking indicators, namely: Identifying problems, providing arguments, drawing conclusions, and evaluating.

Implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model in Arts and Culture Subjects in Elementary Schools

This research aims to determine the planning, implementation and impact of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on class V arts and culture subjects at SDN 1 Gumantar. The research subjects were the principal and teachers of arts and culture subjects. The research instruments are in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation guidelines that measure planning, implementation and impacts produced using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in arts and culture subjects. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out using Data Reduction, Data Display (data presentation), Conclusion Drawing/Verification (drawing conclusions and verifying). There are various kinds of learning models that can be implemented in a learning activity. One of them is the jigsaw type cooperative learning model which is a learning model where students can learn to collaborate, work together and be responsible for understanding certain material and conveying it to their group friends. So that when implementing the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in arts and culture subjects, learning activities can indirectly foster the value of student cooperation. The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to describe the planning of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in arts and culture subjects, 2) to describe the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in arts and culture subjects, 3) to describe the impact of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on The 11th unit of visual arts material culture lesson is making works of art from recycled household waste materials.

Strategy for Reducing Stunting Rate Using Analytical Hierarchy Process in Garut District

This investigation seeks to select the most effective strategy for reducing the stunting rate in the Garut district so that the high stunting rate can be de- creased. This study used qualitative methods to collect primary and secondary data through direct observation and interviews. Additionally, supplementary data was obtained from literature reviews, interview guidelines, recording equipment, and cameras used as research instruments. The analysis method uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method along with an analysis tool called Expert Choice software to make choosing the most important criteria, sub-criteria, and options easier. Therefore, in this research, the selected sub-criteria and alternatives are sub-criteria for RT drinking water management and alternative socialization that must be prioritized to reduce the garut stunting rate. In contrast to the RT Drinking Water Management Subcriteria, which has a weight of 550 and a consistency value of 0.0014 and is deemed consistent because the consistency value is less than 0.1, the Alternative Socialization Subcriteria has a weight of 361 and a consistency value of 0.02 and is also deemed consistent because the consistency value is less than 0.1. Then, the priority results from the analytical hierarchy process were strengthened using a SWOT analysis, with the RT Drinking Water Management and Alternative Socialization sub-criteria having good weight and being located in quadrant I, which has the capability and potential to reduce the stunting rate of the Garut Regency’s.

Implementasi Supervisi Klinis Berbasis Lesson Study dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di SD Negeri Bangkeh Kecamatan Geumpang Kabupaten Pidie

This research aims to find out whether the implementation of lesson study-based clinical supervision can improve the performance of Bangkeh State Elementary School teachers, Geumpang District, Aceh Pidie Regency. The research subjects were 8 teachers at Bangkeh State Elementary School, Geumpang District, Pidie Regency. Subjects are determined by the total sample or saturated sample. The research instruments used to determine teacher performance competency are interview guidelines, observation and documentation. This research uses school action research with two cycles. The research results showed that the teacher's performance in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) after clinical supervision based on lesson study in the first cycle was in the adequate category with a score of 73.43 and in the second cycle it had increased to the good category with a score of 86.46. The teacher's performance in implementing learning in the first cycle was in the adequate category with a score of 70.04 and in the second cycle it increased to the good category with a score of 86.90. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the performance of teachers at the Bangkeh State Elementary School, Geumpang District, Pidie Regency in planning the implementation of learning and implementing learning can be improved through the implementation of Lesson Study Based Clinical Supervision.

Persepsi Risiko Kontaminasi Merkuri pada Pekerja Penambangan Emas Skala Kecil (PESK) di Kecamatan Limun

Small-scale Gold Mining (ASGM) in Limun Sub-district has caused a decline in the quality of Batang Limun River in the form of increasing mercury levels from 0.18 ppb to 0.30 ppb in 2015, which can have an impact on public health in the mining area. A risk perception assessment needs to be conducted to formulate effective risk communication. The Health Belief Model method was used to assess ASGM workers' risk perception of mercury contamination. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the risk perception of mercury contamination among ASGM workers in Limun District. The research was conducted from May to July 2023 in four villages of Kecamatan Limun consisting of Pulau Pandan, Muara Limun, Temenggung and Moenti Villages with a phenomenological design. The research informants consisted of 15 people who were determined by purposive sampling technique. In-depth interview guidelines were used to determine miners' risk perceptions. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman method through three stages, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing, triangulation of sources and methods was also carried out to test the validity of the data. The results showed that miners considered mercury contamination to have no impact on their health. Based on the seriousness of the impact factor, they consider that there has never been a serious illness due to the use of mercury in the mining process. Based on the barriers and obstacles factor, the benefits of mercury heavy metal use prevention behavior are also not the focus of miners. Based on the cues to action factor, they believe that the way of using and managing heavy metal mercury as taught to people around miners is correct, safe and will not have a serious impact on health. The perception of gold miners in Limun Sub-district towards mercury contamination shows a negative perception. There is a need for socialization, promotion and regular monitoring of the impact of mercury use on ASGM workers.

The Impact of Tourism Villages on the Income of Temajuk Village Residents, Paloh District

This study aimed to identify and describe the changes in the income of the community in Temajuk village economically after it was designated as a tourism village in 2021. The aspects of income changes observed in this study were: a) sources of income; b) amount of income; and c) distribution of income. This is a descriptive qualitative research with direct communication of data collecting techniques. The tools of data collection were interview guidelines in which the respondents were selected using saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results showed that socio-economic changes in the community related to aspects of income sources were in the form of micro-enterprises such as canteens, tire-repair shops, rental of buoys for swimming, and laundry services for locals and tourists. From the aspects of the amount of income, it showed the increase of income. The amount of income was measured by comparing the income of individual communities in the village of Temajuk. Socio-economic changes based on the aspects of the income gap between community groups can be concluded that it depended on various factors such as differences in economic opportunities access in the coastal and mountainous areas of Temajuk village, the ownership of homestay businesses, canteens and so on, and also the education and skills of the tourism managers.

ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING FLAT-SIDED SPACES BASED ON SPATIAL ABILITY

This study aims to determine the results of the assessment of students' spatial abilities which are very important to master to understand geometry relations, and geometry properties, and solve mathematical problems including on the material of flat-sided spaces in class VIII. This research uses descriptive research through qualitative and quantitative approaches. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique with 31 students as the research sample. The research instruments used were observation and interview guidelines with qualitative analysis and spatial ability tests with quantitative analysis. The analysis of the test instrument was processed with the help of SPSS and Microsoft Excel to determine the feasibility of the instrument. Based on the results obtained through several aspects of the assessment of students' spatial abilities seen from four indicators of ability. The concept understanding indicator has increased until the last meeting, while the pattern recognition and imagination indicators tend to increase and decrease at the last meeting. The interview results also prove that the spatial ability test instrument given for five meetings is quite helpful in understanding the flat-sided space building material

Analisis Kedisiplinan Mahasiswa Bimbingan Konseling Pendidikan Islam Semester 6

This research aims to determine the discipline of students in the Islamic Education Guidance and Counseling Study Program Semester 6. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a phenomenological research method. The research objects were students of the 6th Semester Islamic Education Guidance and Counseling Study Program which were determined using purposive sampling. Data collection instruments use interview guidelines and are supported by observation and documentation activities. The research results show that indiscipline has a negative impact on the perpetrators, such as not understanding the material presented at the beginning, not being allowed to enter class, and resulting in poor final assessment results by the lecturer.

Eksplorasi Etnomatematika pada Permainan Tradisional Congklak di Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah

Ethnomathematics contributes greatly to the improvement of mathematics learning, because it relates to students' experiences in everyday life that touches the realm of local cultural arts so that students become more understanding of the mathematical concepts explained. This study aims to explore the concept of mathematics in the traditional game of congklak in Srengseng Sawah Village. This research is a qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The instruments in this study were researchers, observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation. Based on the research analysis and discussion of the history and philosophy of the traditional game of congklak, mathematical concepts in the game of congklak such as the concept of flat shapes, namely semicircles, circles, rectangles and spatial shapes, namely half a ball; the concept of transformation in this case reflection / mirroring; the concept of arithmetic calculation operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The game also has cultural and philosophical values.

Profil Habits of Mind Siswa SMA dalam Pemecahan Masalah Matematika

This study aims to describe the habits of mind possessed by high, medium, and low class XI high school students in solving mathematical problems on linear program material studied from persisting, thinking flexibly, applying past knowledge to new situations, and metacognition. Habits of mind that are the focus of this study consist of four indicators, namely persisting, thinking flexibly, applying past knowledge to new situations, and metacognition. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 4 SMAS Mujahidin Pontianak and the object of research was habits of mind in mathematics problem solving. Explanatory sequential mixed method design is the method of this research with its instruments, namely math problem solving test questions, habits of mind questionnaire, and interview guidelines. The results of the discussion show that the habits of mind possessed by high category students in solving mathematics are persisting, thinking flexibly, applying past knowledge to new situations, and metacognition. Habits of mind owned by medium category students are persisting, thinking flexibly, and applying past knowledge to new situations. Habits of mind possessed by low category students are persisting.

Spatial Ability of Students in Solving Unit Cube Problem

This study aims to expose the ability of high school students in solving field problems three. The intended third field is the cube. This article uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews was conducted for 4 weeks. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The interview guidelines and test in the form of planes three which aim to determine visual spatial abilities have been validated by 2 experts in the fields of mathematics and mathematics education. The research subjects were 11th grade students majoring in Science at SMAN 3 Blitar who had taken subject matter in Planes three. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that in solving the cube problem in accordance with the spatial abilities of the subject there are several stages: the observation of the image, imagining, relating to the term from other concepts and solving the problem.

Peran Media Sosial Dalam Mempromosikan Ekonomi Kreatif Berbasis Tenun Di Desa Sukarara, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah

Sukarara Village, Central Lombok Regency. Sukarara Village is known for its production of traditional woven fabrics that have high cultural and economic value. However, the main challenges faced are limited market access and low interest of the younger generation to preserve weaving skills. In this context, social media offers an effective solution to expand the promotional reach of woven products. Through platforms such as TikTok and Facebook, weaving artisans can showcase their products visually and interactively to a global audience. This research uses a qualitative approach with a netnography method to understand the interactions and digital marketing strategies used by local communities. The data sources studied were weaving craftsmen and weaving resellers. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and conclusions. The instruments used were interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation. Data validity was carried out by triangulating data, sources and techniques. The results showed that social media not only increased the visibility and sales of woven products but also helped in preserving local cultural heritage. TikTok, with its short video and live streaming features, proved particularly effective in attracting consumer attention and facilitating direct interaction. This research also reveals how local agents can modify and enrich social and economic structures through the use of social media, in line with Giddens' theory of structuration. For long-term sustainability, additional strategies to attract the younger generation and diversification of promotional platforms are required.

Factors Affecting Students' Learning Motivation In The Process Of Teaching And Learning Islamic Education By Using Group Learning Method (Sumbawa Technological University)

The group learning discussion method is one of the strategies to influence the motivation of students' interest in learning to be high. The existence of high interest in learning makes students study diligently and responsibly, which in the end is manifested in measurable and good student learning outcomes. This study aims to find out an overview of the factors that affect the learning motivation of students of the Civil Engineering, Informatics, and Electrical Engineering Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology in the Islamic Religious Education Course. The type of research used is quantitative; descriptive with primary data types. Purposive sampling technique. Then the data collection technique in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation study guidelines. Data analysis using data collection; data reduction; data presentation; and conclusions and verification. Based on these results, it is recommended to lecturers in religious education courses to strengthen the factors that motivate students during the educational process in an effort to increase the success of the students themselves

Deindividuation Tendency: Conflict Management among College Students

The phenomenon of demonstrations and conflicts between student groups that occur often ends in riots. In this situation, it is suspected that many individuals in their psychological state experience deindividuation. Deindividuation tendency is the loss of individual self-identity because it has merged into the group which results in a lack of self-awareness and self-control in individuals so that sometimes it can result in the individual behaving deviantly from social norms. This study aims to describe the description of deindividuation tendency in students at Syiah Kuala University and to describe how conflict management can be done in students. This study uses mixed method with explanatory sequential design. The population in this study were undergraduate students in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year from 5 faculties at Universitas Syiah Kuala. The sample was taken with simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula as many as 390 students. Data collection on quantitative methods uses a deindividuation scale which is arranged based on 3 aspects, namely Group Immersion, Anonymity and Reduced Identifiabilty. Data collection in qualitative methods use interview guidelines were prepared based on the three dimensions of democratic conflict governance. The results showed that most of the deindividuation in Syiah Kuala University students were classified in the moderate category, namely 197 (51%) students. Deindividuation in this moderate category means that students tend to experience deindividuation in certain situations such as when facing conflicts between groups and carrying out demonstrations.

Workplace Learning in Nepal Through the Lens of Employers, Principal, and Students

Workplace learning opportunities are considered to enhance an individual's occupation-related skills through work interaction. Workplace learning has become part and parcel of Nepal's policies in the last few decades. Internships and On the Job Training (OJT) have remained consistently a mode of workplace learning, but more recently, attempts have been made to execute dual vet apprenticeships. Nevertheless, studies in Nepal show a lack of well-built collaboration between education providers and employers in managing workplace learning. Furthermore, issues include a lack of access to and availability of relevant workplace learning opportunities. This paper discusses Nepal's workplace learning situation based on shared experiences by its actors, employers, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) providers, and students. The study uses five premises of workplace learning: learning is part of everyday life, it is spontaneous without a structured curriculum, learners need guidance and backing, an equitable opportunity to learn in a respectful environment, and integrating workplace learning with school learning proposed by Billett (2001) as a theoretical framework. The case study method suggested by Yin (2018) was used to explore their experiences. Twelve interviews, four from each group, employers, technical school principals, and students, were conducted to understand their views on workplace learning. Interview guidelines were followed for prolonged engagement in the field. The study's findings showed a lack of collaboration and preparedness among employers and TVET institutions for managing workplace learning. Workplace learning has become less of a priority for employers and TVET providers and is a neglected agenda.

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Bangun Ruang Menggunakan Construct 2

The purpose of this research is to produce of learning media that uses construct 2 to meet valid and practical categories. This research uses the type of research and development by adopting the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were students of grade VII class students of mts. Assa'adah II by using an initial needs questionnaire instrument, interview guidelines, validation sheets and response questionnaires for students. This validity analysis is obtained from the results of validation sheet research by media and material expert validators. Media expert validators and material experts showed that the learning media learning media using construct 2 gets an average score of 3.74, which is in the very valid category. Is in the very valid category. Meanwhile, the practicality analysis was carried out through the results of the response questionnaire assessment by students which resulted in an average score of 3.27 including in the practical category. Average score of 3.27 included in the practical category. The results of this study shows that the learning media for building space using construct 2 is declared valid and practical. So it is expected to make it easier for teachers in delivering delivery of material and as an innovation in learning.

Enhancing Teacher Quality: The Role of Digitalization in Transforming Educational Supervision

This research aims to develop a system-based academic supervision model to address specific inefficiencies in the supervision process, such as logistical challenges and resource limitations. The purpose of this research is to develop a system-based academic supervision model in overcoming the ineffectiveness of the academic supervision process. The method in this research is development research using the Borg and Gall model which consists of 10 steps of product development from preliminary research to product dissemination . The research subjects were teachers and school supervisors in Salatiga City, especially in elementary schools consisting of public and private schools. The selection of subjects is based on subjects with criteria, namely subjects who play an active role in the academic supervision process and have experience in academic supervision at school. The instruments in this study were observation guidelines, interview guidelines, user perception questionnaire, and product trial questionnaire. The research instruments have been validated by expert validators and meet the criteria of valid and reliable. The results showed that the development of the Management Information System for academic supervision of the Borg and Gall model resulted in a product that met the criteria of valid, effective and practical for academic supervision. The research findings show that using the academic supervision system makes it easier for supervisors and teachers to carry out the academic supervision process. In addition, the efficiency of supervision becomes better, because it can overcome the distance and the limited number of supervisors to the number of schools whose ratio is not balanced.In addition, the use of an academic supervision system speeds up the supervision process, simplifies the use of assessment instruments, and is practically used flexibly.

ENHANCING PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS THROUGH NUMERACY INSTRUMENT DESIGN: INCORPORATING PANDEGLANG’S LOCAL WISDOM IN GEOMETRY CONTENT

Problem solving is a crucial aspect of the education curriculum, as it reflects the skills expected to be possessed by students. Indicating that the majority of students face difficulties in this process. Studies also indicate that numeracy literacy plays a significant role in enhancing mathematical problem-solving skills. This research aims to develop a numeracy literacy assessment that integrates Pandeglang Regency's local knowledge, with a particular emphasis on geometry, to enhance the mathematical problem-solving abilities of Grade IX. This study fits into the Tessmer formative research model, which is related to the category of development research. The study involved 35 ninth-grade students from MTsN 2 Pandeglang as participants. Various tools were used to gather data, such as validation sheets, interview guidelines, and numeracy literacy tests inspired by local knowledge in the Pandeglang Regency. The analysis process included assessing these tools' effectiveness, reliability, and precision through expert assessments and statistical methods. The study's conclusions show that the developed test's quality comprises moderate difficulty for each of the three items, good validity, and satisfactory item discrimination.

Analysis of Learning Strategy Encourage Writing Skill by using ICT in Fifth Semester of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu

The objective of the research was to find out the Learning strategies Encourage Writing Ability by using ICT in Fifth Semester of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. There are many multimedia tools out there for student to use in learning specially in writing. Using ICT will help learning activity from teacher dominated to student centered. It has positive activity to achieve student mastery in writing ability. The design of this research was descriptive method. The instruments of the research were questionnaire and interview guidelines. The questionnaire has been distributed to 30 students in fifth semester. The results of the research showed that there were many student have strategies encourage their writing skill by using different types of ICT. Thus, it can make the process writing easier and fun for students. By this research, the student can get the opportunities to improve their skill and capable to applicate in some tools. PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN KARTU PINTAR BERBASIS VIDEO ANIMASI TIGA DIMENSI DENGAN PENGINTEGRASIAN KEARIFAN LOKAL UNTUK PENINGKATAN KOSAKATA BAHASA JAWA SISWA KELAS III SDN PETOMPON 01 SEMARANG

The use of Javanese vocabulary at SDN Petompon 01 Semarang was not optimal. This wasbecause children locked practice in speaking Javanese and also the use of learning media is stillminimal. Responding to this phenomenon, researchers developed smart card learning media basedon Three-Dimensional Animation Videos with the integration of local wisdom to fosterenthusiasm and increase the use of Javanese vocabulary in the school. The research was carriedout on 2 July - 24 August 2023 at SDN Pentompon 01 Semarang. This research used R&D(Research and Development) with a qualitative approach. The research population was allstudents in class IIIA at SDN Petompon 01 Semarang, totaling 16 students. Small group trialresearch sample testing was carried out in class IIIB using a purposive sampling technique bytaking 6 students based on class ranking, namely three students in the top rank, two students inthe middle rank, and one student in the bottom rank. Large group trials were carried out in ClassIIIA. The dependent variable of this research was increasing Javanese vocabulary, while theindependent variable is developing smart card learning media based on Three-DimensionalAnimation Videos with the integration of local wisdom. The data collection techniques used wereobservation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and tests. The instruments used areobservation guidelines, interview guidelines, questionnaire sheets, and test questions. Productdata analysis techniques and initial data analysis consist of a normality test and homogeneity testas well as final data analysis consisting of the N-Gain Test and also the T-test. The researchresults showed that an average of 61 pretest results and posttest scores showed an increase in theaverage student score of 67.5333 with a percentage increase of 41% in the pretest results and 44%in the posttest results with details of 10 students who did not complete. and 6 students completedit so it can be concluded that three-dimensional animated video-based learning media is quitefeasible and effective for use in learning Javanese
