Purpose to study the medical and social factors of availability of dental services among economic stratificated persons in the modern medical-demographic and socio-economic realities. However, it is not possible to get high quality dental care (DC) without the direct financial cost of patients. Author investigated the involvement of patients in the process of joint payment, developed a methodology for quantifying affordability (QA) of DC for representatives of various segments of the population, based on a representative sample determined the total motivational area and the size of the values as a space in groups of dental patients, and the main factors that increase the QA DC.
