Management Classroom Learning In The School EBF Cristal

This research realized in EBF Cristal with his principal objective to know about the model of classroom management that used by school leader and teacher in the school. Throught this research, the researchers can find and write that the school leader and teachers demonstrated classroom management based on the existence of National curriculum in Timor-Leste: central methode for student, utilized two (2) languages Portuques and Tetun with the simple words to fasilitated student to understand about content that they teach for. Classroom management encompasses a variety of skills and techniques that teachers can use to create a high-performing learning environment. At its core, it aims to ensure classes run smoothly, disruptive behavior from students is kept to minimum and teaching materials and activities promote learning. The ultimate goal is to ensure that both the students and the teacher get the most out of the classroom experience. Good classroom management should aim to: Create an organised and functional environment for the teacher and students, Establish opportunities for academic learning and personal growth, Reduce bad classroom behaviour and other disruptions, Be time-efficient and ensure learning time is always prioritized, Make sure students are focused, motivated, and productive and Promote an inclusive environment that caters for all ability levels.

Improving Arabic Language Skills With A Project-Based Approach

Learning Arabic with a project-based curriculum approach has become a new trend in the world of language teaching. This approach allows students to develop Arabic language skills in an integrated manner through authentic and meaningful project activities. Project-based curriculum is a student-centered learning approach that integrates knowledge across disciplines through project work. This approach aims to encourage students to build a deeper understanding of the concepts studied by applying them to real contexts through project work.This article discusses the theoretical basis, characteristics, implementation, as well as the advantages and challenges of implementing a project-based curriculum in an educational environment. This approach aims to increase learning motivation, critical thinking skills, collaboration and meaningful mastery of the material. However, its implementation requires careful preparation and planning from educators, as well as good classroom management skills to make it easier for students during the project work process.

This article discusses various efforts and strategies in classroom management that aim to improve students' motivation, discipline and learning effectiveness. Using descriptive qualitative research methods and literature studies, this article analyzes recent studies that show that good classroom management can significantly contribute to improving students' learning abilities. Various approaches, such as the use of learning through play, teachers' creativity in creating a dynamic learning environment, and students' involvement in school policy-making, are identified as key factors in creating a positive learning atmosphere. This research also highlights the importance of classroom climate management and the role of teachers in building good interactions between students. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for educators and education managers in designing more effective classroom management strategies.

Implementation of Cooperative Learning Method in The Nurul Huda Islamic Kindergarten Samarinda

The cooperative learning method is one of the methods that can be used for early childhood. This method can holistically support early childhood development. One of the kindergartens that apply the cooperative learning method is Nurul Huda Islamic Kindergarten Samarinda. For this reason, it is necessary to see how the cooperative learning method is implemented at Nurul Huda Islamic Kindergarten Samarinda. This research uses a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is then found in the analyst with data triangulation and descriptive narrative. The results showed that facilities and infrastructure supported the implementation of the cooperative learning method well. However, there is still a challenge, namely at the beginning of early childhood learning, that is egocentric, so it is necessary for the role of teachers to have good classroom management and to be an example when the method is implemented.

Class management skills are one of the basic abilities that an educator must have in creating a conducive learning environment. In the context of the Micro Teaching course, these skills include the ability to design classroom management strategies, create an atmosphere that supports learning, and overcome various challenges that arise in the classroom. The application of these skills includes time management, spatial planning, managing student interactions, and the ability to deal with student behavior effectively. Students are trained to apply various approaches in managing classes, such as preventive, corrective and supportive approaches, which aim to support the creation of an optimal learning process. With good classroom management skills, it is hoped that prospective teachers can build positive relationships with students, motivate active participation, and improve the quality of learning at various levels of education.

Manajemen Pengelolaan Kelas dalam Meningkatkan Interaksi Belajar Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Bima

Good classroom management is one of the supporting factors for successful learning. This study aims to examine the implementation of classroom management in improving student learning interactions at the State Elementary School (MIN) in Bima City. This study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verifying. The results of the study showed that classroom management at MIN Kota Bima was highly considered. The form of classroom management carried out at MIN Kota Bima is to organize students in the classroom to create and maintain student motivation so that they are always involved in the educational process at the madrasah. While the learning interaction that occurs is a reciprocal relationship between teachers and students, such as students being able to respond and respond quickly to the material taught by the teacher, students being able to ask questions without feeling awkward and inferior, and students being able to discuss well with their groups or deskmates. Supporting factors in classroom management and student learning interactions include learning motivation, ice breaking, teacher appreciation, learning media, and mastering teaching materials.

Effective Classroom Management as a Quick Solution to Improve Student Participation and Motivation in the Learning Process

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of classroom management in increasing student participation and motivation at MI Darul Akhlak, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study observes how the implementation of good classroom management can create a conducive learning environment and encourage students to be more active in learning. The results of the study indicate that effective classroom management, including careful planning, flexible seating arrangements, the use of relevant learning media, and positive interactions between teachers and students, can increase student focus and involvement in the learning process. Some obstacles in the implementation of classroom management include low student awareness of learning responsibilities, and the existence of disruptive extracurricular activities. In conclusion, good classroom management plays an important role in creating a conducive learning atmosphere and increasing student motivation. It is recommended that teachers maximize classroom management strategies and involve students in the learning process. Students are also expected to be able to increase awareness of the importance of active participation in teaching and learning activities.

Analysing Classroom Management Strategies As the Main Pillar of Successful Student Learning Achievement

Classroom management plays a crucial role in creating a learning environment that supports student learning outcomes. The research was conducted qualitatively through a documentation study, collecting previous research findings to analyze the pillars of classroom management that influence student learning. Data processing involved searching, filtering, assessing feasibility, and analyzing article content. The results of the study show: First, an effective learning community requires teachers to design learning spaces by considering student diversity, processes, and class structure to encourage participation, strengthen interaction, and improve learning outcomes. Second, managing teacher-student interactions creates a conducive atmosphere that supports the achievement of learning goals, character development, and positive relationships, which increases motivation and learning outcomes. Third, the use of varied teaching methods can enhance critical thinking skills, reduce boredom, and increase student engagement. Fourth, a comfortable and organized classroom atmosphere improves concentration, understanding, and retention of information. In conclusion, good classroom management can enhance student learning outcomes.

Development of a questionnaire on high school teachers' perceptions of differentiated learning in schools

Differentiated learning is an approach that adapts to each student's learning needs. Teachers provide facilities that suit students' individual needs, bearing in mind that each student has unique characteristics and cannot be treated uniformly. This article aims to provide a deeper understanding of learning differentiation and explore teachers' perceptions regarding its implementation in the classroom. The results of interview research show that the purpose of differentiated learning is to coordinate learning by paying attention to students' interests, readiness and learning preferences. This aims to help all students achieve learning goals, increase motivation and learning outcomes, and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, so that students are more enthusiastic about learning. In conclusion, differentiated learning gives students the opportunity to learn naturally and efficiently with the help of teachers who are able to combine the required methods and approaches. There are several obstacles that arise, such as limited facilities and infrastructure that support the differentiated learning process, teachers need time to prepare learning instruments, appropriate methods and appropriate media, implementing differentiated learning requires relatively high costs and teachers must have good classroom management skills.

The Analysis of English Classroom Management of Islamic-Based Primary Schools in Pangkalpinang

This study aimed to investigate the English classroom management in both state and private Islamic based-primary schools in Pangkalpinang, bangka Belitung, Indonesia. It was a qualitative descriptive study in which data obtained from interview and class observation. The researcher interviewed two headmasters and two English teachers from both state and private Islamic-based primary schools in Pangkalpinang, schools under Ministry of Religious Affairs. The observation was conducted for eight meetings. Class observations were conducted several times looking for teachers’ way of teaching and any elements included in ideal classroom management. In some aspects of teaching, the schools have had quite good classroom management in which teachers knew what to do in the classroom handling the students. However, when it comes to the implemention of Merdeka Curriculum, the schools were got lack of support from the government. Some restrictions were faced by educators due to insufficient quality of teaching facilities, prosperity, large number of students in a class, and many others. Therefore, the findings of the study provide some reflection towards the reality of our education in which the schools and the teachers are not ready yet to implement Merdeka Curriculum. The emphasis on the dessimination and training of Merdeka Curriculum equipped by good quality of school facilities are highly recommended.

Analisis Implementasi Pengelolaan Kelas Dan Pengelolaan Peserta Didik

: Good classroom and student management will have a positive impact on the learning process, create an environment conducive to student growth and development, and improve the overall quality of education. Class management and students in Indonesia have experienced various developments and transformations in line with changes in educational approaches, government policies and technological developments. However, challenges such as the lack of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure, disparities between regions in access to education, and improving the quality of teaching staff remain the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Classroom management refers to the strategies and techniques used by educators to create a conducive, orderly and effective learning environment. This includes the physical setting of the classroom, rules and procedures, and approaches to dealing with student behavior. Meanwhile, student management involves an individual approach in understanding and meeting each student's learning needs, including differentiation strategies, providing motivation, and emotional support. This article highlights the importance of good classroom management skills for teachers to increase student participation and achievement, and emphasizes the important role of student management in creating personalized and inclusive learning experiences. Case studies and practical recommendations are included to provide guidance for educators in implementing these strategies effectively.

Strategi Pengelolaan Kelas dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan dan Efektivitas Belajar Siswa pada Masa Covid-19

The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the education sector, including in Indonesia. The government implemented social policies and distance education to prevent the virus. However, distance learning produces challenges for teachers and students, especially in terms of learning discipline and classroom management. This study aims to collect and analyze a number of different classroom management approaches that can be used during the COVID-19 pandemic to improve student discipline and increase learning efficiency. This study discusses how students can learn better, especially about environmental studies, with good classroom management. It also emphasizes the role of teachers in creating a good learning environment and encouraging students to learn independently. The study found that student learning outcomes are influenced by effective classroom management; to improve student behavior and engagement, classroom design and socialization should be improved. The COVID-19 pandemic shows the importance of engaging classroom management strategies.

Teaching English at Tertiary Level: Motivating Students of Technical Study Programs

Student motivation has always concerned foreign language instructors. It has become more topical in recent years, after the introduction of COVID-19 restrictions, and the new global phenomenon known as remote learning. Previously, it has been claimed that teachers should pay greater attention to intrinsic motivation (e.g., curiosity, autonomy, interest in the subject, novelty), as only intrinsically motivated learners are kept motivated throughout the whole course of learning. It has been proven that extrinsic motivational factors (e.g., awards, positive feedback, good marks, pressure from the family) are inadequate to keep learners motivated over a long period. Still, psychologists suggest that both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation must be activated to ensure an efficient learning process. The present research is aimed at investigating the view of the learners of technical study programs on intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors as regards foreign language learning, the interrelation between the teacher’s character, studying environment, classroom management, and family involvement in the studying process and motivation, as well as to investigate the factors that motivate the technical students to learn and kept them motivated in the remote learning setting. The author of this research surveyed 140 students of Riga Technical University of the technical study programs. The results showed that both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are essential for student motivation in the post-pandemic time. However, in a crisis situation, even self-motivated students appear to lose their intrinsic motivation and seek support from families, peers, and teachers to stay motivated. The challenging, entertaining, and engaging tasks, good classroom management, and the application of digital teaching methods are appreciated by students in these times.

Faktor-Faktor Keberhasilan Guru dalam Kegiatan Pembelajaran di Sekolah Inklusi

This research was conducted to investigate the factors of teacher success in learning activities in inclusive schools. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach at SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru with observation and interview data collection techniques. From the results of our observations and interview, each child with special needs (ABK) has his or her own handling strategy, therefore teachers must have the skills to condition each student based on their needs. There are 5 success factors that we found at SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru, namely: (1) the teacher's ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students, (2) the teacher has good classroom management skills, (3) the teacher's attitude when they are there. inclusive school environment, (4) teachers' ability to collaborate with various related parties, such as parents, therapists, psychologists and other inclusive education experts, (5) Facilities and infrastructure.

Analysis of Learning Environment Survey at State Islamic Primary School

The student's learning environment is very important in the learning process. A good student learning environment will create comfort for student activities in every learning process. A learning environment survey is needed to measure the quality of input and learning processes in the classroom and in educational units in accordance with the learning environment intended in the National Assessment. The aim of this research is to describe the learning environment for State Islamic Primary School 39 Aceh Besar students. This research method is survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research instruments include observation, interviews and documentation. This research is population research where all objects are respondents in the research. School environment, facilities and infrastructure, and all classrooms of State Islamic Primary School 39 Aceh Besar. The research results show that the analysis of the learning environment in schools based on survey results shows that teachers have succeeded in creating a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to students not feeling bored and bored, good classroom management coupled with the addition of facilities and infrastructure. Based on a survey of the family environment of students at State Islamic Primary School 39 Aceh Besar, there is still a lack of attention from families, especially parents, in encouraging student learning outside of school. Students are still less educated, such as students who are lazy, such as spending time watching TV, not following their parents' orders to study and playing a lot outside the house. Based on a survey of the community environment, students at State Islamic Primary School 39 Aceh Besar still do not support it. There are still students who are undisciplined and lack supervision. Students lack parental attention and tend to misbehave.

Investigating EFL Teacher's Strategies and Challenges in Promoting Students' High Order Thinking Skills

Critical thinking is essential to be acquired by today's generation specifically since it is one of the skills in the 21st-century skills. Considering its importance, developing students' high-order thinking skills has become a requirement for teachers, specifically in their language learning. This study investigates an EFL teacher's strategies in promoting students' high-order thinking skills and the challenges they face in implementing it. A case study was conducted involving one junior high school teacher in Jember. The interview and classroom observation were conducted to collect the data. The data was analyzed by classifying the strategy used by the teacher using Hennessy et al.'s Scheme for Educational Dialogue Analysis and specifying the challenges faced by them through an interview. The findings of this study indicated that most strategies used by the teacher were to invite elaboration or reasoning. The challenge encountered by the teacher was the difficulties in teaching HOTS for low achiever students, difficulties in managing passive students in the classroom, and difficulties in constructing HOTS strategy in some skills in English. Therefore, more strategies to actively engage student participation in the classroom and good classroom management are needed to extend students’ high-order thinking skills.

Pedagogy Applied in the Teaching Process in Regular Basic Education (EBR): Systematic Review Article

The development of new trends in education and in the field of applied pedagogy on teaching-learning, presents a wide variety of contributions that allow teachers to work with more management strategies for their class sessions making them to become innovative teachers for the different models of education. The methodology used in this research was the PRISMA method that allows to carry out research by reviewing academic works, being checked 4,459 academic works in three databases such as Scopus, Scielo and Dialnet, and excluded 4,425, leaving 34 academic works, and likewise the filtration was carried out again, finally excluding 4 academic works that presented duplicity of publication in the databases, leaving for the research 30 academic works that were applied in this article, in total 4,429 were excluded at the end. As a result, the pedagogical applications in learning-teaching are very significant due to the multiple ways of presenting systems and models in this area that favor EBR. In the discussion, researchers revealed that even the changes of strategies and pedagogical models do not help to improve the educational quality of learning in students; nevertheless, most of the researchers agree that these changes of paradigms and pedagogical models do help in the educational improvement of students. In conclusion, pedagogical applications in the field of learning-teaching bring much benefit in good classroom management developed by the teacher.

Study of Teacher's Digital Technology Ability in Online Classroom Management

Teacher TIK competence is the ability of teachers to develop learning by utilizing TIK, such as planning, implementing, and innovating learning. Establishing TIK competence as one of the teacher competencies is a logical consequence of the significant positive influence of TIK on educational activities, especially since the pandemic era. This study aims to determine the awareness and competence of teachers to use digital technology in managing classes in this new average era. This research is fundamental and needs to be done to improve the readiness and mastery of high school teachers in the city of Kendari to use technology and classroom management competencies in the learning process. The method used in this research is a descriptive survey using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 36 samples of teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah Kendari. The results showed that the technology skills of Senior High School teachers were good because the total average score and level of achievement of respondents (LAR) from four indicators of TIK ability (computer/laptop operation, use of computer software, internet, and website usage) had reached 4, 11/82.11%. Although it is in a suitable category, it is still necessary to improve specific skills so that they have a maximum impact on good classroom management and problems solving.

Student challenging behavior with a positive behavior support training for teachers: A case study

<span lang="EN-US">Challenging behavior is repetitive behavior that risks interfering with learning or involvement in prosocial interactions. Challenging behaviors are often shown by students and difficult to manage, such as: defiance and noncompliance, destruction, disruption, physical aggression, self-injury, social withdrawal, socially inappropriate behavior, stereotypes, and verbal aggression. One of the ways of good classroom management is through Tier 1 Positive Behavior Support (PBS) training. It is very necessary for students and teachers when they are in the school environment because it can create a conducive classroom atmosphere. Therefore, the researcher designed a Tier 1 PBS training program that focuses on the teacher’s ability to manage the classroom using a proactive strategy as opposed to a reactive strategy. The subjects of this training were seven teachers of Islamic junior high school in Central Java, Indonesia. The experimental design was conducted without using a control group and using pre-test and post-test for evaluation. The findings indicated that Tier 1 PBS training is effective in increasing the ability of teachers to use proactive classroom management strategies and reducing the use of reactive classroom management strategies.</span>

The plight of Modified Work and Study Program (MWSP) students in learning mathematics

The Philippine educational system established alternative delivery modes of education, such as the Modified Work and Study Program, to eradicate student dropout incidence. This phenomenological study aims to probe the challenges and explore the coping mechanism of MWSP students in studying mathematics. The study was conducted at a public high school offering the program. Six students were chosen to participate in the study. Focus group discussion was utilized for the data gathering of the study. Results showed that mediocrity of resources and conspicuous learning environment were the leading challenges that MWSP students encounter. Moreover, the coping mechanisms include good classroom management, utilization of concrete examples, time scheduling, steward support, motivational encouragement, and recreational and body relaxation. It is recommended that MWSP mathematics teachers integrate innovative strategies, provide more concrete contextualized examples, intensify the development of learning kits, and reinforce teaching and learning through supplementary materials.
