The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between narcissism, resilience, and wellness targeting MZ generation golf participants. For data processing, the following relationship was investigated using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 21.0 for windows. First, narcissism was found to have a positive effect on resilience. Second, resilience was found to have a positive effect on wellness. Third, narcissism was found to have a positive effect on wellness. Fourth, in the relationship between narcissism and wellness, resilience was found to mediate. Therefore, in order to improve the wellness of MZ generation golf participants, it is judged that multifaceted efforts are needed to improve resilience based on the formation of positive self-love. Accordingly, this study proposes holding regular golf competitions for the MZ generation, flexible difficulty adjustment of golf courses, and application of philosophical education programs on sports and golf.
