Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between exercise adherence, leisure satisfaction, and fun factors of screen golf participants in their 20s and 30s. The subjects of this study were participants who lived in S and B areas and read and agreed to the research agreement. 300 questionnaires were used. The data were processed by SPSS Ver.23.0 program, and reliability analysis, frequency analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The conclusions drawn from this are as follows. First, physical and mental health maintenance and sense of accomplishment had a positive effect on tendency, and physical and mental health maintenance, sense of accomplishment, and sociality had a positive effect on possibility and strengthening. Second, physical and mental health maintenance and sociality had positive (+)effects on psychological satisfaction and physical satisfaction. Physical and mental health maintenance and achievement have positive effects on environmental satisfaction. Physical and mental health maintenance, sense of accomplishment, and sociality had a positive effect on education satisfaction.
