REPRESENTASI NILAI BUDAYA MAKASSAR DALAM FILM GADIS BULULOE KARYA ARMIN SUPER

The aim of this research is to describe the cultural values of Makassar in the film Girl Bululce by Armin Super, using cultural theory. In this research using ghaeryası techniques and document studies. The results of this research show that there is a representation of Makassar cultural values in the film Girl Bululoe, namely, pacce cultural values were found in 7 data in the film Girl Bululoe that pacce is a sense of empathy and caring for other humans and easy compassion for humans. Sipakatau cultural values were found in 4 data in the film Girl Bululoe is sipakatau wich means mutual respect, respect and treating all humans well regardless of social status. The cultural value of lambusuk was found in 2 data in the film Girl Bululoe, namely that lambusuk is an attitude of honesty towards oneself, honesty towards humans. Juur towards God Almighty. The cultural value off barani was found in 4 data in the film Girl Bululoe that barani are those who act bravely and heave grat courage. The value of hard work was found 4 data in the film Girls Bululoe, namely reso which means hard work was found 4 data in the film Girls Bululoe, namely reso which means hard work seriously with the aim of achieving a career. Core Ethical Values Pendidikan Karakter Berdasarkan Sumber Nilai Ajaran Islam

This research is qualitative research using a library study method from various trusted references such as reputable journals, results of scientific conferences, and various other sources, and of course from the main sources of Islamic teachings, namely the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The aim of this research is to examine and describe the core values ​​of character education based on Islamic teaching sources. The research results explain that in QS. Verse An-Nisa 9 explains the command to look after generations and not leave behind weak generations. Humans are born in a state of nature, but often due to human actions that nature changes, both due to internal and external factors. Therefore, the application of the core values ​​of character education which originate from Islamic teachings is very necessary so that students can consistently implement them in their daily lives. The core values ​​of character education based on Islamic teaching sources include character towards God Almighty, character towards oneself, character towards fellow humans, character towards the environment, character towards the nation, and other good characters completely and authentically to be applied in life. The results of this research also explain how core values ​​originating from Islamic teachings are internalized, assimilated and applied in educational character to maintain human nature and become the khaira of the ummah.

PELAKSANAAN PROYEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA (P5) DAN KAITANNYA DENGAN PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK ANAK DALAM HADITS

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the project at SDIT Future Islamic School (FIS) Pekanbaru to enhance the Pancasila student profile (P5) dimension of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character in the independent curriculum, as well as the relationship between this project and the students' moral education in the hadith. The study that was done falls under the category of qualitative descriptive research. Interviews are the method used to get data. Content analysis is the method used for data analysis. According to the study's findings, P5 is being implemented at SDIT Future Islamic School (FIS) Pekanbaru, which is improving religious, interpersonal, environmental, and national morality. The moral education of children in the hadith is connected to the implementation of P5 at SDIT FIS. The result of the research is Islamic Integrated Islamic School should adopt the hadist in their teaching learning process.

Islamic education is a very urgent thing in the formation of a person's spiritual foundation. Marriage is a legal relationship in society which is an inner bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife to form a family (household), happy and eternal based on the belief in the Almighty God. Marriage is a very important thing in human life, both for individuals and groups. One of the initial frameworks for obtaining legal guarantees in a marriage is to register it with the authorized agency. A private marriage or invalid marriage is a marriage that is not registered at the civil registry office, but fulfills the basic pillars and requirements of marriage according to Islamic law. The legal consequence of divorce in obtaining private child custody according to western civil law is that the marriage does not disappear from child custody obligations. The aim of this research is to find out how to obtain and the legal consequences of child custody under western civil law. This research uses a normative juridical legal research method, a qualitative approach with a normative juridical research type. Data collection techniques through journal and book data sources regarding Juridical Review of the Legal Consequences of Divorce in Obtaining Child Custody in Underhand Marriages.

A Content Analysis Of Character Education In “English For Nusantara” Textbook For Seventh Grade Students

The objective of this research is to find out whether character education in the "English for Nusantara" textbook for seventh-grade students is in accordance with the current curriculum. This research analyzed character education contained in the reading and conversational texts of the textbook. The research methodology used a descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis technique. The characters found in the textbook were classified into six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. The results showed that the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile were found. The dimension of having faith, fear of God Almighty, having a noble character 33.2%, global diversity 12.9%, mutual cooperation 16.7%, independent 20.4%, critical reasoning 7.5%, and creative 9.3%. In the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, which have 20 elements, only 19 were found, while one element that was not found was intercultural communication and interaction. The characters in this book are mostly integrated implicitly. The primary focus dimension of the “English for the Nusantara” textbook was having faith, fear of God Almighty, and having noble character. In addition, the main focus element in this textbook was the manner towards others. Based on the classification of character education stated by Prismarani (2014), this textbook scored 95% and was classified as ‘very high’ quality.

Sea almsgiving is a tradition that is still consistently carried out in various coastal areas of Indonesia. As a relic from ancestors that has been passed down from generation to generation, it makes people believe in myths related to the phenomenon of sea alms. Sea almsgiving itself is carried out as a form of community gratitude for the abundant marine products as well as gratitude for the safety and blessings that have been given by God Almighty in carrying out activities as fishermen. The first aim of this research is to determine the level of trust of the fishing community towards sea alms ceremonies, the second is to determine the income level of fishermen in Gempolsewu Village and the third is to determine the relationship between belief systems and type of work on fishermen's participation in traditional sea alms ceremonies. in Gempolsewu village, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, Central Java. This research uses quantitative research methods, in determining the population the researcher uses sampling techniques and uses survey techniques for data collection. The results of this research state that the fishing community's level of trust in the sea alms ceremony is in the high category, while the fishing community's income level is in the medium category. The relationship between belief system and type of work does not show a significant relationship with fishermen's participation in the traditional sea alms ceremony in Gempolsewu village, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, Central Java.

Waste Management Model through Ballistic Program in SDN 42 Ampenan

This study aims to describe the waste management model through the Balistik (plastic filled pillow) program at SDN 42 Ampenan. This research uses qualitative research using a case study approach. The subject of this research is the first grade teacher of SDN 42 Ampenan. The object of this research is building the character of students' responsibility for the environment. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data analysis from Milles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the waste management model through the BALISTIK program at SDN 42 Ampenan consists of planning, implementation and evaluation. At the evaluation stage, it was proven to be successful in achieving positive results in the development of student character, then the school also held a BALISTIK exhibition and follow-up of the program. There are three character dimensions of P5 that have been achieved, namely Belief, Fear of God Almighty and Noble Character, mutual cooperation and creativity. Students have shown increased responsibility for the environment by being actively involved in waste management activities, as well as showing better environmental awareness by understanding the importance of keeping the school and surrounding environment clean.

Persuasive Through Ethos, Logos, and Pathos in BTS' Speech at The White House

Race is the diversity given by God Almighty. Race can be understood as the distinctive characteristics of a nation in groups based on different physical characteristics. This difference is a beautiful thing because humans do not only consist of one group, but also various groups with differences that can complement one another. Unfortunately, in the reality of social life, there is still discrimination against certain races with different physical forms from the majority in a region. The United States is an example of a country that has the highest level of racism in the world. The Asian-American race often experiences acts of racism that result in fatalities. BTS, a band from South Korea, became the representative of Asians invited by Joe Biden to speech at The White House to express their concern about hate crimes. The purpose of this study is to analyze BTS' speech regarding racial issues towards Asians at The White House from the perspective of Rhetorical theory using the elements of ethos, logos, and pathos. The speech reflected the reality of racism towards Asian ethnic groups, as well as a solution to end this problem by fighting racism at all levels of society. This research uses the interview method by collecting primary and secondary data from relevant books, journal articles, and websites to analyze the Rhetoric speech by BTS in order to get accurate results. The implications of the results of this study include improving Rhetoric not only used in Political occasions but can be used for anyone like BTS did from an entertainment background.

Pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari Tentang Pendidikan Karakter dan Relevansinya Dengan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar

The aim of this research is to explain the concept of character education according to KH Hasyim Asy'ari, explain KH Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts on student character in education and explain the relevance of KH Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts on character education to the implementation of the 2023 Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The approach used in this research is a historical approach. With this approach, the author can use it to study the biography and works of KH Hasyim Asy'ari. The type of research that the author uses is library research, namely research carried out to solve problems which basically relies on a critical and in-depth review of relevant library materials. The limitations of the problem that will be discussed are only regarding the relevance of character education according to KH Hasyim Asy'ari and character education in the independent learning curriculum. The results of this research are that the concept of character education according to KH Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts includes Sincerity, Practicing Qona'ah, Tawdhu', Zuhud, Behaving Waro', Behaving Patience, Avoiding Immorality and Dirty Things. The character education of students according to the thoughts of KH Hasyim Asy'ari in the book adabulalim walmuta'alim is as follows: Student Character towards Themselves, Student Character towards their Teachers, Student Character towards the lesson, Student Character towards the book (book) and learning tools. The relevance of the adabulalim walmuta'alim book to the implementation of education in 2023 includes: Faith, Devotion to God Almighty, Noble Character, Independence, Mutual Cooperation, Critical Reasoning, Creative.

The researcher shaded light on the doctrinal, educational and behavioral bases for this warning in this place, which reveals what is going on in the secrets of the hypocrites fearing that their matter will be exposed and what It is woven in their chests. and they are keen to conceal it, so the study was divided into several demands in which explaining the concept of research vocabulary in language and terminology, which are (belief, education, behavior, caution), and the sensory miracle of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - in the word “you warn” and its educational and behavioral impact, the doctrinal, educational and behavioral side in the manifestation of the attributes of hearing, sight and knowledge to God Almighty in the word “you warn”. In addition, the doctrinal, behavioral and educational aspects in a statement that mocking the Messenger of God and the believers is a mockery of God Almighty, and the educational and behavioral aspects in purifying the heart from hypocrisy in the word “you warn”. The Legal Culture of Samin Community of Family Law in Central Java

This article seeks to examine the legal culture of the Samin community in relation to their preferences in family law, the persistence of the customary law in the community, and the transformations that have taken place in Samin family law. The data of this article is derived from an ethnographic study conducted at various Samin villages in Central Java between 2022 and 2023. Information was gathered via in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The study's findings suggest that the government does not officially recognize marriage within the Samin community. However, the Samin family law has undergone a significant transformation. It underwent a substantial change which involved the government officially acknowledging the Samin beliefs. The research findings reveal symptoms of the Samin family law which underwent a transformation from customary law to local fiqh characterized by a mystical style. Efforts are being made to establish formal legal frameworks that accept the belief in God Almighty and incorporate legal practices. The legal negotiations led to the emergence of natural law plurality which in practice, is influenced by politics, social, and culture.

Analisis Sub Elemen Akhlak Beragama dalam Pembiasaan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SDN Demangan 1 Bangkalan

This research aims to determine the sub-elements of religious morals in the profile of Pancasila students at UPTD SDN Demangan 1 Bangkalan. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is students in grades III and IV. Sampling used nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. The sample for this research consisted of 177 students. Data collected using a questionnaire. The results of this research show that religious morals form the character profile of Pancasila students in elementary school students, namely the highest number in the sub-element of knowing and loving God Almighty, namely 762 (86.591%). The highest number in the sub-element of understanding religion/belief was 842 (93.636%). The highest number in the Ritual implementation sub-element was 801 (91.023%).

Marriage Kinship in the Customary Marriage Institution in Seith Negeri, Ambon Island

<p><em>Traditions in indigenous communities on Ambon Island are found in various aspects of life. Relatively, traditions become rules or guidelines for the community to carry out their life activities in the economic, political, legal, socio-cultural, and other fields. Of course, the ancestors placed this effort to avoid irregular living behavior so that the community would feel peace and comfort. Therefore, the basis laid for generations will become a reference for acting and building a life together, such as marriage kinship in the traditional marriage process in Negeri Seith, Ambon Island. Seith, as a Muslim negeri, provides space for the mechanism of customary practices of its community, especially in the tradition of marriage. Therefore, marriage kinship receives recognition and is integrated into marriage religiously. This reality illustrates that traditional and religious institutions do not compete but together contribute to strengthening society and its people who want to build a new household. This research aims to reveal, discover, and analyze the value and meaning of marriage kinship in the traditional marriage process in Negeri Seith. The research method used is qualitative, using interview and observation data collection techniques. Indeed, this is important to show the objective reality of the community carrying out customary rules regulated by ancestors and the provisions of God Almighty through religious institutions. The marriage kinship is the marriage guardian, and the bride-to-be's father's relatives determine that religious marriage will be carried out if it is by these provisions</em>.</p>

Exploring the Concept of Wahdatul Wujud Ibn Arabi: Potential Solutions for Juvenile Delinquency in Indonesia

This research aims to analyze the concept of Ibn Arabi's wahdatul wujud as a Muslim scientist so that it can become a reference in the world of education to shape the character of students. Then the method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach, to describe the results of Ibn Arabi's extraordinary thoughts as a guide in character education, data collection techniques using data collection taken from books, journals and writings related to the research. Next, the data that has been collected is analyzed using text content in the form of words, images, symbols, ideas and themes in the form of messages in SDN Kertamukti III. The research results show that the concept of wahdatul wujud is very helpful in shaping students' character, such as awareness of unity, tolerance and acceptance, personality development, involvement in goodness and development of spiritual awareness. With the concept of wadatul wujud which provides an understanding that the relationship between humans and God is a unity that cannot be separated. Therefore, it is important for teachers to provide the concept of wahdatu wujud in education so that students understand the meaning of existence as a creature and reality in the world which is a manifestation of God Almighty.
