The article substantiates the theoretical basis for the readiness of future teachers of pre-school establishments to apply interactive pedagogical technologies in their professional activities.Creation of innovative pedagogy, introduction of interactive forms of work and innovative technologies, which promote activization of educational activity of a modern preschooler. This requires pre-school educators to reorient themselves quickly in their professional activities, use the latest educational, interactive and innovative pedagogical technologies that motivate educators to be creative and be innovators in pre-school education.The future teacher of preschool education should not only possess the theoretical foundations of his professional activity, but also perform his functions qualitatively, to show non-standard, creative thinking, flexible imagination, the ability to perceive, develop and implement innovative and interactive technologies during educational activities with preschoolers, own cooperative skills in work in a team of like-minded people and colleagues, use a variety of technical equipment, use the latest technological tools for organizing his professional activity.Provision of educational services to future preschool teachers is accompanied by a multifaceted component of this educational process. Due to the fact that the effectiveness of obtaining a vocational education by future teachers of preschool education is mostly personal (increase of social status, development of cognitive competences, ability to self-realization, retraining and professional growth, relevant material status, etc.) useful for the development of society in general.Functioning and production of the system of professional pedagogical education to form the readiness of future teachers to use interactive pedagogical technologies is connected with the introduction and involvement of financial, material, informational, innovative, technical, methodological and human resources at the state, regional and local level. Therefore, there is an urgent need to research and substantiate our pedagogical conditions, which contribute to the implementation of the process of implementation of the model of future teachers “pre-school teachers” readiness to use interactive pedagogical technologies in their professional activity.The process of preparing students for the use of interactive pedagogical technologies in pre-school institutions should form a positive attitude towards innovative activity; to acquaint future teachers of pre-school educational institutions with innovative and interactive pedagogical technologies in preparing students for practical appapplication of interactive pedagogical technologies during the educational process with preschoolers.
