The International scientific conference “Civil Engineering Design and Construction” (DCB), which began in 2000 as a national conference organized by the Union of Bulgarian Construction Engineers and the Bulgarian Scientific and Technical Union of Civil Engineering, is held biennially. This conference holds significant importance for Bulgaria, providing a platform for scientists, researchers, and experts to showcase their achievements, share their experiences, and present innovative ideas in various fields of design, construction, and architecture. This international scientific forum has been a platform for in-depth discussions and fruitful meetings since 2006. The DCB conference was held at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” in Bulgaria on September 12-13, 2024.
