Until now, the child’s right to a family and trends in the legal protection of orphans have been considered only within the framework of family and civil legislation. Current laws concerning children, the need to enforce laws, issues related to children's rights are the focus of attention of legal theorists and show their relevance in our society. As for issues related to children, the problems of protecting children's rights, protecting the family, childhood, motherhood and paternity must be solved comprehensively by legislators, law enforcement agencies, politicians, and the scientific community. Because the family is a mirror of society, and the whole person consists of a family. Being a small state, each locality occupies an important place in society as an important institution. In the work on the scientific article, systemic-structural, sociological, comparative-legal, formal-logical research methods were used.
