Peran Pendidikan Pancasila dalam Pembentukan Karakter Mahasiswa: Suatu Upaya Membangun Etika dan Moral

Pancasila education in universities has an important role in shaping the character of students with strong ethics and morals. Through understanding and applying the values of Pancasila, students are expected to develop a strong character, responsibility, and integrity. The purpose of the study is to gain a deep understanding of the role of Pancasila education in the formation of student character as well as efforts to build strong ethics and morals. This research is qualitative research through literature study. Literature collection is done by collecting relevant sources such as scientific journals, books, articles, and other related documents. The main source in this research is scientific articles from research published through the Google Scholar website. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that Pancasila education is needed as a basic foundation to form ethics and morals, which are tough, where activities in the university environment include habits that can encourage students to behave according to what is contained in Pancasila values

Analisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga dalam membentuk Karakter Siswa

This research aims to analyze the influence of the family environment on the formation of student character. In an increasingly complex global era, education is one of the important aspects that influences the formation of students' character. The family environment, which includes the values, norms and behavior adopted by family members, has an important role in forming students' character. This research uses qualitative research methods to understand the phenomenon from the perspective of the subject, namely students and their family environment. The research results show that the family environment has a significant role in shaping student character. Students who grow up in an environment that adheres to positive values ​​tend to have positive and useful characters. This research confirms the importance of the family environment in forming student character and shows that educational strategies that pay attention to the family environment and the values ​​held by the family can help improve learning outcomes and student character.

Understanding Adiwiyata School Artifacts in Cultivating Students’ Characters At Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

This research aims to achieve two objectives: First, to describe the types of cultural artifacts found in an adiwiyata school named MI Perwanida in Blitar, East Java. Second, to analyse the subjective interpretations of these cultural artifacts within the school context. Employing a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach, this study investigates the meaning attributed to adiwiyata artifacts in MI Perwanida. The research encompasses various artifacts within the school and the participants’ view about it, including the school principals, vice principals, teachers, students, school associations and other stakeholders. Data collection methods involve in-depth interviews, observations and documentation. Data validity is ensured through triangulation. The analysis was conducted through phases of: data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. This study's findings indicate that artifacts, including written and physical objects such as photos, posters, classroom interiors, plants, bio pores, waste bins, and waste management tools, are based on religious and social values. These artifacts are construed as evocative forces, encouraging independent adoption of cleanliness habits at home and school, as well as beautification efforts. Additionally, they are seen as suggestive forces, motivating students to adopt clean behaviours, cultivate a liking for and care for plants, and develop environmental awareness. The formation of this culture reinforces Homans' theory that program realization can be analysed through activities, interactions, and emotions. The implications of this study suggest that student character formation can be intensively and consistently conducted through the implementation of an adiwiyata school. Collaboration among school stakeholders, from planning to program implementation and evaluation, is essential.

The Influence of the School Environment on the Formation of Primary School Students' Character

Environment school is realm education second for participant educate. In the environment school participant educate guided in all aspects, morals, knowledge and skills is something very important thing for built in environment school. The problem is, what? there is influence between environment school to formation character student at school basic and presumptive that there is positive influence between environment school to formation character student. This study aims to see how the school environment influences the formation of student character in elementary schools. Study This expected can beneficial in development knowledge, improvement and reference for researchers, teachers, and head school in carrying out education in the future. Method used in this study is study literature (library research). This study using secondary data form journal scientific, results study as well as books and other relevant sources. Literature or library used in this study is books, articles journals, proceedings, and reports study as listed in the bibliography. Data analysis techniques used covers three stages that is organizing, synthesizing, and identifying. Research result this show that the school environment has a significant influence on the formation of student character. With thereby education character must noticed especially in room scope school so that can embedded in self student as shield and provisions in act as well as can formed generation that has good character. Therefore, teachers and parents must play an active role in making it happen.

The Role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers in Forming Students' Character in Primary Schools

This research aims to examine the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teachers in shaping student character in elementary schools. The qualitative method was chosen as the approach in this research, where analysis was carried out on documents related to the Pancasila education program in elementary schools to understand the strategies and practices implemented by teachers in character formation. The research results show that PPKn teachers play a key role in providing good examples, directing, and collaborating with parents in creating an educational environment that is conducive to student character development. Obstacles faced include students' non-compliance with rules, tardiness, and truant behavior. This study confirms that collaboration between schools, families, and students is very important in the effective implementation of character education. Based on these findings, further research is recommended to conduct deeper exploration of the impact of this interaction on student character formation. This research provides important insights for the development of character education strategies in elementary schools.

Organizational Experience as Formation of Competitive Student’ Character

This study aims to explore the role of organizational experience in the formation of competitive student character in the higher education environment. The literature study research method was used to summarize key findings that support the positive influence of organizational participation on student character development. The results of this study indicate that student organizations have a considerable role in shaping character values through student activities provided in higher education. Organizational experience contributes to the improvement of leadership and teamwork skills, shaping the character of student who are adaptive and ready to contribute in a professional environment. Pembentukan Karakter Remaja Melalui Pendidikan Kepramukaan pada Gugus Depan Sunan Ampel

This research aims to determine the contribution of scouting activities in shaping the character of students as members of the Scout Group at Sunan Ampel MTsN 2 Palangka Raya. A qualitative approach was employed to provide pertinent information in line with the research objectives. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects and informants consisted of mentors, trainers, and students participating in the Scout Group at Sunan Ampel MTsN 2 Palangka Raya. Data analysis was conducted concurrently, encompassing data collection, condensation, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The findings suggest that character formation of students through scouting activities in the Scout Group at Sunan Ampel MTsN 2 Palangka Raya is highly effective and significantly contributes to their character development. This is achieved through the integration of character values into scouting activity training materials, such as marching exercises, camping, and hiking. This integration fosters students' consciousness of God Almighty, upholds Pancasila principles, promotes discipline, independence, and enhances sensitivity to social issues.

The Role of Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama Educational Institutions in the Development of Islamic Education in Indonesia (1926-1959)

This research aims to examine the role played by Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Educational Institutions in depicting the dynamics of Islamic education development in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to analyze the contribution of these educational institutions to the evolution of the Islamic education system, both in terms of curriculum, teaching methods, and their impact on student character formation. The research method includes historical analysis discussing the history and development of Ma'arif NU Educational Institutions since their establishment. The main data sources involve historical documents, archives, and interviews with key actors in these educational institutions, such as teachers, students, and administrators. The results of this research are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of how the role of Ma'arif NU Educational Institutions has shaped and influenced the context of Islamic education in Indonesia. Additionally, this research will also discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by these educational institutions in responding to the changing times and evolving educational demands.

CRITICAL STUDY OF EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY: IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION IN THE PANCASILA STUDENT PROFILE

This research aims to provide an overview of character education through Pancasila student profiles as an effort to prepare Indonesia's golden generation, as well as to determine field conditions related to the implementation of project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile in schools towards the formation of student character in schools. The Pancasila student profile provides opportunities for students to experience knowledge as a process of strengthening character as well as an opportunity to learn from the surrounding environment. The used method is a literature study. This literature review is a study in the form of books, articles, references related to the idealistic foundations of education in Indonesia which can be used as a reference in the implementation of similar research. This research is also carried out to obtain valid and accurate conclusions. It is hoped that this character strengthening can be implemented as early as possible for students so it can create a golden generation with the best quality and character. However, the implementation, especially in schools, is still not optimal and requires ongoing training and mentoring.

Pengembangan Pembelajaran IPS Dalam Pembentukan Karakter Di SMP 2 Pungging Kabupaten Mojokerto

The Social Sciences Learning Model in Character Formation is a learning approach that allows students both individually and in groups to actively seek, explore and discover concepts and principles holistically and authentically and allows students to uphold morality, truth, goodness, strength and attitudes. someone who is shown to others through actions. This research aims to find out how social studies learning is implemented in developing characteristics in students at SMP 2 Pungging, Mojokerto Regency. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the role of social studies in the formation of student character at SMP 2 Pungging School, Mojokerto district. Data analysis uses Miles & Huberman which consists of Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display (Data Presentation), Drawing Conclusions. Findings (1) Social studies learning at SMP 2 Pungging, Mojokerto Regency provides opportunities for students to understand and apply social values ​​such as honesty, tolerance, cooperation, responsibility and justice (2) Social studies learning also focuses on students' understanding of their rights and obligations as citizens (3) Social studies learning also involves teaching about cultural, religious and ethnic diversity.

The Existence and the Role of Islamic Education Institutions in the Era of Industry 4.0 Revolution: A Case Study of Central Alkhairaat Education Institution in Palu City, Indonesia

Islamic education institutions in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are facing several challenges, such as the harmony between the development of science and technology. One example occurred in the Alkhairaat educational institution, where the school paid attention to the formation of student character in each lesson, but this institution did not optimally use learning support facilities in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Therefore, the researcher intends to analyze the existence and role of Islamic educational institutions in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era (Study. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data was gathered through in-depth field observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data was analyzed by using a matrix style and the validity of the data was tested through the triangulation method. The results of the study show that the existence and role of the Alkhairaat educational institution in the 4.0 revolution era was assessed based on McKinsey's 7S theory, indicating that the measurement of the seven elements in McKinsey's 7S theory has been carried out well. However, the utilization of learning support infrastructure has not been optimally implemented, but the Alkhairaat institution has succeeded in producing students who have morals in accordance with the vision and mission of the Alkhairaat institution. The students practice Islamic education, Islamic teachings, and social activities that are by Islamic values such as monotheism values, sharia values and moral values. As such all members of Alkhairaat institution can fortify itself from the negative influences of industry 4.0 impact.

Community Spirit and Local Wisdom: Strengthening Character Education through the Ngarot Tradition in Social Studies Learning

Purpose of the study: This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the contribution of the Ngarot tradition in shaping student character through learning Social Sciences.
 Methodology:This research uses a qualitative approach with a naturalistic research design. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and participant observation. Respondents in this study were selected based on variations in roles and involvement in the Ngarot tradition using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis will be carried out using the Miles and Huberman model.
 Main Findings: The integration of Ngarot traditions in social studies learning has succeeded in improving students' character by strengthening the values of mutual cooperation and local wisdom. The impacts include increased solidarity, cooperation and environmental awareness, as well as increased appreciation of cultural heritage. School support and collaboration between teachers, students and the community played a key role in the success of this program, while the school's social environment also experienced positive improvements. The results show the effectiveness of this approach in shaping student character and enriching students' character education experiences and social knowledge. The Ngarot tradition in Indonesia has similarities with local traditions in America (Barnraising) and also Ghana (Adinkra) which have the meaning of building and strengthening a sense of togetherness, mutual cooperation and character.
 Novelty/Originality of this study: The uniqueness of this research lies in exploring the integration of Ngarot traditions in social studies education, enriching student character formation through deep local values.

Forging Qur'anic Character: A School Principal Leadership Model-Insights

School principals are essential in shaping the Qur'anic character of the educational institutions they lead. This research is categorized as multi-case field research with data described descriptively. The main instrument of this research is the researcher, who explores data using three methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out in two stages: individual case data analysis and cross-case data analysis. The researcher draws the following conclusions: First, the principal leadership model in two institutions: a) inclusive low profile model, b) social helpful model, and c) equilibrium structure model. Second, the school principal's strategic steps in forming Qur'anic character: a) integration of subjective spiritual and objective skills, b) implementation of organic spiritual collectivity strategies, and c) internalization of active, positive religiosity values. Third, students' Qur'anic character is formed through the leadership of the school principal: a) assimilation of spiritual values, b) exploration of dimensions of faith, c) contextualization of the Qur'an, d) planned disciplinary management, and e) religious inspiration in education This research provides the following theoretical implications: a) through the leadership model that is built, the principal, spiritual leader influences school culture in the formation of student character, b) the leadership model of the two school principals becomes a role model in the formation of students' Qur'anic character through the program. joint school activity program.

Analysis of the Role of Parenting and School in Forming Character and Enhancing Student Academic Achievement

Background. This research investigates the impact of parenting styles and school environmental factors in shaping students' character and learning outcomes. Its primary goal is to determine the contributions of parenting styles and school environmental elements to student development in character and academic success. Method. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach, using surveys with questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. Primary data were directly gathered from students through SDN Ujung Menteng and SDN Pulo Gebang observations, involving Grade IV-VI students as the sample. The total number of respondents was 92 students, selected through a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Results. The analysis revealed that parenting styles do not have a direct significant impact on student learning outcomes. However, parenting styles have a positive and significant effect on character formation, significantly influencing learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the school environment was found to have a positive and significant impact on the formation of students' character. This character formation is a primary mediator between parenting styles and student learning outcomes. Conclusion. This study confirms that parenting styles and the school environment are crucial in developing students' character, directly affecting their learning outcomes. These results suggest the importance of a holistic approach involving family and school environments in enhancing students' character formation and academic success. Factors that Influence Student Discipline at Saengarun Anusorn School Narathiwat Thailand

Discipline is an inseparable part of the goals of education itself, so that discipline becomes the main element driving education in the realm of student character formation, so that discipline becomes the main element driving education in the realm of student character formation. In this journal, the author will discuss several factors that influence student discipline in elementary schools, namely Saengarun Anusorn, located in Narathiwat Province, Southern Thailand. Apart from being a benchmark for cultural differences between Indonesia and Thailand, this journal will also share the author's experiences while teaching at the Saengarun Anusorn elementary school. Hopefully this journal will be an inspiration and source of motivation about how a teacher should be able to foster a sense of discipline in students at the elementary school level, both at home and abroad.

Pengembangan Kurikulum Ma’hadi dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Mahasiswa

Student Islamic boarding schools are unique and distinctive educational institutions, both in terms of subject (mahasantri) and objects (curriculum and activities). With modernization, the IDIA Prenduan ma'hadi Islamic boarding school provides an adaptive response to adopting a modern education system. This is done by trying to maximize management and curriculum management to produce students who not only have academic knowledge but also instill character values. This research aims to examine the characteristics of the Ma'hadi curriculum and its implications for student character formation. This type of research, field research, in principle relies more on descriptive aspects of data obtained from the field. The results of this research show that the Ma'hadi Islamic boarding school has an educational program that is prepared by itself, where this program contains an educational process that lasts throughout the day in one condition in the dormitory. While IDIA Prenduan uses modern learning methods (tajdid), Ma'hadi Islamic Boarding School has updated its education system with a modern education model where the entire education system starting from teaching techniques, lesson materials, facilities and infrastructure are designed based on the modern education system.

Implementation of the Independent Curriculum through Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profilesto FKIP PBSI Al Washliyah Muslim University Medan Students

This research aims to implement the Independent Curriculum through the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila (P5) Students Based on Character Education for FKIP PBSI Students at Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University, Medan. Bearing in mind that student character formation must be improved through the P5 independent curriculum program. The project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile, as a means of achieving the Pancasila student profile, provides students with the opportunity to "experience knowledge" as a process of strengthening character as well as an opportunity to learn from the surrounding environment. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with a one group pre-test post-test design type of research. The population and sample in this research were PBSI students of the Indonesian Literature Language Education Study Program, FKIP, Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University. The sample in this study consisted of 30 semester 3A students taken in one class. Before carrying out cycle 1, an initial test was carried out first. In the initial test, an average score of 66.7 was obtained or a result assessment percentage (PPH) of 66.7%. The next step is to carry out the action in two cycles. In cycle 1, the average result (PPH) was 72.3%, higher than at the start of the test. But it has not yet met the target for implementing class actions. To achieve better learning, reflection is carried out for further action. Then continued cycle II with an average value (PPH) of 80.2%. The target output in this research is national/international journals or proceedings. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that it will become information and input for lecturers and students, as well as the academic community and all parties so that they can use economical and efficient learning media effectively to achieve learning goals.

IMPLEMENTATION OF STORYTELLING METHOD IN LEARNING TO READ AND WRITE THE QUR'AN FOR THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS' CHARACTER AT TPQ AISYIYAH KEPATIHAN

The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the implementation of the storytelling method in learning to read and write the Qur'an for the character formation of students at TPQ Aisyiyah Kepatihan. This is qualitative research that focuses on a phenomenological approach. This research was carried out carefully, in a structured manner, and continuously. The data obtained in this research is descriptive, consisting of words and observable behavior. The aim of this research is to explain various subjects or subject situations clearly and concisely. To obtain accurate data for this research, researchers came to TPQ Aisyiyah Kepatihan, Menganti-Gresik, to obtain the data. Researchers use the following data sources: 1) Data sources are primary data, data directly from the research location, or the first source of research subjects. Like a TPQ ustadzah 2) Secondary data sources are data that researchers have personally collected to support primary sources. It can be said that the data is organized in the form of documents. The research results show that there are three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The ustadzah or teacher must prepare the following steps in the planning process: choosing the material to present, comprehending the material's main points, selecting material that meets the needs of the students, choosing props, and determining seating arrangements. Second, in its implementation, there are several stages: Opening for 5 minutes, reading Iqro' for 25 minutes, listening to the story for 45 minutes, reflection for 10 minutes, closing for 5 minutes. The last one is evaluation. There are two stages of reflection and observation. For reflection, it is carried out directly after the ustadzah has finished telling the story, and for observation of the results of the learning process, it is notified to the student's guardian once a month. The students are very enthusiastic to hear the story from the ustadzah.

Building National Character Through Social Studies Based on Society 4.0 Values Post-Pandemic COVID-19

This paper’s fundamental problem is building national character through social studies based on Society 4.0 in the post-COVID-19 pandemic. This is because the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic takes place online using a platform to support learning. The use of the platform is a problem that has not been touched on, namely, the formation of student character. This study uses a qualitative approach to produce an overview of social studies learning methods based on the national character to improve teacher professional competence. A total of 35 social studies teachers were taken as samples. The results obtained in this study, namely the solution in the form of developing learning methods that tend to be monotonous, which so far have been carried out, must be combined with methods that provide more space for students to develop their potential. In this connection, national character is interpreted as a way of thinking and behaving that shows the differences of everyone to live and work together for a better life for society and the nation. The 2013 curriculum on social studies subjects was developed as an integrative social studies subject, not as separate disciplines. Social studies subjects are, of course, applicative-oriented education, as the development of inquiry abilities, learning abilities, and character education such as curiosity, creativity, honesty, and the development of a caring and responsible attitude towards the surrounding environment and social relations.

Peran guru PJOK dalam pembentukan karakter siswa

The phenomenon of cases of irregularities that have occurred recently has been carried out by a student or teacher, especially at school. Character education in schools is a good solution. This study aims to examine how the role of PJOK teachers plays in the formation of student character. The subjects of this study consisted of 12 PJOK teachers, 8 school principals, and 100 students who were taken using the simple random sampling technique and had been calculated using the slovin formula from a total of 4537 students. Data collection in this study used the source triangulation method with a closed questionnaire containing positive and negative question items. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis in which the data processing was percentaged. The results of the data analysis show that the role of PJOK teachers is mostly in the medium category with a percentage of 57%, 27% in the low category, and 16% in the high category. These results were obtained from the role of PJOK teachers as inspiration, role models, motivators, dynamists, evaluators, leaders, facilitators, and supervisors. In conclusion, the role of PJOK teachers in building student character is still not maximal in shaping the character of their students by instilling character education values in them.
