METHODS OF PROPER ORGANIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL CULTURE AND ACMEOLOGICAL CRITERIA IN TEACHER'S ACTIVITY

In this work, written on the topic of "methods of correct organization of professional culture and acmeological criteria in teacher's work", the importance of formation of professional culture and correct organization of acmeological criteria in pedagogical activity is analyzed. Acmeology is the professional and personal development of a person is a science that studies the process of growth and self-development, and this process takes an important place in the work of teachers. In this study, teachers' professional culture and how to achieve their personal and professional growth through acmeological approaches The abstract emphasizes the importance of using effective strategies, methods and technologies for the proper organization of professional culture and acmeological criteria in the teacher's activity.Approaches to self-development of the teacher, improvement of professional competencies, as well as ways of using creative and innovative methods in pedagogical processes are studied. Through this, the teacher achieves high results in his work and contributes to the development of his students. The importance of this work is that the relationship between professional culture and acmeological criteria in improving the quality of education is analyzed on a scientific basis. The Concept of Forming the Foundations of the Future Teacher's Professional Culture in the Context of Higher Education in Ukraine

The article reveals the conceptual foundations of the formation of the professional culture of future teachers of preschool education (PEE) in the context of the challenges of modern education in Ukraine. The author reveals of future teachers of secondary schools", defines the key methodical approaches and principles of formation of professional culture of future educators, characterizes the internal (individual-psychological, subject) and external (social-psychological). , educational) factors of their formation according to criteria (spiritual-creative, motivational-value, reflective-perceptive, cognitive-instrumental). The acmeological approach is presented, the blocks of acmeological tasks (educational, professionally oriented, creative, tasks of interactive interaction) of higher educational institutions to form the basis of the professional culture of future educators are defined and characterized. The professional standard "Preschool teacher" was analyzed. As a result of the conducted research, it is possible to determine the main goals and stages of professional activity: pre-competence, formation, goal setting, competence, creativity. The necessity of forming the psychological readiness of a modern young person to master a profession is noted both in the process of obtaining higher education and at the stage of career guidance.

The potential of innovative technologies in the formation of professional culture in future managers in the process of professional training in institutions of higher education

The article updates the need to research the potential of innovative technologies in the formation of professional culture among future managers in the process of professional training in institutions of higher education. It is noted that the professional culture includes various models of behavior in the conditions of professional activity, as well as such aspects of the general culture of the individual as literacy, competence, spirituality, tolerance, etc. The structural components of the manager's professional culture are characterized: personal, cognitive, operational. Attention is focused on the fact that the formation of the professional culture of managers is a rather complex process, since in the course of performing his duties, the manager simultaneously acts as both a subject and an object of management. Innovative technologies that can be successfully used in the process of forming the professional culture of a future manager in a higher education institution include empowerment and resilience. pragmatic aspects of management, and socio-psychological, personal components of professional activity. It was concluded that the empowerment-approach in training a manager allows to activate his strong personal and professional sides, to increase managerial efficiency in social interactions, to form resistance to professional burnout; the use of resilience technology ensures the absence of deviations in the adaptation and trajectory of the future manager's professional development, the stability of his functioning in extreme situations, the prevention of psychological disorders, in particular, emotional burnout.

Theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of professional culture and professional image among educators by means of the acmeological approach in war conditions

The relevance of the research is determined by the need for purposeful activity in the direction of the formation of professional culture and professional image of education seekers during their studies. It was analyzed the essence of professional culture and professional image, based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature. There was revealed their role in the formation of a professional specialist. There are also analyzed innovations in the process of formation of professional image and professional culture. They are caused by wartime. We attribute the main role in the formation of professional culture and professional image to the acmeological approach. Considering this, it is highlighted the potential of the acmeological approach. There are analyzed its advantages in the organization of the educational process. There are proposed innovative changes that should be introduced to improve the educational process based on the acmeological approach.

Self-construction as a model for the formation and development of the professional culture of a lawyer

The article is devoted to the theoretical and pedagogical aspects of the problem of forming the professional culture of the future lawyer. It actualizes the ideas of the developers of several important humanitarian and scientific theoretical constructions: the legal doctrine of the professional culture of a lawyer, the doctrine of legal consciousness, the philosophy and theory of constructivism, the psychological theory of self-awareness, the sociological concept of mass society, and some others.
 It is emphasized that the professional culture of a lawyer should be one of the central objects of attention for the community of scientists and legal educators. An insufficient level of study and practical pedagogical use of autogenic aspects of the formation of the specified phenomenon is noted.
 The conviction is expressed that the valuable content of the ideal model of a lawyer's professional culture testifies to the elitist nature of the legal profession, enables and even dictates the actualization of autogenous components of the process of formation and development of a lawyer's professional culture.
 It is claimed that the professional culture of a lawyer as a component of the general culture of modern society is subject to the deforming influence of the process of massification, the essence of which is the primitivization of the value-meaning structure of society. Conscious and purposeful personal self-construction is considered as a controversial practice regarding that vector of individual socialization that is connected with the process of massification.
 Self-construction is interpreted as a creative, integral process based on the developed self-awareness of the individual. This process involves in-depth self-knowledge, worldview self-determination, purposeful self-change, harmonization of these and other sub-processes.
 It is postulated that the core of personal self-construction is self-knowledge, which is proposed to be understood as an action (construction), an active construction by a person of a model (picture) of the world, in which an important and integral place is occupied by the sufficiently reflected self-concept of the individual. That is, cognition is considered as a process of constructing reality, the "picture" of which determines the parameters of an individual's social activity.
 The process of personal self-construction is considered in terms of stages, which, according to the author of the article, contributes to a deeper understanding of its structural characteristics.
 The main pedagogical problem of the practical implementation of the model of formation of the professional culture of a lawyer based on the principles of self-construction is indicated - the awakening of the future lawyer's need for self-knowledge and self-change, the formation of relevant cognitive and behavioral guidelines.

Professional Culture and Professional Dynasty: Ways of Interaction

The article deals with some aspects of formation of professional culture in various professional environments and its reproduction in the process due to professional family continuity. The relevance of the research topic is attributed to the transformation of the requirements of society to the level of competence of professionals, the quality of the results of their work in the process of communicative interaction “producer — consumer”. The novelty of the research approaches is conditioned by the lack of theoretical understanding of professional culture in the coordinate system of culture as a social construct, as well as the role of ethical norms and rules related to labor activity, developed by professionals from below (engineers, teachers, doctors, civil servants, diplomats, etc.), based on objective and subjective actions of the regulator from above.

EXPERIENCE OF PROFESSIONAL US PHARMACIST TRAINING IN ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES IN THE INDUSTRY

The study has analyzed a set of sources of foreign experience in pharmacy specialist training. It has been determined that employees of the pharmaceutical industry must have management and organizational skills to manage personnel and production, the sale of medicinal products in a broad sense of this concept and depending on the specifics of the industry. American scientists pay special attention to the formation of compassion and the ability to maximize patient safety in pharmacists (E. Scott); focus attention on the need for moral education in pharmaceutical educational institutions (D. Latif); develop cultural qualities of pharmaceutical workers as the ability to service-oriented partnership while considering the development of communicative qualities, tact, benevolence towards the customers of the pharmacy as crucial (D. Rodiz). Practicing teachers in the USA supported the position regarding the formation of professional culture and its deontological component in the process of teaching the disciplines «Pharmaceutical law and ethics», «Personal care and elementary medicine», «Pharmaceutical management», etc. It has been found that the existing educational programs of pharmaceutical faculties in the USA are deeply oriented towards mastering organizational and administrative skills by future specialists; it enables rapid retraining and response to dynamic changes in market conditions. Emphasis is placed on the need for additional graduate education preceded by formal degree programs for American pharmaceutical managers.
 It has been established that in the curriculum of pharmacy specialists in the USA, there are the following disciplines: pharmaceutical management, ethics of pharmaceutical activity, interpersonal communications of healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical legislation, and economics. While mastering the specialty of professional practical management (Professional Practice Management), pharmacy specialists study financial management, pharmacoeconomics, cost containment strategies, labor resource management, and the choice of specialization in one of the directions of pharmaceutical management (public pharmacy, entrepreneurship, drug production research, pharmaceutical supply management). It gives reason to conclude attention to the formation of the pharmacists' organizational and management culture. From the perspective of research activity on the issue, the specification of the theoretical foundations and detailing methodological aspects of the American experience implementation of training specialists are outlined.

Training High School Teachers for the Formation of Research-Oriented Student’s Personality

The objective of our paper was to highlight the roles and responsibilities of research supervisors; to reveal the structure of training teachers for the formation of research-oriented student’s personality; to identify psychological and pedagogical features of didactic technology in developing the research potential of a personality; to characterize the system of experimental models underlying this technology.
 Improving the preparation of students for research activities is extremely relevant at the present stage of socio-economic development. To ensure the effectiveness of developing research-oriented personality of a future professional is possible due to the optimization of teacher training system. It includes important scientific and practical tasks such as ensuring the scientific and creative worldview of an individual and their ability to introduce the latest achievements in science, as well as to develop and implement innovative technologies, to contribute to the accumulation of the spiritual, cultural, scientific, technical, and economical potential of the state. An analysis of the recent studies that have begun to solve this issue allows for outlining the following directions of its study:
 
 developing the methods of creating scientific creativity of students;
 covering the means of training high school teachers for implementing person-centered approach;
 disclosing the functional and methodological aspects of professional culture formation in high school teachers.

The Technology of Forming the Professional Culture of Future Teachers: from Reflection to Creativity

The authors devoted their article to the theoretical study of the formation of children's personal and collective culture in the training of future teachers. In particular, we studied the combination of neuropsychological and cultural-educational aspects in the formation of personal and collective culture as an acquired psychological structure based on the nature-defined deep functions. The aim of the article was a theoretical analysis of related neuroscientific and educational approaches, formulation of components of professional culture of future educators on the basis of this analysis and development of the author's comprehensive program "The wheel of professionalism of a future teacher". To achieve this goal, the authors used theoretical methods of systematic analysis of the literature, comparison, extrapolation of pedagogical provisions to the neuroscientific plane; structuring and systematization of methodological provisions (components of professional culture of future educators). Among the empirical methods - explication and creative development of didactic material (integrated program) and elements of sociological research (survey) to find out the students' satisfaction with the implemented program. The relevance of the article lies in the significant discrepancy between the content of higher pedagogical education of future educators (particularly in Ukraine) and the reality of pedagogical activity, which does not take into account the general cognitive imitation and imitative mechanisms of learning culture. As a result, the neurocognitive and pedagogical reasoning for the development of the program was carried out. We also identified the main criteria for the formation of professional culture (spiritual-creative, cognitive, motivational-value, reflexive-perceptive, instrumental) and modeled a comprehensive program of formation of the basics of professional culture of future educators of educational institutions, which consists of training work on each of the components. The main result is the materialization of the program itself and the determination of a high degree of satisfaction with the students among whom it was implemented. Significance of the article. The formulated patterns of formation of professional culture and development of the culture of students on the principle of imitation are universal, and each of the above components is illustrated by specific practical and activity material, which may serve as recommendations for improving both the formation of future educators, and educational work in a preschool institution.

Formation of the police officers professional culture in modern Ukraine: forms and context

The article suggests that one of the components, what characterizes the development of a civilized society is culture, including the legal one, which forms the basis of professional culture. The issue of formation of professional legal culture is especially acute during the military situation, where the activity of police officers can be considered a bright example of its manifestation. It is in this sphere that the most closely described connection between enforcement officers with the civilian population, under the time of rights and freedoms protection. The purpose of the article is to characterize the basic forms and elements of the content of the educational process, used in the system of professional training of police, and also highlighting aspects of the military situation in the country on the level of professional culture of employees. A number of scientific methods and approaches are used by authors to realize the set goal, namely: germeneutical approach to interpretation of scientific positions of different authors on the issue of legal culture and training; method of systematization, application of which will allow to separate forms of legal training, which have a positive influence on the formation of professional culture of the police officer; comparison – for revealing educational means, forms, which have a greater degree of efficiency; methods of logic, which will allow to establish cause-effect connection of conditions and factors of the military situation in the country with forms of legal training. The professional and legal culture of the police officer is characterized by the presence of the form, the manifestation of which is observed in the process of performance of service and combat tasks, and contests, what consists of a system of legal knowledge, ideas, values, understanding of the importance of the law, the role of the legal foundations of social life, as well as skills and readiness of legal behavior actions. In the process of research the authors have established that the forms of legal education of policeman include education, practice, self-education, agitation and propaganda. At the same time, the main elements of internal filling of such forms (contest) in the period of military condition include knowledge, ideas, concepts, and for additional – motivation and readiness to the acts of realization, because they are claimed during the war, they characterize the internal stability of the person and devotion to their profession. As a conclusion, attention is drawn to the fact that during the military situation practice and self-ovulation are the main forms of legal training of police officers. Development of Finance Students’ Professional Culture in Ukrainian Colleges

Aim. The purpose of the research is to develop and substantiate a theoretical model for the formation of a professional culture of finance students. Methods. The authors used a set of interrelated methods: comparative analysis, comparison and synthesis, appropriate for modelling professional culture as a pedagogical phenomenon, and functional-structural analysis for systematisation of the stages of building the professional culture. A theoretical model of professional culture has been designed and validated. This model consolidates research from studies of motivation, cognitive sciences, organisational behaviour, and values in educational and financial institutions and lays the foundations of finance students’ professional culture formation methodology. Results. The obtained results showed positive dynamics in the formation components (motivational, creative, organisational and axiological) of the theoretical model of professional culture development. Our findings confirmed that the cultural and educational environment encourages students’ engagement in learning, boosts the development of their motivational and semantic sphere, ensuring the implementation of individual learning trajectories. Conclusion. The complex of methods implemented evidences the educational, cultural, and innovative potential of the college for training and students’ personal and professional development. The structure of the professional culture development model for finance students has driven a reconsideration of the content of their professional training, generation and dissemination of novel methods and technologies. Practical implementation. The research has resulted in changes to the vocational training programmes for college finance students, the introduction of teaching methods for professional disciplines that proved their efficiency, and development of cooperation with banking institutions, financial and insurance companies.

MECHANISMS OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ETHICS IN STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF PEDAGOGICAL AND QUALIFICATION PRACTICE

This article analyzes the problem of professional responsibility of students, the specific aspects of achieving the formation of professional culture and pedagogical responsibility in the training of future teachers in the process of qualification and pedagogical practice. It also reveals the importance of the process by which future teachers realize the importance of social responsibilities and develop a sense of direct responsibility for their implementation.

The role of digital technologies in education

The article analyzes the role of digital technologies in the educational process. It is determined that digital technologies allow to focus the educational process not only on meeting the requirements of professional and educational standards, but on the formation of professional culture of the future specialist, the desire for continuous self-improvement through information services and technologies.

Формування професійної культури у майбутніх соціальних педагогів у процесі фахової підготовки

Within the framework of this scientific work the meaningful characteristics of the professional culture of social pedagogues in the process of professional training are revealed. It is determined that the «professional culture of a social educator» is a set of general culture of an individual in combination with his integrated fundamental knowledge and generalized skills, personal and professionally significant qualities. Based on the analysis of educational and qualification characteristics, content and directions of social work, the conditions of formation of professional culture of a social pedagogue, the main functional components of professional culture, the content of components of professional culture of a social pedagogue are outlined. The importance of the problem of forming a professional social culture in the conditions of socio-economic and spiritual-cultural crisis of the Ukrainian society, which arose in the transition period and is accompanied by a reassessment of values, is emphasized. It is emphasized that in the conditions of reforming the system of higher education and in the period of its integration into the European educational space, the requirements for professional training of future specialists in various fields, in particular specialists in social work, are constantly increasing.

The article reveals the essential and content properties and correlation of the concepts of «professionalism», «professional culture», «professional competence» and «professional training» in labor activity. It has been established that professionalism is a key element of labor potential, and a feature of a high level of professionalism of specialists is the acquisition of special knowledge, the acquisition of skills and abilities to effectively perform production tasks in the future according to the level of qualification. It has been established that the level of professionalism affects the formation of professional culture among specialists in the context of professional activities. It was found that the professional culture of a specialist determines the quality and level of professional training and is formed under the influence of such traits as diligence, efficiency, energy, initiative, perseverance, readiness for quick and effective problem solving. It has been determined that one of the main components of the subsystem of professional activity professionalism and an important component of professional culture is professional competence, by which it is advisable to understand a set of qualities, a number of effective means necessary for organizing labor activity at the proper level, as well as a critical attitude to the results obtained based on the results of a collective activities of specialists. It has been established that an important place in the structure of labor activity is occupied by the professional training of a specialist, which is a holistic process of obtaining professional knowledge, as well as skills, acquiring skills that will be used to carry out labor activities. In the perspective of further research, it is recommended to study the tools for assessing professionalism in labor activity.

Development of professional culture in the activities of future teachers and psychologists

The formation of professional culture of an individual is one of the most important conditions for changing the system of training qualified educational psychologists. This article aims at studying the main prerequisites for effective building of professional culture of young specialists in the field of educational psychology.The research collected data from previous researches and analyzed them using content analysis. The analysis show that future specialists’ positive motivation to work is one of the key aspects that contribute to successful development of his/her competence and professional culture. The higher educational institution is an important factor for the formation of a new value system and should use its educational potential to form the proper attitude of future educational psychologists to the future professional activity.

CRITERIA-INDICATIVE BASE FOR PROFESSIONAL CULTURE FORMATION IN FUTURE SPEECH THERAPISTS

The purpose of the article is to develop the innovative learning technologies, identify criteria and indicators of the formation of professional culture in future speech therapists. Since professional culture is a complex concept that includes integrated personality qualities, such as a high level of moral culture, culture of speech and behavior, deontological culture, professional theoretical and methodological framework and further motivational focus on self-development. We have also identified levels its formation: analytical-adaptive level, productive-activity level and practical-novelty level. The latest learning technologies are more modern and modernized, their introduction into the educational process makes it high quality and provides a focus on creativity of ideas and independence of students in achieving pedagogical goals. The teacher-speech therapist must have the skills to develop and effectively implement innovative approaches, including the ability to reflect, the ability to compare different points of view, express their own position, scientifically substantiate and defend it professionally, independently design the educational process within certain positions, ensuring the effectiveness of the correctional process. The analysis of the scientific publications allowed us to develop and present innovative technologies for the formation of professional culture of future speech therapists. Training of applicants for higher education, specialty 016 "Special Education" of V. O. Sukhomlynskyi Mykolaiv National University to professional activity is carried out through the systematic use of comprehensive tools to enhance the cognitive activity and efficiency of students, improving their theoretical knowledge and skills, active interaction between all participants in the educational process. In order to find out the state of formation of the professional culture of future speech therapists, a survey of higher education students was conducted. 135 students of specialty 016 "Special Education" of I (bachelor's) and II (master's) levels of higher education took part in the diagnostics. Using the innovative S.T.A.R. approach (S - situation, T - task, A - active actions, R - result) allows to structure the revealed knowledge, abilities and skills of respondents, having distributed them according to components (professional culture, personal culture, moral culture).

Aspects of language culture formation as a component of professional culture of future specialists

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of formation of language competence as an integral part of the language culture of future physical education teachers and trainers on the way to the formation of their professional culture during the educational process in the higher educational establishment. The author states the globalization of the approach to the use of educational opportunities, namely the improvement of professional culture, reveals the meaning of the concepts “language competence,” “language culture,” “professional culture” and “professional culture of a physical education teacher.” The article analyzes the latest research on the content of these concepts. The close connection of these concepts, their influence on each other and interaction with the concept of “the role of a physical education teacher” are analyzed. The conditionality of these components by the culturological model of the content of education is considered. Given the data of recent studies, it is concluded that the problem can be solved within a comprehensive approach to the formation of rhetorical competence. A questionnaire was conducted to identify the estimated level of language culture formation by students of higher education. It was found that issues related to the ability to speak publicly and understand the causes of communication barriers, the ability to persuade, admitting their mistakes and accepting a different point of view were assessed by students with low scores during the questionnaire. This is evidence of students' feeling of a low level of language culture, which will have a negative impact on the formation of professional culture of future sports professionals. It is concluded that awareness of this problem should lead to a rethinking of methods of forming language competence during the educational process in higher education institutions.

Professional culture of future border guard officers: stages of formation

The article outlines the importance of forming a professional culture of future Border Guard officers, which regulates their behavior and professional duties and determines officers’ interaction with the world around them. The study reveals the ways of forming professional culture of the cadets of higher military educatonal institution in ceveral stages: familiarization (I year), formation (II year), realisation (III year), individualization (IV year). The authors sustantiate the expediency of studying the history of socio-political thought and modern military literature by cadets at the second stage of professional culture formation. At the third stage the major importance is given to the formation of skills to work with information and countering enemy propaganda. At the fourth stage it is proposed to form knowledge and skills to counter hostile information influences, using project and research methods, conduct professional communication, study the problems of leadership and management of the border guard unit, develop future Border Guard officers creative thinking.
