Abstract

In this work, written on the topic of "methods of correct organization of professional culture and acmeological criteria in teacher's work", the importance of formation of professional culture and correct organization of acmeological criteria in pedagogical activity is analyzed. Acmeology is the professional and personal development of a person is a science that studies the process of growth and self-development, and this process takes an important place in the work of teachers.
