TUTORIAL SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN SHIP NAVIGATION

The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that in modern society, one of the main ways to ensure sustainable development of society in the context of signs of environmental crisis is the formation of environmental competence, the inclusion of environmental safety factors in the context of professional training and formation of future specialists. The aim of the study is to identify and substantiate the most important aspects of tutor support for the formation of environmental competence of future specialists in ship navigation. Methods: theoretical methods of systematic analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature to reveal the main provisions of the problem under study; analysis of current dissertation research; generalization and systematization to formulate own views on the problem of forming the environmental competence of future specialists in ship navigation. Results: various aspects of the concept of tutor support for the formation of environmental competence of future specialists in navigation are analyzed. The peculiarity of the study is the identification of innovative productive conditions and means of environmental education in higher education. Based on the idea of the need to organize purposeful environmental and vocational education, based on the use of active, practice-oriented teaching tools and technologies, the tutoring support is characterized, which allows the student to act as an initiative subject performing personally meaningful activities aimed at meaningful solution of ecological problems and improvement of the environment. The principles of the tutor form of interaction between teacher and student, the essence of the tutor's position and tutor support in the process of forming the environmental competence of future specialists in ship navigation are determined. Support, accompaniment, and facilitation are considered as effective forms of tutoring. Explaining the importance of openness of the educational and socio-cultural space within which the formation of environmental competence is carried out, the forms and technologies, as well as key aspects of tutoring support for the formation of environmental competence of future maritime transport specialists are listed. Conclusions: the prospects of using tutoring are due to the possibility of implementing a personal education strategy and the variability of using various resources of the socio-cultural environment based on the student's own potential and the content aspects of the main activity. The current ecological situation determines the need for a reasonable and responsible attitude to the environment. At the same time, the success of environmental protection and nature-transforming activities depends on the level of maturity of ecological thinking of specialists providing all spheres of life. The formation of high levels of environmental competence is the basis for the development of citizenship and patriotism, and therefore requires the search for effective approaches, forms and methods. Tutoring support in the framework of the formation of environmental competence of future maritime professionals allows to create optimal conditions for the actualization and development of a responsible and proactive attitude to the problems of preserving and improving the environment through a special emphasis on the manifestation of activity and initiative during professional activities to solve environmental problems and environmental protection, drawing up and implementing a personal trajectory of professional development of the student, development of the socio-cultural, communicative, leadership, and moral potential of the future specialist, which will allow the student to form his or her own environmental behavior model and effectively carry out professional activities based on the experience of solving environmental problems.

Formation of future specialists in the specialty of human health and physical recreation of the ability to use the indicator of a person's blood group

One of the urgent issues of training specialists in the specialty "Human health and physical recreation" is the formation of skills to carry out valeodiagnosis and valeocorrection according to the blood group indicator. The author's rehabilitation program requires individualization using personality parameters. One of the parameters of individualization is the indicator of a person's blood group. The purpose of the presented research was to create a methodical set of laboratory works for the disciplines "Sports biology with the basics of sports genetics", "Diagnostics and health monitoring", "Fundamentals of sports pharmacology and phytology". A chemical model of blood group determination and hemagglutination reaction has been created, which allows you to visualize the mechanism of blood group determination using monoclonal antibodies without the use of human blood. The presented model also demonstrates multiple allelism, the law of purity of gametes, the process of inheritance of blood groups. The paper also presents the results of an experiment on determining blood groups using plant lectins and an algorithm for determining blood groups using lectin-containing extracts of the four-winged licorice, mouse pea, Japanese sophora, and meadowsweet. Laboratory works "Blood groups and personal portrait of a person" and "Individualization of lifestyle according to the map of blood groups" were developed based on literary data. The work also presents the results of a pedagogical experiment. Data processing statistics show that the laboratory method increases the level of students' knowledge by 24.7%.

Formation of future specialists in the field of aquaculture and fisheries by means of vocational education

The paper is devoted to the problem of training future specialists in the field of aquaculture and fisheries in the conditions of higher vocational education. The authors note the relevance of training competitive personnel to ensure food and environmental safety in the Russian Federation, in particular, marine activities. The article reveals the issues of both the development of the domestic sphere of aquaculture and fishing, and the vocational training of personnel in this sphere. In the article, the authors consider theoretical-methodological approaches to studying educational conditions for the formation of professional competencies of future specialists in the field of aquaculture and fisheries, and also present approaches to solving the tasks defined in the Strategy for the Development of Marine Activities of the Russian Federation until 2030. The article analyzes the target directions of the development of the regional sphere of aquaculture and fisheries, the requirements for the results of the development of the basic educational programs of bachelor’s and master’s degree for training specialists in the field of “Aquatic bioresources and aquaculture”. The authors have developed a model of staged formation of professional skills and personal qualities of a future specialist in the field of aquaculture and fisheries. The article is addressed to the teaching staff of the higher education system, researchers, postgraduates and students of higher educational institutions, as well as those who are interested in the problems of education in the field of training specialists in the field of aquaculture and fisheries.

Structural Components of Professional Competence of Future Economists Studying at Professional Economic Colleges

The article deals with the problem of forming the professional competence of future specialists in economic specialties who receive education in professional economic colleges. The relevance of the current study lies in the fact that the dynamics of the traditional methodological approach in the educational process, given the global world trends, determines the priority of focusing on the competence approach and requires a detailed development of the content of the concept of competence of future specialists in economic specialties. The aim of the article is to determine the structure of future economists’ professional competence and the peculiarities of its formation in the educational space of professional economic colleges. The study used general research methods, such as generalization, comparison, systematization and abstraction, analysis, synthesis, and specification. Results. The structure of professional competence of future specialists in economic specialties, which combines professional and personal components, is substantiated. The vectors of improving the educational process aimed at forming information and digital, communication and intercultural competence in future specialists in economic specialties as an important component of their overall professionalism are allocated. The article establishes that the need to actualize the phenomenon of professional competence is due to the specific requirements for the professional qualities of an economist, characterized by the specific content and specific focus of professional activity. Conclusions. In the course of the study, it has been found that one of the promising areas of the educational process is the formation of future specialist’s personal qualities, including his/her digital literacy, logical thinking and international communication skills. It has been found that further research need determining and substantiating the psychological and pedagogical conditions for implementing the model of forming the economic specialties students’ professional competence in vocational education of higher education institutions. In addition, the basic principles of implementation and development of the educational process interdisciplinary integration are characterized. The development of an algorithm for the formation of foreign language professional communicative competence in future specialists of the field is seen as a promising direction of future research on the outlined topic.

Experience of Conceptual Teaching of social and humanitarian disciplines

Be the first good person, the second good specialist!, for the practical implementation of the first and main part of these principles, the issue of teaching social and humanitarian disciplines in the academic educational process is important. There are many secondary and higher educational institutions in the world aimed at the strict implementation of the second part of this principle. Currently, it is obvious that they can ensure the modernization of technical education adapted to the consequences of the Fourth industrial revolution, the preparation of a new paradigm of technical education, the formation of future specialists with special professional competencies in demand in the digital system, and meeting the needs of a digital society. However, it is unlikely that they will be able to provide such qualities as virtue, reason and humanity, which underlie the emotional, visual, intuitive, critical, logical thinking of a modern specialist. Philosophy is very rich in various concepts and is the core of social, socio-humanitarian disciplines and even the source of science. The article presents a number of classical approaches to conceptual learning with its relevance and the results of the methodology used on their own experience. The ability of students to use the acquired knowledge in a particular discipline in practice can be understood as a fruitful educational path of social and humanitarian disciplines in the Academic educational process, especially such life sciences as «Philosophy». As the student better understands the model of knowledge, understanding and application of concepts, his ability to easily solve life and professional tasks is determined. In the course of studying the topic, the authors come to the conclusion that the role of social and humanitarian knowledge should be constantly strengthened.

THE DIALECTICS OF TERMINOLOGICAL INTERACTION IN THE RESEARCH FIELD ISSUE OF TRAINING FUTURE MASTERS IN PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY

The article analyzes the terminological interaction in the research field issue of training future masters in pharmaceutical chemistry by contextual clarification of categories and meanings of basic and derived concepts. The expediency of using an analytical approach is substantiated. It has made it possible to carry out relevant logical operations: 1) search for essential features of the subject; 2) establishing the coincidence or discrepancies of the formulations, which have significant or insignificant features; 3) finding out the features of the research subject and separating them from the rest of the features; 4) unification of individual features in the definition of a concept. The basic and derived research concepts are grouped into blocks. The first one includes concepts that reveal modern approaches to determining the essence of professional future masters of pharmacy education («professional education», «higher education», «higher pharmaceutical education», «higher education standard», «educational program», «Master of Pharmacy»). The second block includes concepts characterizing the didactic units of teaching pharmaceutical chemistry («teaching methodology», «pharmaceutical chemistry», «learning content», «teaching methods», «teaching tools», «methodical system of teaching pharmaceutical chemistry», «competence-oriented methods of teaching pharmaceutical chemistry for future masters of pharmacy»). Structural elements (components) of each outlined concept have been singled out. It has created a methodological basis for a comprehensive study of the essential content of the key research concept, which is «teaching of pharmaceutical chemistry for future masters of pharmacy». It has also allowed authors to formulate their position on its interpretation as a purposeful process of interaction between the teacher and students on mastering science, the subject field of which consists of questions about the sources and methods of obtaining natural and synthetic medicinal compounds, their structure, physical and chemical properties, their transformation, the relationship between the chemical structure of a substance and its effects on the human body. The result is the formation of future specialists with higher ability to successfully conduct educational and professional activities.

Integration of approaches to employer - college interaction using information environment tools in the context of vocational training

Problem statement . The research is devoted to the interaction in the training of highly qualified personnel using the means of the information environment. The integration of employers and the college considered as an innovative guideline for the development and formation of future specialists in the real sector of the economy. The authors deal with the issue of information media tools that take into account current trends and innovations in the preparation and formation of college students. Methodology . The analysis of foreign and domestic works on this problem is made. With the help of open resources, the integration of interaction between employers and the college using the means of the information environment is considered. Results . The approaches of employer - college interaction are analyzed using the means of the information environment on the example of the Moscow region in order to increase the professional training of college graduates. Conclusion . Modern requirements in the training of specialists require the college to integrate more widely with employers, who should become interested participants in the educational process. The college has a task - to prepare professional personnel in demand in the labor market. For the successful implementation of this task, it is necessary jointly implement modern approaches in the training of future specialists.

Measures of national and patriotic promotion in the training of future specialists in physical culture and sports

The goal of the work. Implementation of the principles of national-patriotic education through the use of measures for the preparation of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports through the implementation of the ideas of national-patriotic education, the involvement of student youth in participation in socially significant projects of a patriotic direction, active study by future teachers of the national-cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people. Methodology. Conducting events of a national and patriotic direction is currently relevant in the system of training future specialists and is determined by a number of circumstances – the social situation that has developed in our country, transformations in social, political, economic life, reassessment of values in the minds of people. The development of patriotism among the population is aimed at ensuring the integrity and unity of Ukraine, which is the core of the Ukrainian national idea.
 The task of the study is to form the readiness of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports to protect Ukraine, the desire to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a special type of public service through national and patriotic events. Measures for national and military-patriotic education should be carried out comprehensively, with the joint efforts of state authorities and local governments, as well as educational institutions, families, public associations, volunteer and charity organizations, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and other power structures. The principles of the research are the formation of future physical culture and sports specialists through the principles of national orientation, self-activity and self-regulation, historical and social memory, intergenerational continuity, etc.
 The object of the study is the formation of future specialists in physical culture and sports before the implementation of the concept of national-patriotic education through the implementation of appropriate events. The subject of the study is the creation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future specialists in physical culture and sports in the process of national-patriotic and military-sports events. Scientific novelty. The essence of measures of national-patriotic orientation as a systematic and purposeful activity, which involves the formation of future physical culture and sports specialists in patriotic consciousness, love for the Motherland, readiness to protect it thanks to the introduction of effective forms and methods into the educational practice of institutions of general secondary and higher education, which are used in national-patriotic and military-sports events.
 The main institutions and institutions of various forms of ownership are singled out and the main measures implemented by them in national-patriotic directions are singled out. The educational possibilities of measures of a national and patriotic direction are substantiated with the aim of their implementation in the educational process of general secondary education institutions and institutions of higher education. Conclusions. It was determined that patriotic education in the preparation of future specialists in physical culture and sports in the process of measures of national and patriotic orientation is a systematic and purposeful activity of state authorities, public organizations, family, school, and other social institutions regarding the formation of a high patriotic consciousness in the young generation, a sense of loyalty, love for the Motherland, concern for the well-being of one's people, readiness to fulfill the civic and constitutional duty to protect the national interests, integrity, and independence of Ukraine, and to promote its establishment as a legal, democratic, and social state.

FORMING PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS OF ENGINEERING AND PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALITIES OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL PROFILE IN TERMS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION’S INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

The article singles out the urgent problem of updating the content of the professional training of the vocational education pedagogues, which, from the modern point of view, should cover the issues of organizing the educational process in the digital environment, the features of the “digital generation” and the methods of their education and upbringing. The readiness to introduce ideas about the digital transformation of the agricultural sector in the content of such specialists' digital competence has been expediency taken into account. The essence and content of the professional digital competence of future vocational education pedagogues for the agro-industrial area and its essential components have been revealed. It has been found such competence can be interpreted as a certain level of specialist's readiness to communicate, associate and collaborate safely, develop digital educational resources and solve professional problems with ICT and tools. The complex systemic nature of the professional digital competence of the future vocational education pedagogues in the agro-industrial profile has been emphasised. In its structure, general, didactic, and professionally oriented components have been distinguished, as well as production-technological and special profile aspects, which reflect the specifics of professional training of specialists for the agro-industrial sector, have been shown. The structure of students' digital competence in engineering and pedagogical specialities for the agro-industrial profile presented as structural and criteria-based components including motivational, informational, instrumental and reflective ones has been substantiated and described. It is the digital educational environment of the higher education institution that is defined as the leading resource supplying this process. Such an environment provides communication, feedback with students, management of their educational activities and vocational training, the construction of a professional educational space, the implementation of network interdisciplinary research and pedagogical support for the students' professional self-determination due to the understanding of the possibilities of professional growth in the information space. The main approaches to using the educational, developmental and educative potential of the digital environment of the higher education institution and open educational space have been revealed. It has been concluded regarding the expediency of application technologies of STEM education, blockchain, telepresence, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, provisions of innovative engineering education CDIO in the formation of future specialists' professional digital competence.

Improvement of the professional training of a pedagogue-psychologist as a specialist of helping professions

The purpose of this scientific work is a deep study of the factors affecting the quality of professional training of educational psychologists as specialists in the helping profession in the context of social and economic situations in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the current time. The main research question: what are the ways to improve the professional training of a teacher-psychologist as a specialist in helping professions? The leading approach to this study is a combination of qualitative and information-analytical methods to study the issues of improving the professional training of educational psychologists, in the context of the current situation in the educational sphere in the Republic of Kazakhstan. An effective system for assessing the possibilities for improving the training of specialists of the specified profile for their subsequent activities in the vocational education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan was developed. The professional competencies necessary for successful activities in this area were designated. It was concluded that the formation of future specialists in the field of pedagogy and psychology of interest in communication in the context of the chosen profession, contributes to their professional and intellectual growth, and improvement of organisational and communication skills.

Environment approach in preparing future specialists of preschool education for the development of creative potential of children

The article is devoted to the topical issue of introducing an environmental approach to the training of future specialists in preschool education in order to form their readiness to develop children's creative potential. The authors argue that the educational opportunities for introducing an environmental approach to the training of future teachers in pedagogical colleges are important, since it increases the effectiveness of professional training in general and the formation of readiness for the development of the creative potential of preschool children, in particular. It has been found that for a pedagogical college the definition of the educational environment is associated with a set of specially organised psychological and pedagogical conditions, as a result of which the individual's personality and worldview are formed in interaction with the individual. The peculiarities of the educational environment of a pedagogical college are characterised and it is defined as a complex systemic phenomenon, numerous elements of which, in particular, a set of material, social, psychological and pedagogical conditions and factors that affect the level of satisfaction of teachers and students with the educational process and indicate various characteristics of professional orientation, purposefulness and effectiveness of the functioning of this institution to maximise the satisfaction of society's demand for highly qualified educators, are able to. It is proved that the formation of future specialists' readiness for the development of children's creative potential should be saturated with conditions that maximally fill the educational process with training courses and permanent pedagogical practices to help future educators successfully design and adjust individual educational routes, increasing their motivation and readiness for practical pedagogical activities in the system of preschool education, including the creative development of preschool children. It has been established that the educational environment of pedagogical colleges in the context of forming students' readiness for the development of preschool children's creative potential should necessarily be of a creative type of modality and be characterised by a certain set of specific properties: observability, saturation, plasticity, autonomy of existence, synchronisation, integrity, motivationality, immersiveness, interactivity.

Improving the Quality of Teacher Training for the Organization of Dialogic Education of Primary School Students: Methodical Aspect

The article presents organizational and methodological aspects of professional training of future primary school teachers for dialogic learning of students. Dialogic learning is a kind of interactive organization of the educational process, based on mutual understanding and interaction, considered by the author as an effective factor of improving professional future primary school teachers’ skills. The organizational aspects of the effective practical solution of the researched problem are outlined, such as dialogization of the content of education; introduction of various forms of productive dialogues and a system of methods of problem-based learning; dialogization of communication as a means of creation a certain psycho-emotional educational microenvironment; formation of future specialists’ skills of critical reflection as an internal dialogue for self-improvement and self-development. The pedagogical potential of the disciplines of psycho-pedagogical and professional-methodical orientation on the dialogue of the educational process is determined. It has been proved that effective forms and methods of dialogic learning in teacher training are: training, group activities, problem lectures, interactive classes, discussions, didactic games, business- and role-playing games, etc. The basic principles of pedagogical ethics and culture of the organization of dialogic training within the study of an elective course “Communicative Pedagogy” are emphasized. It was found that the quality of dialogic learning is determined by the level of formation of participants’ communicative competence in pedagogical interaction, especially their mastery of the basic techniques of listening. The author’s materials from the dissertation “Preparation of primary school teachers for the organization of dialogic training” for PhD (K. Fomin, 2020) are partially used in the article.

Formation of professional mobility of future specialists in the sphere of physical culture and sport in the course of internship

The article reveals methodological basis of professional mobility formation of future specialists in physical culture and sport during their internship providing personal preparedness to effective adaptation to the demands of present-day labor market, professional activity and shifts within social and professional fields. The authors have revealed that under conditions of labor market, professional education promotes establishment of person’s competiveness only in case of formation of his/her professional mobility, topicality of which is primarily related to social demand. To reveal basic drawbacks of professional preparedness of future specialists in physical culture and sport in higher educational establishments and the issues of formation of their professional mobility, polling and questioning of coaches in kinds of sports in various categories qualifications in Children’s and Youth Sports Schools of Khmelnytskyi and Khmelnytskyi oblast school of higher sports mastery were done.
 The notion of “professional mobility of a specialist in physical culture and sport” has been revealed. It has been determined that engaging students in practical activity is an important condition for the formation of the aforementioned quality of students in higher educational establishments. This way students shift their position: from being the object of education to subject of self-realization. Types of internship have been outlined, organizational conditions and factors that promote students’ positive motivation to acquisition of professional mobility have been specified, namely: realization of ultimate aims of education, theoretical and practical value of the acquired knowledge; demonstration of future professional perspectives during internship; professional orientation of educational activity; tackling of problem situations occurring in the process of professional activity. It has been revealed that that in the course of internship, it is possible to form such integrative quality of a person as professional mobility, which allows future specialists in physical culture and sport to learn adjacent types of professional activity quickly and thoroughly and envisages preparedness to quick adaptation on present-day labor market and employment which provide competitiveness of future specialists.

LEGAL CULTURE AS A PLEDGE OF YOUTH’S LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FORMATION

The article highlights the influence of legal culture on the young citizens’ legal responsibility formation of Ukraine. The essence of legal culture as a component of the general culture of society and personality has been revealed. It has been found out that legal culture is a concept that characterizes the quality of the society legal life, the degree of human rights and freedoms guaranteed by the state and society, as well as the development of the individual’s legal consciousness (knowledge, understanding and observance of the right of each individual member of society). It has been noted that such characteristics as possession of legal knowledge and ability to apply it, awareness of legal values, meanings and attitudes, existence of moral convictions and responsibility of a person for their own behavior, observance of rules of behavior are common in the content of all definitions of the category “legal culture”. The elements of legal culture have been analyzed. Emphasis is placed on respect for the right (law) as recognition of its social value. It is proved that the scientific level of legal thinking and legal awareness provides for the formation of the ideal of legal personality, characterized by legal responsibility. The importance of fostering legal culture of society has been emphasized. It is stated that the legal culture formation is an integral part of the individual’s socialization. The stages (purposeful formation of legal knowledge and concepts; development of legal beliefs; formation of ethical and legal installations; education of legal feelings; formation of experience of responsible, law-abiding behavior; formation of active socio-legal position) and main directions (cognitive, emotional-value), are defined formation of student youth’s legal culture. It has been emphasized that the formation of future specialists’ legal competence is possible under the condition of having an educational (legal) environment in the institution of education, realization of students’ legal education during the whole period of their education.

Game pedagogical technologies and soft-competencies of a teacher of secondary vocational education

The relevance of the topic is due to the need to defi ne the concepts of “game pedagogy”, which is a means of developing a person’s personal potential with the help of game pedagogical technologies, as well as “soft-competence”, which means universal socio-psychological qualities that are not directly related to solving professional problems, but aff ecting success employee.The experience of participation in the competition “Pedagogical vocation 2021”, organized by JSC “Russian Railways”, is presented. The competition was held by the Unicum-Skills company, which specializes in the introduction of gaming technologies, the development and implementation of games.The theoretical foundations of training a teacher of a new formation — a game teacher, who is able to solve professional problems and has a formed culture of refl ection and design, who has “fl exible” skills and transfers them to students, are considered.The issue of pedagogical activity and the search for a universal teaching technology that can form an increase in motivation for learning, modern needs for creative thinking are considered.It is shown that participation in pedagogical skill competitions contributes to a positive change in the main indicators of the personality of teachers, as well as to an increase in the eff ectiveness of the educational process. The teacher is given an important role in the formation of future specialists as competitive workers and individuals, the teacher does not just implement the curriculum in the learning process, but is engaged in compiling educational content and updating it.

MODELING OF PHYSICOCHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL PROCESSES DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

The approaches to modeling of physicochemical and biological processes of differential equations are explained in the work. The law of radioactive decay, the law of absorption of ionizing radiation by the environment, the law of reproduction of bacteria, the law of dissolution of medicinal substance from a tablet, chemical reactions of the first and second order, mathematical model G.I. Marchuk are resulted, mathematical model of a cyber-physical immunosensory system on a hexagonal lattice using a system of delayed differential equations. The results of mathematical modeling in the form of the results of numerical modeling of the dynamic logic of the cyber-physical immunosensory system are presented. Phase planes, lattice images of the probability of antigen-antibody binding, images of fluorescent pixels, electrical signal from the transducer, which characterizes the number of fluorescent pixels, were obtained. In order to increase the student’s research interest in the study of natural sciences and improve the level of understanding of educational material in the disciplines “Biophysics with physical methods of analysis” and “Higher Mathematics” it is important to inform students about the latest discoveries in this field of knowledge, modern scientific mathematical and physical schools, because it is largely a motivating factor in the formation of future specialists in medicine, pharmacy, biology. Acquainting students with the current results of their own research allows them to be interested in the process of modeling medical and biological processes using differential equations, motivating them to their own research and development of various biosensor devices.

Formation of Future Specialists’ Information Competence

In the thesis the formation of information competence of future interpreters’ in professional training as a pedagogical problem has been considered; the psychological and pedagogical aspects of formation of information competence of future interpreters’ have been clarified; the tasks and problems of forming the information competence of future interpreters in the professional training have been determined and substantiated. It was found that the creation of an interactive educational environment is a transition from static information websites to dynamic, involving the use of multimedia simulators for learning, simple learning modules, complex distribution learning systems, e-course courses, open portal boards for members of the learning community and parents, interuniversity training courses. This interactive approach is relevant for the formation of information and communication competence of future specialists of Donetsk National University named after Vasyl Stus, Zhytomyr State University named after Ivan Franko, National Pedagogical University named after MP Drahomanov, Khmelnytsky National University, which provides inclusion of all departments of the university in partner relations with the administration, students, teaching staff, teachers of schools in cities and regions, public organizations with the help of ICT. The results of this study are directly relevant in establishing international cooperation in the study of programs and projects in the context of transforming the education system in accordance with international partnership standards and implementing a cultural exchange program in education and culture between countries.

ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗОК ОСОБИСТІСНИХ ЯКОСТЕЙ ВИКЛАДАЧА І ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ЗАСВОЄННЯ НАВЧАЛЬНОГО МАТЕРІАЛУ СТУДЕНТАМИ

This article focuses on the teachers’ required professional and personal qualities which are important for training highly qualified and competitive professionals. University professors greatly influence the formation of future specialist’s personality not only by knowledge, habits, attitudes towards others. It should be noted that teacher’s emotional orientation is an important factor of cooperation in educational process. Much attention is paid to positive worldview of the person, optimism which helps to increase desire to achieve success avoiding concentration on failures. The author explains the influence of positive and negative mood on learning the material by students. An interesting fact is that sometimes high spirits distract students from learning the material, especially when it is not interesting and not important. Negative emotions direct a student at searching the ways of problem solving, distract thoughts from the material in a class. The author indicates that the content of learning materials should bear some emotional potential. Information should physiologically activate and emotionally touch the student in order to be accepted and well memorised. Different examples of emotional strategies which could be used in practice teaching different disciplines are given in the article. The research represents an example of the lecture structure at Harvard Business School. The author mentions that when assessing pedagogical mastership, attention should be paid to: a) informational and logical characteristics of the lecture; b) activation of students’ mental activity in class; c) emotional character of the lecture; d) visualization. It specifies which tasks are better to be set, which questions to discuss, how to better finish the lecture, etc. It should be noted, that university teacher’s successful professional activity can be characterised by four main blocks of skills: 1) the methods of thinking (creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, lifelong learning); 2) the means of work (informational culture, understanding and active usage of digital technologies); 3) the methods of work (creativity, collaboration); 4) the skills necessary for successful life-activity (civic position, personal and social responsibility). The author represents the examples of the American universities questionaries “Students course assessment” and “Defining teaching ranking”. It is worth emphasizing that these results of course evaluation and pedagogical activity assessment are available to general public. It will be useful for students when selecting a course and a teacher as well as for teachers themselves. From these questionnaires teachers can learn students’ attitude to their course and to their personality as a teacher. R

Development of educational motivation through the youth socio-cultural, environmental and leisure practices

The presents the results of a study of the developmental potential of socio-cultural and leisure practices of youth, used in university education to increase educational adaptation and motivation of students. The relevance of the study lies in the identification of new motivational mechanisms that provide more effective educational adaptation and motivation of young people to obtain vocational education. The relevance of the research is confirmed in the substantive discussion of scientists in the field of transformation of cultural and leisure practices and improving the mechanisms of educational motivation in vocational education. The empirical part of the study of the development of educational motivation through socio-cultural and leisure practices, implemented in the university community, was conducted by a questionnaire survey of 458 people from among the students of the Stavropol Territory. The data was processed using the SPSS Statistics program (version 21). Factor analysis was performed by the method of separation of the main components and by the method of rotation – Varimax with Kaiser Normalization. We present the models of socio-cultural activity that contribute to educational adaptation and increase the motivation of professional self-determination and the formation of future specialists.

The use of new pedagogical practices and modern technologies to increase the competence level of I and II stage students of the specialty “ Physical Training” of Polotsk State University

The changes taking place in the higher education system in the Republic of Belarus require the search for new pedagogical teaching technologies, the updating of tools, methods and methodological techniques. At Polotsk State University, innovative pedagogical practices and technologies, information and communication technologies and distance learning technologies are widely used in the training of specialists in physical education. When choosing and implementing new pedagogical practices, technologies, forms and methods of teaching, constant requests for the formation of future specialists ’ competencies are taken into account. The use of innovative teaching methods increases the quality of students ’ knowledge, interest in studying the course and future professional activity.
