Website-Based Management of School Committee Institutional Development Contributions

One form of community participation in providing education is the formation of a School Committee. The School Committee acts as an independent body that accommodates and places the community's initiative aspirations in forming school policies and school programs in the education unit. Likewise with the School Committee at SMP Negeri 1 Kaloran. The School Committee is given the authority to manage Institutional Development Contributions from students. Currently, the management of institutional development donations still uses manual methods which still poses several risks in managing this data. This research aims to develop a website-based school committee institutional development donation management information system using the CodeIgniter framework by applying the waterfall method in developing the system. To design the system, the UML method is used with use case diagrams and class diagrams as an illustration of system design. Meanwhile, in system testing, the black box testing method with a Likert scale is used to determine the feasibility of the implemented system. The system was successfully implemented with system test results of 90.33%. This shows that the system is feasible to implement and has met user needs.

Environmental management of the Pariaman Mangrove Forest is one of the efforts to support the development of coastal areas optimally, wisely, and responsibly, of course by involving community participation and various related parties and while still paying attention to the environmental carrying capacity of the Pariaman Mangrove Forest. This research aims to provide an overview of community activity in managing the Mangrove Forest environment in Pariaman City. Enthusiasm, desires, and hopes as well as the social concern of the local community are forms of community participation in efforts to manage the Mangrove Forest environment. Community participation is a supporting factor in efforts to develop the coastal area of Pariaman City. The description of community participation in the environmental management of Mangrove Forests is shown by the high level of community desire to protect and preserve them as well as their hope for efforts to protect or improve Mangrove Forests. The form of community participation is voluntary or self-directed participation.

This research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Social media is becoming an effective tool for achieving the goals of the youth volunteering movement, by helping to disseminate information, raise funds, attract volunteers, and collaborate with philanthropic institutions. Therefore, Islamic philanthropy through social media is very important and can help youth in achieving their vision of building a better society.

Serangan tourist village as a tourism area is faced with the problem of increasing the amount of waste piles due to an increase in population and increased human activity. Waste production is increasing every day in line with the increase in population and consumption patterns. The thing that must be done to overcome the increasing volume of waste is by reducing the volume of waste at the source through empowering community participation. The problem in community participation regarding waste management is what forms of regulation are related to waste management in the Serangan Tourism Village Environment. The introduction of waste management to the community aims to introduce waste management methods in preserving and keeping the environment clean in Serangan Tourism Village. Based on the research results, one form of community participation in efforts to improve the environment is by donating labor in the form of community service and participating in waste management. Apart from that, they also held community meetings which were attended by some residents for the kelurahan level. The community carried out these activities without feeling forced at all. The level of community participation that occurred in the Serangan Village Environment according to the medium category, the community participates in waste management but the implementation is still not optimal. The important role of the community and all parties is expected for the realization of success in providing learning about community participation in waste management to maintain cleanliness in the tourist village environment.

Strengthening The Product Development Of Straw Mushroom To Enhance The Welfare And Sustainable Development Goals In Wonokerso, Malang

Sustainable development is a common goal of countries in the world, including Indonesia. In the process of its realization, sustainable development Goals or SDGs have an impact on various aspects of life, including overcoming food security problems. To achieve the SDGs, the participation of many parties is necessary. The form of community participation can be achieved by conducting training or counseling activities in the product development of local potential commodities, one of which is the mushrooms. Paddy straw mushroom is one type of mushroom that has a high protein content and is low in calories. Through capacity building in Wonokerso Village, Pakisaji, Malang Regency, we expect to be able to increase participants' skills and insights about the straw mushrooms product development in order to develop jobs in achieving sustainable development goals. Participants not only strengthen their mushroom product development skills but also increase their knowledge in preparing the media for cultivation. Participants were very enthusiastic because the theme conveyed in the activity was very relevant, it is hoped that with this activity participants can increase the ability and understanding of the community to cultivate straw mushrooms to be sold in various urban areas through business partners. In the activities that have been carried out, the final assessment results of training showed high knowledge about the cultivation of straw mushrooms compared to the results of initial knowledge and obtained sustainability analysis to provide advanced training in the cultivation of paddy straw mushrooms in the post-harvest process.

Factors Related to the Low Visiting of Babies to Integrated Healthcare Center

Introduction: As a form of community participation in utilizing Integrated Healthcare Center, it can be seen from the coverage divided by the number of targets (D/S). Based on data from the Integrated Healthcare Center Karangan Public Health Centre, the community visits to the Integrated Healthcare Center in 2022 reached (65.2%). From the data It is seen that this achievement is very far from the national target of 85%. Objective: This study aims to find out the factors of the low visiting of babies to Integrated Healthcare Center in the work area of Karangan Public Health Centrein 2023. Method: The research method was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 80 toddlers aged 12-59 months in the work area of Karangan Public Health Centre in 2023. Results and Discussion: It is hoped that Health Promotion about the benefits of Integrated Healthcare Center needs to be carried out so that respondents want to bring their children to routine activities every month at the Integrated Healthcare Centerand for further researchers to continue this research by looking at others factors related to the visit of the mother toddler to the Integrated Healthcare Center. Conclusion: It showed that occupation, education, knowledge factors do not affect the low toddler visit to Integrated Healthcare Center while family support and mother's attitude affect the low toddler visit to Integrated Healthcare Center.

The management of the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park shows a dualist side. The plan to hand over the management of the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park to the Regional Government of Bali has effected a grassroots conflict regarding the customary rights of the local community. This study aims to design a model of participation for coastal communities in the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park, Pemogan Village. This research uses the Ladder of Citizen Participation theory (Arnstein, 1969) as the main theory and the Evolutionary Model of Tourism Partnerships as the supporting theory (Jamal & Getz, 1995) and also the concepts of participation, partnership, CBT, social capital, and government regulation. Data collection techniques used observation, structured interviews, and FGD. This study used the technique of qualitative research data analysis (Sugiyono, 2011)This research shows that community participation has developed through some stages such as (a) non-participation; (b) tokenism; (c) citizen power. The form of community participation is Community Based Participation implemented by the Fishing Community Group of Simbar Segara and Mina Lestari Batu Lumbang. And the other hand Government-Based Participation is implemented by the Mangrove Information Center. The finding of this research is the Mix-Based Participation Model. The recommendation is that the government should take the role of mediator to solve various conflicts at the grassroots level due to the traditional claims of the management of Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park by two customary villages i.e. Pemogan and Kepaon.

Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Magelang

Measurement of community satisfaction surveys in government agencies is needed as a form of community participation in assessing the performance of service providers in order to improve the quality of public services. Disdukcapil Magelang District has implemented 9 indicators of community satisfaction measurement. However, the results of the community satisfaction index still do not represent community satisfaction. This study aims to provide a new perspective on the measurement of the community satisfaction index in Disdukcapil Magelang District. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The theory used in this research is the five dimensions of public service quality according to Zeithaml (in Hartono, 2023), Tangibles (Physical Evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on the five dimensions of service quality, the results show that there are two contradictions, namely service providers assess the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are good, while service recipients assess the dimensions of tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are not good. This research is expected to be a reference for alternative measurements of community satisfaction in other public service agencies.

 This study discusses about community participation in the management of the Setanggor tourism village, Central Lombok Regency. The data collection in this study used the method of observation, interviews and documentation with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the form of community participation in the management of tourism villages which was entirely based on community empowerment or community based tourism (CBT) and was applied in the form of direct participation or the community had directly carrying out tourism activities in Setanggor Village by taking the role of subject and object simultaneously, meaning that in implementing tourism activities in Setanggor Village, the community becomes tourism actors and managers, and at the same time becomes an object that can be enjoyed by tourists through performing arts and crafts attractions.
 
 
 

Local Community Participation in the Development of the Oetune Beach Tourism Area in South Central Timor District, East Nusa Tenggara

Oetune Beach is located in Tuafanu Village, South Central Timor Regency, Nusa Tenggara. Oetune Beach has a stretch of cream-colored sand like the Sahara desert as far as the eye can see, rolling waves and a Japanese fort. This research was conducted to determine the forms of community participation, the level of community participation and community empowerment in the development of the Oetune Beach tourist area using qualitative data, primary and secondary data sources while data collection was through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews and literature study. This study also used descriptive qualitative data analysis and the determination of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with 15 key informants. Based on the results of data processing from 15 indicators of community participation, it can be seen that the form of community participation shown by the people in the area is not optimal, because the form of community participation is only in organizing activities, the level of participation of the seven typologies of local community participation only fulfills the four participation typologies, namely consultation, material intensive, functional, and self-mobilization while the form of community empowerment through settlements is developing the potential of the Oetune Beach community by forming Pokdarwis, strengthening the potential of the Oetune Beach community, training in tourism area management, and community assistance by providing venture capital. Based on the results and analysis of the results of the study it can be concluded that the form of community participation in Oetune Beach is not optimal because the form of community participation is only in organizing activities, while the level of community participation is top down. Community empowerment includes structuring, strengthening and maintenance because community empowerment will be more independent involving the community from all aspects so that it can improve community welfare.

The Effects of Biodiversity Knowledge on Environmental Awareness and Pro-Environmental Behavior Towards Proboscis Monkey Conservation in the Area of PT. Antang Gunung Meratus

Objective: The proboscis monkey is included in Appendix I, the 2023 Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) as the most threatened and protected fauna. This species is endemic to the island of Borneo and is designated as the mascot of Indonesia's South Kalimantan Province. Theoritical Framework: Biodiversity conservation studies focus on improving the physical quality of habitats, the impact of environmental changes and natural resources. In addition, this research explores knowledge about biodiversity from the social aspect in the form of community participation, so that it can provide good knowledge about diversity to the community Purpose: of this study is to provide education from the public about environmental awareness around the proboscis monkey's habitat. This study used a quantitative method, where confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was carried out using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. Method: The research model was tested on 163 respondents living around the proboscis monkey conservation area of PT. Antang Mount Meratus, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Results and Conclusion: The results showed that there is a significant influence of Knowledge of Biodiversity on Environmental Awareness and Pro-Environmental Behavior. This study also shows the significant influence of Environmental Awareness on Pro-Environmental Behavior. This study can conclude that the role of the community is very important to preserve the environment, especially in the context of conserving flora and fauna which are threatened with extinction Research Implications: This study provides a managerial contribution to policy makers and companies to focus on providing in-depth knowledge about biodiversity and conducting ongoing education to the community around the proboscis monkey's habitat. from the social aspect this research provides an understanding to the community to behave in an environmentally friendly manner

Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Penanggulangan Stunting melalui Kegiatan Gizi Puskesmas Kebong Kecamatan Kelam Permai

The purpose of this study was to find out the form of community participation in stunting prevention through nutrition activities at Kebong Health Center, Kelam Permai District and to find out what factors influenced community participation in stunting prevention through nutrition activities at Kebong Health Center, Kelam Permai District. The research method used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study, the primary data source was data collected directly from the village government, health center, village communities in the Kelam sub-district, as parties related to the stunting management process. The results of the study explain that community participation in the nutrition program for stunting prevention by the Kebong Health Center, Kelam Permai District, namely: Campaign and Declaration of Stunting Prevention, Toddler Posyandu, Tracking of Stunted Babies, Malnutrition Surveillance, Implementation of Pregnant and Toddler Classes, Assistance of Pregnant Resti, Surveillance of Pregnant Women KEK , and the Exclusive Breastfeeding Group, as well as Monev for Stunting Toddlers. Forms of Community Participation in the form of: Labor Participation, Skills Participation, and Social Participation. Stages of community participation in the form of: Participation in Implementation, Participation in Evaluation, and Participation in Taking Benefits. Levels of Community Participation starting from: Consultation, Making joint decisions, Acting together, Providing support. Factors that influence community participation in the nutrition program for stunting control in Kelam Permai District are government intervention, community awareness, close living quarters, and free programs and The inhibiting factors were low knowledge, parents' work, lack of socialization, and inadequate follow-up.

The purpose of writing this journal is to achieve balance and realize a democratic state based on Pancasila. Bawaslu Regulation Regulation of the General Election Supervisory Agency Number 21 of 2018 concerning Supervision of the Implementation of General Elections which regulates forms of public participation. The method used in the implementation of community service uses legal and practical counseling methods. In this socialization, it is a form of community participation in supervising general elections. Community service activities are carried out for the community and village officials regarding the form of community participation in supervising general elections. The results of the implementation of community service are the importance of the participation of elements of the community in this oversight function will affect the realization of strengthening the authority of Bawaslu in the implementation of elections in Indonesia where this also has an influence on the law enforcement of election organizers in Indonesia, in this case is community participation, the benchmark for community participation here can be measured from the existence of community participation in supervising the implementation of elections, especially in Ngujung Village to achieve balance and realize a democratic state based on Pancasila.

Community Participation In Fire Disaster Mitigation In The City Of Banjarmasin

Very heterogeneous community conditions where urban environmental conditions cause areas to become congested and result in environmental conditions that tend to be slums. City environmental conditions, housing, factories and so on must have good access, in order to avoid hazards that will occur such as the danger of residential fires. The development paradigm that exists in Banjarmasin City, the government's role as a provider of public facilities has changed slightly with the community's efforts to participate in assisting the city government in the community-based fire disaster mitigation process. The purpose of this study was to find out how the form of community participation in mitigating fires in the Malay Village, Central Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study, researchers used documentation study techniques, guided interviews and direct observation from the field. The data analysis technique that will be used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the presence of the self-help Fire Brigade (BPK) has become the identity of the city both at the national and international levels, as a city of a thousand rivers and a city of a thousand firefighters. Community participation is quite diverse and very innovative in reducing the risk of residential fire disasters in Malay sub-districts. Interestingly, the presence of the self-help Fire Brigade (BPK) is unpaid, the members on duty do not get a salary in carrying out this humanitarian task, their participation is sincere and voluntary

Efforts to overcome the problem of the availability of clean water in Indonesia are by involving community participation in the planning, implementation and maintenance of clean water facilities and infrastructure in the community. This service aims to find out the form of community participation in supporting the clean water availability program in Batu Putih Village. The service uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. Forms of Community Participation in the PAMSIMAS Program in Batu Putih Village, East Kolono District, Konawe Selatan District are (1) Planning, forms of community participation appear in the planning, implementation and maintenance stages. In the planning stage, community participation in the PAMSIMAS Program is in the form of contributions; (2) Implementation, Pamsimas activities are carried out after the disbursement of funds, community participation is mutual cooperation when clearing land for the manufacture of clean water storage tanks; (3) Operational and Maintenance, community participation is to keep the Pamsimas infrastructure that has been built running well; and (4) Strengthening Sustainability, community participation is participating in bookkeeping training and training to repair damaged equipment and so on.

Instrumentalizing community participation with responsive legal internalization in the public sector selection process

There is considerable public demand for transparency and accountability in the selection of public officials due to their responsibility for realizing people's welfare. However, especially in Indonesia, the selection of public officials is still fraught with administrative violations and policy problems, despite the implemented merit system. A form of community participation is necessary as a control mechanism, and this can be realized through instruments under a responsive legal paradigm with the spirit of community participation. This study aims to analyze the public participation needed in the selection of public officials in Indonesia and how community participation can be instrumentalized in the selection of public officials as a form of responsive legal internalization. This research makes use of deductive thinking with a case and conceptual approach. The method used allows us to determine the urgency of the need for public participation in the election of public officials. The results of the study show that the need for bureaucratic reform towards a responsive bureaucracy and the need for preventive control of the bureaucracy are reasons proving the necessity of public participation in the selection of public officials in Indonesia. Moreover, the instrumentalization of community participation in the selection of public officials as a form of responsive legal internalization can be realized by establishing a means of community participation in the checking of track records and other components and parameters of participatory assessment.

Development of Community Participation-Based Tourism Village in Genggelang Village, Lombok Utara District

The problems studied in this research are related to the development of the Genggelang Tourism Village, North Lombok Regency, regarding the forms of participation carried out by the community. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation with informants comprising the Tourism Awareness Group of Penjor Hamlet, Tourism Awareness Group of Kertaraharja Hamlet, and Tourism Awareness Group of Gangga Hamlet. The results of this study indicate that the forms of community participation are divided into four forms of participation, the so-called the participation of money, assets, labor and skills. This form of community participation is based on the supporting and inhibiting factors that exist in Genggelang Tourism Village. The supporting and inhibiting factors are divided into three hamlets, where each hamlet has a tourist destination. Thus, the form of community participation in Genggelang Tourism Village is also divided in each related hamlet. The information contained in this research is expected to be able to help increase community participation in Genggelang Tourism Village, North Lombok Regency.
