A Novel Endovascular Double-Disc Implant for Sealing Intimal Tears in Aortic Dissection

Postdissection thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm incidence after thoracic endovascular aortic repair for type B aortic dissection is high, with residual distal tears being a major reason for persistent blood flow in the false lumen. The EndoPatch is an endovascular double-disc implant for sealing re-entry tears in aortic dissection, isolating blood flow in the false lumen and promoting thrombosis formation. Compared with conventional endovascular treatment techniques, this endovascular double-disc implant’s small size and minimal working space requirements may reduce the risk of spinal ischemia and offer flexible vascular access. Although several barriers still impede this endovascular device’s broad application, its innovative design, flexible vascular access, and streamlined surgical process make it a promising alternative for managing intimal tears in aortic dissection, either alone or as a supplementary method combined with conventional endovascular techniques. Improving access to general practice for and with people with severe and multiple disadvantage: a qualitative study.

People with severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD) who experience combinations of homelessness, substance misuse, violence, abuse, and poor mental health have high health needs and poor access to primary care. To improve access to general practice for people with SMD by facilitating collaborative service improvement meetings between healthcare staff, people with lived experience of SMD, and those who support them; participants were then interviewed about this work. The Bridging Gaps group is a collaboration between healthcare staff, researchers, women with lived experience of SMD, and a charity that supports them in a UK city. A project was co-produced by the Bridging Gaps group to improve access to general practice for people with SMD, which was further developed with three inner-city general practices. Nine service improvement meetings were facilitated at three general practices, and six of these were formally observed. Nine practice staff and four women with lived experience of SMD were interviewed. Three women with lived experience of SMD and one staff member who supports them participated in a focus group. Data were analysed inductively and deductively using thematic analysis. By providing time and funding opportunities to motivated general practice staff and involving participants with lived experience of SMD, service changes were made in an effort to improve access for people with SMD. These included prioritising patients on an inclusion patient list with more flexible access, providing continuity for patients via a care coordinator and micro-team of clinicians, and developing an information-sharing document. The process and outcomes improved connections within and between general practices, support organisations, and people with SMD. The co-designed strategies described in this study could be adapted locally and evaluated in other areas. Investing in this focused way of working may improve accessibility to health care, health equity, and staff wellbeing.

Capability and Blockchain-Based Fine-Grained and Flexible Access Control Model

Currently, integrating blockchain into access control systems has become a new research trend. However, existing access control systems still have problems such as easy confusion of capability authorisation subjects, inflexible capability granting and revocation, insufficient granularity of capability, insecure capability transfer and lack of capability verification. To solve these problems, this work proposes Capability- & Blockchainbased Fine-grained and Flexible Access Control (CB2FAC), defines new capability authorisation rules, and designs an authorisation tree with capability revocation list to meet the needs of flexibility and timeliness of capability revocation. Finally, simulation experiments show that CB2FAC is flexible and secure in granting, revoking, granularity control and verification of capability, and significantly outperforms the existing schemes in terms of performance.

Developing a cultural-based realistic mathematics education learning video on congruence and similarity

The Covid-19 pandemic has made learning activities carried out online so that many students have difficulty understanding the material, so interesting learning media are needed with flexible access. This study aims to develop a learning video with a culture-based RME approach on congruence and similarity materials and to determine the validity and practicality of the product. This type of research is development research with the ADDIE research model. The subjects of this study were students of class IX A MTs Negeri 9 Bantul. The data collection methods are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis step is carried out by calculating and analyzing the results of the validity and practicality tests. The results of the product validity test obtained very valid criteria with an average value of 4.75 by material experts and 4.82 by media experts. At the same time, the practicality test got a percentage of 91.82% with very practical criteria in small class trials and a percentage of 82.67% with very practical criteria in large class trials. Based on these results, the learning video can be declared very valid and very practical to use in learning.

FACE-TO-FACE VS. ONLINE LEARNING in SCIENCE and ENGINEERING COURSES DURING COVID-19 EPOCH

ABSTRACT Background The new teaching scenario after COVID-19 results in the adoption of a complete online environment, providing a unique opportunity to compare in site (face-to-face) vs virtual (online) teaching. Due to the pandemic, practical activities have been replaced by written protocols supported with photos, video-recorded demos, linearsimulations, remote-controlled real laboratory instruments and so forth. Purpose This article describes the adaptation from in site to online teaching in science and engineering subjects in a Spanish University during COVID-19. Advantages and drawbacks, along with the process adopted (from education tools through virtualization tools) are comprehensively explained, including an inquiry-based learning (IBL) methodology for teaching laboratory courses. Sample Courses in Chemistry (cohort size of 100 students), Pharmacy (50 students), Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering (110 and 30 students) at the University of Alcalá. Methods The outcomes of the teaching-learning process were evaluated via online tests and rubrics. The impact of online adaptation was assessed by comparing the marks of the different test and the dropout rate in the subjects with those obtained from groups of previous years in the face-to-face mode and feedback from the students. Anonymous survey was conducted to attain a comprehensive understanding of the students’ experiences with virtual learning. Results The developed approaches are beneficial for the teaching-learning process and lead to a higher number of students passing the subjects compared to the face-to-face modality. Some challenges students encountered were internet connection, managing workload andovercoming distractions. Nonetheless, most students benefited from the flexibility and better accessibility to the course material, timesaving and relax environment. Conclusion Our findings provided evidence in favor of remote learning. Both students and instructors regard the strategy as very positive. The new methodologies reported herein can be extended to online teaching courses beyond the COVID-19 scenario.

ERSChain: Towards secure and flexible educational resource sharing using consortium blockchain and revocable ciphertext‐policy attribute‐based encryption

SummarySharing high‐quality educational resources has become an effective way to promote educational equity. The traditional educational resource sharing platforms using centralized storage architecture have security issues. Recently, many studies use blockchain to achieve secure sharing of educational resources. However, the existing blockchain‐based educational resource sharing schemes only use blockchain as a storage tool, and have issues such as low sharing efficiency, without considering copyright security, and lack of a trusted sharing environment, which prevents the large‐scale sharing of educational resources. In response, we propose ERSChain, a novel blockchain‐based educational resources sharing solution. First, we put forward a hybrid storage method that keeps the hash value of resource in the blockchain and stores the encrypted resource in the off‐chain, which can alleviate the storage and computing pressure brought by massive educational resources while ensuring the integrity of resources. Second, we construct an efficient revocable ciphertext‐policy attribute‐based encryption algorithm to implement flexible access control and an outsourced decryption algorithm to achieve greater efficiency. Obtaining access to educational resources is possible when user's attributes meet the access policy and the user's identity does not exist in the revocation list. Third, we put forward a credit mechanism to adjust the user's credibility and a credit‐based consensus mechanism to maintain the trusted sharing environment. Finally, security analysis and plentiful of experiments demonstrate that our proposed ERSChain achieves security assurance, has better applicability than similar works, and enables large‐scale sharing of educational resources.

Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Web untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak

The purpose of this study is to create an online teaching resource for the course Aqidah Akhlak at MAN 1 Pamekasan and assess how students react to it. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) technique, with 30 students from MAN 1 Pamekasan in the eleventh grade serving as the research subjects. A student response survey serves as the study instrument, and descriptive qualitative analysis is used for data analysis. The findings of the study suggest that the generated web-based teaching materials have the ability to increase students' motivation for learning and improve their educational experiences. This is demonstrated by the favorable feedback that students have regarding the instructional materials, which feature adaptability, diverse subject matter, independence, social contact, and academic advantages. The development of online instructional materials for the topic of aqidah akhlak has shown to be a successful strategy for piqueing students' interest in the learning process. In addition to providing flexible access to the learning resources, this instructional material also gives students the tools they need to learn more independently. Additionally, a better overall learning experience is made possible by the social connections that the web platform fosters. The utilization of web-based teaching resources has enhanced Aqidah Akhlak learning at MAN 1 Pamekasan, according to the research findings.

The Representation of Observed Actions at the Subordinate, Basic, and Superordinate Level.

Actions can be planned and recognized at different hierarchical levels, ranging from very specific (e.g., to swim backstroke) to very broad (e.g., locomotion). Understanding the corresponding neural representation is an important prerequisite to reveal how our brain flexibly assigns meaning to the world around us. To address this question, we conducted an event-related fMRI study in male and female human participants in which we examined distinct representations of observed actions at the subordinate, basic and superordinate level. Using multiple regression representational similarity analysis (RSA) in predefined regions of interest, we found that the three different taxonomic levels were best captured by patterns of activations in bilateral lateral occipitotemporal cortex (LOTC), showing the highest similarity with the basic level model. A whole-brain multiple regression RSA revealed that information unique to the basic level was captured by patterns of activation in dorsal and ventral portions of the LOTC and in parietal regions. By contrast, the unique information for the subordinate level was limited to bilateral occipitotemporal cortex, while no single cluster was obtained that captured unique information for the superordinate level. The behaviorally established action space was best captured by patterns of activation in the LOTC and superior parietal cortex, and the corresponding neural patterns of activation showed the highest similarity with patterns of activation corresponding to the basic level model. Together, our results suggest that occipitotemporal cortex shows a preference for the basic level model, with flexible access across the subordinate and the basic level.SIGNIFICANCE STATEMENT The human brain captures information at varying levels of abstraction. It is debated which brain regions host representations across different hierarchical levels, with some studies emphasizing parietal and premotor regions, while other studies highlight the role of the lateral occipitotemporal cortex (LOTC). To shed light on this debate, here we examined the representation of observed actions at the three taxonomic levels suggested by Rosch et al. (1976) Our results highlight the role of the LOTC, which hosts a shared representation across the subordinate and the basic level, with the highest similarity with the basic level model. These results shed new light on the hierarchical organization of observed actions and provide insights into the neural basis underlying the basic level advantage.

A Novel Extensible Continuum Robot with Growing Motion Capability Inspired by Plant Growth for Path-Following in Transoral Laryngeal Surgery.

This article presents a novel extensible continuum robot (ECR) with growing motion capability for improved flexible access in transoral laryngeal procedures. The robot uses an extensible continuum joint with a staggered V-shaped notched structure as the backbone, driven by the pushing and pulling of superelastic Nitinol rods. The notched structure is optimized to achieve a wide range of extension/contraction and bending motion for the continuum joint. The successive and uniform deflection of the notches provides the continuum joint with excellent constant curvature bending characteristics. The bidirectional rod-driven approach expands the robot's extension capabilities with both pushing and pulling operations, and the superelasticity of the driving rods preserves the robot's bending performance. The ECR significantly increases motion dexterity and reachability through its variable length, which facilitates collision-free access to deep lesions by following the anatomy. To further exploit the advantages of the ECR in path-following for flexible access, a growing motion approach inspired by the plant growth process has been proposed to minimize the path deviation error. Characterization experiments are conducted to verify the performances of the proposed ECR. The extension ratio achieves up to 225.92%, and the average distal positioning error and hysteresis error values are 2.87% and 0.51% within the ±120° bending range. Compared with the typical continuum robot with a fixed length, the path-following deviation of this robot is reduced by more than 58.30%, effectively reducing the risk of collision during access. Phantom experiments validate the feasibility of the proposed concept in flexible access procedures.

A Review on Dynamic Network Using Flexible Active-Mode Period Scheme for Telemedicine

Challenges associated with transmitter node during the process of intelligent transceiver nodes attempting to be active state after receiving a message outside its time slot schedule which might result in energy depletion through receiver node are the most notable origin of excessive energy consumption in the system. Various methods have been carried out to minimize the overhead cost. In this article, we presented the Dynamic Network using Adaptive Wake-Up Interval Media Access Control (MAC) protocol for Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) for telemedicine which could lead to the minimization of the energy consumption in the network and maximization of network lifetime. A Receiver Controlled mechanism balances the number of wake-up periods between Receiver node and Transmitter nodes and estimation of traffic load. This article depicts no earlier examination of dynamic network using Flexible Active-Mode period scheme-based media access control protocol for WBAN. Therefore, this review work could lead to the improvement of dynamic network Flexible Active-Mode –media access control protocols and invigorate a clearer way of finding AWI-Media Access Control protocol problems.

Impact of a Social Media Group on Health and Well-being of Healthcare Professionals

Healthcare professionals report workplace stress, burnout and a high prevalence of physical and mental health conditions which may have an impact on their performance and affect outcomes for patients. These include hypertension, diabetes, obesity, anxiety, and depression. As illustrated during the differential outcomes observed during the COVID-19 pandemic, health can be further worsened by social isolation, and incivility in the workplace and impact those from minority backgrounds or with protected characteristics. Social media groups such as Whats App, Facebook and others offer a safe space for psychological support, peer motivation and flexibility of access to health and wellbeing resources. The British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin spearheaded the formation of a voluntary Well-Net group focussing on health and wellbeing activities in February 2021, which was open to professionals, their friends, and families. The results of a survey undertaken among the members of such a Well-Net group demonstrated that the combination of peer motivation and flexible access to health and wellbeing support activities improves physical, and mental health and reduces stress levels. A healthy workforce will perform better and lead to safer outcomes for patients. The results make the case for targeted investment in flexible provision for health and wellbeing activities for healthcare professionals, both by employers and voluntary organisations.

A Real-World Prospective Cohort Study of Patients With Newly Diagnosed Crohn's Disease Treated by a Multidisciplinary Team: 1-Year Outcomes.

Real-world data on outcomes of patients with newly diagnosed Crohn's disease (ndCD) is limited. We aimed to assess the achievement of corticosteroid-free clinical remission (CS-free CR) and other therapeutic targets 1 year after diagnosis in a cohort of patients with ndCD treated by a multidisciplinary team (MDT). A prospective observational cohort study was conducted on consecutive treatment-naïve adults with ndCD. Patients received management at the treating physician's discretion, along with a tailored nutritional plan provided by an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)-oriented dietitian. Patients were guided and educated by an IBD nurse, with flexible communication access to the IBD team. Therapeutic targets were assessed at 1 year. Multivariable logistic regression was used to evaluate predictors of CS-free CR. Seventy-six patients (50% female) with a median age of 27 (22-39) years were eligible. Over 75% of patients were assessed by IBD-oriented dietitians and the IBD nurse. Within a median of 4.3 (2.5-6.7) months from diagnosis 60.5% initiated biologics (96% anti- tumor necrosis factor). Dietary intervention was applied to 77.6% of the cohort, either monotherapy (33.9%) or add-on (66.1%). At 1 year, 64.5% of patients achieved sustained CS-free CR, 56.6% biochemical remission, 55.8% endoscopic response, 44.2% endoscopic remission, 30.8% deep remission, and in 39.5% there was an improvement in health-related quality of life (HRQoL). Predictors for CS-free CR were uncomplicated phenotype (B1/P0), lower body mass index, and lower patient-reported outcome 2 scores at diagnosis. In a real-world setting at a tertiary medical center, a cohort of ndCD patients treated by an MDT resulted in favorable 1-year outcomes. Over 60% achieved CS-free CR, along with significant improvements in biomarkers and HRQoL.

STUDENTS’ PERCEPTIONS ON SPOTIFY APPLICATION IN IMPROVING ENGLISH PRONUNCIATION

ABSTRACT
 Listening music through music streaming has become part of tertiary students’ activities. Music streaming is one of the media that can improve students' English pronunciation. The purpose of this research was to investigate three students’ perceptions from different Universities in Indonesia on the use Spotify application in improving English pronunciation. A qualitative research method with thematic analysis was applied in this research and the subjects of this research were four students from SMP 21 Semarang, Grade IX H, two of whom had good pronunciation and the other two were average, based on parameters related to Spotify features such as student interest and student motivation (Andriani et al., 2018; Rahmania & Mandasari, 2021). Three themes were identified from the interview results: Easy and flexible accessibility features, Engaging media for learning, and Practicing English pronunciation. The findings of this research revealed that the use of Spotify features for English pronunciation improved students' pronunciation, particularly in terms of words and meanings. The two students with good pronunciation paid attention to the elements of English pronunciation, such as vowels, stress, rhythm, pitch, and intonation. However, the students with average pronunciation only listened to the songs.

Vacuum-assisted dedusting lithotripsy in the treatment of kidney and proximal ureteral stones less than 3cm in size.

This study aimed to compare the outcomes of vacuum-assisted dedusting lithotripsy (VADL) using flexible vacuum-assisted ureteral access sheath (FV-UAS) versus traditional flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy (fURL) in patients with kidney or proximal ureteral calculi less than 3cm in size. A total of 371 patients who successfully underwent fURL treatment were enrolled. These patients were divided into traditional fURL group and VADL group. Outcomes of both groups were compared using 1:1 propensity score-matched analysis. Stratified analyses based on stone size and location were also conducted. Finally, 103 well-matched patients in each group were identified. No septic shock or death occurred. The immediate stone-free rate (SFR) and follow-up SFR of VADL group were significantly higher (78.6% vs. 50.5%, p < 0.001; 94.2%% vs. 75.7%, p < 0.001). No difference was observed in postoperative fever rate (2.9% vs. 3.9%, p = 1.000) and duration of lithotripsy (37.7 ± 20.1min vs. 40.3 ± 18.9min, p = 0.235). For patients with stones ≤ 2cm in size, the immediate SFR and follow-up SFR in VADL group were higher (86.7% vs. 60.6%, p < 0.001; 96.0% vs. 83.1%, p = 0.010). The same trend was observed in the 2-3cm subgroup (57.1% vs. 28.1%, p = 0.023; 89.3% vs. 59.4%, p = 0.009). Although the in situ fragmentation strategy was employed more frequently in VADL group for lower pole stones, the SFR was still higher. Subgroup analyses did not reveal any significant differences in either infectious complications or duration of lithotripsy. VADL technique can significantly improve the postoperative SFR for the patients with kidney or proximal ureteral stones less than 3cm in size treated by flexible ureteroscope.

Design of Orthogonal Pulse Waveforms With Tunable Frequency and Bandwidth for Carrier-Free THz Communications

Carrier-free pulse-based waveforms are desired in terahertz (THz) communications since pulse-based systems have simpler transceiver architectures than carrier-based systems. For such a pulse-based THz communication system, there still lacks pulse waveforms that can support high-order modulation and flexible multiple access. In this paper, a pulse-based waveform with continuously tunable center frequencies and bandwidths is designed for carrier-free THz communications. More specifically, a Gaussian pulse is utilized as the basic pulse, and then the weighted sum of its high-order derivatives is used to generate waveforms with tunable frequencies and bandwidths according to the probability density function of Rice distribution. Such a pulse-based waveform is called frequency and bandwidth continuously tunable (FBCT) pulse. By making the derivative orders of all weighted terms odd or even, a pair of orthogonal FBCT pulses can be generated. Based on the pair of orthogonal FBCT pulses, a basic pulse-based <italic xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">M</i> -ary quadrature amplitude modulation (P <italic xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">M</i> QAM) scheme can be readily achieved. Moreover, with frequency and bandwidth tunability, FBCT pulse can support pulse division multiple access (PDMA) with tunable bandwidth, through which frequencies with high molecular absorption loss can be avoided. Numerical results demonstrate that FBCT pulse is significantly effective and flexible in supporting carrier-free THz communications.

We Cannot Ignore the Signs: The Development of Equivalence and Arithmetic for Students from Grades 3 to 4

ABSTRACT Students' understanding of the meaning of the equal sign develops slowly over the primary grades. In addition to updating their representations of equations to recognize that the equal sign represents an equivalence relation rather than signaling an operation, students need to move beyond full computation to efficiently solve equivalence problems. In this study, we examined the longitudinal relation between arithmetic and equivalence for students who were capable of accurately solving arithmetic problems in different formats. Chinese students (N = 612; M age = 9.0 years in Grade 3, 57% boys) completed measures of arithmetic fluency and equivalence fluency in Grade 3 and again in Grade 4. They also completed a non-verbal reasoning task in Grade 3. We tested a cross-lagged structural equation model to examine the reciprocal relations between arithmetic and equivalence fluency. We found reciprocal relations between the development of arithmetic and equivalence fluency from Grades 3 to 4, with a greater influence of arithmetic on the development of equivalence than the reverse. Furthermore, non-verbal reasoning predicted the development of equivalence, but not the development of arithmetic. Based on our findings, we conclude that for Chinese students with prior basic understanding of equivalence, flexible access to arithmetic facts supports their development of equivalence fluency.

Furthermore, wearable devices equipped with biometric data can provide valuable insights into stress levels and sleep patterns, potentially serving as valuable indicators of mental health status. However, integrating technology into mental health care comes with several challenges and ethical considerations. Bridging the digital divide is a concern, as not everyone has equal access to technology or the necessary digital literacy. Ensuring privacy and data security is crucial to safeguard sensitive client information. The rapid proliferation of mental health apps calls for careful assessment and regulation to promote evidence-based practices and ensure the delivery of quality interventions. Looking ahead, it is vital to consider future implications and adopt relevant recommendations to fully harness technology's potential in mental health care. Continuous research is essential to evaluate the efficacy and safety of digital interventions, fostering collaboration between researchers, mental health professionals, and technology developers. Proper training on ethical technology utilization is necessary for mental health practitioners to maintain therapeutic boundaries while leveraging technological advancements responsibly.

Optimal placement of flexible ureteral access sheath in retrograde intrarenal surgery

This study aims to explore the optimal location of flexible ureteral access sheath (f-UAS) in retrograde intrarenal lithotripsy (RIRS). RIRS model was built by AutoCAD 2011 software, and imported COMSOL 5.6 software to computer simulation. An RIRS model was constructed in vitro to analyze the distribution pattern of stone fragments and compare the weight of stone fragments carried out by the irrigation fluid when the f-UAS is in different positions. Computer simulation showed that the highest flow of irrigation fluid was in the channel of flexible ureteroscopy (f-URS) and in the lumen of f-UAS. From the f-URS to the renal collection system and then to the f-UAS, the velocity of irrigation fluid changes gradually from high-flow to low-flow and then to high-flow. When the f-URS and the f-UAS are at the same level, the irrigation fluid is always at a state of high flow during the process from f-URS to f-UAS. When the f-URS and the f-UAS are at the same level, it can increase the local intrarenal pressure (IRP) at the front of f-URS. The stone fragments are mainly sediment in the low-flow region of irrigation fluid. More stone fragments could follow the irrigation fluid out of the body when the tip of f-URS and the tip of f-UAS are at the same level (P < 0.001). The f-UAS should be brought closer to the stone in RIRS. And more stone fragments can be taken out of the body by the effect of irrigation fluid.

A grid-based percolation model for the electrode of the solid oxide fuel cell

ABSTRACT For solid oxide fuel cells, the percolation model is a mathematical tool to predict the percolating properties (percolating probability, total and effective three-phase boundaries (TPB), etc.) of an electrode. Here, a grid-based 3D percolation model is proposed. Compared with the traditional analytic percolation models, it is more comprehensive because it additionally accounts for the active TPBs near the electrolyte–electrode interface and the percolating probability of pore. Moreover, compared with the pixel-based 3D reconstruction models, this model consumes much less time and memory, which makes large domain size simulation efficient. To characterize the experimental repeatability and reproducibility of the percolating properties among numerous electrodes, distribution profile is introduced to the simulation where quantities of numerical samples are generated and counted. Our model results match well with the reported ones. The optimal porosity is 30%–35% for our studied cases. Our model suggests that the pore percolating probability could not be neglected in the percolation simulations. Finally, domain size effect is investigated. TPB density becomes converged when the domain. size is at least 12 times the particle diameter. This model provides a practical and flexible access to the large domain simulations of the electrode percolating properties.

Blockchain-Based Secure Storage and Access Control Scheme for Supply Chain Ecological Business Data: A Case Study of the Automotive Industry.

The reliable circulation of automotive supply chain data is crucial for automotive manufacturers and related enterprises as it promotes efficient supply chain operations and enhances their competitiveness and sustainability. However, with the increasing prominence of privacy protection and information security issues, traditional data sharing solutions are no longer able to meet the requirements for highly reliable secure storage and flexible access control. In response to this demand, we propose a secure data storage and access control scheme for the supply chain ecosystem based on the enterprise-level blockchain platform Hyperledger Fabric. The design incorporates a dual-layer attribute-based auditable access control model for access control, with four smart contracts aimed at coordinating and implementing access policies. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach exhibits significant advantages under large-scale data and multi-attribute conditions. It enables fine-grained, dynamic access control under ciphertext and maintains high throughput and security in simulated real-world operational scenarios.
