As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, modern society has faced a number of challenges. The cultural and artistic sphere has a communicative character and involves the interaction of organizers, artists and the public. Due to the introduction of quarantine measures, it has undergone as much change as possible. Many projects have either been canceled or transformed. The economy plays an important role in the field of socio-cultural design; the role of marketing technologies is significant. Equally important is compliance with the requests of the audience. In order for a project to be successful, various factors must be taken into account and the specialists responsible for its links must be involved in the organization. An important condition is to achieve compliance with the demands that function in society, to achieve competitiveness as a super-task set by the manager. In the Ukrainian cultural and artistic space there is a process of formation of new forms of communication with the recipient. When forming projects, the organizers seek to find ways to support interaction with the public. This process includes transferring projects online, inventing opportunities to control the number of visitors to concert and festival events offline. Great attention should be paid to avoiding psychological discomfort and isolation of members of society. That is why socio-cultural planning must take into account the risks that have emerged since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. It should be noted the expediency of adopting the experience of European countries. Creative cooperation between representatives of various institutions in Europe began long before the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, after its beginning, cooperation intensified in the direction of finding common ways out of the situation in which cultural and artistic institutions found themselves. Among the projects implemented by art practitioners and theorists were associations such as the Advisory Board for the Arts (ABA). The achievements of ABA can be used for the development of the domestic cultural and artistic sphere. Such collaboration of institutions is promising and useful.
