The mixed ferrite samples Ni0.5-xMnxCu0.2Cd0.3Fe2O4 (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3, in steps 0.1) have been prepared utilizing the sol-gel auto combustion method. From the XRD peak and FT-IR spectra, the formation of spinel ferrites has been confirmed. From XRD data, both the experimental and hypothetical lattice constant values have been calculated. Surface morphology and particle orientation have been investigated by TEM and FESEM images. The purity and the elemental distribution have determined from EDS spectra. Magnetic parameters have been measured from VSM data. Over an extensive range of frequency (20Hz-15MHz), dielectric properties, electric modulus, impedance spectroscopy, and ac conductivity have been recorded by an impedance analyzer. The minimum dielectric loss has been observed in the high-frequency area. In the impedance spectroscopy graph, grain and grain boundary outcome has been revealed. Typical increasing behavior has been seen from the ac conductivity response of ferrite samples with an enhancement in frequency.
