Analisis Tingkat Kenyamanan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Publik pada Taman Alun-Alun Merdeka Kota Malang

Merdeka Square Park in Malang City is one of the parks which is a favorite place for the people of Malang to do recreation. Apart from being a favorite place, the location of this park is also very strategic, which is right in the middle of the city or directly adjacent to the main road where many vehicles pass. Based on the location of this park, it is necessary to conduct research related to the level of comfort in the park based on visitor perceptions and the level of thermal comfort. This research was conducted to determine the level of comfort that exists in Merdeka Square Park, Malang City. The research method used is THI (temperature humidity index) to analyze the level of thermal comfort and the Likert scale to analyze the comfort level of the park based on visitor perceptions of nine indicators or influencing factors, namely beauty, cleanliness, safety, circulation, shape, aroma/smell- smell, noise, lighting, and climate. Based on the results of the study, it was found that this park has an average THI value of 25.8 0 C with a fairly comfortable category. Then, for the level of comfort based on visitor perceptions, it was found that the indicators of beauty, safety, circulation, shape and climate fall into the very comfortable category. Meanwhile, for indicators of cleanliness, aroma/odors, noise, and lighting fall into the quite comfortable category.

Urban improvement includes landscaping – part of the city’s public administration. We consider the expe-rience in this area of the city of Nakhichevan-on-Don, whose residents from the very beginning have been planting orchards and fruit trees. Not always this experience was positive because of the lack of irrigation, later gardens and parks began to be laid in more suitable places, such as at the Cathedral Square. Its southern part was later named Boulevard. In the 1880s, the Alexander Garden was planted on the western outskirts of Nakhichevan. It was located where the city forges were demolished. The garden became a favor-ite place for citizens to relax. At the same time, green spaces appeared on the north-eastern outskirts of the city, better known as the Balabanov groves. The city public administration divided them into several sections. A gardener and a forester were engaged in the care of the groves, they thinned out overgrown areas and formed clearings for walks through the groves. The gardens of the Clerk and Commercial Clubs were also created. On one of the outskirts, a city nursery of the Society of Physical, Agricultural Labor appeared.

Predicting place of death of patients with advanced cancer receiving home-based palliative care services in Iran

BackgroundWhile home is frequently expressed as the favorite place of death (PoD) among terminally ill cancer patients, various factors affect the fulfillment of this wish. The determinants of the PoD of cancer patients in countries without healthcare system-integrated palliative and supportive care have not been studied before. This study aimed at identifying the predictors of the PoD of patients who suffer from advanced cancer by developing a reliable predictive model among who received home-based palliative care in Iran as a representative of the countries with isolated provision of palliative care services.MethodsIn a cross-sectional study, electronic records of 4083 advanced cancer patients enrolled in the Iranian Cancer Control Center (MACSA) palliative homecare program, who died between February 2018 and February 2020 were retrieved. Multivariable binary logistic regression analysis as well as subgroup analyses (location, sex, marital status, and tumor topography) was performed to identify the predictors of PoD.ResultsOf the 2398 cases included (mean age (SD) = 64.17 (14.45) year, 1269 (%52.9) male), 1216 (50.7%) patients died at home. Older age, presence and intensity of medical homecare in the last two weeks and registration in the Tehran site of the program were associated with dying at home (P < 0.05). Gynecological or hematological cancers, presence and intensity of the calls received from the remote palliative care unit in the last two weeks were predictors of death at the hospital (p < 0.05). The model was internally and externally validated (AUC = 0.723 (95% CI = 0.702–0.745; P < 0.001) and AUC = 0.697 (95% CI = 0.631–0.763; P < 0.001) respectively).ConclusionOur model highlights the demographic, illness-related and environmental determinants of the PoD in communities with patchy provision of palliative care. It also urges policymakers and service providers to identify and take the local determinant of the place of death into account to match the goals of palliative and supportive services with the patient preferences.

Nursing students' perceptions of a good death: A mixed method study

BackgroundSocial aging tendencies and increasing chronic disease burdens draw people's attention to the concept of a good death. ObjectiveThis study investigated how Chinese nursing students perceive a good death. DesignA mixed quantitative and qualitative design. Participants and settingFour hundred and ninety-three nursing students from one mainland China university and one Macao SAR university participated in the study. MethodsThe Good Death Inventory (Chinese version) was used to collect quantitative data. Qualitative data was collected through semi-structured interviews. Four hundred seventy-two questionnaires were collected, and 21 participants were interviewed. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed through statistics and thematic analysis, respectively. ResultsChinese nursing students gained an average score of 3.76 ± 0.39 in GDI-C. Students from mainland China, female, and with senior grades scored higher in the GDI-C (p < 0.05). Students' good death perception comprised four themes: positive psychological status, no physical suffering, open and supportive social surroundings, and spiritual/religious perfection. Mainland China and Macao students showed high consistency in their ranking of good death dimensions. The first five rankings in GDI-C were domains of being respected as an individual, dying in a favorite place, preparation for death, good relationships with family/medical staff, and environmental comfort. The last five rankings in GDI-C were domains of religious and spiritual comfort, independence, unawareness of death, pride and beauty, and not being a burden to others. ConclusionChinese nursing students had a moderate degree of good death perception, characterized by the emphasis on social domains. Nursing students from mainland China and Macao SAR shared a similar perception of a good death in the Chinese context. More hospice care opportunities should be provided to students to train their empathy. Educators should guide students to apply principles of respect/dignity and open communication in the nursing practice.

The Tree of Life is a four-part process which involves drawing trees and then there is a second part of the methodology which is about the Forest of Life. So, Tree of Life begins with inviting people to draw their tree. And each part of the tree represents something specific about their lives, their roots, where they come from, their history, their heritage, their ancestry, the ground where they live, who they live with, what they like to do when they’re at home, favourite places, favourite songs or dances. The trunk – the skills and their knowledges, the things they’re good at, the things that people tell them they’re good at. The leaves of their tree – most important people in their lives, people who care for them and support them. And then the branches – your hopes, your dreams for both the near and the distant future. And then the fruits are the gifts that you’ve received and that you’ve been given. And so, people are invited to come up with a tree and then they are supported to tell stories around these aspects of their lives by somebody who has been trained, who knows how to help them to thicken their stories, because we want people to stand firmly in the second stories of their lives and the alternative stories – the stories about your hopes, your dreams, your skills, the people that are important to you, your aspirations in your life. Spatial modelling of psychosocial benefits of favourite places in Denmark: A tale of two cities

Living in urban areas is known to increase the risk of psychosocial disorders, including stress, depression, and anxiety. Existing studies suggest that experiential places, including places of interest or favourite places, can mitigate these negative effects on psychological and physical health often associated with urban living. This study aims to model the spatial patterns of the benefits derived from favourite locations in two cities in Denmark: an urban metropolitan area (the capital city) and a provincial commuter town. Additionally, it examines the influence of individual and household socioeconomic factors on the benefits derived from these favourite places. Employing an online Public Participatory Geographic Information System (PPGIS) approach, data on favourite locations, derived benefits, and socioeconomic characteristics of 1400 respondents were collected. Bayesian modelling with Stochastic Partial Differential Equations under the Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation framework (INLA-SPDE) was utilized to predict the spatial patterns of four types of benefits – restorative, physical activity, socializing, and cultural – associated with enjoying favourite places in the two municipalities. This geostatistical approach allows for the identification of specific locations within the cities with perceived benefits and areas lacking such benefits. The findings provide insights into potential inequalities in the spatial distribution of perceived benefits of favourite places in Copenhagen and Roskilde, thereby informing urban planning policies and programs aimed at addressing these disparities.

Fenomena Thrifting di Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara

The phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara demonstrates the continuity and evolution of frugal shopping practices involving the purchase of second-hand items. This research delineates the long history of thrifting, from the medieval period to the emergence of organizations such as Salvation Army and Goodwill that popularized it in the 19th century. The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. With the evolution of this practice, the second-hand market becomes a favorite place for people to find affordable items, while traders and consumers continue to adapt to technological advancements and changes in the economic landscape. This study provides valuable insights into how thrifting is not just an economic phenomenon but also reflects the identity and preferences of consumers in a constantly changing shopping culture.

APLINKOSAUGINIŲ VERTYBINIŲ NUOSTATŲ RAIŠKA ANTROS KLASĖS MOKINIŲ PIEŠINIUOSE

This article stresses the importance of trying to uncover and understand students' value attitudes. Since we cannot see the values themselves, observing students' behaviour, asking the right questions and encouraging them to share their thoughts can give us insight into their attitudes. This knowledge could be used to personalise the content of learning and to choose which teaching methods to use. By creating learning situations with direct experience, we allow connections to be made between knowledge and concrete experiences. Equally important is the experience that learners already have. This paper describes a methodology that was used to identify students' expression of environmental values through their favourite places. A 3-step activity was carried out with 22 second grade learners. The results of the activity show that the majority of the students chose their favourite places in nature, some of them specific locations, others nature in a non-literal sense. Seeing through their eyes: Revealing recreationists’ landscape preferences through viewshed analysis and machine learning

Planning for outdoor recreation requires knowledge about the needs and preferences of recreationists. While previous research has mainly relied on stated preferences, recent advances in spatial data collection and analysis have enabled the assessments of actual usage patterns. In this study, we explored how landscape characteristics interact with the attributes of recreationists to determine their area choice for recreation. Using a public participation GIS (PPGIS) approach we asked residents of a Swedish city in the boreal region to draw typical recreational routes and identify favourite places for recreation on a digital online map (1389 routes, 385 individuals). We employed a novel methodology, where LiDAR data was used to calculate what was visible along all routes and at favourite places (viewsheds) in order to more realistically capture the landscape that each recreationist had experienced. Using machine learning modelling, we compared landscape characteristics of experienced areas with areas available to each recreationist. Our novel approach yielded accurate models that revealed that water environments, recreational infrastructure and deciduous forests increased the probability of choosing an area for recreation, while urban environments, noise, forest clearcuts and young forests had the opposite effect. Characteristics of the recreationists such as age, gender, level of education, or of the activity, such as type of activity performed, did not meaningfully influence area choice. Our findings suggest that it is possible to improve the conditions for recreation by developing recreational infrastructure, maintaining recreation opportunities close to waters, and adapting forest management in areas important for recreation.

School architecture, its adaptability and forms of student’s life at school: a case study of the art high school in Cracow

The case study research presented here focuses on the modern building of the State High School of Fine Arts in Cracow. The objective was to examine the adaptability of school architecture in response to new educational challenges. The survey gathered data using a paper questionnaire involving most students (N = 167). Mixed techniques were used to collect data, including participant drawings and free statements. The investigated issues included evaluating the school’s responsiveness to students’ needs, understanding the meaning of places, identifying students’ favourite places, and exploring the emotional relationship and identification with school goals and use of school space. The findings indicate that students value the school’s artistic ambience, desire greater space flexibility for participation and creativity, and a dedicated area for everyday needs.

What Do Students' Need in Learning English for Constitutional Law?

This research aims to determine the need for English in the Constitutional Law class and the students’ problems in learning English. The writers applied a narrative qualitative research method. The participants of this research were the Constitutional Law Study Program students at the State Islamic Institute of Palopo in the 2022/2023 academic year. Ninety-five students (35 males and 60 females) were involved in this research. The data collection method was the survey by distributing a questionnaire through Google Forms. The questionnaires consisted of 26 statements with choices the participants had to select. The writers used a Likert Scale. The results of data analysis were presented using quantitative and qualitative methods. The research findings identified speaking and listening as the two most crucial English skills; 35 students were at an intermediate level, and 43.5% of students struggled to construct sentences in English correctly. 71.6% of students struggled to understand the text because of the lack of vocabulary. The students answered about learning materials they need to learn. 48% of students chose the topic of introduction to Constitutional Law. They (34.7%) find it difficult to use punctuation, capitalization, and spelling. In the setting aspect, the students answered their favourite places for learning English. Most students (44.2%) like studying in the classroom.

Relationship between implementation of systematic advance care planning and the quality of death among nursing home residents: a survey.

Advance care planning (ACP) is beneficial for the quality of death (QOD). However, the effects of ACP on the QOD may vary across cultures. This study aimed to explore the relationship between the 15-step ACP program and the QOD among Japanese nursing home residents. A cross-sectional survey. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the family members of 39 nursing home residents who died between April 2017 and March 2019 by distributing the survey questionnaire by post. The survey included questions about the QOD of residents, and responses were evaluated using the Good Death Inventory (GDI) scale. Responses were obtained from 30 of the 39 bereaved families (76.9%). Data were analyzed using hierarchical clustering to determine five groups and conduct multiple comparisons. The following three domains of interest were identified: 'Dying in a favorite place', 'Good relationship with the medical staff', and 'Independence'. GDI scores were significantly higher for residents with higher ACP completion rates than for those with lower rates (p < 0.01). Residents who had taken ACP interviews had significantly higher GDI scores (p < 0.01) than those who had not taken interviews. Overall, these findings suggest that systematic ACP might be related to the QOD among Japanese nursing home residents in the above mentioned three domains. Limitations of the present study were small sample size, cross-sectional survey design as opposed to a cohort survey design, and multiple biases, including the emotional instability of bereaved family members, the length of stay of the residents, the degree of dementia of the residents, and their tendency to talk about the place of death and to develop good relationships with the medical staff.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SENSORY MARKETING AND PURCHASING DECISION: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS A MODERATOR

This research investigates the relationship between sensory marketing and purchasing decisions using customer satisfaction as a moderator. The study was applied on the customers of “Qasr E-Kababgi” restaurants (Cairo branches) as this restaurant chain is considered as one of the largest and most famous restaurants specialized in oriental food in Egypt. In addition, it is considered as a touristic destination and a favorite place to visit for foreigners. Accepted responses to the questionnaire were (385) responses. To assess the reliability and validity of the instrument and test the research framework, the researchers used smart PLS 4. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), a variance-based approach utilizes the total variance to estimate the model parameters. The research findings showed that there is a positive relationship among all variables, and customer satisfaction moderates the relationship between Sensory marketing and Purchasing decision.

The Concepts of Planning in Architecture and Environtment to Mitigate Tsunami Disaster Case Study: Semawang Beach, Denpasar, Bali

Bali won the title of “World's Favorite Tourist Destination Destination” at the 2020 PVK Award. This title is inseparable from the many natural and cultural tourist objects that attract local and foreign tourists to visit Bali, one of which is Semawang Beach, Denpasar. The wide, white and shallow coastal area, calm sea conditions, a favorite place to enjoy the sunrise, the many gazebos and tourism accommodations, the location near Ngurah Rai International Airport is the main attraction for tourists. However, according to information from the Head of the National BMKG Prof. Dwikorita Karnawati said that the southern region of East Java and Bali, including Semawang Beach, has the threat of an earthquake accompanied by a tsunami in the future which we cannot predict exactly when it will occur. Based on this, it can be concluded that what is the solution, especially from the engineering side, especially architecture, which creates beaches that are safe for tourists to visit in the form of permeable architectural and environmental models that support tsunami disaster mitigation. Specifically for the first year, the existing model will be evaluated first so that it is hoped that in the second year a permeable design model will be produced. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using observation data, surveys, and documents. The research instruments were coastal base maps, total station tools, laser meters, stationery, autocad and 3d sketchup software, cameras and computers. The research which is planned for 9 months in the first year is expected to produce findings of evaluation of existing permeable architectural and environmental models in supporting tsunami disaster mitigation in the Semawang Beach area, Denpasar in terms of evacuation rescue routes, protective areas, safe zones, open spaces, facilities general disaster response, and determinants of disaster response in spatial planning and buildings.

Favourite places for outdoor recreation: Weak correlations between perceived qualities and structural landscape characteristics in Swedish PPGIS study

Abstract Connections between outdoor recreation and various health and well‐being benefits are well established. However, questions remain regarding which landscape characteristics that best predict places in the landscape that correspond to people's needs and preferences. The perceived sensory dimensions (PSDs) model proposes eight basic perceived qualities that people commonly seek in outdoor environments to support complementary needs: a Natural, a Cultural, a Cohesive, a Diverse, a Sheltered, an Open, a Serene and a Social quality respectively. These PSDs have increasingly been suggested as a tool for green space assessment and planning. How strongly they correlate with objective landscape characteristics is, however, still an open question. We surveyed recreationists in Sweden, tasking them with noting their favourite places on a map (n = 275), and to report the degree to which the PSDs were present. The qualities typically reported as most prominent at these places were Open, Serene and Sheltered, while the least prominent were Social and Cultural. A cluster analysis further revealed that favourite places could be classified into two main groups regarding perceived qualities. One associated with presumably more restorative qualities, emphasising Natural and Serene settings, the other instead suggesting a more outward‐directed experience, strong in the perceived Social and Cultural dimensions. Machine learning models, however, revealed weak links between objective landscape characteristics and perceived qualities, with stronger correlations found with attributes connected to personal characteristics, such as the degrees to which a person identifies as nature or urban oriented. Although largely confirming the basic relations between the PSDs suggested by earlier studies, our results cast some doubt on the way they often have been understood and used, as describing an ‘objective’ truth of places, rather than representing qualities that largely emanate from the individual experience. Our results instead confirm previous reports of weak general links between objective landscape measures and perceived qualities. THE USHKAN’Y ISLANDS, LAKE BAIKAL, AND THEIR ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE IN THE LIFE OF THE BAIKAL SEAL (&lt;i&gt;PUSA SIBIRICA&lt;/i&gt; GMELIN 1788, PINNIPEDIA) IN MODERN CONDITIONS

For the first time, a detailed description of the coastline of the Ushkan’y Islands, Lake Baikal is given in order to assess the use of the shore by the Baikal seal (Pusa sibirica Gm.) as haulouts, and the role these haulouts play in the annual cycle of seals. To do this, video material obtained using the DJI UAV Mavic 2 Zoom (take-off weight 905 g) and Air 2 S (take-off weight 595 g), as well as long-term field observations were used. A complete survey of the coastline of all four islands was carried out on May 29th and 30th, 2022 (at a water level of 456.40 m a.s.l.) and on August 12th and 24th (water level 456.79 and 456.83 m, respectively). Based on lithological characteristics, about 30% coastline on the Bolshoy Island, the largest one, is shown to be suitable for use by seals, but currently this is not the case. Among the three smaller islands, the most favorite place for the formation of seal haulouts is the Kruglyi Island, based on the total number of animals recorded on the island and in coastal waters, followed by the Tonkiy Island and then the Dolgiy Island, the latter supporting a stationary video system transmitting information online. On all islands, coordinates of specific haulout/rookery locations have been determined. Currently, about 35% length of the coastline of the three smaller Ushkan’y Islands are being used by seals for haulouts to one degree or another. Under current climatic conditions, the rookeries on the smaller Ushkan’y Islands seem to play extremely important roles for a significant part of the population (several thousand individuals visit them every season), since most other rookeries and locations that seals could use as such are highly susceptible to anthropogenic impacts.

How COVID-19 affects user interaction with online streaming service providers on twitter

The worldwide diffusion of COVID-19, declared pandemic in March 2020, has led to significant changes in people’s lifestyles and behavior, especially when it comes to the consumption of media and entertainment. Indeed, during this period, online streaming platforms have become the preferred providers of recreational content, whereas Online Social Networks proved to be the favorite place to find social connections while adhering to distancing measures. In the meantime, from the online Streaming Service Providers’ point of view, Online Social Networks have gained more and more importance both as valuable data sources for business intelligence and as connected and co-viewing platforms. This study starts from these considerations to explore the impact of COVID-19 on user interaction with Streaming Service Providers in Online Social Networks. In particular, our investigation focuses on the Twitter platform; by comparing several large datasets referring to different periods (i.e., before, during, and after COVID-19 emergence), we investigate interesting patterns and dynamics leveraging both Natural Language Processing and sentiment analysis techniques. Our data science campaign, and the main findings derived, adopts a peculiar perspective focusing on the different categories of users and Streaming Service Providers. The main objective of the analysis is to uncover the dynamics underlying the evolution of the interaction between people and businesses during the COVID-19 outbreak.

A REVIEW OF CHILDREN'S ILLEGAL RACING BASED ON LAW NO. 22 OF 2009 CONCERNING ROAD TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION

Background. The occurrence of illegal racing crime is caused by poor self-control of children and also weakening social control due to lack of family supervision, environment, school, and law enforcement to carry out their control functions. The study aimed to identify the chronology and illegal motorcycle street racing area that became a favorite place where illegal racers held in Ploso Kertosono Nganjuk and the surrounding area. Research Method. This research is considered as a field research or case study. It is used descriptive analysis method and the type of research is qualitative research. The data collection procedures of this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary sources included interviewing illegal riders, the society around the illegal street racing area, and police officers from the county police of Nganjuk. The secondary data were collected from books, journals, and documents. The research analyzed from Ius Constitutum included No. 22 of 2009 about Indonesian traffic law. Findings. This research results more on the chronology and describes the flow of illegal races that are so popular with children in the Ploso Kertosono Nganjuk road area and its surroundings in Nganjuk Regency and is continued with an analysis in terms of Positive Law in the form of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The final result is the absolute truth of Positive Law in analyzing illegal racing under applicable laws and regulations. Conclusion. The concept of Ius Constitutum analyzes illegal motorcycle street racing according to the applicable laws and regulations.

Rooms to Live In: An Architect’s Recollections

ABSTRACT Our homes are our unwritten autobiographies, the places to which we are most emotionally attached. As such, our houses should be as unique as we are, satisfying our deepest desires and enriching our lives in our specific time and place. The purpose of this essay was to determine what factors, both physical and emotional, make it possible to design such unique houses for ourselves. For an architect-designed home, what information must be discovered and revealed to the architect to achieve this goal? The author discusses the process he employed over 40 years of designing houses that their owners loved and cherished, beginning with having clients remember and analyze their favorite childhood places. He suggests that “only a detailed, intimate, and uniquely specific description will tender a unique house,” and that “the most valuable guide to what makes you comfortable” – more than photos, magazine clippings, or thousands of links to shelter websites – is the memory of that special childhood place. Determining what made that place so special, he concludes, is the beginning of our journey toward a new home that is as unique as we are.

Brief History of Sowa-Rigpa in Ladakh

Sowa-Rigpa” commonly known as Tibetan system of medicine is one of the oldest, Living and well documented medical tradition of the world. It has been originated from Tibet and popularly practice in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Mongolia and Russia. The majority of theory and practice of Sowa-Rigpa is similar to “Ayurveda”. The first Ayurvedic influence came to Tibet during 3rd century AD but it became popular only after 7th centuries with the approach of Buddhism to Tibet. There after this trend of exportation of Indian medical literature, along with Buddhism and other Indian art and sciences were continued till early 19th century. India being the birth place of Buddha and Buddhism has always been favorite place for learning Buddhist art and culture for Tibetan students; lots of Indian scholars were also invited to Tibet for prorogation of Buddhism and other Indian art and sciences. This long association with India had resulted in translation and preservation of thousands of Indian literature on various subjects like religion, sciences, arts, culture and language etc. in Tibetan language. Out of these around twenty-five text related to medicine are also preserved in both canonical and non-canonical forms of Tibetan literatures. Many of these knowledge were further enriched in Tibet with the knowledge and skills of neighboring countries and their own ethnic knowledge. “Sowa-Rigpa” (Science of healing) is one of the classic examples of it. rGyud-bZhi (four tantra) the fundamental text book of this medicine was composed by Yuthog Yonten Gonpo who is believed to be the father of Sowa Rigpa. rGyud-bZhi which is based on indigenous medicine of Tibet enriched with Ayurveda, Chinese and Greek Medicine. The impact of Sowa-Rigpa along with Buddhism and other Tibetan art and sciences were spread in neighboring Himalayan regions. In India, this system is widely practice in Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Darjeeling (West Bengal), Dharamsala, Lahaul and Spiti(Himachal Pradesh) and Ladakh region of Jammu &amp; Kashmir.
