HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU TERHADAP KUNJUNGAN IBU BALITA DI KELOMPOK BINA KELUARGA BALITA (BKB) MELATI INDAH DESA TOAPAYA SELATAN KECAMATAN TOAPAYA KABUPATEN BINTAN PROVINSI KEPULAUAN RIAU

Malnutrition problem is the main focus of the President of Indonesia. In this case President Joko Widodo and World Bank President Jim Yong Kim discussed the stunting problem or malnutrition which reached number of children in the country. Malnutrition in the Riau Islands Province in 2017 was a parental problem (63.4%). One of a series of sustained and guided activities to ensure optimal growth and development of infants rolled out by the government is the TODDLER’S FAMILY DEVELOPMENT Program. The Ministry of Health reported that around 150.8 million toddlers in the world experienced stunting and 17.7% of children in Indonesia experienced malnutrition. Several factors that affect the sustainability of the toddler’s family development program among which is influenced by toddler’s families. Lack of sufficient level of education in caring for and educating children can affect the development of toddlers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers towards the visit of mothers in the Toddler Family Development Group. This study adopted an analytical survey research design using the Cross Sectional approach carried out in the South Toapaya Village of Toapaya subdistrict in March-August 2019. The population and sample were 31 mothers with a total sampling technique. From the data analysis using chi square, the results of 31 mothers of toddlers were mostly obtained good knowledge (71%), good attitude (71%) and irregular visits of mothers to the Toddler Family Development Group (68%). Statistical test results have a relationship between knowledge where p = 0.001 <0.05, and attitude p = 0.001 <0.05. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitude with the visit of a mother with toddler in South Toapaya Village, Toapaya District. It is suggested that the Toddler Family Development Program is able to support cadres to develop and form a Toddler’s Family Development Group in other villages

Communication in the Elderly Family Development Program in Gresik Regency

This study aims to describe the implementation of the elderly family development program in Mulung Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation. The determination of the informants was carried out using a purposive sampling method which involved the midwife in charge at the Puskesmas, implementing nurses, village officials, cadres, and the community. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study shows that the communication of the elderly family development program runs in accordance with the policies that have been determined by the PP and PA KB Office in collaboration with the Driyorejo Health Center to implement the program in each village. By using Edward III's theory which focuses on the communication dimension consisting of transmission, regular socialization needs to be improved so that the public can know the existence of the program, clarity of understanding can be accepted by policy implementers and consistency is proven by setting an examination schedule so that the health of the elderly can run well.

Not yet optimal Family Development Program for Toddlers at the DPPKBP3 Extension Center, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency, Lack of Family Planning Extension officers Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the Toddler Family Development Program (BKB). The Regional Government establishes a family development policy through fostering family welfare resilience, one of which is carried out by means of: The BKB program as a part of the Family Planning (KB) program aims to increase the knowledge and skills of parents and other family members in fostering growth and development of children under five through physical stimulation, motor intelligence, emotional from socioeconomic as well as possible is one of the efforts to be able to develop family functions. Armed with this knowledge and skills, it is hoped that parents will be able to educate and nurture their toddlers from an early age so that these children can grow and develop into quality Indonesian human beings. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The results showed that the factors that influence the Policy for the Community Development Program for Toddlers at the DPPKBP3 Extension Center, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.

This study analyzes the direction of family resilience development from the perspective of IslamicLaw Compilation. This research is a field research, using descriptive methods with an interdisciplinaryapproach, such as the normative approach, the sociological approach and the psychologicalapproach. From the results of this study it can be concluded that Efforts to build family resilience areby improving family quality, through family development programs by increasing the role and qualityof the family. The components of family resilience are (1). Physical Resilience, related to the economiccapacity of the family. (2). Social Resilience, is the strength of the family in the application of religiousvalues, maintenance of bonds and commitment, effective communication, division and acceptance ofroles, setting goals and encouragement to progress, which will be a strength in dealing with familyproblems and having positive social relationships. (3). Psychological Resilience, The ability of familymembers to manage their emotions resulting in a positive self-concept and satisfaction with meetingneeds and achieving family development tasks. Thus a family that is not immune can be seen from theunderstanding between each family member in understanding the roles and functions as well as therights and obligations of each family member.

Strategi pengaktifan kelompok bina keluarga balita pada kampung keluarga berencana

Family Planning Village (KB) was one of the flagship programs of the Indonesian National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN). IT aimed to synergize the Concept of Family Empowerment Development, Population and Family Planning (Bangga Kencana) in the village sphere. That could improve the utilization of Family Planning services can be accessed by people living in remote villages from family planning service centres and as an effort by BKKBN to create a prosperous and quality family. One of Bangga Kencana mandatory programs in Kb Village was the Toddler Family Development Program (BKB). This community empowerment activity was carried out to activate the BKB group by conducting counselling, coaching, monitoring, and field assistance. From the assessment results, after the training was carried out. It appeared that the cadres of BKB Group did coach public dissemination better. They were proven from the effects of Pre-Test, and Post-Trial Cadre Supervisor BKB where the initial pre-test score averaged 65.5%, after conducting evaluation and education then done Post Test, where the average weight increased to 84.76%. Then there was the recognition of the community based on the results of in-depth interviews that there is an increase in public awareness to participate in the active group of BKB and increase the participation of citizens in every BKB Group coaching activity in Lhambuk Village.

Hubungan keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan dengan kecerdasan emosional remaja

Indonesia has a demographic bonus where the number of young people is quite large than the old generation and children. Youth in Pekanbaru City reached 20,095% or 234.916 people. The problem is from the preliminary studies results that many adolescents have low emotional intelligence because they are considered less skilled in socializing and are motivated because of social media and electronic media. This study aims to determine the relationship between father involvement in parenting with adolescent emotional intelligence. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study were 116 adolescents of Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya Pekanbaru District. Sampling using the Non-Probability technique with the snowball sampling method. Researchers used a questionnaire to collect data. This study uses a bivariate analysis, namely Chi-Square. The results showed that fathers' involvement in parenting was in the high category, namely 92.2% of 107 people. Kidney intelligence is in the percentage of 82.8% of 96 people. Thus, there is a positive or significant relationship between fathers' involvement in parenting and adolescent emotional intelligence with a value of P = 0.008 (p &lt;0.05). With these results, it is hoped that nurses can motivate nurses to promote health-related to adolescent psychology through the Youth Family Development Program and the Youth Care Health Program. The Role of the Population, Family Planning and Family Development Program (KKBPK) in Reducing Stunting Prevalence

Stunting is a common issue in the global network. Stunting is one of the fundamental problems that hinder the development of toddlers in the world today and has received great international attention, at least in the last decade. In 2017, for example, around 150.8 million (22.2%) children in the world were stunted. The stunting prevalence data collected by WHO (2005-2017) puts Indonesia in third position, the country with the highest prevalence in the Southeast Asia region (36.4%). Basic health research data in 2018 shows the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is around 30.8% and is still below the world standard (WHO), which is a maximum of 20%. Many interventions have been carried out to reduce the prevalence of stunting, especially from a (specific) health aspect. However, interventions that only target specific interventions are still ineffective, hence the need for interventions that involve various sectors or stakeholders. The argument from this study is the need for stunting prevention interventions that involve multi-sectors, not only specific ones (health), but also sensitive interventions (Population, Family Planning, and Family Development programs). Strengthened by the latest research shows the focus of studies on multi-sector stunting prevention. Recent studies also prove that it is important to pay attention to a family-based approach (family development) in the prevention of stunting, especially in regards to birth interval management which has an effect on reducing the prevalence of stunting.

EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PROGRAM BINA KELUARGA REMAJA (BKR) DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KETENTRAMAN KELUARGA

Adolescence is a period of transition, namely the transition period from childhood to adulthood, which experiences the development of all aspects/functions to enter adolescence. Many programs are provided by the government in terms of improving and improving the quality of youth in Indonesia. This approach to the family is carried out through the development of the Youth Family Development group (BKR). Youth Family Development is an activity carried out by a group of families or parents to improve guidance, guidance, or even knowledge of adolescent growth and development in a good and directed manner in order to build a quality family. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Youth Family Development Program (BKR) in realizing family peace in Bumi Jaya Village, Kec. Son of God Kab. Central Lampung. And to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the effectiveness of the Youth Family Development Program (BKR) in realizing family peace in Bumi Jaya Village, Anak Tuha sub-district, Central Lampung district. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method. The result of this research is that the Youth Family Development (BKR) program in Realizing Family Peace in Bumi Jaya Village, Anak Tuha District, Central Lampung Regency has been effective. Qualitative Study Of Perception And Couples Of Childbearing Age (PUS) Experience Of Modern Contraception In Wirogunan, Mergangsan, Yogyakarta City

The use of contraceptives is one of the factors that directly affect fertility. Couples of childbearing age (PUS) decisions using contraceptives are influenced by various factors such as demographic, social, economic, legal, political, and environmental conditions. Information on the level of contraceptive use is important to measure the success of the Population, Family Planning, and Family Development Program. Through this strategic goal, the BKKBN seeks to increase the use of modern contraception to control birth rates. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception and experience of PUS regarding the use of modern contraception. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were PUS who used traditional family planning, village midwives, cadres in Wirogunan, Mergangsan, Yogyakarta City. Primary data collection on the informant is done by in-depth interviews with PUS using traditional family planning. The results of this study indicate that the PUS perception of the majority of respondents said that modern contraception will fail if it uses an IUD. While most respondents' experiences convey a lot of side effects. This study concludes that PUS perception about modern contraception is a negative perception of fear of failure and experiencing side effects. It is recommended that socialization on modern contraceptive methods by experts from midwives or doctors be trusted by the public regularly

Determinants of Long-Acting and Permanent Methods (LAPMS) of contraception use in Jambi Province, Indonesia

The use of long-acting and permanent methods of contraception (LAPMs) by couples of reproductive age in Jambi Province is still comparatively low. Long-term contraception users were only 18.26 percent in 2018. Based on these, the objective of the study is to analyze as follows: 1) the determinants of LAPMs and non-LAPMs used by couples of reproductive age; 2) the relationship between couples of reproductive age and use of LAPMs. Data is obtained from the 2018 Performance Monitoring and Accountability of Population, Family Planning, and Family Development programs. Data were analyzed using binary logistic regression, One-way ANOVA and Chi-Square Test. The results of the analysis found that the determinants of LAPM and non-LAPM selection by couples of reproductive age are woman’s educational attainment, woman’s employment status, the difference between ideal and actual number of surviving children, the desire for more children, the knowledge of contraceptive methods, economic conditions, and urban-rural residence. Furthermore, the characteristics of couples of reproductive age significantly related to the LAPM choice include woman’s age, woman’s educational attainment, the actual number of surviving children, the difference between ideal and actual number of surviving children, the desire for more children, the knowledge of contraceptive methods, economic conditions, and urban-rural residence.

Determinants of Modern Contraceptive Use among Young Married Women (Age 15-24) in Indonesia

Younger maternal age increases maternal and neonatal risks, while the use of contraceptives among young married women is noticeably lower compared to older women. Contraceptive use can reduce the risk of reproductive health problems among young women. This study aimed to assess the determinants of modern contraceptive use among young married women aged 15-24 in Indonesia. The study utilized data of the 2019 Indonesian Population, Family Planning and Family Development Program Performance and Accountability Survey. The analysis was restricted to 3,927 young married women who were not pregnant during the survey, as they were likely to report either doing something or not postponing or delaying pregnancy. Logistic regression analyses were performed to predict factors influencing modern contraceptive use among young married women. Findings indicate that all demographic factors (age, residence, and region) and education were associated with modern contraceptive use. The number of living children and desire to have children revealed significant variability in modern contraceptive use among young married women. Other important factors in explaining contraceptive use were family planning program exposure factors such as knowledge of the contraceptive method and discussed family planning with health worker. The study underlines the importance of intervention programs aimed at increasing modern contraceptive information targeting adolescents who are older, residen in urban area, live in islands other than Java-Bali, have higher education; and encouraging provider-clients&amp;rsquo; family planning interpersonal communication.

UPAYA MENCEGAH KEKERASAN SEKSUAL MELALUI PENDIDIKAN KELUARGA PADA PROGRAM BINA KELUARGA BALITA

The number of violence against children continues to increase every year. The prevention to sexual violence toward children should involve the community. Sexual education should be started through family. Parents teach their toddler about the body, how to respect their body, and how to protect their self. Bina Keluarga Balita as a national program to educate the community, will teach society to prevent sexual violence toward children continuously. The study used the Research and Development approach. The population of the study involved mothers at the Posyandu in Kecamatan Gunungpati which were divided into 16 sub-districts. The research sample was residents from the sub-districs who had low socio-economic and had children aged 2 - 6 years. Research uses purposive sampling technique. Methods of collecting data using scale instruments, questionnaires, achievement tests and interviews. Data analysis used a different test to compare the attitudes and knowledge of mothers to sexual violence in children.The results of testing in small groups and groups are broader, both of which show an increasement in attitudes and knowledge and coping with maternal stress on sexual violence toward children after training in Bina Keluarga Balita. This proves that family education through a toddler family development program is effective in increasing attitudes and knowledge and coping with maternal stress on sexual violence toward children, and this program can be recommended as an effort to prevent sexual violence toward children in community.

Family Planning’s Village: A Real Role in the Efforts to Improve Family Empowerment

The Family Planning Village Program as known as ‘Kampung KB’, is one of the government’s innovation&#x0D; programs in strengthening the Family Planning and Family Development program by narrowing the scope&#x0D; of the target is at the regional or village level. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the program&#x0D; in Tanjung Gunung Village, Pangkalan Baru District, and also the obstacles. This type of research was&#x0D; qualitative with a case study approach. Subject selected by purposive sampling method. Data collected&#x0D; by in-depth interviews. Data was analyzed by content analysis methods. Referring to all indicators that all&#x0D; levels of both the implementers and also the target activities related to the information provided is not up to&#x0D; date and not yet clear enough. The available resources are inadequate, while the disposition given has not&#x0D; been responded to very well, so that the elements of the community themselves are less willing to respond&#x0D; or lack of their awareness. Judging from the organizational structure, the program has not been carried&#x0D; out in accordance with the technical manual guidelines, and the tasks given have not been carried out in&#x0D; accordance with the existing of SOPs, then accounted for in the form of unscheduled and organized reports.&#x0D; The conclusion is that not all input, process and output indicators have been fulfilled. The suggestion of&#x0D; this research is the need for a shared awareness that Kampung KB is a shared property and with an increase&#x0D; in the Quality of human resources, various concerns of life regarding issues related to Population Family&#x0D; Planning and Family Development Program (KKBPK). It is also need to create a standard reporting system&#x0D; to implement these activities.

Intervention of Specific Nutrition and Sensitive Nutrition with Nutritional Status of Under Two-Year Infants in Family Planning Village as Efforts to Face the Demographic Bonus

KB Village, through the family development program for children under five years (ttoddler) participated involved interventions of sensitive nutrition and specific nutrition. The purpose of this study is to see the role of the KB village in preventing stunting in toddlers (children under five years) and to find the dominant factors that influence it. The research design is cross sectional with 85 samples of under two-year infants (baduta), the mothers, 5 of KB Villages in Palangka Raya and 2 of KB Villages in East Barito Regency (Bartim). The study is conducted from June to October 2018. Statistical analysis using chi square (α = 5%) with the results of the test ρ 0.02 &lt;α 0.05 that there is a relationship of intervention programs of sensitive nutrition and specific nutrition with the nutritional status of children under five years (toddler). The dominant factor in the nutritional status of under two-year infants (baduta) is exclusive breastfeeding with a value of ρ 0.012 &lt;0.05, RR = 6.702 (95% CI 1.518-29.579), mother’s education ρ 0.001 &lt;0.05, RR 5.281 (95% CI 1.970-14.158). There is a need for family development programs for children under five years and adolescence in implementing intervention programs of sensitive nutrition and specific nutrition, collaborating with the community, managing records and reporting based on success indicators, partnering with policy holders and community empowerment.

Impact analysis of smartphone use and Youth Family Development (BKR) program on family disharmony in Magetan Regency

This article examines the impact of the use of smart phone and BKR programs on family disharmony. Smartphone are devices that have both positif and negative effects. Indonesia is predicted to get a demographic bonus in 2020- 2030 with the highest number of teenagers, and the majority of smartphone users are teenagers. BKR is a program that serves to help parenting to avoid deviant behavior. This research uses quantitative methods, with primary data of 300 respondents. The sample of this study consisted of 150 PKK groups and 150 teenagers. Data collection technique is using questionnaire data. Data analysis technique is using path analysis and SPSS 21.0 software. The results of the study stated that the use of smartphone had a negative and not significant effect on family disharmony, smartphone usage had a negative and significant effect on BKR program and smartphone usage had a negative and significant effect on family disharmony. The use of a smart phone does not have an impact on family disharmony because of effective communication between family members. The existence of the BKR program is still needed to assist families in fostering their teenagers so that it is wiser to use a smartphone.

Early Childhood Parenting Practices in Indonesia

Parenting practices play an important role in early childhood development. Some literature and ethnographic studies suggest that collectivism, as part of local culture, is crucial in determining parenting practices in Indonesia. However, an inter-cultural study shows that parents' socioeconomic status has a stronger effect on the matter. The present study aims to examine the determinants of parenting practices in Indonesia, using data from the 2018 Population, Family Planning and Family Development Program Performance and Accountability Survey, a nation-wide survey conducted by the Indonesia National Population and Family Planning Board, with samples of 19,568 mothers of reproductive age who have children under 6 years of age. Parenting practices are measured using 17 items, covering both physical and psychosocial stimulation. Logistic regression was used to determine the predictors of early childhood parenting practices. The findings highlight that early childhood parenting practices are strongly associated with both cultural values and household wealth status. This study underscores the emergence of emotional/psychological interdependence values in Indonesia, characterised by high family integrity, and encouragement to a child's autonomy and achievement. Our model proposes a family's economic development and a maximum of two parity, which is important for Indonesian early childhood parenting practices.

Analysis of the Kampung KB Program Implementation in Improving Family Welfare in Air Dingin Village Bukit Raya District Pekanbaru City

The population growth of Riau, especially Pekanbaru has continued to increase over the past 5 years. Even in 2015 Riau's population growth rate exceeded the national level. This is due to the low level of public awareness of the Kampung KB program and the low level of community participation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Kampung KB program in improving family welfare in the Air Dingin Village. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the help of Big Data. The data used are primary and secondary data, where data sources are obtained from informants selected based on purposive sampling. The results of this study generally indicate that the implementation of the Kampung KB program in the Air Dingin Village has been going well. It's just that there is one activity that has not been implemented, namely the Youth Counseling Information Center (PIK) for Youth. Input from this program High community participation for the progress of the family planning program, the variety of activities carried out in an integrated manner and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The process of this program The running of activities in each section, the participation of government officials in synchronizing activities and the frequency and quality of extension activities is not maximal. The output of this program is improving the quality of human resources and controlling population numbers through increasing participation of family planning participants, family development programs through community empowerment, and increasing cross-sectoral activities.

Description Trend Activities of Family Development Program Bina Keluarga Balita (Poktan BKB) (KKBPK Survey for RPJMN Family 2017)

Being the main pilar of development, there is still a need to develop the qualities of human resource. These qualities of human resources consist of level of health and emotional and spiritual maturities that can be assessed from a child starting from the fetus stage to the age of 6 years old. During this period, a child is in a serious need of nutritious and balanced food, education, and care for various aspects so that her or she can grow and develop optimally through a good family development. The aim of this research was to describe family development program trends throughout the so-called activity group of Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB). Hence, this study used the descriptive quantitative approach. The data were collected from the results of the KKBPK survey on 2017 family RPJMN. The results howed that family knowledge on BKB increased by 43% (in 2017) compared to 41% (in 2016), family parenting experiences in the nurturing children who where under five-years of age and of pre-school ages mostly consisted of distribution of nutritious food, amounting to 72.9% (2015), 70.8% (2016) and 73.4% (2017), accompanying children to play which reached 39.25% (2015), 57.2% (2016) and 63.5% (2017), and giving the opportunity to their children to play with their peers which amounted to 52.2% (2015), 72.0% (2016) and 78.0% (2017). In conclusion, family development trends through the Bina Keluarga Balita activity group showed an increased from year 2015 to 2017. Moreover, the index of parenting experiences and growth and development of children under five years of age and of pre-school ages was 66.7% in year 2017 (index range 0–100), which had fulfilled the strategic planning target.
