PERAN GANDA ISTRI DALAM MENSEJAHTERAKAN KELUARGA DALAM PERSPEKTIF FEMINISME AMINA WADUD

This study examines the dual role of wives in family welfare. Many wives are found who play a dual role in building a family in the city of Padangsidimpuan, so it is interesting to be investigated in depth. This research is included in juridical-normative legal research. The data collection method used was interviews with women who played a dual role in building family welfare. The result of this study is that the dual role of wives in building family welfare because the husband's income is not sufficient for household needs, the husband wanders, and cannot work because of illness. Ideally, all actions taken by the wife to meet the needs of the family. Meanwhile, Article 80 Paragraph 4 Letter (c) of the IHL emphasizes that the husband is the family, so that it becomes a central position in determining the progress or decline of the household. In the perspective of Islamic Family Law, balance and cooperation between husband and wife in all aspects of family life. This includes the division of tasks, decision-making, and conflict resolution, with the aim of creating a harmonious and prosperous family environment. Meanwhile, according to Amina Wadud's gender theory, the wife has a dual role in family welfare, namely first, as a life partner, the wife is responsible for supporting the husband and maintaining the integrity of the family. Secondly, as an individual who has her own rights, the wife also has the responsibility to ensure that her needs and aspirations are also met.

IMPLEMENTASI 9 PILAR PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PENANAMAN NILAI KARAKTER PADA ANAK USIA DINI DI RA AL-IZZAH KOTA SERANG

Character value cultivation in children should begin at an early age through early childhood education institutions, via learning activities tailored to the needs of young children. One method is the implementation of the 9 Pillars of Education in instilling character values in early childhood at RA Al-Izzah, Serang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the 9 Pillars of Education in instilling character values in early childhood at RA Al-Izzah, Serang City. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through data triangulation, and data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation begins with the preparation of RPPH and the application of character cultivation activities during the first 10 minutes of learning. Supporting factors include adequate facilities, competent teachers, exemplary behavior, habituation, and family harmony. Inhibiting factors in instilling character values in early childhood include limited time, differing child temperaments, lack of cooperation between parents and teachers, and social environmental factors. The conclusion is that the implementation of this learning is very important as the 9 Pillars of Character can enhance the development of children into better individuals in various aspects of life.

Paternal Incarceration, Family Relationships, and Adolescents’ Internalizing and Externalizing Problem Behaviors

Little is known about the conditions under which paternal incarceration is harmful to children and the mechanisms that explain this. This study addressed the family relationship context in the associations between paternal incarceration and adolescents’ internalizing and externalizing problem behaviors. Using data from the Future of Families and Child Wellbeing Study, a moderated mediation model was specified where paternal incarceration predicted adolescents’ internalizing and externalizing problem behaviors through family relationship quality, and where the mediating role of family relationship quality was moderated by pre-incarceration family relationship characteristics. Using latent profile analyses, three pre-incarceration family clusters were identified (“Cohesive”; “Fragmented”; “Disharmonious”). Analyses indicated that the association between paternal incarceration and family relationship quality differed across pre-incarceration family clusters and that decreased father-mother relationship quality mediated the negative association between paternal incarceration and adolescents’ internalizing and externalizing problem behaviors among “Cohesive” and “Fragmented”, but not among “Disharmonious” family clusters. The findings suggest that adolescents with more harmonious pre-incarceration family relationships are most vulnerable to the negative consequences of paternal incarceration. The study demonstrates the need to consider the family relationship context to understand the intergenerational consequences of incarceration.

Penerapan Keluarga Sakinah oleh Pasangan Suami Istri sebagai Keluarga Binaan di KUA Wonokromo Surabaya

The aim of this research is to determine the content of marriage guidance received from the Wonokromo Religious Affairs Office (KUA), to understand the reasons why prospective couples participate in marriage guidance at KUA Wonokromo, and to ascertain the practice of the values of a Sakinah family by married couples under the mentorship of KUA Wonokromo. The research method used is qualitative. The type of research utilized is a case study, which involves an in-depth, detailed, and detailed investigation into a specific event or ongoing case. The data sources obtained in this study utilize primary data sources derived from interviews. The data collection method employed by the researcher is through direct interviews with informants. The findings of the research on the content of marriage guidance received from KUA Wonokromo include: (a) Patience to better control emotions, (b) Keeping silent to avoid conflicts, (c) Discussing together for clarity and finding appropriate solutions, and (d) Calming oneself to think clearly in making decisions. Second, the reasons why prospective couples participate in marriage guidance at KUA Wonokromo include: (a) Teaching mutual understanding towards spouses, (b) Building mental readiness for the next stage, and (c) Collaborating for mutual progress. Third, the practice of the values of a Sakinah family by married couples under the mentorship of KUA Wonokromo includes: (a) Building a harmonious family, (b) Being prepared to enter the marriage stage, and (c) Having physical and mental knowledge for the future.

Institutional Study: Collaboration between Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Madrasah Diniyah

Education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Madrasah Diniyah could be more optimal in maximizing students' religious, science, and technology education. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah combines the 2013 and independent curricula, but most teachers and parents consider Islamic learning less in-depth. Meanwhile, Madrasah Diniyah only focuses on religious teaching without including general knowledge. This research analyses the collaboration between Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Madrasah Diniyah (Madin). The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was obtained through observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis refers to Miles and Huberman's theory, which involves data reduction, visualization and validation stages. The collaboration between MI Baitul Muttaqin and Madin Baitul Muttaqin involves joint decision-making to shape students' religious character and science and technology abilities through comprehensive learning between religion and science and technology. This collaboration is analyzed using collaborative governance theory, emphasizing shared goals, participation, organizational structure, role division, communication, and evaluation. The impact is comprehensive education of students' religious character and science and technology skills. The obstacles come from differences in the characteristics of Madin and MI educators, but the heads of MI and Madin consider the benefits more. Coordination, intensive communication and improving the qualifications of Madin educators are critical solutions for harmonizing learning. It is also essential to support harmonious family habits at home to achieve comprehensive results.

‘The balance is a forever moving one’: Chinese women entrepreneurs’ politics of reinscription when encountering nonhuman agents of control

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship is often associated with masculinity as well as symbolic and actual male bodies, which creates discursive and material constraints for women entrepreneurs. This study synthesizes an intersectional reinscription analysis and new materialist approaches to agency to explore 34 mainland Chinese women entrepreneurs’ identity construction or boundary-makings in and beyond their work encounters with various actors. Materializing through participants’ narratives are abstract, intangible ‘ideas/ideals’ that become real ‘things’ capable of stirring/halting/altering women’s entrepreneurial activity, including ‘the feminine,’ ‘family harmony,’ ‘stable job,’ and ‘Chinese traditions.’ Already within and as open-ended relations, these nonhuman agents also get reconfigured in encountering women’s entrepreneurial enactments, whereby situated systems of power (apart from gender and occupation) also arise. Practically, this study maps potential sites of intervention in gendered entrepreneurship ecosystems and highlights cultural, work-life, and political insights shown through participants’ boundary-making practices.

How Does Tourism Contribute to Happiness? Evidence of The Role of Hotels and Accommodation in Sumatera

Happiness is the ultimate goal of a prosperous life that a person wants to achieve. There are many stigmas and opinions about measuring happiness, such as happiness seen from health, work, education, family harmony, and more. With so many ways to see and measure happiness, a happiness index was created to measure the welfare and happiness of people in a region or country. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of tourism on happiness by using the number of hotels and accommodations, technology and information, health, consumption expenditure, education, and crime. The data used is secondary data, with a population of 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. The analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression Analysis. The research results show that tourism, technology, health, and consumption expenditure positively affect the happiness index. In contrast, education and crime have a negative effect on the happiness index in 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra

Language maintenance in the family to maintain family harmony: A case study of mixed marriages between Sundanese women and French men

This research aims to scrutinize the use of language in intermarried families between Sundanese women and French men living in France. Using ethnographic research with a qualitative and descriptive methodology, the data in this study were gathered via observations, interviews with informants, and written sources in the form of notes from the French embassy in Indonesia. The purpose was to collect information regarding languages used in their families. The results of this study reveal that the families of Sundanese-French couples living in France practice multilingual interactions in their family. They use French, English, Indonesian, and Sundanese languages as a medium for family communication. The use of each language varies according to its functions. In these families, the children understand Indonesian and a little bit of Sundanese, but they prefer to speak French or English. After growing up, their inner attachment to their mothers led them to look for their cousins in Indonesia.

EXPLORING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND EMOTIONAL CONTENTMENT AMONG WORKING MOTHERS AND IN THEIR MOTHERHOOD

Purpose: This research study aims to investigate the relationship between work-life balance and emotional contentment among working mothers and in their motherhood as well. This paper aims to explore how working mothers make sense and respond to their professional desires, responsibilities and expectations within the context of motherhood. It also seeks to explore what it takes for mothers to live up to their potential at work, what it takes for mothers to reach top positions in their field of work and the challenges they face. With the growing number of mothers participating in the workforce globally, understanding how work-life balance influence their emotional well-being is essential for promoting overall family and societal harmony. Emotional contentment will be gauged by measuring positive and negative affect, life satisfaction, and overall emotional well-being. The ultimate attempt in this research is made to understand if mothers are really, emotionally content in their lives at the end of the day, and with the ultimate aim of pooling opinions as to which incentives, strategies or measures can help reduce the conflict between family life ,work and emotional Contentment. In this paper attempt was made to understand the WLB and Contentment of women from all walks of life in all sectors and in all industries. But hardly there were any who were really content and happy. It is hypothesized that a higher level of work-life balance will be positively associated with increased emotional contentment among working mothers. Design: This research and study is taken from secondary data, like google scholar, Research Gate, Academia, literature review, journals books and blogs Findings: The findings from this research will contribute to the existing literature by shedding light on the factors influencing emotional well-being among this particular demographic group. In all of the findings there was the absence of emotional contentment with the mothers. Its either just satisfied with the job and work -life balance or just managing with the challenges. But there is no real contentment in their lives really. The conclusions may assist employers, policy makers, and working mothers themselves in developing strategies and policies aimed at improving work-life integration and promoting emotional happiness, joy and fulfilment in their lives. Originality Value: There is a deep exploration of the specific relationship between Work-life balance and emotional contentment among working mothers. The focus on emotional contentment specifically among working mothers is relatively limited in the literature. This research seeks to fill the gap by investigating how work-life balance, and various factors influence the emotional well-being of working mothers to achieve contentment. Upaya Pembentukan Nilai Karakter Peduli Sosial Melalui Pembelajaran IPS pada Siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung

This research is motivated by the decline in the value of social care character among adolescents as evidenced by the many cases of juvenile delinquency, namely lack of association, lack of caring, bullying, fighting and lack of sense of help in SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The existence of this background requires efforts and attention from social studies teachers in shaping social care attitudes in students. The research focus is: 1) How is the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung, 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung, 3) How is the impact of the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The objectives of this study are 1) To explain the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung, 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung, 3) To determine the impact of the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type. Descriptive research is presented through words that are described, presented, analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The object of this research is the school and students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the formation of social care character values through social studies learning is that teachers incorporate social care character values into lesson plans and develop syllabi and integrate social care character values through social studies learning. Supporting factors in shaping the character value of social care are exemplary teachers, school routine activities, and facilitating social activities and inhibiting factors are student awareness, family environment, cafes and parking lots and technological developments. The impact in forming the character value of social care has a positive impact, namely students will have an attitude of empathy, students have an attitude of helping and helping each other when in trouble, the creation of mutual cooperation activities at school, the creation of size and togetherness at school, the formation of a harmonious family, eliminating differences in social status between others.

Effect of smartphone addiction on compulsive app downloading tendency: protective factors for generation Z consumers

Purpose This study aims to focus on how smartphone addiction impacts young consumer behavior related to mobile technology (i.e. the compulsive app downloading tendency). After a thorough literature review and following the risk and protective factors framework, this study explores factors that could mitigate its effects (resilience, family harmony, perceived social support and social capital). Design/methodology/approach The study used the covariance-based structural equation modeling approach to analyze data collected from 275 Generation Z (Gen Z) smartphone users in Spain. Findings Results suggest that resilience is a critical factor in preventing smartphone addiction, and smartphone addiction boosts the compulsive app downloading tendency, a relevant downside for younger Gen Z consumers. Originality/value Through the lens of the risk and protective factors framework, this study focuses on protective factors to prevent smartphone addiction and its negative side effects on app consumption. It also offers evidence of younger consumers’ vulnerability to smartphone addiction, not because of the device itself but because of app-consumption-related behaviors.

The Foundation Of A Sakinah Family: Family Counseling

The article discusses important principles in building a harmonious marriage and family relationship from an Islamic perspective. The process of selecting a life partner, marriage in Islam, solutions to marriage challenges, and marriage procedures are the main focus of the discussion. In conclusion, it is important for individuals to pay attention to criteria and preferences in choosing a partner, with religious factors being the top priority. Marriage is seen as human nature that involves physical, spiritual, and human values. In facing the challenges of marriage, it is important to learn more about one's partner, appreciate each other, and recall important moments in the relationship. Emotional, physical, and mental maturity as well as the principles of Islamic family guidance and counseling are also important in marriage procedures. In addition, the article also emphasizes the importance of patience and tawakakal, the utilization of Islamic principles in solving problems, the consideration of factors such as wealth, descent, beauty, and religion in the selection of a partner, as well as self-adjustment, social support, and understanding of developmental tasks during pregnancy to create a happy and thriving family life. By understanding and applying these principles, individuals are expected to build harmonious marriage and family relationships in accordance with religious teachings and human values.

In this study, researchers describe that with the urgency of marriage guidance for prospective brides followed by prospective brides, it is hoped that it will make a harmonious family so that it can form a family that can realize the defense of its family and can face and solve problems in the mahligai household. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach to the literature study method. The result of this study is that from the marriage guidance of prospective brides conducted by the two prospective spouses has urgency in realizing the household mahligai that every individual desires, namely a harmonious family, where families can get peace, comfort, compassion, and love and others.

Pola Komunikasi Jarak Jauh dalam Menjaga Keharmonisan Keluarga pada Orang Tua dan Anak

The ever-evolving times will influence every family for family members to become smart individuals. Therefore, many parents want to provide the best education for their children. This research uses a qualitative method with the theory used in this research, namely interpersonal communication theory. The subjects in this study amounted to five resource persons selected based on certain criteria, namely parents and sons. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The purpose of this study is to determine the application and perception of long-distance communication patterns between parents and children in maintaining harmony. The results of the study state that there are several communication patterns that are established when long distance certainly raises concerns for both children and parents. However, with adequate facilities, it is easier for parents and children to communicate quickly even though they are far away. When long-distance communication is well established, it will create family harmony.

Edukasi dan Pendampingan Keluarga dalam Upaya Cegah Perundungan di Kota Depok

Bullying is a complex and urgent problem. The incident is difficult to control and makes parents anxious. Family education and assistance is a service effort to the community to prevent bullying among teenagers through education and family assistance to the community in Limo Depok District. The priority problems currently faced by partners are the lack of information and knowledge related to bullying and the lack of programmed educational and mentoring activities as well as coaching youth and families related to bullying. This PKM aims to provide knowledge and understanding for families and teenagers regarding bullying and efforts to prevent it. The solution and method for implementing this PKM is through a series of activities: (1) Community meetings; (2) Preparation of media and guidebooks; (3) Communication, information, and health education (KIE) related to bullying; (4) Family assistance; (5 )Supervision and evaluation of activities. The results of this PKM activity prove that education and family assistance are effective in increasing knowledge (69.2%), attitudes (53.8%), and behavior (57.7%) of families and teenagers regarding bullying. In conclusion, the PKM program can act as a promotive and preventive medium in creating a harmonious and loving family environment and can shape the strong character of the nation's children.

Творчество Хусея Будаева в контексте развития балкарской литературы в первой трети ХХ века

The scientific work examines the work of the poet Budaev Husey Aslanovich (1880-1973), his contribution to the development of spiritual poetry, his place in settlement poetry, and works aimed at harmony in family and social life are also analyzed. The article establishes the insepara-ble connection of the works of H. Budaev with the semantics and poetics of folklore, which is the specificity of the author's poetic world. The depth of philosophical thought and the acuteness of social analysis permeating the work of Budaev Husey are noted. The analysis of the author's crea-tive heritage ("Altyn tau" - "Golden Mountain", "Khak Zholunda" - "Dear truth") allowed us to determine his creative individuality and uniqueness. Poems like "Din ieleny kuyu" ("Crying for the Lights of Faith, defending theologians, express protest against the violence committed during the era of Stalinism. The work establishes that the work of Husey Budaev was formed within the framework of the poetic traditions of the pre-Soviet period, laid down by the classics of Karachay-Balkarian literature Semenov Kaltur, Dzhanibekov Appa, Kochkarov Kaspot. The presentation of their ideas in clear words and understandable images is a tradition of Karachay-Balkarian oral folk poetry. The work notes the direct realization of folklore artistic installations in the poetry of Husey Budaev. To complete the tasks, the author employed comparative and contextual method-ologies, which are coupled in the paper with the concept of consistency and integrity of analysis. Historicism is the primary methodological and systematic premise guiding the inquiry.
