Effect of inflation and exchange rates on stock prices in banking sub-sector companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange

Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of inflation variables and exchange rates on share prices. Method: This study used quantitative methods. The population in this study was 47 banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The sample in this study comprised 15 companies with 75 financial reports. This research uses classical assumption tests such as the normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test, coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothhesis testing consisting of the t test and f test. Results: The results of this research show that inflation has a partial and significant effect on share prices in banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period because it has a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the exchange rate has a significant effect on share prices in banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period because it has a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the effect on share prices in banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period beccause they have sig. equal to 0.000 < 0.05. Limitations: The object of the research is only banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2023 period and only includes inflation, exchange rates, and stock prices Contribution: This research aims to contribute to science at the Faculty of Economics and Business, provide reading materials in the library of the University of PGRI Palembang about inflation and exchange rates on the stock prices of companies in the banking sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period, and increase the company's insight into the development of stock prices related to inflation and exchange rates.

Pelatihan Eksplorasi Mocktail Dengan Sentuhan Rempah Nusantara Bagi Kampung Adat Cireundeu Bandung

Cireundeu Traditional Village is in Leuwigajah Village, South Cimahi District and has a population of 800 people. Most of the people in the Cireundeu Traditional Village work as cassava farmers and adhere to the Sundanese Wiwitan belief. The traditional potential must be supported by development, especially in the field of providing food and drinks that utilize village potential. Spices are a strong potential of the Cirendeu Traditional Village, they can come from various parts of plants, such as flowers, fruit, bark, stems, tubers, leaves and rhizomes. Spices can not only be used as seasonings for cooking, but can also provide taste, aroma and health benefits to various drinks. The Faculty of Economics and Business, Bina Sarana Informatics University Hospitality Study Program will hold community service with the theme "Mocktail exploration training with a touch of Indonesian spices for the Cirendeu Bandung Traditional Village". The community service partners are the Cirendeu Bandung Traditional Village community. This training activity is a solution for the potential of the Cirendeu Traditional Village. Counseling is carried out in 4 stages, namely; Preparation Stage, Implementation Stage, Monitoring and Evaluation Stage. Community service activities run smoothly and there are no obstacles. Several participants provided suggestions regarding implementation time, but considering the participants' enthusiasm for the community service material this time, some felt that the time was still not enough. The participants were very enthusiastic about taking part in the training and showed that they were very interested in making mocktail drinks with a touch of spices. The process of direct practice and reflection carried out by the instructors has helped them understand the correct steps for making mocktail drinks. This training also offers new business opportunities for participants who want to develop mocktail drinks with the added value of spices.

Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha untuk Peningkatan Kapasitas Internal Pengusaha Perempuan

Aisyiyah is a social, religious and community organization that was founded in 1917. One of its programs is the economic sector. The Aisyiyah Regional Leadership Economic and Employment Council (MEK PDA) of Bantul Regency has implemented the 'Aisyiyah Entrepreneurial School (SWA) program which aims to provide training to the people of Bantul regarding entrepreneurship so as to build a creative economic atmosphere. Since 2019, these SWA alumni have developed their businesses as a group in various businesses in the community in the Aisyiyah Entrepreneurs Association (IPAS), or currently called the Aisyiyah Merchants and Entrepreneurs Association (ISWARA). This Business Management Training Program aims to increase the internal capacity of ISWARA member female entrepreneurs. It was determined that 30 people (out of a total of 70 active members) were invited to take part in the training series. Business management training is designed as a complete package of material, including: financial management, business promotion in the digital era, teamwork, and strengthening business actuating. The training was carried out by a team of instructors from the UII Community Service Institute (lecturers from the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business and Economics, UII). The results of the training pretest and post-test showed significant progress; namely an average increase of 1.81 (close to a score of 2.0); in addition to motivation and enthusiasm to develop the business further through clever methods, such as neater finances, promotions using digital media, solid teamwork, and business resilience that is developed continuously.

Effect of Social Media Content and Mental Health Condition on Purchase Intention with Customer Engagement as a Moderation Variable in Shopee (Case Study: Students of The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra)

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Content and Mental Health Conditions on Purchase intention with Customer Engagement as a moderation variable in Shopee (Case Study: Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra). This research is associative research, and the data type used is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 30 undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that social media content and mental health partially have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Customer engagement can significantly moderate the influence of social media content on purchase intention. Conversely, Customer engagement cannot moderate the effect of mental health on purchase intention. Keywords: social media content, mental health condition, purchase intention, customer engagement.

The Effect of Promotion and Ease of Transaction on Purchase Decision at Shopee.co.id: A Case Study of University of Riau's Economics and Business Students

The proliferation of e-commerce has significantly influenced various facets of commercial operations, including the expansion of international trade, the adoption of bespoke manufacturing processes, and the implementation of prompt delivery mechanisms. This research was conducted to understand the effect of promotion and ease of transactions on purchase decisions at Shopee.co.id, specifically among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. The present study employed quantitative research approach and will utilize a survey as the primary data collection method, whereby data will be gathered by administering questionnaires containing numerically rated items. The results show that promotion and ease of transaction have a significant impact on purchase decisions. It indicates that the greater the utilization of promotion and ease of transaction, thus purchase decisions will increase significantly. Ease of transaction has a partial effect on the purchase decision. Thus, the greater the ease of transaction on the marketplace, the greater their purchase decision.

Pengaruh Pengetahuan, Kemudahan Penggunaan, dan Kemanfaatan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standart (QRIS) Terhadap Penggunaan E-Wallet

This research aims to determine whether knowledge, ease of use and usefulness of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (Qris) have a significant effect on the use of E-wallet among FEBI UIN North Sumatra students. The population used in this research were all active students in 2020-2021, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN North Sumatra, totaling 4,878 with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this research used Non Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis, and the data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study show that knowledge has a significant effect on the use of e-wallets among Febi UIN North Sumatra students, ease of use has a significant effect on the use of e-wallets among Febi UIN North Sumatra students, and usefulness has a significant effect on the use of e-wallets among Febi UIN Sumatra students North. Knowledge, ease of use and usefulness have a significant influence on the use of e-wallets among Febi UIN North Sumatra students.

Transformasi Digital dan Profesionalisme dalam Akuntansi untuk Generasi Muda melalui Pelatihan Aplikasi EFAKTUR dan Web EFAKTUR untuk Pelaporan PPN MASA BADAN guna Meningkatkan Kemampuan Praktis bagi Pelajar SMKN 25 DKI Jakarta

This activity aims to overcome the high unemployment rate among vocational school graduates in Indonesia, with a focus on SMKN 25 DKI Jakarta. One of the main factors causing unemployment is the mismatch of graduate skills with current industry needs. To answer this challenge, this research uses a contextual method or approach that links learning to real world situations. The team from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercubuana University held training on the application of modern tax technology, namely EFAKTUR and Web EFAKTUR, to students of SMKN 25. Activities were carried out in several stages, including preparation and planning at Mercubuana University, online coordination, direct training at school, and evaluation training results. The results show an increase in students' capabilities in understanding and using electronic tax reporting technology, with participant satisfaction levels reaching 95% based on the questionnaire. These findings suggest that technology-based training not only improves students' technical competence, but also contributes to increasing their competitiveness in the job market, as well as helping schools achieve better rankings in national assessments. This training has succeeded in equipping students with relevant and up-to-date skills, reducing the gap between vocational education and the needs of the world of work.

Pengaruh Brand Image dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Kosmetik Wardah

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for wardah cosmetic products among students at the Faculty Of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research result show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Brand image and Word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The Influence of Financial Literacy, Perception of Capital Capability, Return Expectation and Family Environment on the Intention to Invest in Shares of Students in the Capital Market

One of the most popular financial products among Indonesians, according to a survey by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), is capital market investment. The number of investors in the capital market has increased year by year, yet the growth rate is lowest in the stock sector. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, perceptions of minimal capital, return expectations, and family environment on students' intention to invest in stocks in the capital market, based on the theory of planned behavior. This research employs a quantitative approach. The study was conducted on undergraduate accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, from the year 2017-2023. Data were collected by distributing a questionnaire via Google Forms to accounting students at FEB UNUD. The population in this study was 1.203 people. The sample was selected using probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling, resulting in 300 respondents. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, perceptions of minimal capital, return expectations, and family environment have a positive effect on students' intention to invest in stocks.

Analysis of the Influence of Financial Literacy on Investment Decisions Mediated by Financial Behavior: A Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Achmad Yani University

Investment is the activity of saving current funds to obtain future profits with the aim of getting value for money that can compete with the prevailing inflation rate. Lack of understanding or knowledge regarding how to invest, high risks and very limited income have resulted in the reluctance of Indonesian people to invest. The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions mediated by financial behavior among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Achmad Yani University. The variables in this research are (1) financial literacy, (2) financial behavior, and (3) investment decisions. The research method used is descriptive verification and the approach used is quantitative. The population of this research is active students majoring in management and accounting at Jenderal Achmad Yani University. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing online questionnaires (g-form). The data analysis techniques used in this research are simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and the Sobel test. The research results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, financial literacy has no influence on financial behavior, financial behavior has no influence on investment decisions, and financial behavior does not mediate the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions

Analisis Perbedaan Perilaku Konsumsi Belanja Online Berdasarkan Gender pada Mahasiswa FEBI UIN Banten

This research is not only to fulfill the author's final task, but also to find out if there are differences in online shopping consumption behavior between male and female students. The subjects in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business of UIN Sultan Maulana Hassanudin Banten semester 2-6 which was 26 people consisting of 11 men and 15 women. The data were collected through a licert scale questionnaire (1-5) and analyzed through the SPSS using the T-test Independes Test. The results of this study show that p = 0.916 (> 0.05) states that there is no significant difference in the consumption behavior of online shopping for male and female students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN SMH Banten

Pengaruh E-Commerce terhadap Minat Belanja Mahasiswa FEBI

The rapid growth of e-commerce has significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly among university students. This study examines how e-commerce platforms affect the interest and shopping preferences of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. By analyzing data from surveys conducted among students, the research identifies key factors that drive their engagement with online shopping. These factors include convenience, variety of products, competitive pricing, and the ease of comparing different products. The study also highlights the role of technological advancements, such as mobile applications and secure payment gateways, in enhancing the online shopping experience. Furthermore, it explores the psychological aspects, such as the excitement of online deals and the influence of social media advertising, on students' shopping habits. The findings suggest that e-commerce has not only increased the frequency of students' purchases but also diversified their buying patterns. However, the study also addresses potential challenges, such as the risk of overspending and the impact of impulsive buying. Overall, the research provides valuable insights into the evolving landscape of consumer behavior in the digital age, emphasizing the importance of e-commerce in shaping the shopping interests of the younger generation.

Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Self Control dan Inklusi Keuangan Terhadap Perilaku Menabung (Survei Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya)

The aim of this research is to understand the influence of financial literacy, self-control and financial inclusion on saving behavior (survey of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). This research uses a quantitative causality method with a survey approach. The population taken in this research were students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya who were still active in 2023-2024. With a research sample of 100 respondents. The technique for determining the sample in this research uses nonprobability sampling, precisely using incidental sampling techniques. The data obtained in this research are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that financial literacy, self-control and financial inclusion simultaneously have a significant effect on saving behavior. Based on the results of the T test, it shows that financial literacy and self-control partially have a significant effect on saving behavior. Meanwhile, partial financial inclusion has no significant effect on saving behavior.

Increasing the Knowledge of Women Farmer Through Household Counseling on Food Safety in Sumberejo Village, Magelang Regency

Food safety is the condition and effort needed to prevent food from three possible contaminations, namely: biological, chemical and other contamination that can disturb, harm and endanger human health. Sumberejo Village is a Partner of Faculty of Agriculture and Business, Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Sumberejo Village has potential resources in the form of vegetables. It is supported by climate and temperature conditions that are suitable for vegetable production. One of the superior commodities produced in Sumberejo Village is beetroot fruit. Processing agricultural products into processed food products is an effort to increase economic value when prices fall or during harvest time. Processing beet tubers into processed products such as cookies, beetroot tea bags, cakes are one way to reduce losses due to falling prices and increase the selling value of beet tubers. Knowledge and safe food processing practices are very necessary in food processing activities. Through food safety education activities, it is hoped that the women farming community in Sumberejo village will be able to process beet tubers in accordance with the concept of food safety. The aim of this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and understanding of female farmers in Sumberejo Village regarding food safety and efforts to prevent contamination during food processing and producing food that is safe for consumption by the community. Based on the results of implementing safety education activities in Sumberejo Village, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in knowledge about food safety. It can be seen in the results of the questionnaire that knowledge about food safety is important because it concerns health

Analisis Perilaku Pada Mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah Terhadap Belanja Online

This study aims to analyze the behavior of Sharia Economics students towards online shopping. Online shopping has become an increasingly popular phenomenon among students, including Sharia Economics students, because of the convenience and ease it offers. Data for this study, which employs quantitative research methodologies, was gathered by distributing questionnaires to forty Sharia Economics students at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten's Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. The results showed that factors such as ease of access, attractive offers, and various payment methods, including sharia methods, had a significant effect on students' online shopping behavior. In this study, the t table obtained a table number of 4.966 From the data above the sig value. 0.05 < X value (5.520), which means that the behavior analysis variable (X) has a significant effect on the online shopping variable (Y). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the behavior analysis variable (X) and online shopping (Y) with a correlation value (R) of 0.667 This indicates a positive relationship between behavior analysis and online shopping. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.445 indicates that about 44.5% of the variation in behavior analysis in Islamic economics students on online shopping. Differences in levels of knowledge of FSTP students (Faculty of Science, Technology, and Education) and FEB (Faculty of Economics and Business) Muhammadiyah Lamongan University about criteria halal of skincare products

Skincare has become a daily necessity for students especially Muslims, who must pay attention to the halalness of the skincare products used, because it has been regulated in Islam regarding halal and haram consumption. Student knowledge greatly influences halal in the selection of skincare products to be used. This study aims to determine the difference in the level of knowledge of FSTP and FEB students at Muhammadiyah Lamongan University. The research design used is descriptive comparative with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out prospectively, from collecting questionnaire data that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire consisting of respondents' personal data and statements related to the criteria for halal skincare products. The results obtained from this study are the level of knowledge in the good category at FSTP as much as 60.52% and FEB as much as 76.6%, the sufficient category at FSTP as much as 38.6% and FEB as much as 21.28%, the poor category at FSTP as much as 0 .88% and FEB as much as 1.12%. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS with the Mann Whitney Test and obtained a p-value of 0.063 (> 0.05). In conclusion, there is a significant difference between the level of knowledge of FSTP and FEB regarding the criteria for halal skincare products.

Self-efficacy dan Employability: Peran Mediasi Achievement Motivation pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir yang akan Memasuki Dunia Kerja

This research aims to find the influence of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on employability. This research is causal research with cross-sectional data. The respondents used were 95 final-year students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang who were chosen using the cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The data was then analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this research indicate that: (1) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employability (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation (3) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employability (4) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employability through achievement motivation.

New trends and directions in local government finance research: A bibliometric analysis

Local government finance has a critical impact on regional sustainability and governance. This study seeks to conduct comprehensive analyses of evolving trends and future directions in municipal finance research. It aims to address the insufficient longitudinal studies and fragmented understanding of how municipal finance practices and policies evolve by providing systematic evidence on dynamic trends and potential future trajectories. The study employed bibliometric analysis using Scopus and Google Scholar databases and Publish or Perish (PoP) software to analyze literature dynamics and associated topics and research trends and improve understanding of local government financial research. The results show a strong focus on local governance. Key themes included transparency, accountability, and financial sustainability, highlighting the critical need for good governance and fiscal prudence. The promising directions are technology (e-government) and comprehensive actions on the economic side through public-private partnerships and financial sustainability. Critical themes are fiscal stress, budgeting, and local government finance. However, new trends in sustainability, public-private partnerships, financial resilience, municipal bonds, and land finance are emerging as significant research areas. It highlights the field’s adaptability to evolving social and economic conditions. Through a thorough synthesis of these insights, stakeholders are better positioned to gain a deeper understanding of the current landscape of local government finance studies and their broader implications within a constantly changing global environment. The Influence of Lifestyle and Trust in the Use of Shopee Paylater Services on Consumer Behavior in the Maqashid Sharia Perspective (Study on Students of UIN Raden Intan Lampung)

This study aims to investigate the influence of lifestyle and trust in the use of Shopee Paylater services on consumer behavior, taking into account the Maqashid Sharia perspective, especially for students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. This research adopts a quantitative approach through the survey method and the use of questionnaires as a data collection technique. The research sample consisted of 84 students from the class of 2021 who used the Shopee Paylater service, selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The independent variables used in this study include lifestyle (X1) and trust (X2), while consumer behavior (Y) is the dependent variable. The t-test results indicate that both lifestyle and trust individually have a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior. The F test results indicate that lifestyle and trust together have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior. In the context of Maqashid Sharia, consumption that is carried out not only follows religious teachings, but also provides tangible benefits for individuals and society as a whole.
