Optimization strategy of community planning for environmental health and public health in smart city under multi-objectives.

As population density increases, environmental hygiene and public health become increasingly severe. As the space where residents stay for the longest time and have the most profound impact on their physical and mental health, the quality of the environment in urban communities largely determines the degree to which residents engage in physical activity, bear the risk of pollution exposure, and obtain healthy food. Therefore, in order to ensure the physical and mental health of residents, this study proposes community planning guided by environmental hygiene and public health, and establishes an environmental health assessment system for this purpose. This system evaluates the community environment from four aspects: land use, service facilities, site convenience, and environmental quality. Established the diversity, density, road network connectivity and facilities accessibility nine criteria, as well as the land function of mix, plot ratio, food environment, network ring and connected index, pavement risk level, green configuration and neighborhood material environment disorder degree of 27 indicators of community built environmental evaluation index system. The data is collected through field survey, questionnaire distribution, resident interview and data mapping, and the established evaluation index system is used to evaluate the construction environment of the community. The experimental research data included population data, CAD plan, land use data, street data, POI point data, building data and bus station data, etc. 273 questionnaires were distributed, 264 were recovered, 8 invalid questionnaires were removed, and 256 valid questionnaires were obtained. These experiments confirm that land use, service facilities, site convenience, and environmental quality have a significant impact on the built environment of communities, with impact weights of 0.513, 0.227, 0.135, and 0.125, respectively. The above weights are calculated based on the index judgment matrix and the eigenvectors. The scores of land use, service facilities, site convenience, and environmental quality for the study subjects were 3.44, 1.46, 0.94, and 0.51, respectively, among them, the land use score is less than 3.85, the 1 service facility score is less than 1.71, the site convenience score is less than 1.01, and the environmental quality score is less than 0.94; indicating that the community has serious problems such as single land use types, pollution exposure, and difficulty in obtaining healthy food. Therefore, community planning and transformation based on land use, service facilities, venue convenience, and environmental quality can effectively improve the physical and mental health of residents. In the specific community transformation plan, artificial intelligence and data-driven methods can be used to optimize the land use plan, service facility configuration, site convenience transformation and environmental quality improvement, so as to formulate the optimal community transformation plan and improve the comfort and happiness of community residents. In the future, on the basis of the existing research, the selection of community types will be further enriched and the research cases will be expanded. And through the in-depth practical study of the case, the constructed evaluation index system is optimized and improved to make it more scientific. At the same time, as urban renewal and design have entered the era of stock planning, based on the more perfect evaluation index system, more specific and detailed system discussion of the built communities with public health problems, in order to provide more detailed services for the construction of a better and healthy living environment in the future.

Multi-Dimensional Collaborative Operation Model and Evaluation of Cascade Reservoirs in the Middle Reaches of the Yellow River

Reservoir operation optimization is a technical measure for flood control and is beneficial owing to its reasonable and reliable control and application of existing water conservancy and hydropower hubs, while ensuring dam safety and flood control, as well as the normal operation of power supply and water supply. Considering the beneficial functions of reservoirs, namely flood control and ecological protection, this paper firstly established a two-objective optimal operation model for the reservoir group in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. We aim to maximize the average output of the cascade reservoir group and minimize the average change in ecological flow during the operation period under efficient sediment transport conditions, with the coordination degree of water and sediment as the constraints of reservoir discharge flows. The paper aims to construct an evaluation index system for reservoir operation schemes, apply a combined approach of objective and subjective evaluations, and introduce the gray target and cumulative prospect theories. By uniformly quantifying the established scheme evaluation index system, screening the reservoir operation schemes with the fuzzy evaluation method, and selecting the recommended scheme for each typical year, this paper provides a new scientific formulation of the operation schemes of reservoirs in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. The selected schemes are compared with actual data, demonstrating the effectiveness of joint reservoir operation and for multidimensional benefits in terms of power generation, ecology, and flood control.

Organic integration of ideological and political education and entrepreneurship education based on artificial neural network

Entrepreneurship is a systematic project, and it needs entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, psychology and many other basic qualities. Therefore, it is imperative to educate college students on entrepreneurship. IPE (Ideological and political education) courses offered by universities should adhere to the spirit of the Chinese dream and integrate with 2E (Entrepreneurship Education), which will not only provide more theoretical guidance for college entrepreneurs in practice but also promote their practical experience to theoretical innovation and promote their all-round development. Therefore, this research is based on ANN (artificial neural network) to study the organic integration of IPE and entrepreneurship education. According to the practice of carrying out quality education in our university, a set of index systems suitable for comprehensive quality evaluation of students in engineering colleges is established. Use BPNN (BP neural network) method to construct the test model, and IL (Input layer) is responsible for receiving external input information. Through the learning rules in HL (Hidden layer), this paper refers to the weight values of various quality indicators, transforms the input values, and adjusts the deviation of test results. OL (Output layer) is responsible for outputting calculation results, that is, evaluating students' comprehensive quality information. The results of BPNN show that the actual value and the expected value are within a reasonable range, and the maximum relative error is 1.607 %, which meets the accuracy requirements. The established evaluation index system of 2E is reasonable and effectively reflects students' innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.

Evaluation Method for Industrial Concentration District in The Area

In areal scope, certain concentration of industry brings positive effects that raise the effectiveness of regional economic development, but it also results in various negative aftereffects such as ecological environmental destruction in the area when it is over certain limit. Furthermore, it loses dominance of the economic geographical location of the area and causes serious loss from the state viewpoint by resulting the problem of industrial relocation in the economic geographical space. In this paper, we solved methodological problem of evaluating industrial concentration district in the area in order to protect negative effects due to high concentration of industry that causes acute issues with environment and resources recently. In order to solve this problem, we established evaluation index system for evaluation of the industrial concentration district in the area, studied the methodology to search industrial concentreation district with the use of the analytic function of influence scope and aggregate district etc. in GIS and then searched indusrial concentraion district in 00 industrial area by applying this method. We should no longer arrange new industry in such industrial concentration district in the future and have to rationally control the industrial structure by realizing the industrial relocation

Connection number based model for coordination development evaluation of regional water resources, social economy and ecological environment complex system

The development of social economy often requires a large consumption of water resources, and will also discharge a large amount of pollutants to the environment. Currently, the rapid development of regional water resources, social economy and ecological environment (WSE) complex system encounters significant challenges, and the coordination development of WSE complex system becomes important and necessary condition of regional sustainable development. Therefore, to scientifically evaluate the coordination development state of WSE system, based on the establishment of evaluation index system, the connection number and distance coordination model coupling approach for the coordination development evaluation of WSE complex system was proposed in this manuscript. The application results of the proposed method in Anhui Province, China indicate that, during 2011–2020, the coordination level of Anhui province is relatively high, and the coordination grade of most cities are in grade I or II. The coordination development degree of Anhui province presented a distinct improving trend with time, from most cities in grade IV or V in 2011 to most cities in grade II in 2020, from the worst 0.0580 in 2011 to the best 0.9200 in 2020. In terms of space, the coordinated development level of southern Anhui is higher than that of northern Anhui. Meanwhile, the coordination development status of the 16 cities in Anhui province can be divided into three patterns according to its historical variation characteristics, i.e., coordination development mode, ecological environment backward mode, and social and economic backward mode. Compared with the commonly used coordination evaluation method, the method of this paper can solve the problem of homogenization, and its calculation results are more reasonable and practical.

Research on the establishment of evaluation index system of the aging construction of the community.

Constructing the evaluation index system for the community's aging-friendly construction can provide a decision-making basis for the overall investment and priority satisfaction strategy for the community's aging-friendly construction. Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this paper evaluates and analyzes the satisfaction level of various indicators of the community's aging-friendly construction. The results show that the community's humanistic care, public environment, and socio-economic criteria are significantly linearly linked to the overall construction satisfaction level. There are significant differences in the general satisfaction level of older adults in the variables of "age, educational background, residence duration, residence personnel, number of children, and marital status". To this end, the article concludes with specific recommendations that improving older-adult care services for older adults with low age and high education, helping older adults in the community to familiarize themselves with the community environment as soon as possible, cultivating the professional abilities of community service personnel, reflecting the warmth of the community for older-adult care and improving social security capabilities are the core content of the future community building for aging.

Psychometric properties and validation of the revised Chinese Medication Literacy Scale for Hypertensive Patients (C-MLSHP-R).

BackgroundMedication literacy is one of the key indicators that can affect the self-management of medications and medication safety. This study aimed to revise the Chinese Medication Literacy Scale for hypertensive patients (C-MLSHP) and test the reliability and validity of the revised scale.MethodsWe revised the C-MLSHP by several methods, i.e., focus group discussion, expert consultation, patient interview, and pilot study, based on the established evaluation index system of medication literacy for hypertensive patients. Then, a formal survey using the revised Chinese Medication Literacy Scale for hypertensive patients (C-MLSHP-R) was carried out on hypertensive patients from hospitals and community healthcare centers in Changsha city of China to test its reliability and validity. The reliability was evaluated with Cronbach's α coefficient, split-half reliability, and test–retest reliability. The validity was evaluated with content validity, construct validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and criterion-related validity.ResultsThe C-MLSHP-R contained 18 items within four domains, i.e., the knowledge domain included four items, the attitude domain had three items, the skill domain involved seven items, and the practice domain included four items. A total of 339 hypertensive patients participated in the formal survey. The results showed that the Cronbach's α coefficient of C-MLSHP-R was 0.802, and for each domain ranged from 0.639 to 0.815. The split-half reliability coefficient of C-MLSHP-R was 0.709, and for each domain ranged from 0.648 to 0.792. The test–retest reliability coefficient of C-MLSHP-R was 0.851, and for each domain ranged from 0.655 to 0.857. The I-CVI of each item ranged from 0.833 to 1.000, the S-CVI/Ave of C-MLSHP-R was 0.981, the S-CVI/UA was 0.889, and for each domain ranged from 0.958 to 1.000. Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the model fitted well. The convergent validity of C-MLSHP-R was acceptable, and the discriminant validity was good. The criterion coefficient between C-MLSHP-R and C-MLSHP was 0.797, and for each domain ranged from 0.609 to 0.755.ConclusionCompared with C-MLSHP, the C-MLSHP-R with 18 items was much shorter for measuring, and had decreased reliability within the acceptable range and better validity, which was more appropriate and time-saving to assess the medication literacy level for hypertensive patients scientifically and conveniently.

Model Construction of College Students' Entrepreneurial Ability Cultivation in Mental Health Education Environment.

National policies have been very supportive of college students as a new force in IEE (innovation and entrepreneurship education). Universities across the nation have increased their emphasis on entrepreneurship education and put a lot of effort into developing and enhancing college students' EA (entrepreneurship ability). An important challenge facing universities is how to develop the psychological quality of IEE in college students and create a long-term training system. The author develops the EA evaluation model for college students based on practical experience with mental health education and applies BPNN (BP neural network) theory to the assessment of IEE in higher education. The scores corresponding to the students' evaluation indices are used as input vectors, and the innovative EA of the students is evaluated. According to the simulation's outcomes, the number of hidden neurons is calculated, and the outcomes are assessed through experiments. The outcomes demonstrate that, following the completion of the enhanced BPNN training, the actual value is valid, the expected value is reasonable, and the maximum relative error between them is 1.6 percent, which is essentially the ideal situation. It has been established that the IEE's established evaluation index system is fair and can accurately capture students' IEE spirit.

Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of UAV Cluster Based on Bayesian Networks

This paper focuses on the requirements of operational efficiency evaluation for UAV cluster, and establishes an evaluation index system for UAV cluster operations, and establishes evaluation index system from the aspects of cooperative attack capability, autonomous reconnaissance capability, instant messaging capability, rapid planning capability and autonomous formation capability. The evaluation network model is built by using Bayesian network, and the corresponding prior and conditional probabilities are calculated. The effectiveness values of each capability are calculated and verified by experiments. This paper provides an applicable quantitative evaluation method for UAV cluster operational effectiveness evaluation.

Green Recycling Supplier Selection of Shared Bicycles: Interval-Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Hybrid Weighted Methods Based on Self-Confidence Level.

In the face of practical problems such as the increasing demand for shared bicycles and the number of faulty vehicles which are hard to handle and repair in time, shared bicycles operators tend to outsource recycling services to suppliers. To solve the problem of recycling supplier selection, this paper constructs a novel evaluation index system involving the three traditional dimensions and introduces an interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy (IVPF) hybrid weighted decision-making model based on the self-confidence level. Subsequently, the self-confidence IVPF hybrid weighted average geometric operator and self-confidence IVPF ordered hybrid weighted average geometric operator are proposed by integrating the self-confidence level of experts, the superiority of the weighted and geometric average rules. The significant merit of the developed operators is that they can incorporate the self-confidence level of the expert as well as effectively combine the characteristics of the weighted and geometric average mechanism. A multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) framework is then constructed by using the proposed aggregation approach. Finally, on the basis of the established evaluation index system, a case concerning the green recycling supplier selection of shared bicycles is applied to display the superiority and practicability of the presented method.

Study on the coupling coordination degree between digital sharing of social public resources and urban-rural integration development in China

In digital clarify public resources and the coupling mechanism of urban and rural integration development, on the basis of establishing evaluation index system, using the entropy method to measure China's 30 provinces social public resources sharing digital level and the level of urban and rural integration development, by using the coupling coordination degree model and spatial doberman model, the analysis of features of the two coupling coordination and its influencing factors. The results show that the level of digital sharing of social public resources and the coupling coordination degree of urban-rural integration development increased with fluctuation from 2015 to 2019. The national average coupling coordination degree is near disordered. From the perspective of spatial evolution, the overall coupling coordination degree presents a spatial pattern of "high in the east and low in the west". Areas with high coupling coordination degree show the characteristics of central polarization relying on urban agglomeration, while areas with low coupling coordination degree show the characteristics of regional locking.

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of the Operation and Maintenance Status of Urban Deep Metro Station

With the rapid development of urban metro system, the operation and maintenance status of urban metro station has received increasing attention. The operation and maintenance status of urban subway stations involve various factors including structure, equipment, and environment, which are difficult to be accurately evaluated directly. On the other hand, as the burial depth of metro station increases, disaster-triggering factors become increasingly complex and diverse, which enhances the difficulty of evaluating the operation and maintenance status. A new method is proposed herein to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the operation and maintenance status of urban deep metro stations. Firstly, the evaluation indexes needed for evaluation are selected by referring to a large number of literatures, combined with many relevant specifications and standards, and based on some existing index selection principles. According to the selected indexes, an evaluation index system of operation and maintenance status of underground metro station is established. Then, based on the established evaluation index system, a comprehensive evaluation method for the operation and maintenance status of urban deep metro station is developed by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and relevant information aggregation methods. This method is characterized by considering the functions with prominent defects with the use of weighted geometric average (WGA) and variable weight methods. Finally, the proposed evaluation scheme is applied to guide the maintenance of China’s deepest metro station. The proposed comprehensive evaluation method will promote the in-time management and maintenance of urban deep metro station.

A novel comprehensive quantitative method for various geological disaster evaluations in underground engineering: multidimensional finite interval cloud model (MFICM)

The risk prediction of geological disasters exhibits extreme uncertainty and complexity due to the random distribution of evaluation indexes within a finite interval. To improve the accuracy of disaster prediction results, a new evaluation method is in this study suggested to perform a risk evaluation of geological disasters based on multidimensional finite interval cloud model (MFICM) and combination weighting. The MFICM with a transformation between qualitative concept and quantitative data depicts uncertainties and actual distribution features of indexes in the finite interval. Analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis are adopted to determine the subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes, respectively, and the combination weight is calculated by a linear method to reduce the influence of subjective factors. The numerical characteristic parameters of each indexes belonging to various risk levels are first calculated based on established evaluation index system. Subsequently, a multi-dimensional finite interval cloud is generated from a forward cloud generator using MATLAB software. Finally, the comprehensive certainty degrees relative to different levels for each sample are determined combined with combination weight, which achieves a mapping of uncertainty between semantic variables and index values. The proposed method is applied to engineering cases regarding three geological disasters, i.e., water inrush, rock burst and collapse. The obtained results with accuracy and results compared with reference methods show that the MFICM is verified to be practical and universal for the risk evaluation of geological disasters, which improves and enriches the theoretical framework of geotechnical engineering disaster risk evaluation.

Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Energy-saving Effect for Frequency Conversion System Based on Total Harmonic Components

With the development and application of frequency conversion technology,the types of frequency conversion equipment are becoming more and morediverse, and the corresponding energy efficiency testing and evaluation meth-ods are different, which leads to inconsistencies in the selection of equipmentand the operation analysis and evaluation of the frequency conversion system.It is urgent to find an effective solution. By analyzing the problems of thecurrent energy-saving test and evaluation methods of the frequency con-version system, the energy-saving evaluation index system and calculationmethod based on the total harmonic components are proposed. Establish aharmonic evaluation index system covering 9 indicators. On this basis, 6 coreharmonic indicators are selected, and the comprehensive harmonic influencecoefficient and weight matrix are introduced to establish a comprehensive evaluation method for energy-saving effects based on harmonic total com-ponents and weighted matrix model. On this basis, 15 different workingconditions of the energy-saving test and analysis evaluation experiments forof frequency conversion system have been carried out. The results show thatthe total harmonic components analysis method proposed in this paper canreflect the energy efficiency level of the frequency conversion system andits equipments more realistically on the premise of meeting the analysis andactual operation requirements on site. At the same time, the established com-prehensive evaluation method of energy saving effect can comprehensivelyand reasonably analyze the impact of harmonics on the performance of thefrequency conversion system. In addition, it provides theoretical guidance forreasonably determining the optimal operating conditions of the system andequipment, and taking corresponding harmonic prevention measures to effec-tively improve the quality of power transmission and the actual energy-savingeffects of frequency conversion technology.

Research on the Application of Computer Technology in Software Technology Talents Training System in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the advent of the information age, the demand for computer professionals such as network maintenance engineers, security engineers, development and operation engineers has gradually increased, and computer software has become one of the hottest industries at present and in the future. As an important part of the education system, higher vocational colleges are constantly training and transporting computer software technology professionals needed by the society, and exploring the application of efficient talent training mode has become one of the key tasks of higher vocational colleges in the future. While enterprises generally reflect that college graduates can’t meet their own needs, colleges and universities are suffering from being unable to know the real needs of enterprises, and lack of specific training templates and inspection standards, resulting in the disconnection between software talent training and demand. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze the established evaluation index system of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges, and to explore the effective strategies to strengthen the application of efficient talent training mode of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges.

Construction of an index system for evaluating the effectiveness of transitional care in kidney transplant recipients

BackgroundPrevious studies showed that transitional care reduces the complication rate and readmission rate and improves the quality of life in kidney transplant receipts, nevertheless, in fact there are no standard evaluation indexes and debatable scientific of existing indexes in kidney transplant recipients. Therefore, the aim of this study was to construct an evaluation index system to assess the effects of transitional care in kidney transplant recipients.MethodsBased on Omaha system, an initial evaluation index system about the effects of transitional care in kidney transplant recipients was drafted by the literature review and semi-structured interview. Two rounds of correspondence were conducted in 19 experts and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of all indexes.ResultsFive first-level indexes, sixteen second-level indexes, and forty-eight third-level indexes were selected in the initial evaluation index system. The authority coefficient of two-round expert consultations was 0.90 and coordination coefficients of indexes ranged from 0.24 to 0.34.ConclusionThe established evaluation index system for the effectiveness of transitional care for kidney transplant recipients was scientific and reliable. Furthermore, it would be a potential method to evaluate effects of transitional care in kidney transplant recipients after further examination.

Evaluating the Investment Climate for China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce: The Application of Back Propagation Neural Network

China’s cross-border e-commerce will usher in a new golden age of development. Based on seven countries which include the Russian Federation, Mongolia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus along the “Belt and Road”, an evaluation system for cross-border e-commerce investment climate indicators is established in this study. This research applied the entropy method twice to evaluate the investment climate of seven countries based on 5 years panel data comprehensively and these countries are then classified into politics-oriented and industry-oriented countries, and then the weight of indicators for each category is analyzed. In addition, cross-border e-commerce investors are proposed to prioritize industry-oriented countries. Back propagation neural network algorithm is used to map the existing data and optimize the evaluation index system in combination with the genetic algorithm. This research denotes the effort to find out the index evaluation combination corresponding to the best overall score, make the established evaluation index system applicable to other countries, and provide reference for cross-border e-commerce investors when evaluating the investment climate in each country. This study provides the important practical implications in the sustainable development of China’s cross-border e-commerce environment.

Research on Security Evaluation Indicator System of Smart Home

Nowadays, smart home technology is still in continuous development; more and more enterprises and organizations began to enter this industry. However, the security problems and the unknown of emerging technologies make that most people are still in the wait-and-see stage for smart home systems. Under the background that many enterprises have different opinions on the security of smart home systems, this study is committed to forming a set of general evaluation standard index system. The main research work of this paper: the influencing factors of smart home system security are analyzed; according to the characteristics of smart home system equipment, the system security is divided into four aspects: control system, communication technology, intelligent products and cloud services; based on the current national standards, combined with the safety standards of various organizations, safety indicators are selected for each aspect. Finally, the established smart home system security evaluation index system enables users to have a set of relatively general evaluation methods among many different standards to compare and consider the current smart home system with various brands. It is helpful for users to try or further understand the smart home industry to promote the development and progress of the smart home industry.

Establishment of evaluation index system for synergistic monitoring effect of air pollution prevention and control in Jing-Jin-Ji area

Recently, synergistic monitoring of air pollution prevention and control in Jing-Jin-Ji area is coming up to an important issue in environment protection field under the circumstances of cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region. It is of great concern for government to maintain the effectiveness of monitoring effect so that the prevention and control of air pollution is guaranteed, further the air condition of Jing-Jin-Ji area would be improved. For the purpose of evaluating the synergistic monitoring effectiveness, a evaluation index system for air pollution prevention and control in Jing-Jin-Ji area should be established so as to conduct the evaluation process in a scientific and rational way. By analyzing the general principles of setting up an index system, we summarize six principles for the establishment which includes comprehensiveness, purpose, simplicity, independence, hierarchy and feasibility. On the basis of the principles mentioned above, we further break the evaluation problem into 4 targets and 23 indexes so that the index system is established. Through the index system we proposed, government and enterprises can effectively evaluate the synergistic monitoring effect of air pollution prevention and control in Jing-Jin-Ji area so that scholars and supervisors are capable to further study relative problems.
