Disruption era is marked by major and fundamental changes in all areas of life, due to disruptions which change the system of social life in general, massive innovation and change occur, this is what has changed various systems from old to new patterns. Efforts to deal with the era of disruption are by improving the quality of human resources, digital transformation, and not stopping to innovate. Realized it was of disruption, as one of the best schools in Pematangsiantar, SMA RK Bintang Timur, YPK St. Laurensius continues to strive to maintain its existence, so one of the strategies adopted is to hold seminars to improve the quality of its human resources, namely educators and educational staff in this institution are called Teachers and Employees with the aim of understanding and realizing the importance of improving the soft skills required in the era of disruption, in order to improve individual and organizational performance.

Strategies of Arabic Students' Self-Regulated Learning Improvement in Language Proficiency in The Disruption Era

This study aimed to develop strategies to improve students' Self-Regulated Learning in the Arabic Language Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Riau in the Arabic language proficiency course in the disruption era. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data collection technique for the qualitative method in this study used several designs; the Interview Technique, Documentation, and Literature Study. The systematics of strategy development refers to five stages according to Hariadi’s theory. This study shows the results of several strategies to improve Self-Regulated Learning for Arabic Language Education students at the Universitas Islam Riau for language proficiency courses; 1) Creation of environmental Arabic (Bîʾah Luġawiyyah), 2) monitoring and evaluation stages of the use of Arabic as a language of instruction lectures, 3) Coordination in the formulation of Semester Lesson Plan, 4) Orienting the religious subjects as subjects of knowledge and proficiency in the same time, 5) Motivation in competing, 6) Award Programs for student achievement, 7) Guidance lecturer in competing.

Strengthening Character Education for Gen Z ‎ in the Era of Disruption through a Personal-Constructive Sufi Approach

This study aims to find out how educational institutions prepare strategies and concepts for their students in the current era of disruption, especially in strengthening character formation in Generation Z. An era that offers acceleration in various areas of life, one of them is acceleration in uprooting the established foundations of life. The research method used in this research is library research with an analytical descriptive approach. The results of this study are that education must be able to present linear strategies and concepts with the characteristics of the Z-generation. One of these concepts is through a personal-constructive approach in strengthening the character education of students, especially the Z-generation. This approach was carried out as the Sufis in ancient times tried to improve their morals in totality before God and humans, namely through self-awareness of their spiritual potential and concrete actions that focused on fundamental things such as repentance, patience, sincerity, etc.

Fenomena Judi Online Terhadap Kecenderungan Pemahaman Hadis di Era Disrupsi Digital

This study aims to discuss the understanding of hadith on the phenomenon of online gambling in the era of digital disruption. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach and also library research or a form of data collection through literature. The results and discussion of this study show that online gambling is not allowed. Islam makes gambling a serious mistake and despises what a form of gambling is. As for this criminal gambling included in the jarimah ta'zir, everyone commits forbidden deeds and has no had, qisas, and kafarat, for the judge is given the freedom to punish with ta'zir based on his ijtihad which in case can prevent him from repeating his deeds of being beaten or imprisoned and given minor contempt. As for the provisions of the jarimah ta'zir which remain non-existent, all are left to the government or the courts, in which case it is the judge who determines, as for the intent of this determination.

The Role of Social Media Utilization and Innovativeness on SMEs Performance

Companies that want to survive in the era of information technology disruption characterized by hyperconnected business operations must quickly adopt social media technology. The problems faced by the business sector often delay the use of today's business models due to high anxiety. In fact, the role of digital marketing through the use of social media is very large. So, the company’s main key in responding to and seizing opportunities from this upheaval is innovation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media and innovation on SME business performance. The diffusion of innovations theory is used in this study as an affirmation that the implementation of technological innovation by SMEs is driven by the characteristics of innovation and organizational characteristics, bearing in mind that the current research unit of analysis is SMEs, namely organizations. In this research, to acquire a better understanding of the relationship between variables, quantitative approaches based on variance Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) were applied. Respondents were drawn from SMEs in the food and beverage sector in Surabaya, Indonesia, via an online questionnaire. The findings of this study provide positive and significant evidence between the role of social media utilization and innovativeness on SME performance. This means that SMEs in Surabaya have realized that social media is a very important tool for the success of a company. These technologies take information and knowledge sharing, interaction, and advertising to a higher level, resulting in benefits for organizations and customers. SMEs will fail and perish if they do not dare to innovate in technology.

AGAMA DAN SOLIDARITAS SOSIAL DI ERA INDUSTRI 4.0 DAN MASYARAKAT 5.0

This article aims to examine the phenomenon of religion and social solidarity in digital technology innovation on internet platforms where there are many oblique responses to religion which in the future are considered less attractive and the number of adherents and followers is certain to decrease, especially the millennial generation. Meanwhile, social solidarity that is formed in acts of mutual help and friendship is not directly related to religion, but because these traditions and culture have become the legacy of previous generations. Therefore, it is worth studying in depth in this paper by using a qualitative paradigm approach and exploratory descriptive analysis methods by reviewing related literature. The results found that the existence of Internet technology and other devices makes it easier for religions and their adherents to carry out worship practices by their religious orders, such as online hospitality and helping each other quickly respond through digital networks. Post-secularization religious awareness increased because alienation in the era of disruption made the spiritual void need to be filled with religious values.

A Construct Validity Of The Transferable Skills Scale For Assessment Of Career Guidance

Transferable skills are abilities and knowledge that can be used in various jobs and career paths and is related to the career development of students in the era of disruption. School counsellors need to understand student profiles related to these basic skill sets in order to be able to design career development programs that are relevant to today's career dynamics. This study aims to construct a transferable skill scale that can be used as a guidance and counselling assessment tool for student career development. The construction of this scale goes through the stages of 1) aspect construction based on literature studies, 2) item creation, and 3) pilot test. The construct validity test used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of the CFA show that several dimensions of transferable skills require modification of the model until a fit model is obtained.. Thus the scale has a suitable model for measuring transferable skills, which consist of aspects of 1) Communication Skills (7 items), 2) Management Skills (9 Items), 3) Numerical Skills (5 Items), Creativity Skills (6 Items), Social Skills (6 Items), Critical Thinking Skills (5 Items), and Business Skills (6 Items).

Solusi Al-Qur’an Terhadap Matinya Kepakaran

This phenomenon of the Death of Expertise is a consequence of an era of disruption that results in attacks on established knowledge. This research tries to find a solution to the phenomenon of the death of expertise by conducting a study of the interpretation of interpreters on verses relevant to this phenomenon. This research includes qualitative research where data collection is carried out using the library research method. In addition, the author uses the maudhû'i (thematic) interpretation method where the author collects verses of the Qur'an from various surahs related to the problem of the death of expertise, then examines various interpretive literature related to these verses so that a series of solutions are found that are assumed to be able to overcome the phenomenon of the death of expertise. The author finds that improving the quality of deliberation is one of the solutions to the death of expertise, where the death of expertise is caused by the poor quality of communication of experts-ordinary people. Therefore, quality deliberation must become the culture of the community in communicating. So that communication between experts and ordinary people can be re-directed.

Orientation and Formulation of Islamic Education Philosophy Learning Materials in Higher Education in the Context of The Disruption Era

This study aims to analyze the formulation of educational philosophy learning materials in Islamic religious tertiary institutions in the context of disruption. This research focuses on two things, namely, the learning orientation of educational philosophy and the formulation of Islamic educational philosophy material in the context of the era of disruption. The research was conducted at the STAI Serdang Lubuk Pakam and was carried out for six months. This study uses qualitative research methods using narrative studies. The data sources for this research consisted of informants in the study, namely Islamic education philosophy lecturers, documents, namely lecturer material and learning plans, and library sources from previous research results. The study results reveal that the learning orientation of Islamic education philosophy is to provide students with the ability to understand the essence of Islamic education by studying the philosophical concepts of Islamic teachings originating from the Al-Qura'n and Hadith. The formulation in the context of the era of disruption is related to the essence of humans, nature, educators, students, curriculum, methods and evaluations that are adapted to the needs of modern society. Namely forming graduates who have deep thoughts and can analyze various elements or components related to Islamic education critically.

Shaping A Public Opinion As A Political Communication Challenge In Digital Disruption Era

The image of political actors and political parties is deemed good or bad when obtained by rising public opinion. Political communication skills are a difficulty, especially in the middle of digital disruption era. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature analysis. The result of the research is that public opinion is produced from the consumption of speech that is witnessed, including the political concerns they witness. The importance of preserving public opinion is a prerequisite for political actors and political parties to attain a common vision and objective. This has been demonstrated by public opinion, which believes that the president of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, is rumored to be a communist. Public opinion is like a wild ball; if it is not managed, it will be harmful. The case turned out to be not only fake news because it was not founded on empirical facts, but it was also suspected that the matter was rolling because of political objectives.

The Concept of Merdeka Belajar from the View of Constructivism

The Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Forward Indonesia cabinet, Nadim Makarim, issued the Merdeka Belajar as a concept of national education in the disruption era. In Merdeka Belajar, Students are offered advantages and possibilities to study based on their interests and career aspirations. This study analyzed the concept of Merdeka Belajar from the view of constructivism. The constructivist paradigm aims to interpret the world, understand life, and create meaning. This library research aims to understand the philosophical paradigm of the concept of Merdeka Belajar. The results of this study were generated from relevant sources such as scientific journals, books, theses, and dissertations. This study reveals links between the concept of Merdeka Belajar and Constructivism that both emphasize freedom, flexibility, and independence for educational institutions. Students are not bound by strict rules. Knowledge can be obtained from everyday experience.

SHARIA BANK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DISRUPTIVE ERA

This study aims to determine the development of Islamic banks in the disruptive era. This research is qualitative descriptive. This study included literature to examine written sources such as scientific journals, books reference, literature, encyclopedias, scientific articles, scientific papers, and other relevant sources related to the studied object. The study of this research is in the form of texts or writings that describe and explain the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The results from this study show that Indonesian banking is now enlivened by the presence of Islamic banks, which offers financial products and investment in a different way than conventional banks, as Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world. The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has become a benchmark for the success of Islamic economic existence. Bank Muamalat is the first Islamic bank and a pioneer for other Islamic banks in Indonesia.

TRANSFORMASI BUDAYA ORGANISASI PADA ERA DISRUPSI TEKNOLOGI DI PT. STRATEGIC PARTNER SOLUTION

This study aims to contribute to changes in an organizational culture that is influenced by certain factors, such as in this study, namely because of the era of technological disruption and its changes towards digitalization, this research is a descriptive qualitative research with direct observation and in-depth interviews. and carried out within one year from September 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021 at PT Strategic Partner Solution. This research is a phenomenological research and uses Kurt Lewin's model (unfreezing, change and refreezing), and based on the results of this study indicate that the unfreezing process is a process of acceptance of changes that will be made to an organizational culture by all its members, then in the process of change. for implementation carried out by all members of the organization by carrying out their duties and obligations as well as being ambitious in the change process, and the last is the process of refreezing or integrating attitudes and behavior towards a new culture, of course the role of management is very important to provide support for every process of transformation carried out to enlarge opportunities for success in creating a new organizational culture.

Distance Education and Learning (DEL) in The Master of Law Program in Facing Challenges in The Era of Disruption

Facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0/5.0 the development of information and communication based on the internet and digital encourages people's lives more advanced and various functions of life are more effective and efficient, the use of internet and digital media makes the boundaries that can hinder movement and distance can be removed and bring the world closer to unlimited reach. In the development of Education, it is also encouraged to be able to adapt by leaving the conventional education system to a system based on distance education and learning/DEL, in distance education and learning/DEL the education system will be carried out openly and remotely which will eliminate distance and restrictions for someone in the learning and teaching process, therefore education will be faster, efficient, precise and low cost. This research is legal research with normative juridical approach, the data used are primary data and secondary data are analyzed using quantitative analysis. The first result: the use of distance education and learning/DEL is a form of educational transformation in the face of the era of disruption, where the education system is carried out remotely using the help of instruction technology based on transformation, research, assessment, evaluation and memory subsystem with the help of internet technology. Second: distance education and learning/DEL is able to be a solution for geographical and topographical problems in Indonesia, so that anyone can achieve a master of law with the help of distance education and learning/DEL technology.

Discussions about the law of wishing Merry Christmas are always an unresolved issue every year. Even though the issue of whether or not it is permissible to say Merry Christmas has been discussed by scholars since ancient times, in this era of disruption again reaping significant pros and cons because through the media all types of information can be obtained quickly and easily. This problem is related to how the relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims is regulated in Islam. There are two different forms of text regarding the form of relations with non-Muslims, as is the case in hadith texts regarding greetings, namely the prohibition of prioritizing greetings to non-Muslims and exhorting them to take a narrow path. However, in other texts Islam is very open to non-Muslims. This study attempts to analyze hadith using historical-hermeneutic studies. Greetings of 'Merry Christmas' to non-Muslims are allowed as long as those who say them do not believe in the truth of other religions, but are only a form of mu'amalah or establishing good social relations with non-Muslims, especially in the context of the Indonesian state where there are different religions . Of course, in this way a harmonious relationship between religious communities will be established and prevent division.

Moral learning needs to be done as early as possible, according to the stages of children's moral development. Children's moral development is facilitated through learning activities that aim to provide moral knowledge to children. Children's knowledge can be developed through stories that are held through learning activities. The moral development of children through methods supported by wayang media is expected to facilitate early childhood learning. The wayang media presented not only features characters that match the character of each character but is also equipped with dialogue that allows reciprocity between children and wayang characters.

Pendidikan Karakter Anak Melalui Kegiatan Kultur Religius Di Desa Pene Kecamatan Jerowaru

Globalization not only promises beautiful hopes, but also raises its own anxieties. In the era of disruption like today, all information is very easy to accept, so without filtering and a strong character foundation, shifts in values ​​such as lack of respect for parents, lack of concern for others begin to occur. This paper aims to explore how children's character education is carried out through religious culture activities in Pene Village, from concept to implementation. This paper is based on qualitative research with primary data sources, namely traditional leaders and leaders of religious activities. The data obtained through the interview method is then interpreted or analyzed. The results of the analysis show that religious cultural activities such as Beqen, yasinan, memorizing short prayers, reading brzanji to memorizing the al-Quran have an important role in shaping the social religious character of children. This is due to the internalization of religious social values ​​such as caring, friendship, social solidarity and so on through civilizing in everyday life. Success factors of digital technologies (DT) tools adoption for sustainable construction in a developing economy

PurposeAs the construction sector constantly seeks ways to address ever-growing societal demands, the need to embrace innovation and digital technologies (DTs) cannot be overstated. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the success factors influencing the adoption of DTs to achieve sustainable construction in a developing economy such as Nigeria.Design/methodology/approachA quantitative research approach was conducted with close-ended questionnaires developed and administered to construction professionals based in Lagos State, Nigeria. Data obtained was analyzed using percentages, frequency, mean item score and exploratory factor analysis.FindingsThe findings from the mean scores revealed the leading influential success factors which were education and training, methodology of model constructions, organization development, customer satisfaction and profitability and new revenue. Factor analysis revealed three clusters of success factors which were management needs, construction methodology and effective communication.Practical implicationsTo adequately integrate DTs into construction industry activities and processes, awareness about the technologies must be created and enhanced if already in play. This study posits that the construction sector must accept and implement this new paradigm of innovation to benefit from this disruptive era.Originality/valueThis study serves as a foundation for other related studies that are aimed at advocating the efficacy of DTs in the effective and efficient execution of construction activities. The assessment of the success factors influencing the adoption of DTs would help construction organizations and stakeholders to understand the need to embrace and implement smart technologies into the activities, operations and processes of the construction industry.
