Industry 4.0 and Greek Enterprises before Economic Crisis: A Preliminary Research

Nowadays, in the era of 4th Industrial Revolution, businesses have to face many challenges. The purpose of this study is to identify the readiness level of Greek businesses to face the challenges of Industry 4.0. A questionnaire survey was conducted to Greek business operating in various industries. The paper contributes to identify whether businesses take into consideration various aspects of Industry 4.0, if they are willing to adopt new digital technologies and the kind of difficulties that they face. This study covers the time period from before the economic crisis, and it is proposed that a new survey should be conducted considering the addressed topics regarding the current economic situation.

A Study on the Competitiveness for the Diffusion of Smart Technology of Construction Industry in the Era of 4th Industrial Revolution

The fourth industrial revolution (4IR) is bringing about enormous changes in various aspects of the construction industry. This influence is emerging as a smart technology and is regarded as a productivity innovation in the construction industry. In addition, several countries are attempting policies to diffuse technological innovation into various industries, such as those related to legal systems, investments, and additional markets. These policies commonly have the intention to encourage various industrial factors that are related to smart-construction competitiveness. Therefore, this study analyzed the competitiveness from an industrial perspective to revitalize smart technologies in the construction industry. For this purpose, the acceptance of innovation within the Korean construction industry (KCI) was reviewed through diffusion-innovation theory, and then competitiveness factors were driven by the literature, based on Porter’s diamond model. Factors are measured by the contractors who utilize smart technologies, analyzing the competitiveness priority and differences between them. The main finding is that the “Demand Condition” is the most important industrial competitiveness for embedding smart technology in the early stage of construction industry. Moreover, to reduce the risks related to developing technologies, it suggested that distinct policies are required in accordance with the contractors. These findings are going to be helpful for policy makers as references for developing policies to embed smart technology in the construction industry.

Market Risks Management and Performance of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria: The Challenges of 4<sup>th</sup> Industrial Revolution

This study examined the effect of market risks on performance of 15 banks in Nigeria spanning from 2011 to 2020. The study relied on secondary data derived from the selected banks’ financial statements to determine and measure the effect of fluctuations in market risks on Nigerian banks performance in this era of 4th industrial revolution by applying an all-inclusive panel least square estimate. The study used the ex-post facto research design. The data were obtained from annual reports of the 15 sampled banks. Accordingly, four (4) specific objectives and hypotheses were stated and the data obtained were subjected to some preliminary tests such as descriptive, correlation analysis and variance inflation factor. The hypotheses were tested and analyzed using panel least square estimate. The empirical analysis covered 150 bank-year observations and the results shows that interest rate risk (IRSK), foreign exchange rate risk (FXRSK) and capital adequacy risk (CARSK) have negative yet noticeable effect on the Nigerian banks’ performance while equity risk (EQRSK) have positive yet minimal effects on Nigerian banks’ performance on the short run. Meanwhile, on the Kao Cointegration test evidenced that, market risk has a long run effect on banks’ performance in Nigeria. Consequently, market risk measured by IRSK, FXRSK, and CASK decreases the likelihood for Nigerian banks to make huge profit to a very large extent in the periods under review. As such, if Nigerian banks desire higher income especially in this era of 4th industrial revolution, they need to optimally manage their market risks.

Facing the era of 4th Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence(AI) technologies in modern society are changing to customized services to meet individual needs. But providing too many services can make users give up choosing or feel uncomfortable. The Paradox of Choice refers to the phenomenon in which judgment is blurred due to too many options when given a choice. The difficulty of choosing may even trouble leisure activities that we enjoy normally. Therefore, in this study, Frequency Analysis, Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Cross-Tabulations, T-test and One-Way ANOVA were conducted using SPSS 25.0 version in order to see if the provision of leisure information using AI can be helpful, based on the Paradox of Choice. The study result displayed that the provision of 2 to 3 leisure information was frequent, and when asking about the intention of participation depending on the amount of leisure activity information, the answer ‘I will just refer to it’ occupied the highest frequency. There were no differences in the number of leisure activity information and the amount of leisure activity information depending on gender. Providing 2 to 3 information using AI regardless of gender will be able to enhance satisfaction with leisure activities. It is also considered that the provision of leisure activity information using AI can improve the quality of life as a way of enjoying leisure activities, since older people may have difficulty in participating in diverse leisure activities.

Enhancing Service Quality Through Good Governance Practice in Zakat Institution

In the era of 4th industrial revolution, good governance practise has become an important organizational management and administration practice for achieving organizational function and objectives especially in zakat institution. Nowadays, zakat institution became as a central role in many aspects of human life especially among Muslim communities, also function in maintaining the existence and growth of socio-economic. Due to this reason, good governance with the vital elements of leadership and communication are an important element that may affect service quality performance in organization. The capability of employees to appropriately manage leadership and communication practice may lead to a greater level of quality performance towards customers. This research aims to measure the correlation between good governance practice through leadership, communication, and service quality in zakat institution. A cross-sectional technique was employed to collect primary data from 250 respondents who were customer at the zakat institution in Klang Valley. The Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was used in data analyses. The outcomes displayed two important findings: First, the relationship between leadership practice and service quality performance was significant. Second, the relationship between communication practice and service quality performance was significant. Statistically, this result confirms that service quality performance directly enhanced by good governance practice through leadership and communication in studied organization. Further, this research concludes with a discussion on the contributions, limitation. For future research may focus on other elements of construct such as integrity practice to enhance service quality in zakat institution.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 인간상

본고는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 인간상을 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 모든 것이 인공지능(AI)의 발달로 대면보다는 비대면으로 전개될 사회에서 인간다운 삶을 영위하기 위해서는 어떤 인간상이 필요하고 왜 그런 인간상인가를 살펴보고자 했던 것이다. 인공지능 시대의 필요한 인간상을 『논어』 중 인성 교육에 관한 내용을 살폈고, 전통의 계승 차원에서 선인들의 글과 몇몇 유자들의 인성교육의 내용과 방법 등을 제시하였다. 그리고 계승과 활용 방안에서는 전통의 계승과 변용을 통해, 4차 산업 산업혁명 시기에 인성과 감성을 갖춘 사람이 왜 필요한가를 논하였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대는 인공지능의 시대로 이익과 편리함만을 목적으로 삼기 에 인간만이 지닐 수 있는 가치들이 더 빛을 발할 수 있는 시기일 수 있다. 그래서 인성교육법에 포함된 예와 효, 정직과 소통, 그리고 공감의 차원에서 미래의 인간상을 예견해 본 것이다. 살펴본 결과 공교롭게도 인공지능에 주력하면 할수록 감성적 측면인 휴먼터치(Human Touch)를 그리워한다는 것이다. 이미 진행 중인 감성 경영이 이를 뒷받침하였다. 따라서 미래 사회에서도 전통적으로 계승 발전 시켜온 인간 고유의 영역이라고 할 인성과 감성 교육을 강화하여 인류 행복과 문화 발전에 이바지할 수 있게 해야 할 것이다.

4차 산업혁명 시대 스포츠의 사회･철학적 함의

이 연구에서는 인공지능에 기반한 동작감지 시스템 훈련, 인공지능과 스포츠의 융합, 경기력 향상을 위한 빅데이 터에, ICT기술과 증강현상(VR, AR) 융합스포츠, 인공지능과 스포츠와의 대결 사례 등 4차 산업혁명 시대의 스포츠의 사회ㆍ철학적 함의를 탐색하였다. 이 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째. 스포츠 경기는 승패가 동등한 확률로 발생하는 상황도 많고, 사람이 하는 것이고, 선수의 컨디션 등 정량화할 수 없는 변수들이 많다. 이점이 인공지능이 기계학습이라는 데이터를 학습시켜서 예측을 하는 분야의 가장 큰 단점이고 따라서 너무 맹신하면 안 되는 것이다. 둘째, 인공지능의 혜택 을 보지 못하는 선수나 가난한 나라의 선수와의 경쟁은 공정한 경쟁이 아닐 것이다. 셋째, 로봇 심판의 출현으로 오심에 대한 논쟁과 심판판정에 대한 불복 사례는 줄어들고는 있지만, 한편에서는 로봇에게 일자리를 내주어서 실직자 수 가 많이 생길 것이라는 위기감도 생기고 있다. 넷째, 인간과 로봇의 대결에서 승패를 기준으로 한다면, 스포츠가 주는 감동은 사라지고 쾌감만 남게 될 것이다. 다섯째, 인공지능이 국민들에게 스포츠를 좀 더 편하고, 즐겁고, 친숙하게 받아들여서 건강에 도움이 될 수 있는 방향으로 가야 할 것이다. 여섯째, 인공지능은 인간의 예술적, 철학적 감동을 연출 할 수 없다는 것이 일반적인 학계의 주장이다. 스포츠에는 인간의 철학이 담겨 있다. 마음이 없는 인공지능은 그냥 스포츠의 부수적인 요소로 스포츠의 진정한 정신을 담지 못할 것이다.

"트랜스미디어적인 문학 공부와 교육 －제4차 산업혁명시대의 인간 개발 방법론으로서－"

이 글은 제4차 산업혁명시대로 일컬어지는 오늘날에, 인간에게 요구되는 자질인 창의력이 문학 공부와 교육을 통하여 배양될 수 있음을 주장하고 그 방법론을 설파하려는 목적에서 쓰였다. 오늘날 인간은 고도로 발달한 테크놀로지 문화의 영향을 광범위한 부분에서 강력하게 받고 있다. 테크놀로지는 발달할수록 그 자동화 범위와 수준이 증대된다. 따라서 테크놀로지 사용 비율이 증가할수록 인간이 직접 수행할 때 생성되는 감각 및 사고의 운동성과, 이를 기반으로 발달하는 인간 창의력은 감소하게 마련이다. 더욱이 테크놀로지로 인해 기존 인간 ‘일’의 상당수가 사라져가는 상황에서 요구되는 창의력은 인간의 입지를 진퇴양난의 처지로 몰아가고 있다. 이미 생활의 거의 모든 부분과 연동되는 테크놀로지에서 이탈할 수도 없고 그렇다고 마냥 사용할 수도 없는 노릇에서다. 이와 같은 창의력 감소는 현실 문학에서도 마찬가지로 발생한다. 여전히 언어문학이 존재하나 대다수의 현실적인 문학 행위는 영화, 드라마, 웹툰, 게임 등 대단히 정밀하고 유려한 시청각 정보로 빽빽하게 채워진 디지털 텍스트로 이뤄진다. 그러므로 구술이나 문자텍스트에 대한 문학적 행위에서 요청되는 능동적이고 지속적인 인간 감각과 사고의 작동은, 그것들이 고도로 자동화된 디지털 텍스트에서는 오히려 장애가 된다. 하지만 모든 요소의 통합체인 디지털은 새로운 가능성과 방법의 보고(寶庫)이기도 하다. 창의력 계발에 필요한 요소를 선별하고 재구성하여 부족해진 부분을 보충할 길이 디지털에는 또한 있는 것이다. 이 글은 창의력을 강화할 수 있는 문학적 행위를 셋으로 구분하여 논하였다. 그것들은 모든 요소가 충만한 텍스트를 주어진 대로만 수용하는 데서 그치는게 아니라 미디어-감각 요소들을 목적에 따라 가감(加減)하는 재생산 행위를 통해 인간의 감각과 사고가 활발하게 발휘되도록 하는 것을 의미한다. 또한 미디어를 빈번하게 횡단하고 전환하는 행위들이기에 트랜스미디어적인 문학 행위로 묶인다. 그리고 이상은 발전을 도모하는 의식적 노력의 과정이므로 다시 ‘트랜스미디어적 문학 공부와 교육’으로 개념화되었다.

4차산업혁명 시대 서울시 직업훈련을 위한 패러다임 개발 연구

본 연구는 4차산업혁명 시대에 서울시의 직업훈련을 위한 패러다임 개발을 목적으로 수행 되었다. 서울시의 정책과 관련하여 미래산업과 일자리의 변화측면에서 4차 산업혁명이 서울시 지역경제에 가지고 올 변화에 대한 영향요인을 예측하고 신산업 중심의 인력 육성 과 신직업훈련 관련정책을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 미래연구방법을 활용하여 서울시의 적절한 인적자원개발 방안을 제시하였다. 1단계 정보수집 및 추출 단계에서는 4차 산업혁명이 가져올 키워드 추출 및 소셜네트워크 분석을 수행하였고, 2단계 정보연관 및 확장 단계에서는 전문가 워크샵을 통하여 1단계에서 파악된 변수 중 서울시 직업훈련에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인들을 분류하였다. 3단계에서는 정보 재구조화 를 통해 일반적인 시나리오를 작성하고 마지막 4단계에서 미래이슈를 도출하였다. 이러한 미래연구기법을 통해 4차산업혁명이 서울시의 직업훈련체계에 가져올 변화를 예측하고 이에 적극적으로 대응하기 위하여 본 연구는 4차산업혁명이란 용어가 처음 사용된 2016년 과 2017(10월 말)년 학술지, 학술대회, 보고서 등에 발표된 자료를 기준으로 하여 4차산업 관련 연구의 시대변화에 따른 특성과 이에 따른 키워드분석, 네트워크 분석,미래연구와 델파이 기법 등을 활용하여 향후 서울시가 대응할 과제가 무엇인지 논의하고자 하였다.

4차 산업혁명시대 은행의 고성과 인적자원관리시스템이 디지털 소통 역량과 영업성과에 미치는 영향 - 디지털 소통역량의 매개효과와 디지털조직문화의 조절효과검증 -

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명시대 은행혁신이 대두되는 시점에서 은행의 고성과 인적자원관리시스템의 도입과 디지털 소통 역량 등에 따른 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 은행에 근무하고 있는 은행원을 대상으로 고성과 인적자원 관리시스템이 즉 혁신적 채용 그리고 디지털교육훈련이 디지털 소통역량에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였으며 디지털 소통 역량이 영업성과에 미치는 영향관계에서 디지털 조직문화의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구 결과 첫째, 혁신적 채용은 디지털 소통 역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 교육훈련은 은행원의 디지털 소통 역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 셋째, 디지털 소통 역량은 은행원의 영업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고성과 인적자원관리시스템이 은행의 영업성과에 미치는 영향관계에 있어서 디지털 소통 역량의 매개효과를 확인하고자 soble-test를 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다, 검증결과 고성과 인적자원관리시스템이 영업성과에 미치는 영향관계에 매개변인의 효과를 나타냈다. 다섯째, 디지털 소통 역량과 은행의 영업성과와의 관계에서 조절변수인 디지털 조직문화의 조절효과를 알아보기 위해 다중집단분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 디지털 조직 문화의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다 이와 같은 연구를 토대로 급변하는 디지털 환경에서 은행의 고성과 인적자원관리시스템과 함께 은행의 디지털 조직문화를 정립하는데 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

4차산업혁명 시대에 중소기업의 스마트 팩토리의 성공적 구현을 위한 준비도(Readiness)에 관한 연구

본 연구는 정부가 갖추어야 할 가이드라인으로 선지원 후 관리가 아니라 선 점검 및 관리를 위한 프레임워크인 중소기업의 스마트 팩토리 준비도 모형을 개발하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 본 연구가 갖는 실무적 의의는 스마트 팩토리를 받아들일 준비가 되지 않는 상황에서 혹은 무엇을 준비해야 할지 모르고 있는 상황에서 많은 중소기업들이 경험하지 못한 생소한 기술들의 집합체인 ICBMA(IoT, Cloud, Big Data, Mobile, AI) 등으로 구성된 스마트 팩토리를 구축하라고 일방적으로 독려하기보다는 안정적으로 성공적인 스마트 팩토리 구축을 위해 무엇을 미리 준비해야 하는지 그리고 스마트 팩토리의 성공적 구현을 위해 중소기업이 갖추어야 할 준비물이 무엇인지 미리 알려 줄 수 있다는 점이다. 또한, 중소기업들이 스마트 팩토리 도입에 앞서 현재 자사의 상태를 스스로 진단해 볼 수 있다는 점에서도 실무적 의의가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 특히 그동안 별개의 개념으로만 인식되어왔던 개인의 준비도, 조직의 준비도, 기술 준비도를 포괄적 개념으로 접근하여 학문적 영역을 확장할 수 있다는 점에서도 의의가 있다고 사료된다. 그뿐만 아니라 아직 국내는 물론이고 해외에서도 개발되지 않았던 스마트 팩토리 준비도 지표를 개발함으로 인해 해당 분야에 있어서 학문적 선두로 나아갈 수 있다는 점도 의의가 될 수 있을 것이다.

4차 산업혁명 시대 ICT 융합 체육 수업의 미래 전망 : 초연결, 초지능, 초실감 기술을 중심으로

이 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대 핵심기술의 특징을 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 체육수업의 미래를 탐색함으로써 ICT 융 합 체육 수업을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 4차 산업혁명 기술 및 ICT 융합 체육 관련 정책 문서, 전문 서적, 논문 등을 통한 문헌고찰을 토대로 4차 산업혁명 시대 핵심기술 및 체육 수업의 변화를 알아보고, 허구적 글쓰기(fictional writing)을 활용하여 4차 산업혁명 기술 발달 단계별 ICT 융합 체육 수업 시나리 오와 체육과 영역별 ICT 융합 체육 수업 시나리오를 서술하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4차 산업혁명 기술 의 특징은 지능화(Intelligence Digital Transformation)에 있으며, 초연결, 초지능, 초실감 기술로 구분된다. 둘째, 4차 산업혁명 시대 핵심기술 발달에 따른 ICT 융합 체육 수업의 모습은 교육트랜스폼으로 인해 교육의 울타리를 확 장하고, 개별맞춤식 교육을 실현하며, 흥미 기반 학습을 지향하게 된다. 셋째, 4차 산업혁명 시대 체육과 영역별 ICT 융합 체육 수업은 건강 영역의 건강관리시스템 구축, 도전 영역의 개별맞춤형 도전 학습, 경쟁 영역의 실감 체험형 e 스포츠 리그, 표현 영역의 창의·융합형 메이커교육, 안전 영역의 시뮬레이션형 안전체험학습이 기대된다. 이 연구는 4 차 산업혁명 시대 ICT 융합 체육 발전을 위한 기술의 활용 방안을 제시한다는 점에서 의미가 있을 것이다.
