Analyzing the Deep Learning-Based Mobile Environment in Educational Institutions

More efficient instructional models that encourage students to engage more actively in their education are essential in today’s world. How information can be found and exchanged, as well as how explanations are delivered, have been shaped by technology. The outcomes demonstrate that mobile learning (m-learning) has enhanced collaboration among instructors and learners, provided immediate feedback, increased student participation and engagement, allowed for authentic learning and evaluation, and supported learning communities in higher education institutions. There was also a change in the teachers’ instructional methods. Students will benefit from simple learning activities, convenient communication, and coaching provided through mobile devices. This study recommends using a learning-based convolutional neural network (CNN) technique to improve students’ English-speaking fluency. In addition, communication between teachers and children in remote areas becomes easier through an interactive system, making both sides more accessible. As a result, it is advisable that educational institutions continually develop innovative teaching techniques that bridge face-to-face and formal-informal learning in the educational setting. The article discusses the background of mobile learning and how it might enhance e-learning as a whole. The m-learning approach is described in this paper as a future version of e-learning. In comparison to the next generation of educational systems, it will be extensively offered and simple to operate for any individual interested in learning. The article also discusses the benefits and potential drawbacks of mobile learning in current educational institutions.

STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE FORMATION OF FUTURE MILITARY INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF HMEI

The article updates the problem of the formation of professional competence of future military intelligence officers in the information and educational environment of a higher military educational institution, substantiates the theoretical foundations of professional training of future officers. The need to protect the territorial integrity of our state was analyzed, which determined the importance of the challenges posed to the transformation of military education into the professional training of Ukrainian officers. It is noted that one of the directions of the development of an effective system of military education, with the aim of gaining full membership of Ukraine in NATO, is the modernization of the officer training system, strengthening the integrity of the professional training of military specialists. It has been observed that military-professional education in accordance with the principles of the military doctrine of the state, target instructions of military policy and science, state educational standards, within which the professional training of future military intelligence officers is carried out, is based on the educational-professional program, the modern model of training competent specialists taking into account the methods preparation of NATO member countries. It has been found that the social order of society to ensure the interests of national security and defense of the state for the training of military specialists in higher military educational institutions, in accordance with modern requirements, determines the important problem of forming the professional competence of future military intelligence officers and the development of a structural and functional model of such a process in conditions of the informational and educational environment. It was found that modeling allows to analyze the real content, establish goals, highlight the main components of the structure, essential features, relationships, graphically display the functional specificity and determine the formation of professional competence of future military intelligence officers. A structural-functional model for the formation of professional competence of future military intelligence officers in the information and educational environment of higher military educational institutions has been developed, which contains blocks: conceptual-target (social order, goal, task, conceptual and methodological approaches, principles, functions), procedural- technological (informational and educational environment at higher military educational institutions, organizational and pedagogical conditions, stages, components, methods, forms, means, technologies, educational disciplines), effective (criteria, level indicators, result).

Examining the Economic Value of Collegiate Club Sports to the University

To measure the contribution of collegiate club sports to the economic and social environment of higher education institutions, this case study developed a pragmatic model—integrating self-generated revenue, stimulated student spending, student attraction, and student retention—to quantify the economic value or worth of club sports to the university, and to consider their broader utility for the attainment of the university's mission. For the university studied, results show that undergraduate club sport athletes render approximately $21.7 million in institutional expenditure annually, and club sports can serve the university mission through their contribution to student recruitment, retention, and recommendation. Over 50% of participants credited their enrollment, continued attendance, and willingness to recommend the university to the availability of club sports. Student retention was more positive for participants in club sports than for the university population as a whole. Additionally, international students and students living off-campus viewed club sports as particularly positive.

Formation of social initiative of adolescents in the educational environment of children's public associations

The presented material examines the potential possibilities of using systemic, activity-based and creative approaches, as well as the principles of dialecticism, originality, conscious multifactoriality, cultural creativity in the educational environment of children's public associations (PBO) in the process of forming the social initiative of adolescents. The conceptual provisions of modern scientists regarding the definition of the concept of “social initiative” of adolescents are highlighted, the key concept is specified, and the main components of the process of formation of social initiative of adolescents are determined, which reveal the content and are criteria for its effectiveness. For the consistent development of social initiative as a conscious activity of adolescents and personality traits, this process is presented in the form of coordinated modules, coordinated blocks that complement each other and influence the harmonious development of the individual through the activities of preschool educational institutions. The educational environment of a preschool educational institution is defined as a social and pedagogical tool aimed at developing the social initiative of a teenager in accordance with the goals, content, creation of social pedagogical conditions, and the harmonious development of the younger generation. In the educational environment of a children's organization, an important role is played by such means as the organized life of a children's team, various types of activities, technical impossibilities, phenomena of spiritual and material culture, through the formation of an attitude towards man, society, and nature as the highest value. The pedagogical conditions we substantiated, tested in the practical activities of preschool educational institutions, contributed to increasing the level of formation of social initiative of adolescents, making it possible to be confident in the recognition by a group of peers of their achievements as an individual and in the effectiveness of socially useful activities.

Influence of gender stereotypes on the socialization of the children of older preschool age

Within the framework of the theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources, the content and essence of the concepts “gender”, “gender socialization”, “gender sociability”, “gender stereotypes” were clarified and pedagogical conditions, namely: organization of an effective subject-playing area of the group for meaningful enriching the experience of gender communication in the children’s team; stimulation of the interaction of different gender subjects in a single social-and-developmental educational environment of a preschool educational institution; presence of positive incentives for interaction in a mixed-gender group as a factor in the formation of a child’s gender competence were determined. It was proven that their implementation was ensured through an optimal combination of effective forms and methods of working with children of older preschool age, aimed at the formation of gender socialization, culture of relationships with peers of the same and opposite gender, a tolerant attitude towards them, and ability to establish friendly partner relationships. Specified pedagogical conditions were implemented at three successive stages: cognitive-oriented, organizational-targeted, activity-directive, using the following forms and methods of work as: a series of games, exercises, conversations, communication, work in nature, method of problem situations aimed at raising children’s awareness of gender roles.

УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ПРОЕКТАМИ КАК ЭФФЕКТИВНАЯ МОДЕЛЬ РАЗВИТИЯ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Environmental problems (air and water pollution, decline in biodiversity, noise pollution, etc.) that humanity faces today are partly related to the need to increase basic literacy of the population in the field of environmental protection and conservation. Existing environmental education in higher educational institutions often does not correspond to the principle of connection between theory and practice. Students are told about existing problems as a given, and not about what can and should be changed. However, in future professional activity, each student will have to “present” not knowledge in its pure form, but the ability to apply it in specific practical situations. In this regard, the article presents a project method of working with students, which allows them to be involved in active environmental activities. The authors examined an important environmental problem, using the example of a decline in the number of sterlet, and presented its relevance. The article also illustrates an effective step-by-step mechanism that must be included in the educational environment of higher educational institutions that train qualified personnel, ensure people's safety, a technosphere comfortable for human life and activity, and also minimize the technogenic impact on the environment. Based on the study, the authors came to the conclusion that design allows students to switch from passive consumers of knowledge to active creators who can analyze problems, find the optimal result and prove its correctness. The article is intended for further application of the method by the pedagogical community in the educational process in order to improve the existing educational system.

Os fatores associados dos alunos do ensino fundamental e médio no Equador: análise do ciclo de avaliação Ser Estudiante 2020-2021

This article analyzes the influence of personal and family factors on academic success in students of General Basic Education (EGB) and General Unified High School (BGU) in Ecuador during the evaluation "Ser Estu-diante (SEST) cycle 2020 - 2021". The SEST assessment evaluates knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes of Ecuadorian students. It also deploys questionnaires of associated factors that construct social, cultural and economic variables of families, teachers and the environment of educational institutions. A two-level hierar-chical linear model is used to measure the impact of the factors associated with school performance. In sum, personal and family environment factors, in which students develop, are elements that contribute to improve their school performance.

Мультилингвальная интерактивная обучающая система для подготовки военнослужащих стран ОДКБ

The article delves into the interactive possibilities of innovative learning technologies that allow to ensure the formation of communicative competence of foreign cadets of military universities of the Russian Federation. In addition, the work gives the justification of multilingual representation of learning systems and outlines the op-tions for their application in preparation for lectures and laboratory works. The research describes the levels of interactivity and key characteristics of innovative learning technologies that ensure the realization of the Con-cept of development of electronic information and educational environment of military higher education institu-tion, approved in 2020. The fragment of the multilingual interactive learning system presented in the article is designed for the military personnel of the CSTO countries and can be implemented in the process of conduct-ing joint classes with this category of people. Such a system can serve as a component of the electronic infor-mation and educational environment and be used in the process of independent training of foreign military personnel.

Innovative model of interaction of subjects in the higher education market

Relevance. The relevance of the subject matter lies in the need to ensure the availability and quality of modern higher education in the market and the presence of problems of interaction between individual subjects represented in this market.Purpose. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the prospects for building an innovative model of interaction between subjects of higher education in the conditions of modern market relations.Methodology. The basis of the methodological approach in this study is a combination of methods of empirical modelling of the interaction of subjects of the higher education market of Kazakhstan with a statistical analysis of the results of the application of this model and a systematic analysis of the process of introducing innovations into the educational environment of universities in the country.Results. In the course of the research, the results were obtained that determine the general principles of constructing a model considered within the framework of the stated topic, and key aspects of the interaction of subjects in this model. It is established that the process of introducing innovations into the higher education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan is inextricably linked with the realities of the economic situation formed in the state and the level of its influence on the development of this system. The key subjects of the higher education market in Kazakhstan are identified, and the differentiation of the level of their interaction within the framework of the considered innovation model is given.Conclusions. The practical significance of the results obtained is conditioned by the possibility of their use in creating a fundamentally new model of interaction between subjects of the modern higher education market, through the introduction of innovations into the pedagogical environment of higher educational institutions and thereby ensuring a higher level of graduate training.

Academic Stress: Coping Strategies by Nursing Students

Students across a wide range of industries and educational levels frequently feel academic stress. It is defined as the body's and mind's reaction to the demands and strains of education, such as homework, projects, exams, and clinical training. Particularly when it comes to juggling the demands of their education and their clinical training and practicum, nursing students confront special stresses. To uncover practical coping mechanisms that assist nursing students in their academic endeavors, this study examines the coping mechanisms used by these students to deal with academic stress. Data were gathered from 196 nursing students at St. Michael's College of varying academic levels using a descriptive-correlational study approach. The study looks at how respondents' characteristics, academic stress, and the coping mechanisms they use—such as problem-, emotional-, and avoidant-focused coping mechanisms—relate significantly. The results add to the understanding of how nursing students cope with academic stress by highlighting the importance of including stress management programs into the nursing curriculum to teach a variety of student-specific coping mechanisms. A preliminary investigation including thirty-two nursing students yielded significant information for improving the research questionnaire. Results revealed that there exist notable differences in the academic pressures experienced by the respondents when classified based on their profile. The stresses related to personal time management do not significantly differ according to age, sex, parental marital status, or family rank, except for year level, where fourth-year students exhibit greater stress levels. However, there are notable differences in the stresses associated with academic burden according to age and year level. Participants who are 20 years of age or younger report feeling less stressed than older participants, while first-year students report feeling more stressed than second- and third-year students. In conclusion, the results show that year level and age have a major impact on the stress that academic overload causes for the respondents. To lessen academic stress and improve students' general well-being, recommendations include encouraging peer-to-peer connection to create a friendly environment in educational institutions and advocating for self-care techniques. Important insights from nursing students helped to improve the research technique. One suggestion is to create a welcoming atmosphere in educational institutions by encouraging self-care behaviors and peer-to-peer engagement lessen the burden of school and improve the general wellbeing of children. These suggestions are pertinent to nursing educators and educational establishments that aim to provide nursing students with all-encompassing assistance in efficiently handling academic stress, therefore enhancing their general welfare and scholastic achievement.

FEATURES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION ANDCOMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OFPRIMARY GRADE PUPILS

The article analyzes the essence and relationship of the concepts «learning technology», «information and communication technology of learning», «environment», «educational environment of primary school». The impact of the use of ICT in the learning process on the development of mental processes of primary school students is analyzed. It has been established that the use of information and communication technologies in the process of teaching primary school students provides a significant impact on the development of thinking, expression, attention, perception, memory, by including schoolchildren in new types of activities: algorithms, modeling, visualization, abstraction, game imagination. It has been established that the introduction of information and communication technologies into the educational process affects the environment where primary school students learn. It was determined that the digital educational environment in educational institutions should include: information support of the educational institution, the formation of the teacher's information and communication competence, computer-oriented learning tools for primary school students. Features of the use of information and communication technologies in computer science lessons are characterized.The experience of using game, project, multimedia and web technologies in the process of studying of the subject «Computer Science» is highlighted. It was established that the use of information and communication technologies allows: to increase the cognitive activity of students due to the brightness, variety in form, visibility of the educational material; to individualize the learning process using tasks of different complexity; to form the ability to work on a personal computer by using game types of tasks; to improve self-control skills, the ability to independently adjust one's activities by performing project tasks; to independently conduct educational and practical activities, developing creative activity among schoolchildren.

Leadership plan to improve the academic environment

This study seeks to evaluate a leadership plan's impact on the work environment of educational units. The research, pre-experimental in nature, is framed in a quantitative approach and explanatory paradigm. The sample included 58 participants, who were administered a pretest and posttest survey with 18 items on a Likert scale. The results revealed a significant improvement in the perception of the work environment, attributed to the influence generated by learning sessions with an active and participatory approach aimed at teachers and managers. It is concluded that implementing a leadership plan contributes significantly to enriching and improving the work environment in public educational institutions.

Ukrainian-Polish collaboration in the field of education: content analysis of the scientific magazine "Osvitolohiia"

The article analyzes international collaboration in the field of education through the example of the content of the Ukrainian-Polish scientific magazine "Osvitolohiia/Oświatologia" founded by the Borys Hrinchenko Kyiv University. The rubrics were studied according to their content, the main directions of research of Ukrainian and Polish scientists were established. It was found that the placement of articles (2012—2023) according the topic in the publication is heterogeneous: most studies were published on issues of philosophy and history of education, sociology and cultural studies of education. The articles highlight the Ukrainian-Polish experience of reforming the higher education system and reveal its features in the context of European integration. Many works are devoted to the analytical understanding of the historical role of the personality and creativity of outstanding Ukrainian writers, scientists, teachers, the activation of market relations in the education system, the volume of budget investments in education, the analysis of the state policy of independent Ukraine in the field of general secondary education, the adaptation of legislation on higher education to the requirements of the European Union. Quantitative characteristics of the studied information resources are given, in particular, the resources are grouped and characterized by theme, number of articles, and the language content of the periodical is determined. In view of the analyzed array of scientific papers, we believe that research on the issues of the Ukrainian-Polish experience, on ensuring the quality of higher and secondary education, inclusive education in the study of theoretical provisions on the development of an inclusive environment in educational institutions, informatization, digitization of the transformation of education, especially in the aspect of the development and emergence of new digital technologies is perspective issues of filling the content of the magazine now. Publications in scientific publications allowed Ukrainian and Polish scientists to create new information resources, open up new creative opportunities for scientific collaboration.

“Atypical child” in an educational environment in the Murmansk region

This article aims to identify the current state of the educational environment in the context of realizing its inclusive potential and ensuring the inclusion of children with disabilities. The inclusion of this category in the educational environment is guaranteed by Russian legislation and is an important element of the socialization and social rehabilitation of the child. However, today there are many difficulties in building an inclusive environment in educational institutions, taking into account the needs and requirements of an “atypical” child, which indicates the need to assess the features of the development of inclusive education at the present stage and identify difficulties among subjects of educational relations. To achieve this goal, the article presents the results of a survey of the authors conducted in the Murmansk region (Russia) in 2022. During the questionnaire survey, teachers of general education and special schools, as well as kindergartens in the region (n=417) were interviewed. The results of the study showed that today teachers attach greater importance to the formation of social skills than to the development of the abilities and cognitive activity of children with disabilities. The state of readiness of the infrastructure of educational organizations in the region for children with disabilities is assessed as average, as is the quality of the education they receive. Among the main difficulties in teaching children with disabilities, respondents noted problems with the pace of completing tasks and memorizing material. Teachers most often experience difficulties in organizing the independent activities of children with disabilities, ensuring the pace of work in the classroom, and in directly organizing the child’s work in the classroom.

Development strategy of a general secondary education institution as a guarantee of a quality educational environment

The article talks about the importance of strategic planning of the general secondary education institution for the successful completion of all stages of the development of the educational institution and its effective institutional audit. The feasibility of using the application of SWOT analysis during the collective discussion of operational goals, considering the challenges and risks that cause both the progress and the decline of general secondary education, is investigated. The authors emphasize the need to introduce innovative technologies, as well as technologies of interactive learning at the level of elementary, basic (primary) and specialized schools. Attention is focused on the advantages of introducing formative assessment into the educational process of PPE, because it is precisely in today's crisis conditions that students need an individual approach at all stages of acquiring the necessary competencies and "soft skills". The peculiarities of the educational environment are characterized, in which partnership interaction between the school, parents and children is built, as a guarantee of providing and receiving quality educational services by all participants of the educational process It was determined that the purpose of this article is to research and characterize the features of strategic planning as a guarantee of a high-quality educational environment of a general secondary education institution. The task is to determine the challenges and risks that cause the progress and decline of general secondary education, as well as factors for improving the quality of education in an educational institution.It was concluded that changes are an inevitable condition for everyone's transformations in the conditions of war and at the same time they are a great challenge for all of us and a vital, fundamental need for the future of Ukraine. Emphasis is placed on the uniqueness of each individual, because this is the key direction of change. The end result should be a quality educational environment that will increase the potential of each teacher, assistant, learner and each of their parents at various stages of partnership interaction to be flexible and responsive to changes and innovations in education.

АКАДЕМИЧЕСКАЯ МУЗЫКА ХХ – ПЕРВОЙ ЧЕТВЕРТИ ХХI ВЕКА: НА ПУТИ К ОСВОЕНИЮ

In the musical environment of philharmonic concert venues and musical educational institutions, the compositions of past centuries prevail over the music of modern styles and trends. This article discusses a number of issues related to the causes of this imbalance and analyses its impact on the formation of the repertoire preferences of the audience and the development of musical thinking of the admirers of academic music. In addition, the author brings up for professional discussion the topic of the responsibility of performing musicians for the formation of a sound environment that plays a decisive role in shaping public thinking. The article raises a delicate topic of evaluating the actions of some representatives of the musical and educational community who claim a monopoly of absolute truth regarding which styles and trends in modern music are worthy of being performed in the “temple of art” and which are not. When identifying the reasons for the current attitude of performing musicians towards the work of modern composers, the author of the article, based on the provisions of information theory, suggests considering a musical work both as a result of the composer’s creative activity and as an example of creating an information message for society. This approach allows drawing performers’ attention to the need for mastering the modern musical language, whose synthetic sign system is uniform for all participants in musical communication: the composer, the performer and the audience. The proposals for addressing this important problem are outlined in the final part of the article.

Reggio Emilia approach in interaction with young children

The article highlights the unique Reggio-Emilia approach, familiarity with which is important in terms of changes in preschool education in Ukraine in accordance with global educational trends formulated in accordance with general changes in the world (pandemic, war, environmental problems, etc.). The importance of creating conditions for self-expression of children in the educational environment of a preschool education institution with the help of a specially created environment is described. An analytical review of the environmental approach proposed by the Reggio-Emilia approach and the impact of such an environment on the development of a harmonious personality was carried out. Questions were raised regarding the possibility of providing children with sufficient free time in an environment filled with materials. The peculiarities of the implementation of the Reggio-Emilia approach in the structure of the day for young children are outlined: meeting on the piazza and its importance in creating relationships between all children and adults; holding the assembly and its main points; selection of activities and features of their presentation in accordance with previously developed documentation; types of activities in the environment and related facilities. The article highlights the ideas of organizing children's life activities in preschool education institutions of various forms of ownership, which work according to the Reggio-Emilia approach. The analysis of architectural solutions in preschool education institutions that work according to the Regio-Emilia approach was carried out. The importance of realizing the child's self-expression in the personal paradigm in education is argued. The activities that children choose during their free time are characterized: activities without an adult, activities with an adult, the peculiarities of their location in the environment for the sake of interest and deepening the research topic. The main types of documentation are identified, which are important for the formation of activities and offers for children, taking into account the possibility of "self-expression" with the specified activities. The Reggio-Emilia approach is described as one of the progressive and years-proven practice approaches that contribute to the "self-expression" of children. Attention is focused on the importance of essential changes in the creation of the developmental space of preschool institutions of Ukraine, which will contribute to the free choice of children and their "self-expression". Conclusions were made and prospects for further research were determined.

IoT-Enhanced Learning Environment Optimization and Student Outcome

This proposed system leverages Internet of Things (IoT) technology to enhance the learning environment in educational settings through two synergistic techniques. Firstly, a search-based optimization algorithm, driven by a genetic-based approach, is implemented for scheduling courses and faculty within each department to improve overall student performance and departmental percentages. Secondly, a classification task is performed to predict student outcomes, employing Neural Networks (NN) including ResNet 50, ResNet34, and a hybrid ResNet34 and ResNet50 model. The classification is based on eye-gaze monitoring during active student engagement in class, using input video samples as training and testing datasets. The system integrates optimization, activity monitoring, and classification to create a comprehensive approach aimed at improving the overall learning environment and student outcomes in educational institutions.

Role of Leader in Educational Management

This article’s main objective is to describe a leader’s role and define its importance in educational management. The role of a leader in educational management is critically important to make the educational institution provide high-quality education to students, to create an effective management system and to motivate the staff to go towards the aim. (Eacott, 2015) [1] In the educational context, leadership influences the process, which finally leads to the achievement of the desired purpose. A good leader should develop a vision of the values of their educational institutions on personal and professional sides. A successful leader makes the staff love their job and is determined to succeed. Educational leadership is a process where a leader takes the initiative to facilitate the following conditions for implementing change in teaching and learning. (Surya, 2011) [2] The leader in educational leadership is responsible for setting the vision and mission of the educational institution, which serves as a guiding principle for all stakeholders, including students, teachers, and staff. Moreover, the leader must ensure that the educational institution environment is conducive to learning, which includes creating a safe and respectful atmosphere for students and teachers. What is most important is that leaders should set and implement the most effective way of leadership to provide students with a high education level and motivate staff to work. In this article, I will discuss the types of a leader and the role of good leadership in educational management.

IMMERSIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE MODERNIZATION OF THE MODERN EDUCATION SYSTEM

The use of immersive technologies opens up many prospects for improving the quality of the educational process. According to scientific studies, immersive technologies improve students' spatial understanding and memorization, allowing them to experience learning from the first person, to see everything that is happening around them. Such technologies provide visual learning and contribute to students' overall understanding of more complex subjects, theories and languages. Some researchers single out several unique possibilities of virtual and augmented reality, namely immersion in a simulated environment, multimodal interaction, concretization of imagination. In general, according to most researchers, these technologies ensure the presence of users due to the high accuracy of the representation of three-dimensional virtual objects and the ability to simulate operations and procedures of abstract concepts. Currently, the Ukrainian education system is taking only the first steps in the direction of using immersive technologies. A fairly small number of Ukrainian educators have started using them in the educational process. Accordingly, the problems and prospects of introducing virtual and augmented reality technology into the educational process of Ukrainian educational institutions have not been sufficiently researched. This publication analyzes the impact of immersive technologies on the modernization of the modern education system. The essence of immersive technologies and their impact on the transformation of learning processes is revealed. Identified types of immersive technologies. The main problems of introducing immersive technologies into the educational environment of Ukrainian educational institutions are analyzed. The results of a sociological study, the purpose of which was to study the public opinion of teachers regarding the assessment of the impact of immersive technologies on the educational environment, identify problems and features of the introduction of these technologies into the modern education system, are presented. According to the results of a sociological study, the most common foreign and domestic AR and VR applications, which are used by teachers in general secondary education institutions and contribute to the effectiveness of learning processes, have been determined. The main trends of the further implementation of immersive learning in the modern education system of Ukraine are considered.
