Электронная информационная образовательная среда как экосистема в педагогическом процессе современного вуза

Development of the EIEE (electronic information and educational environment) is one of the most important topics in modern pedagogical research. This process is currently undergoing a lot of changes and requires its detailed understanding within the framework of pedagogical science, as modern educational programmes for specialists’ training require implementation of innovative digital technologies. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to carry out theoretical analysis and case study in order to systematize this concept in the context of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various sectors of the digital economy. EIEE plays the key role in terms of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various areas of digital economy. This paper provides generalized analysis of existing theoretical approaches to the concept of "ecosystem" and considers various views on EIEE’s development. Particular attention is paid to the authors’ approach, which is based on cooperation with industrial partners. In this context, it is proposed to create EIEE through the development of technical specifications, integration of cross-platform solutions and sharing resources. In the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that EIEE’s development is an important step towards evolution of educational programmes that meet the requirements of modern digital economy and contribute to training of a new generation of specialists, who are ready for challenges that future presents.

Theoretical foundations of the modern paradigm of digitalization of the Ukrainian economy

Introduction. Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to the problems of digitalization of the economy, the characteristic features of which are the process during which the electronic information environment develops and the latest technologies. Under current conditions, Ukraine is the only one among European states that does not have sufficient digital resources for its complete transfer to the rails of the digital economy. Not the biggest reason why this process slowed down was the full-scale invasion and hostilities, due to which the Ukrainian economy has significant costs (losses), as well as the process that would allow it to transform into the latest digital environment. Because of such trends, there is an urgent need to identify the current problems of the process during which the Ukrainian digital economy is being formed, the main trends and perspectives of how it should develop, moving in the direction of European integration, are maturing. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the theoretical foundations of the modern paradigm of digitalization of the Ukrainian economy. Methods. In the process of writing this article, the following methods were used: methods of analysis and synthesis (for the purpose of a thorough study of the essence of digitalization of the economy), a graphic method (for the purpose of providing the main definitions of this concept by various Ukrainian scientists), a generalization method, a complex and systematic approach, and an abstract-logical method (for the purpose of formulating conclusions and prospects for further research). Conclusions. The essence of the concept of “digital economy” is revealed and it is determined that it is expedient to consider it as a separate sector of the economy, where business entities conduct economic activity using information and communication and digital technologies, and the leading means (factors) of production are digital (electronic, virtual) data (numerical and text). At the same time, it was established that digitalization should be understood as a process related to the active formation, use, and improvement of technologies specializing in information and communication content. Discussion. Prospects for further research are the study of modern trends in the use of information and communication technologies during digitalization, which has been actively gaining momentum in recent years.

Вопросы управления траекторией электронного обучения с применением нейросетевых технологий

This article discusses the application of neural networks in managing the educational trajectory in electronic educational systems. A model of learning management in an electronic information and educational environment is built, and an algorithm for managing adaptive learning is described. A test example of a neural network is constructed, showing the capabilities and problems of applying neural networks to the tasks of constructing trajectories of students’ adaptive personalized training. The following stages of constructing a neural network model are implemented: determining the structure of a neural network and its software implementation using the PyTorch deep machine learning library; preparing a test training sample for training the neural network; importing the initial data for training the model using the modules of the Pandas library; training the model using torch.optim Adam, Adamax, and Rprop optimizers; visualizing the obtained data in the form of graphs based on the matplotlib library; exporting the obtained numerical results and analysing the data. The paper also states the problems of preparing a training data set for teaching a neural network. The paper concludes that using neural networks in the field of building personalized adaptive educational trajectories has great prospects and will be one of the urgent tasks in the coming years.

Мультилингвальная интерактивная обучающая система для подготовки военнослужащих стран ОДКБ

The article delves into the interactive possibilities of innovative learning technologies that allow to ensure the formation of communicative competence of foreign cadets of military universities of the Russian Federation. In addition, the work gives the justification of multilingual representation of learning systems and outlines the op-tions for their application in preparation for lectures and laboratory works. The research describes the levels of interactivity and key characteristics of innovative learning technologies that ensure the realization of the Con-cept of development of electronic information and educational environment of military higher education institu-tion, approved in 2020. The fragment of the multilingual interactive learning system presented in the article is designed for the military personnel of the CSTO countries and can be implemented in the process of conduct-ing joint classes with this category of people. Such a system can serve as a component of the electronic infor-mation and educational environment and be used in the process of independent training of foreign military personnel.

ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЯ БУХГАЛТЕРСЬКОГО ОБЛІКУ В КОНТЕКСТІ ВІДБУДОВИ ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ

In the context of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine's economy and with the development of the electronic information environment and new technologies, the importance of digitization of accounting is growing. Because the digital economy is less dependent on physical assets than industry or agriculture, it can be an element of economic sustainability and a reliable source of tax revenue. To support the development of the digital economy, the main factors are: the developed field of information and communication technologies (ICT), institutions of higher education (HEIs), and competitive innovations. This, in turn, determines the relevance of the research. The purpose of the article is to research and justify the need to actively implement Ukrainian software products into practice by domestic business entities for the sake of safe digitalization of accounting in the conditions of business recovery and post-war reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy. In the process of carrying out the research, general scientific theoretical cognition methods were used: tabular - for analytical evaluation of digital solutions, for the systematization of business recovery processes; analogies, abstraction and formalization - for revealing the features of digital accounting of subjects of the state and private sector of the economy; logical generalization - for formulating conclusions. The article attempts to justify the need to use modern Ukrainian accounting programs that are full-fledged analogues of 1C from domestic developers for the security of accounting data in the context of digital trends of the Ukrainian economy and scenarios of its development in the direction of post-war reconstruction. Practical significance consists in the possibility of practical application of the developed recommendations and proposals aimed at improving the system of digitization of accounting by the state and private sectors of the economy in the context of its reconstruction. Prospects for further research are defined in carrying out theoretical and practical substantiation of domestic digital Smart-accounting models within the framework of the Recovery Plan of Ukraine - 2030E - a country with a developed digital economy to ensure the country's economic security.

Social Information Portal for Russian University Students in the form of a Mobile Application "Зачёт"

Relevance. The current direction in the development of the higher education system, set by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, is the digitalization of education. This determines the relevance of creating a social information portal for students of Russian universities.The purpose. Development of a mobile application for a social information portal for students of Russian universities with the ability to view information provided by the university within the electronic information and educational environment, as well as to provide the possibility of social interaction between students through the application.Methodology. When creating a software and information system, the Kotlin programming language, the XML markup language, was used.Results. The following features are implemented in the developed application: navigation in the menu, views of points, chats for communication, publication of news announcements in the feed, viewing the schedule, authorization, registration and setting up an account and application. When developing a social information portal for students of Russian universities, the following tasks were solved: implementation of a service for viewing scores in subjects at a university for students; implementation of the possibility of publishing and viewing ads within the application; implementation of the possibility of viewing the schedule of classes; implementation of the service of internal chats of the application and the possibility of communication between students and teachers; the ability to update the version of the application.Conclusion. In the course of the work, a social information portal was designed and implemented for students of Russian universities in the format of a mobile application. As a result of the tests, it was found that the software system fully meets the functional requirements.

Adaptive personalized learning: Implementation of emerging technologies in higher education

The fourth industrial revolution determined the increase of active research on redesigning universities’ educational programs to modern technological advancement. Thus, the education system is faced with the challenge of applying an adaptive self-sufficient learning environment that meets labor market’s demands and students’ needs. The importance of adaptive personalized learning in the electronic information and educational environment is to create conditions that provide each student with possibilities to choose and compose learning content, methods and means. Moreover, students can manage their own learning and pace, and obtain interdisciplinary knowledge, professional and soft skills. The aim of this study was to design an adaptive personalized learning model in electronic information and educational environment for Russian higher education institution. This study examined US and Russian higher education institutions’ successful models of individual educational path, adaptive and/or personalized learning. The comparative and content analyses revealed various possibilities for using this model in an electronic information and educational environment. For instance, the model would be able to propose students individual learning path, analyze their level of educational materials’ assimilation and adapt learning programs to improve their performance.

The article examines the implemented innovations in the teaching of the discipline "Finance" and highlights the experience of applying a practice-oriented, integration-active approach to teaching a discipline previously classified as theoretical. The purpose of the introduction of innovations is to form students' professional competencies, practical integral skills and abilities in the financial sphere, to educate young citizens of the country not indifferent to the formation and expenditure of centralized public funds and personal funds. The methodological basis for the development and materialization of innovations was made up of theoretical searches of research teachers and the author's experience in the use of traditional and modern innovative teaching technologies. The article outlines the order and organization of the educational process in financial discipline and the order of formation of professional skills and abilities in it through various forms of classes and pedagogical innovations. Relying on methods of comparative analysis of existing educational and methodological developments in the field of teaching and synthesis of researchers' conclusions, their systematization and generalization made it possible to develop an effective innovative pedagogical technology of collective learning in the form of an open interdisciplinary corporate seminar-discussion. The article reveals the methodology of the seminar-discussion and substantiates the importance of traditional pedagogical techniques for the introduction of progressive educational communications with operational feedback. It is emphasized that the involvement of students in the process of self-learning and mutual learning increases their interest in developing integral skills in general in the field of training. As a result, it was revealed that in order to ensure the quality of education, it is necessary to combine work in the classroom with training in an electronic information and educational environment when conducting training sessions in the classroom.

Психологическая безопасность педагога в условиях цифровой трансформации науки и образования

The article considers the issues of psychological safety of a teacher in the conditions of digital transformation of science and education. In the educational environment, the psychological security of a teacher's personality can be considered as a state of psychological social security, which ensures her professional and personal integrity as a subject of professional and pedagogical activity with the possibility of development and disclosure of resources in terms of information interaction with the social environment. The existing external circumstances caused by the digitalization of education can act as factors for reducing the psychological safety and professional confidence of a teacher in such positions as: the need to transfer, due to the requirements of information reality, previously acquired knowledge, skills, first of all, the skills of pedagogical work from a pre–digital environment to a digital one; mastering previously unused methods of conducting professional pedagogical activity; the experience of a teacher as a subject of work of new conditions of professional and pedagogical activity associated with the search for new meanings in work. The reduced level of psychological safety of teachers, due to the need to use digital technologies in professional and pedagogical activities, may be associated psychoemotionally with the presence in their own minds of some deterministic pedagogical fears: fear of information incompetence, fear of professional uselessness, fear of pedagogical failure. Difficulties of professional adaptation and psychological safety of teachers can be solved by mandatory professional development in such areas as possession of information and communication technologies, management of the adaptation process of students in the electronic information and educational environment of an educational organization, management and control of independent work of students in the information environment, etc. The use of digital educational practices and traditional models of pedagogical work mutually enrich the professional activity of a teacher and increase the psychological safety of the educational environment as a whole. The potential of psychological safety of a teacher can be considered as a key, systemic characteristic of a teacher's personality, ensuring the success and productivity of his activities, the actualization of his professional and personal resources for building a psychologically safe educational environment for education participants.

Принципы разработки учебных материалов для обучения в электронной образовательной среде

This paper deals with the problem associated with the definition of the principles for the development of educational materials designed for learning in an electronic educational environment. The result of a critical analysis of the basic concepts is presented. The dominant of independent work and independence of the student as a specific feature of learning in the electronic educational environment is considered. The essence and purpose of educational materials for the organization of cognitive activity of students in the conditions of an electronic educational environment are disclosed. Particular attention is paid to the construction of a system of principles underlying the development of educational materials designed to train students in an electronic information and educational environment.

THE METHOD OF COLLECTING DATA ON THE INTERACTION OF THE STUDENT WITH THE E-LEARNING SYSTEM

In the context of digitalization of education, the learning system is being improved and learning management systems (LMS) for mixed and distance learning are being introduced into the learning process. An integral part of any online education system is an electronic information and educational environment. Modern e-learning systems do not provide students with adaptive content, but work on the principle of “the same material for everyone”. The collection and analysis of data on user interaction in the electronic information and educational environment is attracting more and more attention as a promising approach to promoting a modern understanding of the learning process, and also contributes to understanding student’s behavior. The need to collect data on student’s interaction is motivated by the emergence of many educational analysts, who seek to use data analysis to support decisions made at each level of education. The collection and analysis of available data on the participation rate in the elements of the course of students, their activity contribute to the understanding and optimization of learning, as well as the assessment of the educational environment, where learning takes place. The paper considers one of the ways to collect data on the student's work in the system by developing and implementing a plugin in LMS Moodle. The developed plugin successfully collects statistics on the interaction of students in the e-education system with the EIOS system.This statistics can be used for further analysis. To test the developed plugin, different versions of LMS Moodle were installed. As a result of testing the plugin, it was revealed that the application functions with earlier versions of Moodle, but has a relatively lower speed compared to the versions above.

Formation of the Bachelors’ Communicative Competence Implementing the Informational Technologies in the Stidy Process

The purposes of the article. The new digital stage of society's development has caused a huge jump in information technologies. Now, for the efficient functioning of the economy and society, it is necessary to have well-formed communication competences. The methodology is based on such general scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization, and the statistical method is also used. Scientific novelty. Electronic document management, e-learning and cloud technologies, the development and use of social networks cause a change in the content of education in the preparation of future specialists. The implementation of the competence approach in higher education, the formation of communication competence, taking into account the modern informatization of society, is very important. Of course, the acquisition of communication skills is regulated by the standards of higher education, because it is an important component of the educational process. For the specialty 029 "Information, library and archival affairs" for the first (bachelor) level of higher education, the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 12.12.2018 No. 1378 was approved, which determined the formation of communication competencies that will be needed by future specialists. The article analyzes the data of the experiment, which was conducted on the basis of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences West Ukrainian National University, to define the level of formation of students' communication competence in accordance with their use of information technologies during the educational process. Conclusions. It was determined that the overall understanding of the interpretation of the electronic information and educational environment is correct, but there is no formed attitude towards information communication competence as such. Also, students are very interested in information technology disciplines and have a desire to learn new subjects. Prognostic model for assessing the success of subject learning in conditions of digitalization of education

Problem statement. One of the approaches to solving the problem of predicting the academic performance of students is displayed. Unlike existing studies in this area, which are mainly aimed at predicting the effectiveness of graduation, that is, based on the results of intermediate certifications that allow us to assess the chances of students to successfully graduate from a university, the results of this study are aimed at predicting the success of education in the early stages of the educational process. Methodology. A feature and novelty of the proposed prognostic model is the forecasting of student performance based on the Markov model, the data sources of which are universal predictors of an e-learning course that determine the success of subject education based on the personal characteristics of the student. Results. The authors present a description of a predictive model for assessing the success of subject education in the context of digitalization of education, reveal their experience of its approbation for students of the Siberian Federal University in the field of study “Informatics and Computer Engineering” and the results of a qualitative assessment of the model. Conclusion. The prospects for building a digital service for predicting the academic performance of students in the electronic information and educational environment of the university based on the results of the study are stated.

Problems of using elements of distance learning under martial law

The essence of the notions “blended learning”, “distance learning” has been emphasized, and the importance of their understanding in the realm of modern conditions (particularly under martial law) has been highlighted. We consider to assert that all components of blended learning are in the relations of matrix dependence, where any individual component is related to the rest of the components. For instance, if a significant proportion of the use of distance learning loses the environment of real personal communication, as it is carried out either in the electronic information and educational environment by means of messaging, or through the system of web conferencing, webinars, video communication, then blended learning (henceforthBL) corrects this deficiency, as it provides a direct contact with the student and a group of students. Methods. To achieve the goal of the research, such methods as student surveys, analysis, synthesis, study of scientific literature and Internet sources on the pertinent problem of distance learning (henceforth DL), as a key part of BL and its implementation within modern higher education conditions are used. Results. Based on the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, some tendencies in implementation of BL in the system of higher education have been summarized. It has been stated this groundbreaking technology can’t appear on its own and is unable to exist in its pure form but it must be a flexible system of DL, added with a direct interaction of a professor and education applicants during traditional learning that, in its turn, will predominantly allowintensifying the educational process, building out and increasing the effectiveness of independent learning. It is important to justify in the light of modern concept of ВL in higher education that if BL as a new technology cannot appear by itself and cannot exist in its pure form and it must be a flexible system of DL, it has necessitated the study of the status and problems related to using the elements of the latter in war conditions. The features and technological advantages of DL over other organizational forms of learning are investigated, its weaknesses are reflected, which can be leveled by the active use of blended learning models. DL is supposed to take into account the changes that have taken place in the educational information structure of modern society, which determines the relevance of the development and implementation of information and communication technologies ((henceforth ICT). It can be considered as a means of modernizing the education system, enriching the quality of BL by adding extensive application of ICT and lift it to new levels. The ins and outs of the DL implementation have been navigated. Its strengths and weaknesses are subjected to scrunity, where the latter can be weakened or eliminated through the active usage of the advantages of BL as a demanding form of modern education.
 Conclusion. It has been postulated that, firstly, the pertinence to the introduction of BL is predominantly based on the fact that it is impossible to accomplish academic achievements, realizing only one pedagogical technology. Secondly, it is not worth contradicting distance (online) and traditional (face-to-face, offline) learning, drawing attention that nowadays both forms of learning are not being applied in a pure form. Thirdly, DL will never displace offline learning and the main purpose of BL lies in not pushing out this form of learning, but with a view to integrating into it in an effective way. It has been inferred that DL has many problems related to the relationship in the plane of "teacher-student". The quality of DL has deteriorated since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of russia, that made it impossible not only to conduct classroom training, but also limitedthe possibility of conducting DL in synchronous mode. A survey of students has shown that the best ways to solve the problems of learning in modern conditions are obtaining educational information in a mixed (synchronous-asynchronous) mode, mandatory recording of classes and providing shared access to them or to the notes, conducting knowledge control in an asynchronous mode, reducing the amount of independent work and establishing communication between the teacher and students (for quick information about the cancellation, postponement or completion of classes).

PREDICTION OF THE PROGRESS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS BASED ON COLLABORATIVE FILTERING ALGORITHMS

Building an optimal individual educational trajectory for students is currently impossible without the use of recommender systems. The role of such a system for individual educational trajectory is to inform the student about the most useful disciplines for him, based on his interests and academic performance. An important factor for recommendations is the forecast of student progress. Through assessments, the student's inclination to a particular subject, as well as the level of his education, can be expressed. In addition, the success of mastering the discipline greatly affects the motivation of students. Thus, an important part of the recommender system is the prediction model. The article describes an approach to developing a system for predicting the progress of university students in elective disciplines. The predictive model is based on machine learning algorithms. Collaborative filtering was used as the main method. The sources for collecting data on the digital footprint of students are the electronic educational information environment of the university and the official portal, which hosts educational standards, work programs and annotations. Information about students and their progress is presented in the form of three tables – a rating plan, disciplines and a list of students. The data structure has the form of a double nested dictionary, where the keys are sections of the university from faculty to specialty and year of study, and the values are tables with the student identification number, course of study, subject, normalized grade, and elective and model labels. To solve the filtering problem, k-means algorithms, cosine proximity, and Pearson correlation were used. The applied approaches are able to work for small data and do not require large performance costs. The resulting predictive model has a sufficiently high accuracy and can be used in recommender systems to build individual educational trajectories of university students.

УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ДОСТУПОМ К ЭЛЕКТРОННОЙ ИНФОРМАЦИОННО-ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ СРЕДЕ ВУЗОВ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫХ ОРГАНОВ ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЬНОЙ ВЛАСТИ

The purpose of the article: analysis of the problem of ensuring timely authorized access to the resources of the electronic information and educational environment of universities of federal executive authorities and identification of possible directions for its solution. Research methods: system analysis of the problem of ensuring access of officials of universities of federal executive authorities to the resources of the electronic information and educational environment. The result obtained: approaches to improving the existing access control model, optimizing the role-based access scheme and determining unauthorized access attempts based on machine learning methods are proposed. Scope of the proposed approach: access control system of the electronic information and educational environment of universities of federal executive authorities. Scientific novelty: consists in a comprehensive analysis of the problem of creating and functioning of the electronic information and educational environment of universities of federal executive authorities, during which the structure of this environment is determined and its characteristic features are highlighted. Based on the analysis of information security threats in the electronic information and educational environment, the necessity of creating an access control system to its resources, which provides timely authorized access, is substantiated. The proposed approaches to improving the access control system affect not only the improvement of the existing access model by supplementing it with solutions available in the attribute-based access model, but also the optimization of the role- based access scheme using the developed genetic algorithm and the detection of unauthorized access attempts associated with overcoming access rules, based on application of machine learning methods. Experimental results are presented that confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approaches. USE OF ACTIVE AND INTERACTIVE METHODS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING IN NON-LINGUISTIC HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

The article outlines the main active and interactive methods used in the process of learning a foreign language in non-linguistic higher education institutions. It is considered the main approaches to the problems of formation of communication skills and abilities in a foreign language. The competencies that are successfully used in the process of implementing methods of the communicative system-activity approach to learning, problem-based learning methods, game technologies, and learning in an electronic information and educational environment are specified. Development of digital literacy of a future teacher during the first year of university studies

Introduction. During the last few years, technology and the possibilities of the digital world have been actively entering our lives. It is especially important for a student to master the skills of working in the digital environment during the first year of study at university. During this period students get acquainted with the electronic information environment of the university, develop skills of information retrieval and presentation in various forms; create the basis for creating educational content for students and the ability to work with the already created educational resources. Materials and methods. The method of analyzing the products of activity was used in the practical part of the work to assess the components of students' digital literacy on the basis of their practical work. A total of 230 students of the South Ural State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University (Russia, Chelyabinsk) took part in the approbation of the developed model and practice program. Results. The model of students' digital literacy development during the first year of higher education has been developed, which includes three stages: introductory (immersing the student in the digital educational system of the university, gaining access to internal resources and electronic libraries necessary for obtaining information in the process of further education), propaedeutic (assisting the future teacher in practicing the skills of working with text and table editors, information visualization tools and online services) and action (technological support for the future teacher in mastering the tools for developing his/her own educational content). The program of training practice for students, the content of 16 classes aimed at the development of digital literacy. The average value of the coefficient of formation of digital literacy among first-year students is 0.81. This indicates that most of them are generally ready to work in the digital educational environment. Conclusion. The important points of the development of digital literacy of students – future teachers include: 1) determination of the stages of development of digital literacy of students during the educational practice in the first year of study at the university (introductory, propaedeutic, activity); 2) determination of the content of practical lessons, reflecting the specifics of the selected stages; 3) development and implementation of practice-oriented educational products that promote immersion in future professional activity.

FEATURES OF TEACHING ARCHITECTURE IN CONDITIONS MANDATORY REMOTE PROCESS

In the article, the author present a brief overview of the successful experience of implementation an educational process based on the newly introduced modules of the Platonus system and the Teams platform in higher education, which expanded the possibilities of remote interaction. ГОТОВНІСТЬ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ СОЦІОНОМІЧНОЇ СФЕРИ ДО ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЦИФРОВИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ПРОФЕСІЙНІЙ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ЯК ПЕДАГОГІЧНА ПРОБЛЕМА

The article emphasizes the problem of developing the conceptual bases of training specialists for application of digital technologies in professional activities, and the urgent need to review the content and means of building the graduates’ professional competencies in terms of digital technology mastering for professional self-development. The aim of the article is to consider modern approaches to the interpretation of the phenomenon of a specialist’s readiness for professional activity, to study the features, content and structure of the readiness of future specialists in the socionomic area for application of digital technologies in professional activities, as well as to highlight the stages of building this complex personal formation in the professional training of students of socionomic specialities. In the study, the set of theoretical research methods has been used, in particular, semantic and content analysis of the main categories, generalization and systematization of existing approaches to the interpretation of the “readiness for professional activity: concept, modelling of the structure of readiness of future specialists in the socionomic area to application of digital technologies in professional activities. Based on the analysis of existing definitions within the framework of person-oriented, phenomenological, cultural and competence approaches, it was found out that this kind of readiness is a holistic characteristic of future specialists, which encompasses the unity of knowledge, abilities, and skills of the creative use of digital technologies in the humanitarian field in the future professional activity. This phenomenon is defined as a complex of types of readiness, which in their interconnection and interdependence ensure building crucial competencies of the Industry 4:0 era in future specialists of the socionomic area including digital competence, social competence and soft skills. The components of the studied readiness and their features are described in view of the specificity of socionomic professions. The personal-motivational component covers the general professional orientation of future specialists in the socionomic area in their life self-realization context, as well as specific characteristics causing a positive attitude towards the use of digital technologies for personal self-development and optimization of all professional activities. The content-procedural component focuses on the creation, adaptation and application of means and tools of the electronic information environment used for the purpose of personal and professional self-development and career advancement. The creative-communicative component emphasizes the productive, creative and effective organization of professional interaction and communication via modern ICT. The stages of creating this complex personal quality in the professional training process of students of socionomic specialities have been highlighted. Such stages are, first and foremost, the formation of readiness to choose a profession, then readiness for study and professional activities to master the profession, and finally - readiness to perform professional activities with the use of digital technologies and tools. The prospects for further research are the search for factors and the modelling of the methodology of training future specialists in the socionomic area for application of digital technologies in professional activities.
