Ensuring Cybersecurity in Action Electronic Commerce Enterprises in the Conditions of Implementation of the Sustainable Development Model

Objective: The article analyzes modern trends and prospects for the development of e-commerce enterprises in the modern digital world in the conditions of implementation of the sustainable development model. Theoretical Framework: The main attention is paid to the issues of ensuring the cybersecurity of the work of such enterprises, taking into account the active development of digital technologies, including and in the field of cyber fraud. Method: The following were the main research methods in the work: content analysis, generalization, description, forecasting, statistical methods. Results and Discussion: The prerequisites for the creation and features of the functioning of e-commerce enterprises were specified, the impact of digital technologies on individual business processes of such enterprises, including primarily their marketing activities, was described. The article also identifies the reasons for the importance of e-commerce enterprises forming their own information security systems, and describes the role of such systems in ensuring the effective operation of these economic entities in the conditions of implementation of the sustainable development model. Research Implications: Accordingly, the main directions of ensuring the reliability of the cyber protection system of e-commerce enterprises in the modern world were also analyzed and determined. Originality/Value: Special attention was paid to the study of modern trends in cyber protection in the world, the forecast of the further development of cyber fraud in the economic sphere.

Conceptualization of system management of e-commerce enterprises

The modern information stage of business development is characterized by digitalization of all processes, primarily commodity and money exchange. This reinforces the trend of dynamic growth in the number of electronic commerce (EC) enterprises, which is naturally accom­panied by an increase in the volume of turnover, intensifying market competition between manu­facturers, sup­pliers and sellers, expansion and improvement of product offers, implement­tation of artificial intelligence technologies in these processes. There is an objective need for a flexible and adaptive response of the corporate management of EC enterprises to permanent market changes in order to strengthen their own competitive advantages, as well as to develop a theoretical model of effective system manage­ment of an enterprise operating in such conditions. Such a model should be based on fundamentally new approaches to the system management of EC enterprises. Ukraine’s par­tici­pation in the formation of the global information society requires the development of the domestic EC segment, which involves the improvement of business processes in produc­tion and trade, the expansion of sales channels, the transformation of the labor market and the human capital mana­gement system. Such a necessity is intensified against the background of Russia’s war against Ukraine. Despite the economic crisis caused by the war, the improve­ment of management approaches by EC enterprises should increase the efficiency of their business processes and lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the domestic economy. The aim of the article is to develop the conceptual foundations of system management of e-commerce enterprises. Based on the methods of scientific analysis and synthesis, the essence of e-commerce, e-commerce enterprise is determined and the classic McKensey 7S mo­del is developed in the case of system manage­ment of an e-commerce enterprise. Internal and external determinants of system management of EC enterprises are highlighted. The develop­ment of the classic McKensey 7S model and the analysis of the system management determinants of EC enterprises made it possible to concept­tualize it and reveal the need for a scientific rethinking of management approa­ches at the level of domestic enterprises. This will contri­bute to the leveling of barriers to the effective introduction of new management approaches into management practice.

Research on the use of social media marketing by small and micro Electronic Commerce enterprises in China

With the development of the Internet, mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other new generation technologies, information dissemination has entered the era of social media. The development of various social media platforms has changed the mode of e-commerce marketing, and new marketing methods such as “live streaming marketing”, “short video marketing”, and “community marketing” have emerged. However, with the popularization of online shopping and online store opening techniques, more and more online stores are registered on e-commerce trading platforms such as Taobao, JD.com, and Pinduoduo, and the number of products is increasing exponentially. This has led to a decreasing probability of online store products being seen by customers. Therefore, it is very important to carry out social media marketing. There is currently no research conducted on the data of social media marketing conducted by small microelectronic commerce enterprises operating online stores on e-commerce platforms. Therefore, this study will investigate the social media marketing data of these small and micro Electronic Commerce enterprises, including marketing costs (investment costs), teams, marketing methods, marketing effects (revenue obtained), etc. By analyzing these data, the social media marketing status of small and micro Electronic Commerce enterprises will be analyzed, and based on the knowledge learned, some suggestions and strategies will be proposed.

Consideration of standardization as a system management tool for electronic commerce enterprises

The object of the research is standardization as a system management tool. One of the most problematic areas of this topic is that the use of standardization in the system management of e-commerce enterprises is characterized by an insufficient degree of efficiency. The study used the general scientific principles of a systematic approach and logical modeling of standardization processes on the example of Ukrainian e-commerce enterprises, the methodology of scientific theories, knowledge, problem setting and hypothesis formation. And also a system-target approach was used, a dialectical-logical method, which made it possible to analyze the system management of Ukrainian e-commerce enterprises for compliance with the requirements of the standards. The work uses the necessary set of scientific research methods, including such methods as comparison, generalization, hierarchy building, classification, modeling based on deduction, as well as multivariate analysis. It has been established that standardization will allow achieving the optimal degree of orderliness in the field of e-commerce by fixing the norms, rules and terminology in the form of a regulatory document that has legal force. This is due to the fact that the proposed analysis of the standardization process can become a tool for building an effective business process management system, in particular, at domestic e-commerce enterprises. Creation of prerequisites for the unification of approaches to the organization of processes at e-commerce enterprises and the formation of a sequence of managerial decision-making will improve the culture of doing business and competition in this market segment. Considering the legal nature of the standard as a document intended for general and repeated use, it can be assumed that this will facilitate the transition of traditional trade enterprises to the digital format, will contribute to the formation of more transparent business processes in e-commerce enterprises. Compared to similar well-known approaches, this will increase consumer loyalty to e-commerce and improve the level of protection of their rights and interests.

Reexamining the Market Value of Information Technology Events

The widespread use of announcement period returns to assess the financial impact of information technology (IT) events implicitly assumes that the market can completely price IT investments during the announcement period. However, some studies in strategy and information systems have suggested that long-term abnormal returns may be a more appropriate measure of the value of IT events. To reconcile these streams of research, we develop and test an exploratory framework involving the maturity and scope of an IT event to assess the suitability of short-versus long-term abnormal returns. We conceptualize event maturity in terms of diffusion of the technology or phenomenon, and scope as the extent of complementary organizational changes that need to be implemented and managed. We posit that because of lack of widespread knowledge of best practices and cases of success and failure in a period of low technological maturity, the market may find it difficult to price such an event completely during the announcement period. Similarly, the challenge of acquiring and interpreting information on a firm’s capability to manage wide scope of change may be an impediment to pricing high-scope events. We test our framework using a sample of 642 large outsourcing contracts and 1,700 electronic commerce initiatives. We empirically demonstrate that announcement period returns are indeed a complete measure of event value for cases characterized by high maturity and low scope; however, long-term abnormal returns are realized for events involving low maturity and/or high scope, which questions the validity of announcement period returns. Our results are robust to alternate model specifications. We conclude with a discussion of the implications for theory and practice, and directions for future research. In recent years, small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises show the trend of rapid growth. However, separate enterprise distribution and self-build warehousing storage gradually highlight the shortcomings of high cost and low efficiency. Considering the features of small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises, it is suitable to apply joint distribution combined with them. Joint distribution relates to the interests of the cooperative enterprises, which means reasonable cost allocation method and profit allocation mechanism are the key to promoting the normal operation of the joint distribution. This paper took the distribution enterprises which service for the small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises as the background, put forward the joint distribution mode for small and medium-sized electronic commerce enterprises, established the multilateral game mode for joint distribution based on the related knowledge of game theory, and studied the cost allocation and profit distribution. This paper provides integrated logistics joint solution for small and medium -sized e-commerce enterprises.

How user relationships affect user perceived value propositions of enterprises on social commerce platforms

Social commerce is a popular topic issue in the academic field. Prior research mostly focused on the effectiveness of social commerce on consumers. However, the effect of social commerce on electronic commerce enterprises has rarely been involved. By combining social network theories, information theories, and the value theory of electronic commerce, with information quality and credibility as the path, this study investigates how inter-user relationship on a social commerce platform affect user’s perceptions of the value proposition of electronic commerce enterprises. The results show that the instrumental inter-user relationships can significantly improve a consumer’s perceptions of a product’s quality and information, and then improve the perception of efficiency value proposition and novelty value proposition of electronic commerce enterprises. The expressive relationships between users can effectively improve the expression of consumer awareness of product credibility, and thus enhance the consumer’s perception of the value proposition of electronic commerce enterprises.

The Credit Risk Assessment Model of Internet Supply Chain Finance: Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Model with the Principle of Variable Weight

The characteristics of the financing model are firstly analyzed when the e-commerce enterprises participate in the supply chain finance. Internet supply chain finance models are divided into three categories with the standard of whether the electronic commerce enterprises provide funds for small and medium enterprises instead of banks. And then we further study the financing process and the functions of the e-commerce platform with specific examples. Finally, combined with the characteristics of the supply chain finance model, we set up a small and medium enterprises credit evaluation model based on the principle of variable weight with its dynamic data. At the same time, a multi-time points and multi-indicators decision-making method based on the principle of variable weight is proposed and a specific example is presented. In this paper, the multi-criteria decision-making model with the principle of variable weight has been used two times. At last, a typical case has been analyzed based on this model with a higher accuracy rate of credit risk assessment.

本文通过对电子商务企业动态能力的研究，整合已有动态能力构成维度，结合电子商务企业的特点，提出了电子商务企业动态能力的三维度构架，即感知能力、整合能力、创新能力。电子商务企业的动态能力是指企业以感知环境变化为前提，通过整合、创新资源使企业适应环境变化以获得持续竞争优势的能力。本文最后通过案例分析方法，以聚美优品为案例分析了其动态能力的构建和实现。 Through the research on the dynamic capability of the electronic commerce enterprise, and inte-grating the existing dimension of dynamic capability, this paper puts forward the three-dimensional structure of the dynamic capability of the enterprise, namely perception ability, integration ability, innovation ability, which is based on the characteristics of the electric business enterprise. The dynamic capability of electronic commerce enterprise is the ability that enterprises regard the perceiving the environmental change as a prerequisite, through integration and innovation resources make enterprises adapt to environmental change in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Finally, we use case study method, and select Jumei Youpin as the case, and analyze its construction and realization of the dynamic capability.

To solve the NP-hard problem this article use hybrid ant colony algorithm, particle swarm algorithm and group swarm intelligence algorithm to get a best solution. According to the intelligent algorithm, design of electronic commerce logistics network optimization system, enter the national 22 electronic commerce logistics network for validation. Through the experiment to verify the optimized logistics cost greatly decreased. Compared with the traditional method of qualitative evaluation, qualitative evaluation method based on cloud model is practical, and the result is intuitive, comprehensive and profound, more in line with the actual situation.

Evaluation of Logistic Flow Service Satisfaction Using The Evolutionary Computation Technique And General Regression Neural Network Technique

To design a variety of algorithms and problem-solving techniques, including different ways of searching, designing, and optimization. Evolutionary computation gets the principles or inspirations by observing the nature, organisms, and biological phenomena. Nowadays, many different algorithms, like genetic algorithm (GA), ant algorithm (AA) , particle swarm optimization(PSO), artificial fish swarm algorithm(AFSA), and the latest New fruit fly optimization algorithm(NewFOA), have been developed. In this paper, we adopted newer algorithms, which are PSO, AFSA and NewFOA, to optimize the parameters of general regression neural network(GRNN). Then, by applying some data mining techniques like General Regression Neural Network, we constructed the logistic flow service satisfaction detection model for electronic commerce enterprises. The results indicated that the one hundred and twentieth interviewee showed the highest and the thirteenth the lowest satisfaction in the data envelopment analysis(DEA). We chose four principle components to be the independent variables for our models. In the three data mining techniques, we found out that the root mean square error (RMSE) value of GRNN model which was optimized by NewFOA showed good convergent result and good capability of classification and forecasting.

Rational fads in investor reactions to electronic commerce announcements: An explanation of the Internet bubble

This work proposes that information cascade theory can help to explain the formation of the Internet bubble. We propose that the bubble existed because a lack of good information about the potential value of electronic commerce led investors to rely on other investors’ private valuations of electronic commerce. We use the event study methodology to estimate returns to company announcements of electronic commerce initiatives in 1999 and 2000. We find that after controlling for network externalities and time trends, investors’ valuations of the returns to electronic commerce initiatives were significantly influenced by the market return from prior periods. Moreover, the relative weight placed on prior periods’ returns decreased as the variance of the prior periods’ returns increased. Both of the results are consistent with the behavior predicted by information cascade theory.

Key Dimensions of Inhibitors for the Deployment of Web-Based Business-to-Business Electronic Commerce

There has been a rapid increase in the number of firms undertaking business-to-business (B2B) electronic commerce (e-commerce) initiatives. Although there are various benefits to B2B e-commerce, there are also inhibitors to its deployment. This study empirically investigates the inhibitors for deploying Web-based B2B e-commerce applications in organizations. A field survey of senior IT executives was conducted to examine the key problems that inhibit the deployment of Web-based B2B e-commerce. A comprehensive list of inhibitors was derived from an extensive review of the literature and pretested with senior IT executives. Data from 249 firms were factor analyzed to yield the underlying structural dimensions of inhibitors impacting the deployment of Web-based B2B e-commerce. Univariate <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$ t$</tex> -test and multivariate discriminant analysis were carried out on the resulting ten dimensions to compare B2B (i.e., firms who have deployed B2B) and non-B2B firms (i.e., firms who have not deployed B2B). The results suggest that key inhibitors in B2B deployment are the lack of top management support, unresolved technical issues, the lack of e-commerce strategy, and the difficulties in cost-benefit assessment of e-commerce investments. Implications of the results for researchers and IT/engineering management executives are discussed.

Electronic commerce and supply chain integration: the case of the telecommunication equipment industry

Purpose – This paper presents an analysis of the impact of electronic commerce on firms in the telecommunications equipment industry.Design/methodology/approach – Using the OECD's value chain methodology, electronic commerce initiatives identified in the optical connectivity value chain were analyzed for each of the four layers of the chain, namely network operators, system integrators, assemblers and sub‐assemblers.Findings – The findings from our case studies indicate that electronic commerce initiatives primarily influence process and relational innovations through supply chain collaboration. The real benefits of electronic commerce come from end‐to‐end visibility in the supply chain, and from the implementation of demand‐pull strategies for all levels of the optical connectivity equipment value chain.Research limitations/implications – Future research should concentrate on the impact of various emerging electronic marketplaces in demand‐driven integrated supply chains.Originality/value – Results revea...
